They have the best staff ever. I was greeted at the front door with a smile. My check-in I was Greeted with a smile and a thank you. These ladies dressed up for employee appreciation. And in my eyes they are all great employees Hampton/Hilton should be honored to have these ladies working for them.

If you are looking for a quality hotel with great customer service, this is NOT the place to be. First, I got a phone call pulling into the hotel on yesterday telling me my room was no longer available although I prepaid for it. I had to get out of character for the room to be given back to me. Second, when I checked in, it was 4 of us, and they gave us 3 sets of towels. It took an act of Congress to get another set. I had to gather all the towels and trade them (I’m guessing for a count). Yet, the receptionist (who ended up being the nicest one) told me she saw 4 of us, but this is company policy. This morning I gave the housekeeper my dirty towels, and she said she would replenish my towels. Came back to the room 8 hours later: no towels. Went to service desk, we are out of towels right now. So, we had to miss our dinner reservations to eat. Back track, after checking in yesterday, I had to go and purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room. I found out on the second night that the previous people trashed the room and smoked in it. (This is the reason I smelled weed and cigars all night long and had a dang headache). Check out is 11 AM. I didn’t check in until 7:30 PM. Are you telling me for 8 1/2 hours, you couldn’t fully clean the room? One of the AC units DOESN’T work. Therefore, we had to turn the AC down in one room to try to push AC in the other areas. Yet, you tell me, we can make the room $100 a night instead of the $200 a night I’ was set to pay.

Wrong room, miscommunication with the booking agency and hotel. Ok, I get that. Hvac system was inoperable due to clogged filters. In a time of a global pandemic this is unacceptable. They were completely clogged with dust. Don’t worry fixed the A/C. The towel rack is falling out of the wall. Paint not trimmed in certain areas and some on ceiling which is white when walls are gray. The bathroom Only had a single towel that was stained.

I stayed here for All Star weekend. The rooms are nice and clean as well as the rest of the hotel. They definitely abide by the covid restrictions and are very sanitized and clean. Even on a busy all-star weekend the hotel was quiet for the most part. I was not Disturbed once by noise. The front desk, shuttle drivers, the ladies at the continental breakfast that serve your meal and housekeepers were friendly. They're continental breakfast was good. I had a great stay and I will definitely return. Also as a friendly reminder please tip your shuttle drivers, your housekeepers and the continental breakfast ladies. 😁

I have been at this hotel for nearly 3 weeks with my newborn son … tonight was the first time I have ever been treated so NASTY! I have never had issues here … I never caused problems I paid these folks 113 a night for 3 weeks for them to kick my son and I out in the middle of the night for a clerical error they had … the lady at the desk then calls up to the room as I’m packing and tells me that if I’m not out in 10 minutes she was calling the cops. So I called them for her! We was treated like ANIMALS!

I just left there after 2 days traveling to atlanta for my cousin funeral. The was so bad the safe was bad there was so much marijuana in side the hotel and in our room and on the outside to. We were scared to get out of our car so many people was standing are outside and in the hall. We had no towels in the room. Went we call for some they said come to the front but there was no big towel there. Omg.

The smile says it all room was excellent and service that’s hard to find. I Loved this place.

We will not stay here again. The first and the last time. The worst Hampton inn we have ever stayed. The outside is updated, the rooms were horrible. The air conditioner so loud. Called the front desk at 2am nobody answered, went downstairs. No-one at the desk and no-one to find. The furniture in the rooms are so outdated, from 20 years ago. Just an overall one night only stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All the staff memebers I spoke with were super friendly and very willing to do anything you needed them to. Check in and check out went very smooth. My room was clean and very spacious (we had a double room) all in room amenities worked as promised. Breakfast was a very good, standard hotel breakfast. They were out of meat by the time we got to breakfast but that was understandable since we didn’t get to breakfast until after 9:30 and they were pretty booked up during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the area.

Positive: close to the airport. Not positive: process for airport shuttle (scheduled every 30 min) — I show up in advance, driver walks into lobby and says "airport" and walks right out. I throw away breakfast trash and head out. When I get out, he's already left (with 0 passengers)! I had to wait for the other driver and thankfully I made it to my flight on time (just barely — ATL is a big airport). If there had been traffic or another delay, this could have been much worse. They need to coach the driver. Otherwise hotel was average and a bit worn. The lady who checked me in was friendly, the others not so much.

This is by far the worst Hilton hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Let’s start with breakfast, both of the waffle machines were broken and in order to get fresh fruit you had to get down there at like 6 am because after that your choices were either rotten or no fruit. The person maintaining that area did a really poor job keeping items in stock but in her defense she was the only one working. We came back to our room at 5pm during our stay and our room had not been cleaned yet, which was very unusual to me but after a call to the front desk we were advised that they were running behind. The air was not working properly and to top it off there was no water in the hotel for one of the nights we stayed. We we went to do laundry one morning and one of the dryers wasn’t working so we had to wait to use the only working dryer. I must say the front desk staff is very nice and has excellent customer service but this Hilton needs to be up dated big time and the elevator also smells like urine, which is why I used the stairs most days. We also realized on the day of check out that our refrigerator wasn’t working so all of the leftovers we put in there the night before had spoiled.

This was a nice updated hotel. Affordable. Just in a bad part of town. But if you need to be by the airport, this one is worth checking out. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. The buffet was spread out quite a bit, but there wasn't more to choose from than any other hotel with ready made eggs, fruit, bacon, yogurt and your standard cereal and pastry fair. Bed was really comfortable and clean but needed 2 or 3 more pillows cause they were very small. And the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub in it. The bathroom floor had something smeared on it and needed to be cleaned. Other than that, it was totally worth what we paid and more.

I love staying at Hampton Inn whenever I can. First, all of the hotel employees were extremely nice at this location. After checking in on Friday, I was unable to turn the AC off. A manager came to check it and stated there was a problem. I did not sleep well at all. The next morning maintenance came and said he couldn't fix it. I was given a different room. Great! After returning to my room later, I discovered water on the bathroom floor. I was told I could get some rags to soak it up or another room. I chose to move to my 3rd room. I was told that this location is up for renovations. Had I known this I would have chosen a different location. I was compensated for one night, which I appreciated. Thanks to the employees for being extremely nice.

Affordable hotel near the airport. Not very new or modern, but meets the good standard of a normal Hampton hotel.

The place was nice but security was lacking. A friend's vehicle got broken into while we were there. Some staff was happy to be there and helpful others just seemed like you were bothering them.

Stayed due to shuttle to and from airport. Had a 6am flight, so I went to the lobby at 4:30 for a 4:35 shuttle. After waiting for 5 minutes I go to the front desk to see if there is an issue. I am told the shuttle just left and I was late for the 4:35 pickup. I mentioned to the lady that I walked by her at 4:30 and said good moring, so, no I was not late. She calls the shuttle driver and no answer. Finally the driver shows up at 4:50 and takes me to the airport. Does not ask me what airline I am using and drops me off at the wrong terminal, then tells me there is too much traffic at the other terminal and to just walk. I will never stay here again, horrible service.

Very overpriced for what you get but nice clean hotel with great employees. Prices were $189 a night when I attended a conference there. I am a Hilton Honors Gold Member currently, and gave up my points and stayed next door at that Hyatt Place for $107 a night.

Don't plan on shuttle. Told run every 30 minutes starting at 4am and at 5:43a it left saying it couldn't wait. We had planned on taking the 6am, got their early right after it left. It was apparent that 6am was not going to happen.

Staff was nice. However, the room was noticeably outdated, dusty, almost in the way a humid, moldy basement would be in an old house. The bathroom had no air vent to suck up steam. Even the furniture was very old. Room was spacious, but with poor lighting and relatively dull, unappealing, or minimal decor. Beware of an unexplained additional $10 added to your cost at checkout. Overall, it's overpriced and not better than other motels in the area.

The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and everything worked as expected. The 5th star was for the friendly staff.

I've stayed here many times and my experience is always great! I love the complimentary breakfast and the shuttle driver in the mornings is a hoot. They take good care of me.

The front desk was very nice. The room was fantastic. It was very spacious and clean, and it was close enough to the airport to be convenient without having the planes be a disturbance.

The courtesy of the staff is amazing. Everyone is so helpful you really couldn't tell who was regular staff from the property manager and then when I met the property manager she was so down-to-earth and pleasant it was unbelievable. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be staying again!

A very solid choice for the area. Yes, there are not that many great restaurants around and it is a bit difficult to order in, but overall the rooms are clean and well appointed (and Roomy). The service has been good to excellent. For some reason, all TVs are dimmed to below average. This saves a bit of electricity but really minimal and it is not really optimal for viewing (not unreasonable, but not optimal). TV channels are more than adequate. The breakfast is good and there is coffee available all day long.

Great place! Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Free shuttle to the airport (don't forget to tip! ). Small snack shop (expensive, but a decent option if you get in late and haven't eaten). Good free breakfast. Located within walking distance of several good restaurants (Malone's, Spondivits) and the hotel across the street has a bar.

Clean and easy to get to. Good value. Recommended for business travelers and families. Had some construction going to. While I was there, but it should only enhance an already good hotel.

This experience at Hampton Inn was a pleasant stay, the staff was great, the food was good the rooms were well kept, the linen, was kept changed, the bathroom was kept nice and neat, I was very impressed by the folding of the towels, that really caught my eye. Overall the hotel was nice. The staff were kind and considerate, the food was good and the hotel was nearly spotless. What a great job the cleaners do here. I do wish that their pool was deeper and For the price payed for a king suite, all received was a mediocre basic bathtub and shower. They should have at least had a whirl pool tub in that expensive suite!

Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We swam in the outdoor pool, which was nice. Hotel is on the older side but comfortable and clean. I would go there again.

Location was convenient for the airport, and it was nice having a complimentary shuttle. Rooms are quite dated, bed was not comfortable, and there was just in light switch to control the split bathroom, which included the sink in the bedroom. Doubt I'll stay here again.

The service was great. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. It's located near a lot of other hotels and close to the airport. Waffle House and other restaurants near by. My only issue was the parking. The lot was completely full and almost had to park across the street in overflow until someone left. Other than that, we will stay here again when we come to Atlanta again.

Room was spacious and clean. It was the typical Hampton experience, which is why we normally stay at Hamptons when we travel. Wasn't anything exceptional, but it was affordable. Free breakfast met the basic expectations. Parking is an issue — — a large group of motorcyclists were also staying, and were allowed to reserve a large portion of parking, which included ALL of the handicap spaces. Each staff member we met came across as very happy and helpful. Would stay again if was in the area.

We had an absolutely abhorrent experience at the Atlanta airport and missed our flight. We called the hotel to book a room to stay overnight. When we arrived around 11:30pm we were greeted by an amazing and empathetic staff. They immediately asked if we needed toiletries including toothpaste/brush, deodorant, take out menus, etc. Because of our flight the next morning we saw the same folks as the night before. They were still as empathetic as they were hours earlier. The room was clean and ready. It was also very quiet for how close we were to the highway. They made an awful night manageable and the next morning helped us start off on the right foot with their energy and breakfast. Couldn't ask for more given out situation.

I still have a weekend. I would say it is a average hotel.

This is a good hotel. The staff is very helpful and nice. Pros: Breakfast buffet included. Free Wi-Fi in all the hotel. Rooms are big with a living room and bedroom. Complimentary parking. Complimentary airport shuttle. Complimentary 24 hour coffee and tea. Cons: It's far from the downtown area. The rooms are a little bit outdated.

I tried to make reservations by phone, and after I made online reservations myself I tried calling direct to the hotel for over 12 hours and I couldn't get anyone to answer the phones, so I cancelled my reservations and will not be using h. H. Anymore this is not my first issue with h. H. Last year in Ashley Charleston sc same issue. Ps: get your act together please!

Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately, no rollaway beds are available at this location. Provides a free shuttle to the airport which is nice. Would stay again, especially for the very reasonable nightly price.

The location is great! It's located tight behind Spondivits and there's an irish pub walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are nice and tbe bed is comfy. I had a great stay and I will stay again!

Black mold, warm fridge, cigarette burns on carpet. Staff is cool, breakfast is kinda nasty. Aging hotel. At least it's not the crackhead hotel nearby! No bedbugs from what I can tell (3nights).

Great complimentary breakfast, nice rooms, a minute's walk away from a 24-hour McDonald's. Only bad thing was the firehose-pressure showerhead combined with the paper-thin shower curtain, and the stadium lights shining into certain windows.

Do Not Stay Here! Awful Experience! My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The second night I noticed one small bug on the bed. I didn't think too much of it, and just killed the bug. The next day, after check out (about three hours later), my husband had bug bites on his face, arm, neck and behind his ear. We then looked up the bug I saw on the bed the night before, and it turned out that it was definitely a bed bug. The next day, while on vacation, my husband and I spent the entire day in the VA urgent care, so he could be treated for the bed bug bites. We are very disappointed. That experience ruined our vacation and we will never stay at a Hampton Inn again. I stay at Hampton Inn all the time for work and personal time, and have never experienced this. We want to ensure that entire hotel is treated for bed bugs. We don't want the next guest to experience what we unfortunately went through. A very disappointed customer, that you have now lost.

Terrible hotel! A bug crawled out of my duvet cover and I found another when I lifted up one corner of the mattress! I called the front desk but no one answered, so I walked down and found NO ONE at the front desk. I waited around for thirty minutes and no one came. This was around midnight! Anyone could have walked in! Where was the help? The next morning, I called the front desk, they had no explanation as to why there was no personnel at the front desk the night prior and did not apologize. They immediately gave me a new room, however, that room was also just as dirty. A spider came crawling out of my pillow case! My co-worker also managed to come back to her room to also find a giant bug on her bed! This hotel is disgusting. Not sure how it has so many good reviews. It definitely needs some major updating. I do NOT recommend. I didn't sleep for 3 nights afraid of bugs crawling all over me.
