Very nicely decorated and clean room. Loved the kitchen! Friendly staff and overall great experience. The free parking with attached parking deck was icing on the cake. Definitely recommend this Hotel.

Great continental breakfast. Gym, work space. We got a 2 bed room suite and liked it so much we stayed another night.

I'm so upset I picked this hotel because of the indoor pool… im paying an extra $40 a night for this hotel for the purpose of having a pool and the pool is closed which was never mentioned when booking the stay or checking in… I have been here about 1 hour and they refuse to let me checkout and get my money back… I will never come here again I understand covid isn't their fault but there is no excuse to not have told me when I booked or checked in….

Good parking and facilities and provide a shuttle service both ways. Rooms are clean and functional.

AC didn't work. Staff was kind enough to move me to a smaller room at the same price. Room had ants. Lots of ants. Trails of ants in kitchen and bathroom. Ants in bed. I slept on top of covers for fear of other unseen bugs. Breakfast area had ants and roaches. Started with the sticky floors and then joined by a roach friend at my table while eating. That ended my dining experience a little early.

Clean, comfy, great location & welcoming staff with excellent service. Stay here every time we are in Atlanta.

I'm a huge Staybridge fan, I always look for them when we travel. I stayed here while traveling with two kids by myself. It was a nice hotel, the room was better than expected, I felt very safe and I loved the parking garage access on the first second and third floor. It made unloading and loading a lot easier!

Shuttle was perfect. Very friendly. Rooms no longer the latest. TV didn't work. Until after downtown at least 30 minutes.

This was my first time staying at a Staybridge Suites and it was beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and always ready to assist us if we needed it. Pam and Ebony at the front desk were excellent. They took care of my friends and I when we came for our girls trip. I would definitely stay here again upon returning.

Poorly managed and the building is in need of lots of repairs. There were multiple things broken in out room and the door lock was difficult to get to read your key card. The hourly staff were all very nice but the management was unhelpful in addressing issues.

I was disappointed with this place, supposed to be a higher end family hotel. It was dirty and falling apart. I would consider staying here again because of the location of they remodeled.

Great stay! Best selection of TV channels, to include multiple premium channels, I've ever seen. Disappointed with the automatic default to CNN, though. Outstanding evening reception and morning breakfast.

The stay was good. Breakfast was adequate and consistent, and three nights each week they served a tasty enough, but not particularly fancy dinner with free beer and wine. Everyone was friendly to our dog, and there are bags for dog waste available just outside. The pool and laundry room were adequate for our purposes, and the fitness room appeared similarly adequate, though I didn't use it myself. Parking was easy. Our only real complaint is that we requested and were promised a crib for our infant when we booked, but when we arrived we were told that they didn't have a crib for us.

Rooms with kitchenette are clean & fully stocked. Vanity & sink are separate from bathtub & toilet. Great breakfast bar & selections. Horrible parking garage however. Pet friendly with doggie bags available outside, but not designated dog walking area.

Very well located hotel with parking garage (free). Location is great to explore Atlanta. The hotel offers a debris. Right next to the hotel it has an Asian who offers good cuisine!

Been staying here for nearly a month and I love this place. The manager Tony is great, he really is understanding and cares for the guest. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice clean hotel to stay.

Called to make a reservation and have been on hold for more than 1/2 hr (good thing have a speaker phone). They say customer is important and want to "improve their services". Then answer the phones quickly.

The free breakfast is really unbeatable. The accommodations were excellent. The location is good. The hotel has a free parking deck for guests.

WHEN THEY SHOW YOU WHO THEY ARE… In January, we called to book this hotel for our family reunion in July. Scott Richmond (sales) offered us a good rate and standard terms in writing, via email. When it came time to sign the contract he totally backed out on ALL the terms! After meeting with a family member, he asked for all the money up front for all 15 rooms for 8 days… ridiculous! He withdrew the 30 day cancellation policy (which is standard) and he wanted the group to pay the full amount of any cancelled room, even though the reunion was 6 months away! The hotel manager and the corporate office ran away from this with their tails between their legs. The family member was trying to convey our needs so she described some of the group's needs. So did Scott and Staybridge Suites have a problem with the group being mostly WOMEN, or was it because of the SENIORS? Or was it because we have several MILITARY FAMILIES or was it the MINORITIES in the group? Whatever the reason, this hotel turned down 15 rooms for 8 days without explanation, which indicates their prejudices or stupidity outweighed any common business sense. And since I am responsible for booking our family reunions every year, and all travel arrangements for a large local company, I can guarantee one thing. I will NEVER allow any family member or any business associate to stay in any of these hotels or its affiliates!

Great Stay… Kayla was just Excellent! Parking was very simple, and secure. One thing that we didn’t like was the shuttle van… it rattled, and had big dents on it, and had rust all over! Was very embarrassed when we were dropped off at different locations. Please work on that! Breakfast was very good indeed.

The location is great and the room was nice and spacious, although a bit musty. The first night we were there there was no hot water but it eventually became warm the next day. The staff is nice and accommodating Buffet breakfast is a plus.

If I could I'll give that place CERO stars. First night a rat appear behind the sofa on the room 209 that me and my family stayed after a mayor flood in my apartment. That same night my car was open and some things were stolen. Worst experience ever. Really bad quality supplies in place. The sofa was all dusty and smelly and they put a coffee maker and nobody has filter so the guest can use it. I'll never be back in this place even for free.

Ick. $300 for this? Yes it's the heart of Bulkhead, butt not much more positives. Spend less further out or upgrade.

Room was clean and everything felt comfortable. Breakfast is served in the the dining area on the main floor. Make your own waffles. Breakfast was not bad… bland, but that was expected. Good place to stay. Staff was nice and helpful also.

2nd time staying here. Clean room as always. Only issue I had is the water pressure wasn't the best this time and it took a few minutes for the shower to warm up. Maybe because I was on the top floor. Not sure. I'll definitely be back though for sure.

Nice 2 bed room suite. Plentiful and free parking. A bit out of the way but underrated.

Clean, friendly and far more reasonable than most hotels located in Buckhead with easy access to mid-town. Free parking. Breakfast and managers welcome snacks are sufficient for a light diner. Next door to one of the best Thai restaurants in Atlanta.

The 2 room suite was good at first. They even brought up a crib for our child. Things got bad when we tried to call the front desk a few times and it just rang and rang. They got worse when we found little roaches in the kitchenette. (See pics). After we killed one, (in the napkin), we called and they offered to move us to another room. It is already almost midnight. Our kids and fellow guests were already sleeping. Speaking to the manager in the morning.

This will be number 1 on my list of places to stay every time I visit Atlanta it was awesome breakfast and everything!

Always love the Staybridge Suites. Cozy. Spacious. Great free breakfast. Free wine and beer Mon-Friday. Beds are comfy. Can't say a single bad thing.

The staff was very nice but the hotel really needs a serious update. The room is cramped with old appliances that hum (I had to unplug my fridge because it kept me up at night) their gym is really terrible with tredmills dating back to the 70's that are not well maintained. I think that they really should update that gym space, it was extremely uninspiring! Luckily there appears to be a real gym next door that I guess a long term guest could go to if they wanted a decent workout. Their breakfast was tasty — with lots of options — shower had hot water — overall not bad, I will probably stay here again because its close to where I have to work but if there was a updated better option nearby, I would pick that one.

Checked in late, but staff was incredibly helpful. Room is as advertised. Having Wi-Fi issues which will be bad if I cannot get it working. Pool is not as inviting as the pictures show.

The location is great as there are many nearby office building for those coming for business, lots of highly reputable restaurants for a good meal, two malls only a few miles away (one of which is high end), and even some popular nightclubs. The entrance to their parking is narrow with somewhat blind turns. There seems to be access directly to any floor from the parking lot. The room I saw seemed nice, with a good kitchenette, and directTV.

Wonderful accommodations. The beds were comfortable. You get two full size beds. Pool, gym could be a bit more modern, and they have breakfast here. As well for families you can choose adjoining rooms.

It is comfortable, has hot water all the time, well equipped kitchen, the staff is great and friendly, I do not like is the complimentary breakfast if you're there x several days, it is always the same, there are not many options. The Internet is good also.

We stay here every 2 years for the beer — they ran out of beer!
There is a liquor store 1/2 mile from this hotel — way did they not go buy a keg?
About 50 guests right now from the IWF Show that are pissed off!
And Thursday and Friday's — they don't have it.

Even though we checked in at the last minute, every point of customer service was exceptional. The front desk associate was friendly and helpful — we needed extra linens, towels for the pool and a kid-friendly dinner suggestion. She helped us with everything and arranged for the hotel shuttle to take us and pick us up. We enjoyed the stay and would return.

The hotel and rooms are GREAT. My car was broken into and all our things were stolen on our last night here, which was a terrible experience. The thieves were pros, they slim jimmed my door and took the time to dim the interior lights while they took all our suitcases and bags out of the car. It was parked on the 3rd level of the parking garage, literally 25 feet from our suites bedroom window and we didn't hear a thing. Obviously they knew they could take their time and take whatever they wanted without fear of being discovered or video taped, so we won't be staying here again due to lack of security in the parking garage, despite multiple positive experiences in the past. It's just not worth it to have all of my kids' possessions stolen.

What a great stay! I have stayed here in the past, but it has been several years. The rooms were updated along with the area where you get breakfast and happy hour. It started with a very easy check in, followed by a comfortable 2 bedroom suite, and ended with a nice free breakfast in the morning. One other thing to mention — free parking! You don't find many places in Atlanta that offer free parking.

This is my second stay here, & I have enjoyed it greatly both times. The suite itself is very nice, and very spacious. It was located less than a mile off of the interstate, so very easy to get to and from anywhere you needed to be, and all of the amenities are nice. Breakfast, fitness room, pool. The next time I need to stay in Atlanta, I will definitely be doing that here.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The lobby has a great lobby area to sit at and they even offer a great breakfast with your stay! Who else does that in the area for this great price? Also the rooms are convenient — esp for families or people that would like the convenience of a fridge and ability to warm up or even cook up some food. I would totally recommend to anyone who enjoys the comforts of their home while also getting the benefits of all buckhead offers! As a sidenote, we were able to walk right next door for great food and noticed several places that also deliver! ❤️

The hotel is nice, pretty and clean. Huge fitness room, free garage covered parking, decent free breakfast, good location, fully equipped kitchen in the hotel room with living room separate from bedroom, which was nice and spacious. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. It was ok until they billed me TWICE for one night! I called them and they blamed it on my bank and said it would take 3 to 5 business days to credit my money back! I've never had that happen before and I've traveled all over the United States. Will not stay here again because of that situation. I suggest going elsewhere.
