Clean rooms, good service. Helpful staff! Nice indoor pool!

The hotel smelled musty. The cable had no locals news and very little watchable channels. The breakfast was not that good and had very little to choose from. The price for the room was way overpriced.

High Price, rooom pretty clean except bathroom. Tub walls have mold in grout, drain doesn’t work. Staff in no hurry to fix it. Lack of enough towels. Kids in hotel didn’t quiet down running in halls until after 11pm. Staff put us in a room right across from the elevator for maximum noise after being asked to put us in a quiet area of the hotel. I’ve been a Choice Privilege member for years lady at check in acted as though it was burden and was put off by my discount. They also refused an up graded room. Hotel said it was 100%booked on line but was only at 1/2 capacity maybe. Will not stay again, to many other choices in hotels In the area to tolerate this.

We stayed there recently and the place was adequate at best. The breakfast was not adequate so if you stay there don't stay for the breakfast. I always use the coffee maker but it wasn't working when I attempted to use it. The cord went through a pass through above the refrigerator and lacked about 6 inches reaching the plug in. I found this strange so I moved it to the bathroom counter and plugged it in and it worked fine. I looked at my bank statement a few days later and I had a pending charge for $10 so I contacted the Comfort Inn. I was told that an extension cord was taken and that the cleaning lady had checked before we were there and it was there. They accused of me of stealing it and were charging me for it. I contacted them and they took the charge off like they were doing me a favor. They obviously have a dishonest employee. I am posting this to let others to beware. Your things may not be safe in your room.

Booked ahead… requested and was told they had rooms with 2 beds and jacuzzi tub, but our room did not. Was really looking forward to that tub after a very long couple of days. Dissapointed! However room clean and comfortable.

Don't believe all the 4 and 5 star reviews. I did and decided to try this place. It was a mistake. First of all, this Hotel is expensive and truly a 2 or even a 1 star facility. I would have rated it with 1 star but the room was clean, I'll give them that. Upon check in, the desk clerk told me about all the credit card number thefts that have occurred at this Hotel and the surrounding places. That got my attention and created some concern. She told me about how great the breakfast was and this created some expectations which did not pan out. The breakfast was poor at best. The room has no microwave so we had to travel downstairs to use the one in the lounge. I asked the desk clerk about this and she said all the rooms have no microwaves. Wow! A small $30 microwave would go far to add convenience for their customer base but I guess they think otherwise. Several smokers were smoking by the door causing us to have to walk through a smoke cloud to get into the main office. Couldn't get a restful sleep because people were talking in the hall up until 2am keeping us awake. The soundproofing was so poor you could hear normal conversations. I could go on and on but suffice to say that I will never stay there again. The Hotel should be called the "Low Comfort Inn. "

Excellent place to stay. The most friendly staff and service is impeccable to say the very least. We highly recommend.

We recently stayed at a Comfort Inn in Blairsville, GA and it was very clean, the room was spacious and their were lots of pillows! (Both firm and soft) Unfortunately it smelled like a chemical factory from the cleaner they used. I gagged when I walked in and it bothered me the entire time.

Great location. Must see in the area is Bell Mountain, the Old Courthouse.

Rooms are very clean & supplied. Large pool. Good location. Breakfast of waffles & sausage, cold cereal, Danish, bagels, muffins & fresh fruit. Coffee & juice & more. Would stay here again.

Great room for the price and nicely furnished. Everyone was so nice.

Don't waste your money. We stayed two nights. After 7 hours in the car driving to a family reunion, the lady at the desk wouldn't check us in. Their computers were down. She was rude to my family members who called in while I stood there. The pool malfunctioned and was broken the whole time we were there. To top it off, our credit card number was stolem, along with multiple family members staying there. We're still settling issues with the bank. I called corporate and their idea of customer service was a joke. I'm sorry your stay was bad and because of our hotel your money was stolen. Here's a few reward points. Don't take a chance on this place. It will cost you more than the nightly fee. We're following up to see if we can pull the police into the matter since so many people had money stolen.

This Comfort Inn, like all others that I have stayed in, was great. We really enjoyed the indoor pool, as it was raining most of our stay. I was very impressed with the breakfast options and especially the attendant. She kept everything replenished and offered her help to everyone that may have needed assistance. Overall, 5 out of 5 stars! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Clean, comfortable, with friendly staff. Check in after midnight was fast. Beds are very comfy and breakfast was very nice. All around great stay. Definitely on my return again list.

Nice and clean hotel, recently updated. Comfy beds & friendly staff. We had planned on staying one night, extended to three nights since the hotel was so clean and location perfect for hiking to the many waterfalls in the area. Will be back for fall foliage. Complimentary breakfast has eggs, sausage or bacon, bagels, waffle machine, juices, pastries, yogurt, coffee, tea, hard boiled eggs, and fresh fruit.

Our room looked beautiful. The lobby is nice also. The urine smell in our bathroom was so overwhelming. Asked the front desk to have someone come clean it and I was told no one can do it untill the morning and I was offered air freshener. Went to the store and bought clorox cleanup and cleaned the bathroom myself. It must be in the grout bc I can still smell it. A/C wasn't working right in our room not cooling. Pool (indoor) water was like ice water.

Rooms are decent. Good service at the front desk. Complementary breakfast sux. Decent parking but not really any room for big trucks.

Minus having to get the Wi-Fi password at the front desk, great service and a very nice room. Breakfast was also very nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with comfortable beds. I couldn't give it five stars because the breakfast bar staff were slow in refilling items as they ran out.
