The location is great! Beds are super soft and the linens are also fresh. A lot to choose from at breakfast. Will recommend to friends!

Room was clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Centrally located to local restaurants. Overall very good experience.

Our house was hit by a tree and we needed rooms for our family over a weekend. The front desk was very helpful, let me check out the rooms for my 83 y. O. Mother and gave us an upgrade due to ongoing construction. Extremely happy with the service. Quality of the rooms was just fine.

Beautiful surroundings and the town is super cute! We stayed for a work trip and my bed was sooooo comfortable! The breakfast was a good spread with lots of hot and cold options. I would definitely stay there again for work and even for vacation.

It was nice. They are in the process of updating rooms. Quite a bit of construction going on but doesn't intrude on your stay. Very friendly staff and clean rooms and breakfast area. Would definitely stay again.

Came to stay from South Carolina for our anniversary weekend and there was only one issue with the room. The beds were not that comfortable for us. Other than that it was a perfect room and we will definitely be back again to stay. Love this small town atmosphere. It's great!

Enjoyed our stay! We arrived a few hours before check in. The office girls were very friendly and let us check in early. The housekeeper was cleaning other rooms at the time but she stopped working on one and finished getting our room ready for us. She was kind and courteous. Rooms were clean as well as the breakfast area. The only thing that I think would be an improvement would be a table in the bathroom area where clothes can be set on instead of the floor. Highly recommend the Best Western Milton Inn.

Very accommodating. Older property but location is fabulous. Close to downtown and several restaurants. Staff is very friendly and does what they can to make you feel at home.

This could be a nice hotel in a nice little town. But it needs major work. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The heating system, however, made the room uncomfortable. It was cold while we were there and the heat was either on or off. It was either unbearably hot or cold in the room. The shower was anemic. There were three of us in the room and we never had more than 2 washcloths. I reported this the first morning and was given three additional cloths. No more were left by the cleaning staff that day and no bath mat was left. The next day, on one washcloth was left! It appears to me that the cleaning crew needs to be better supervised and the entire property needs to be updated.

My dad was in serious condition. We came in the middle of night. The manager, all customer service were extremely thoughtful, caring. Also the cleaning staff was very helpful & caring. In a very trying time, this was a very pleasant experience. They informed the staff of our situation. They were warm & hospitable. Great job guys!

Great looking hotel from the road. Great location close to lots of food. Staff seemed reasonably friendly. Inside the hotel it is absolutely the dirtiest room I have ever seen. Pubic hairs in the bed? Hairs and toe nails in the floor. Toilet with pee and poop stains? We called the deal and they apologized and had someone come clean the room. That was pointless… now smells like sour bleach.

We were only spending one night and the check-in experience was great. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean and bright. Great breakfast prior to checking out.

Quiet, easily accessible from the intestate, and back to the interstate. Clean outside, and lobby area. The room was okay, comfortable, but the bathroom could have used a better cleaning of the floor and baseboards. There was only three towels and two face cloths. We were a party of five. TV service and internet service was great. Motel was within walking distance of a good restaurant, which was recommended by the evening check-in clerk. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable of the area.

Staff went out of their way to honor a group rate even though we were well past the deadline. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall exceeded expectations.

Hotel is extremely outdated in rooms. Was not at all impressed by the still 70s style room I was put in. Arrived at 3pm to be told rooms were still being cleaned and it would be a few minutes. I understood that check in is 4pm, but at 3pm I could have been moved to a similar room that was already cleaned. Breakfast was below expectations, eggs were obviously microwaved and had no taste and a rubbery texture. Hotel is in a good location but needs some major changes to bring it up to modern standards.

Friendly staff, also knowledgeable about the area and the AT. Room was clean, bed comfortable and staff made sure our stay was good. We were starting a 3 day hike on the AT that morning and it was a great way to start.

I honestly have no complaints about my stay here last night. On the contrary, I appreciate their consideration given to me as a guest. I left Florida due to Hurricane Irma and drove up to NY. I left and on my way home I asked my friend to make me a reservation. Unfortunately, he forgot to take into consideration that I am on Oxygen and limited. Upon arrival I was given a room on the second floor. I told them that I was not able to carry my stuff up stairs. They gave me a free upgrade and I was able to pull my car right up to the door of my room. I'm happy to say that the room was spotless and everything appeared to be new. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND staying here. It's clean, the staff was amazing and it is convenient to everything.

We only stayed one night. It was clean and quiet and the staff were nice. It's on a major road so the view isn't so hot, but your not paying resort prices either.

Motel is in heart of Blairsville, within walking distance of town square. Bed was comfortable. Toilet leaked and it took several minutes to get hot water. Room was not available for our use from 10:30 Saturday morning until after lunch. The beds had been stripped and left. We could not lay down to rest. Tried calling the front desk, no answer,. Looked as if they only had two cleaning people. I can say the room was clean.

Not sure if they are reviewing a different location than Blairsville GA but I rate at least a 4.5 just because nothing is perfect. Good location to shopping, restaurants and Hiwassee GA just down the road. I would definitely recommend.

This Hotel is clean and on the main street. The rooms are comfortable but being in city close to the main street, gets noisy early in the morning 6-7. It was a one night stay for us after a concert in the mountains. Convenient Hotel on our way home. Being familiar with the area, we opted for breakfast at one of the local restaurants instead of the free Hotel breakfast.

Clean rooms, well lit, nice view, good rate. Fridge, microwave, coffee in room. Simple breakfast for free. Cleaning staff is weird, inconsistent, and appear to live on the property. Very hard to find someone after midnight, like when your fire alarm starts beeping. All. Night.

The staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous. They are knowledgeable and considerate of the visitors needs and truly attempt to make your stay a wonderful experience. We are going back up and will definitely stay at this facility again.

Date of Stay: 8/20/2017, 1 night Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The moment we walked in we were hit by the smell of mold and mildew. The room was dark, dull and dingy, very unlike the bright clean pictures on the website. The beds were unyielding, hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom ceiling had cobwebs and mold/mildew. The tub had grime caked on the uppermost ledge. The only thing "HOT" regarding the free hot breakfast was the coffee and the make yourself waffle station. Not what I would classify as a Hot breakfast. The only reason we did not turn around and leave the moment we walked into the room was that the area was booked due to the Eclipse. The Eclipse was our reason for being in the area as well. We will never stay in this establishment again and I suggest you do not either.

Nice hotel, staff very friendly and courteous, room was clean, breakfast was satisfactory. Close to Lake Chatuge. Stores and restaurants. Would stay here again, if in the area!

Cheep hotel with an actually really clean room service was excellent they even where in the breakfast room in the morning and helped you with every step of the way. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are clean but the people working there do not pay attention to the do not disturb sign on the door. Not a great place for big trucks.

Once we arrived the front desk staff checked us in like normal, however once we got to our room it was all down here from there. We were given a smoking rooms after specifically requesting a non smoking room. When my husband called the front desk to request a change we were told "no changes" and that was all. My husband even explained to them that one of our daughters has asthma and still we were told "no changes". We tried to make the best of it since we were all so tired. The beds had cigarette burns all over the bedding. The bathroom was not cleaned and their was a used toilet paper roll out. We would not stay here again, nor would be refer it to anyone either.

Booked my room on hotwire. Got to the room to find out that it was a smoking room, when I asked the front desk if I could switch rooms I was told no because I booked on hotwire. I even explained how my daughter had asthma and got the same response. Horrible customer service will not come back.

Internet connection kinda sluggish, but breakfast is solid. Fresh bread, eggs, good sausage (normally don't like hotel sausage), bananas, oranges. Good coffee. Definitely gets the day started well.

We specified non-smoking and were given a smoking room and they wouldn't accommodate a change. The towels are stained and have holes in them. Two lights are flickering and about to die so are in need of replacement. Wouldn't recommend a stay here.

Abysmal Internet connection (had stated this as a priority) — had to sit in the lobby to use my laptop; the door to my room kept sticking requiring assistance a few times to get in and out; the water was shut off for a considerable period one day; the one floor lamp that provided the most light in a very dark room when the curtains were shut needed a light bulb; the refrigerator in the room kept shutting off; the room was hot and stuffy but the air conditioner blasted out freezing air even on low that made being anywhere but the bathroom intolerable. The young college student at the front desk was very friendly and helpful to the best of her ability and the only redeeming factor to my stay, but considering that the staff I saw were either very young, retirement age or non-English speaking, I suspect that Best Western underpays and overworks their employees. I regret that I didn't book early enough to ensure that I could stay for my entire time in Blairsville at the Seasons Inn, a wonderful motel!
