Valet parking. Nice staff. Large bar area should you like to bring in a group. Next to SunTrust park. Walking distance to the park with the Battery right next door, literally. Not a lot of parking space though. And it's valet only.

The room was nice and clean. Be aware though that you will be charged a $12 parking fee and we paid $29 to eat at the breakfast buffet for only two people! The eating area was dirty and no tables were being cleared off at all. The food for breakfast was not very good either, especially for the hefty price! Overall the staff there were nice and it was an ok experience.

I stayed st the double Tree Suites, Atlanta Galleria/Battery for work. The property was good. The rooms clean and the staff friendly and quick to fix an issue with my air co conditioning unit The property is clearly a converted Enbassy Suites. It seems like the conversion was recent as the digital key system wasn't working and they were in the middle of a deep clean/sanitization of the entire property The other thing that caused me to take away a star is there was only valet parking. Due to that it cost me an additional $16 in tips be CDC abuse I couldn't park my own car. The property us right next to Battery and definitely a great place to stay if you need to walk to battery I will consider it again for my next works trip.

This hotel was my fourth choice while attending a baseball game. Location is good on the corner within walking distance of the Battery. The room itself was a nicely sized suite and clean. I appreciate the in-room recycling and noted the recycling dumpster outside. I felt it was over priced, especially when you add parking at $12 a day, which was NOT quoted anywhere. Breakfast was a pitiful buffet for $14 with nothing for dietary restrictions. Parking is 100% forced valet with NO indication of cost. Parking on game days is $25! At least Dunkin Donuts is very close by!

Nice hotel, not quite what I was expecting. NO FREE PARKING! VALET PARKONG ONLY WHICH IS $15 PER DAY! The website tells you that as well. We stayed there as I attended an event at the Coca-Cola Roxy, which is two blocks always. Staff is very over the top friendly. We requested a balcony room thinking we would be able to step outside and relax. However the balcony's are on the inside of the hotel, so if you want to grab fresh air or smoke you have to go outside! Over decent place and would stay there again if going to an event at the Coca-Cola Roxy!

This hotel is absolutely perfect. I had zero issues from the the time that I arrived until the time left. When I first arrived, I used the valet parking because everything else in the area was much more expensive. It cost $12 where as all other locations where $15 and up. The hotel staff was very professional and polite. When you first walk in, you will be amazed at how awesome it looks on the inside. The lobby is has plenty of chairs and couches. A little further in and you're welcomed by the the restaurant and bar area. There are two elevators with glass windows so that you can take in the scenery of the the hotel. All of the rooms face towards the interior of the hotel. The suites are large enough with separate rooms for watching TV or sleeping as needed. Highly recommended for wedding events. This is definitely a high quality hotel, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to stay here.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff is friendly and makes sure that our needs came first. The rooms were well cleaned. The air conditioner worked great in the room unlike other hotels. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was really neat and spacious. They have vouchers to get free breakfast but I was unsure how to get one. Other than that we had a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted with warm cookies that held us over until we could get to our very late lunch. The room was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the amount of space we got. If someone was sleeping we were able to close off the bedroom area.

Mandatory valet ($16/day) parking. Breakfast buffet is $14 and the quality isn't any better than less expensive hotels that offer FREE breakfast. None of the electric outlets in my room have a cover. Room is OK, staff is courteous… but you can get the exact same for less elsewhere.

Had a great stay here but a week after realized I left my favorite Lulu lemon pants behind. I called the hotel and Tasha Gurley was so fantastic — she quickly called house keeping, located the items, and had them sent to my house. I can't express how grateful I am for this fantastic staff!

Lovely hotel within walking distance of SunTrust Stadium. Our suite was contemporary and spacious — very chic. Loved the bathroom decor. The whole place was plush but not overpriced. Oh! And they gave us warm cookies when we arrived, very tasty!

Stayed here for a business trip. Very nice and clean property with great staff. I liked the up to date equipment in the workout room as well. The location is very convenient and was convenient to Windy ridge Pkwy. Now for the cons, I didn't like that the first room I was given as it smelled like smoke although it's a non-smoking room. However they changed my room without hesitation. The front desk person personally came up to bring me a new key. You are required to valet your car and I wasn't aware. I guess I didn't read the fine print. So that's another $12 a night. However, the valet process is all electronic and very convenient. I didn't have a microwave and had to request one although they are suites. The iron I had was burned and had to request another one. Also, the TV kept losing signal for no reason. My phone would not dial the front desk. I had to call the main number like an outsider during my entire stay. I thought the front desk was ignoring me for a sec, but they weren't receiving my calls. I didn't get a chance to eat at the onsite restaurant. The rooms are spacious though. I probably wouldn't stay here again if I had the choice. Too many issues during my stay.

Beautiful hotel with clean spacious rooms. The staff is really friendly and eager to exceed expectations. Getting food at the restaurant is a breeze with an open kitchen until 11pm. There are plenty of tv's to watch, lots of areas to lounge around with friends/ family, and the amenities are definitely nice. This is a great value for the cost! I'll certainly be returning here.

We have stayed at a lot of Hilton's. Usually great experience. Would never stay at this one again. Water faucets did not work properly. Our room stayed at the temp of 80 degrees with no circulation. They checked it twice and said they were going to fix it or give us a different room. Neither happened. Terrible experience.

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was decent and clean. The location is fantastic if you are wanting to walk to the Battery. We walked there frequently to eat or site see. The one complaint I have is the $12 a day charge for parking. That seems a but steep but other than that our experience was pretty good.

Big room for the money, so it would seem like a good deal. But then add in $12 a day for parking in an open lot… what's that all about? And then they only have valet parking? I could see this as reasonable during baseball season, but in December? Shower is nice, bed is acceptable, food is pricey, sports bar was not open during Monday night football. Maybe I gave them too many stars.

Beautiful room! We stayed in a luxury suite and the price was great! You get a small sitting room, spacious bathroom with a great large walk in shower. The king bed was extremely comfortable as well! Staff was helpful and courteous as was the valet service!

I stayed here for 3 days while visiting Atlanta and really enjoyed it. The hotel is in a decent location, quiet, clean, and the staff is very consistent and professional. Valet parking is $12 per night and they have a nice user friendly system of requesting your vehicle through text messaging and it was always there within 2 minutes. Upon arrival there were 2 complimentary bottles of water in the room and I found that to be a nice surprise. I ordered room service once for breakfast and dinner; the food was good and to my room earlier than stated. Housekeeping did a great job of refreshing everything each day. The suites are very spacious and although the property is older you wouldn't know it by the inside. I would definitely recommend and stay here again when visiting Atlanta.

This Double Tree is a phenomenal location amid great restaurants, indoor skydiving, the mall, and of course, the new stadium. The rooms are nice. You will have to pay $12 per night for valet parking, and the atrium can be a little noisy from the voices echoing as all rooms face the center. But, overall, it was a very good hotel.

Loved my stay here. The room was huge and had a cute little balcony. When we checked in we were greeted with smiles and a free cookie! Wish it didn't have to be only valet parking though. Not that the men weren't nice, they were great! We just prefer to know where our car is at all times. Over all it was a great stay. Wish I would've taken pictures, was too busy enjoying my stay!

Top notch hotel. This location has been here awhile but you could never tell. Immaculately maintained. I live nearby and used this location for a bit of a staycation at The Battery which is pretty much right out the front door. Only real negative is the forced valet parking. Valet parking was great, I just like to have the option.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean, comfortable, and staff was accomodating. Valet parking was fast and friendly. Location is close to restaurants and bars. Less than a 10 minute drive to the Cobb Performing Arts Center. Affordable rate for this tier hotel in Atlanta. Would recommend without hesitation.

Service was a little bit bad.

Excellent room and service at the hotel. Sonce it is in the battery it was very easy to walk to Sun Trust Park and the surrounding entertainment in the battery. Only negative was the valet parking was mandatory and cost $12, but great value since we were going to the Braves game. Will want to stay again!

The room I had was nice. It included a desk, mini-fridge and TV. The iron and ironing board were mini — sized. A channel we were watching lost service and didn't come back for our entire stay. The room had no microwave. The parking is valet and costs $12 every time. The Wi-Fi was hard to connect to for some reason. Other than those things the room and bathroom itself once again were very nice.

I am loving our stay here! The rooms are clean, and there are as many cookies and water bottles here as you would like. The breakfast here is also very good, with a nice variety and number of options — — scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, hashed potatoes, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, and yogurt, to name a few. The valet service is very convenient, but be warned that this hotel is valet-only, and the mandatory service costs $12. If you are Hilton Honors, you can choose your room ahead of time. I would recommend a room on the seventh or eighth floor, if you can get it. The staff here is also very friendly.

Nice place to stay on this area. Location is great with loads of food options nearby with variety of cuisines — Indian, mexican, seafood and much more. Even the new stadium is on 2 min walk which also has good pubs. Nice friendly staff. I wouldn't recommend the room service here for dinner. Tomato Soup ordered was too thick, almost like a paste.

Nice updated older hotel. Large indoor courtyard and small side sports bar called game changers great for an evening cocktail. Room was spacious and clean. Parking however is a scam. There is only valet even though ample spaces available to self park in the large lots around the property. We had a visitor who was forced to pay 8.00 to stop by. Crazy! Guests charged 25.00 night. There were not any games in town. Management needs to address this issue. We would not stay here again because the exorbitant fees to park.

Room was recently renovated, clean, hot breakfast was great. Not enough outlets for for phones, but that would be only complaint.

The room was very nice, comfortable bed, and very quiet. Was disappointed that they removed the whirlpool tubs though. Since they've remodeled I would recommend frosting the shower doors. That way if someone else needs to use the rest room while you're showering it's possible. This was our third time staying at this hotel and we will continue to stay.

I was weary snd decided to go a little more expensive. They wewe having renovations done and it was loud. They stopped at 7 but started at 5 am next morn. I asked if they would comp me the room and the mgr. Said " no problem.! That's service.

This hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere. From the front desk clerks & the dining, to the housekeepers. The hotel is also nice & clean. Where cleanliness is a plus along with hospitality.

Rooms were clean, spacious, and enjoyably designed. The bathroom was a delightful step up from standard. Warm cookies on arrival, free coffee in the mornings, and a moderately priced breakfast buffet option for those that need food and caffeine for sustenance. 'Twas a quiet comfortable stay!

It began when we arrived, … they made us feel like royalty. Hot cookies and the friendliest staff around. The place has undergone major renovations and felt like brand new. The 2 balconies off our room, overlooked the sitting areas below and added a lot. The room was spacious, and included a heavy glassed in shower and granite counter tops. The extra sitting room gave us plenty of space. We found the bed quite comfortable and even the pillows felt luxurious. The extra lined curtain allowed us to shut out the world and not be disturbed by the rising sun. How cool that it will be walking distance to the new Braves Stadium by next year. We will come back here!

Room and service were very good. Only negative was noise. We had a room with balconies facing indoor atrium and heard echoing people and slamming doors most of the night.

I recently stayed at the double tree on windy hill rd and it was terrible. They check us in a room with a leak tub we changed rooms and they put us in a room with a loud air conditioning sound like a truck was in their. Me and my wife left that room and got check in a room that was hot as heck buy we said you know what well stay but it would be the last and when we complain about it they just gave us free breakfast not a discount or refund or nothing.

This is my go to when I visit. The staff has EXCELLENT customer service. The rooms are very nice and spacious. I have never had an issue that wasn't fixed IMMEDIATELY. I live this place. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! … Oh… they give you cookies too. Lol.

This was one of my best hotel stays ever! I knew they were renovating before I made the reservation but that did not hamper the wonderful service my wife and I received. Whoever interviewed the staff did a great job. Everyone was so pleasant. So what the breakfast is not free. The food is so much better than other places and it should be paid for! Great job! I'll be staying there again.
