Accommodating staff. Clean and comfy room, beds and bedding. Wonderful showers and water pressure. Nearby food (even an ihop in the same building as the front office), a bar and great nature spots. The pool goes to almost 9 feet, but closes at 7pm… It was a great value and a great place to get some rest, the AC worked quite well.

It was very nice hotel to stay in. The room was very clean it had a microwave & a small refrigerator to use. And also it has almost every fast food restaurant surrounded by Motel 6. If I'm every in Wildwood Florida a will be booking my room there.

No breakfast, ok rooms bathroom is old, the good part (I HOP IS THERE AND THEY ARE Friendly AND GOOD FOOD).

Everything was acceptable, room was clean and no real complaints, my only nitpick would be that the AC unit was a little noisy but not bad. Best bang for the buck in the Wildwood area.

Hardwood floors in room were dirty and needed mopping. Great location for the truck show and bikefest. Good restaurant in the front. Worn out old bed.

Hotel and room is extremely outdated and in disrepair. Needs painting and new fixtures and furniture. I will say that the bed was comfortable and the staff was courteous and friendly, but other than that I was VERY dissatisfied with this hotel and I would neither stay there nor recommend it to anyone again.

I was very satisfied with our stay. Can't beat it for the price. The property is dated, BUT the price was right, our room (150) was clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff were very nice & helpful. We left our golf cart parked outside overnight for 2 nights, and it wasn't messed with. Also, many motorcycles were parked outside overnight and we never heard any of those people say anything was bothered. Was only a few steps from the 75 Chrome Shop and had an IHop attached. (Food/service there was good. ) I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to others. It's not luxury, but for the price you shouldn't expect luxury!

The room was very clean and very quiet. We were very pleased.

For a last minute reservation and because other hotels were completely booked, I was just glad to have a warm shower and a comfy bed to sleep in. There needs to be a few cosmetic changes such as the bathroom door and shower curtains but other than that, I was satisfied with my stay.

On the plus side the room was clean, though poorly furnished and run down. Only had 2 mismatched chairs… no table or desk. Wi Fi was available which was very helpful. The motel in general was very run down and in need of updates and repairs. The area and condition of the motel gave me a very uneasy feeling and I did not feel safe. The courtyard area was well light which made me feel a little better. I was very grateful to have my dog along which gave me a little sense of security. The front desk staff was very friendly, but it just didn't make up for the condition or the motel. Having paid $65.00 per night… I expected more, I realize Motel 6 is not a high end motel, but I have stayed in numerous Motel 6's and they have never been like this.

Clean room, wood floors so no nasty rugs. Bath clean and no musty smell. Nicely decorated.

Very peaceful. Plenty truck parking. No change for pets. Would have gave 5 stars, but they have roaches. So fricken gross.

Me and my mom needed a hotel for the night and this one was super inexpensive so we decided to book it. I don’t know what all the fuss is about I guess it depends on which room you get but our room was clean, the sheets were clean, there were a lot of towels provided and a brand new flat screen tv, a fridge and a microwave. There is also an ihop right next to the hotel and numerous fast food places around. Now onto the bad. The room smelled like cigarettes and we clearly booked a no smoking room but it was too late and I was too tired to care so I sprayed some air freshener and managed. Also the cell service is horrible out here and the hotel Wi-Fi does not work. But other than that the place is quiet and the check in process was quick with no hidden fees or deposits and it was CHEAP. If you need to stay here for a night or two and your budget is tight then I definitely recommend this place.

Very good location to Leesburg. Could be cleaner but not real bad. It is nice to have restaurant at the location.

The room was spacious and more modern than I had expected. The staff were friendly and helpful — giving us fresh towels before we asked. Comfortable bed, perfect location. We were glad we chose this Motel 6 for our stay.

Standard double room was clean. Room was pet friendly. The only negative was an odor present. This was solved with air freshener from the front desk.

Front desk was courteous, the place was ok. Nothing special noting too bad. The room did however smell heavily of smoke. I smelled it in the room and bathroom it was just all over. I did request a non smoking room. I also believed there was a spot of blood on the bathroom door. Luckily I brought some wipes and was able to wipe things down.

The check in was pleasant. The counter staff was friendly and courteous. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is near I-75 and was very easy to find. There is an I-Hop on property.

Although the outside of the building was in terrible shape, the room I was in had been recently renovated and was fine. The one thing the room lacked was a table — I use my computer a LOT, so for me a table and chair are key items. Two chairs — but no table. The IHOP restaurant attached to the motel made it easy to get a meal as well.

It was nice to not have carpet but the floors need to be cleaner. They tried to make the rooms look updated but they could spend a couple of dollars and buy a new hollow core for the bathroom.

We didn't have the things we usually expect, shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex and hot water when we took a shower. The shower had mold in some places. It was convenient but other than that, nothing else.

Our room smelled like cat urine, and although the staff was apologetic they didn't do anything more than to offer a can of deodorizer spray. I had to spend an additional $30 at the gas station across the street to clean the scent out of my own room. The room down the hall had their air conditioner catch fire as well. If it wasn't for a hurricane and no other rooms available in the state of Florida we would have left.

Although the staff was friendly, it has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The building is in terrible condition and should be torn down. The grass hadn't been mowed in weeks and was knee high. Lawn and parking lot had standing water and weren't draining properly. Card key didn't work, they had to let me in with a key, but then I couldn't leave since I couldn't get back in. Shower had only a trickle of water. If I was faced with the choice to stay here or sleep in my car, I'd sleep in the car.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and always booked a non smoking room even though I smoke because I smoke outside anyway. But this last time I got a smoking room cause someone with me didn't wanna smoke outside. I'm really offended at the huge difference in the cleanliness and appearance of a non smoking versus smoking room. Just because people smoke don't mean they are nasty out deserve less. So I do not recommend a non smoking room at this hotel period.

We stopped at the motel 6 in wildwood florida on our way to Gainesville. They say they are remodeling so the first floor was ruined. The room we had was half done we think… the bed was new, and so was the dresser. The bathroom was disgusting and the fridge and microwave was ild. And the carpet and furniture was disgusting also. The people that worked there were very rude and nasty.

The best part about this location is the Staff. Friendly and cheerful folks at check-in and in the morning for our departure. The hotel lived up to the brands clean and fit standards.

As we reach our destination we got the room and service was good. We got our room and very clean n comfortable. Price was good we needed more pillows we called front desk n quickly they had us 2 more pillows.

It was cheap, the room was clean. The property and furnishings are pretty old and the bed was fairly uncomfortable. But we just needed a few hours sleep and it (just) met our expectations for the price.

Everything was fine except for the bed. Is have been more comfortable sleeping outside on the soft asphalt as opposed to sleeping on their bed made by the stone masons.

Truly the worst room I have ever been in, keep going down the highway, don't stop here. Roaches everywhere, power sockets with no covers over them, drunk people walking in the parking lot at all hours due to the bar across the street. If there was a way to give less than 1 star, I would. This place needs leveled.

Has closely I hop, kentuck, burgerking, wendy, stake and chesse, 4 positions of gasoline all 24 h it only bad is q is quite or but is quiet.

My in laws are staying at this motel. They said the room could be a little cleaner, and they did drown one cockroach. I guess that's not too bad, for Florida. We used the pool, it was very nice, clean, and cold. My in laws say next time they will pay a little more for a place with a continental breakfast.

Was given a very bad cat urine smelling room. Was going to attempt to deal with it but the TV wouldn't work. When I asked for a different room the attendant gave me the third degree as if I was in court! She reluctantly changed my room and lectured me that she would only do it this one time. I then stated that I would simply accept a refund but that was obviously not going to be an option. After her inspection of my first room (apparently checking to see if I had stolen or used the room), was finally given a different room which was clean. She never would give me the Wi-Fi password in a manor (neither verbally nor hand written) that I could decode. Would not stay here again simply for the lack of hospitality and rudeness of the front desk attendants attitude.

I was woken up by the housekeeping staff shouting back and forth at each other at about 8am. I then discovered the power in my room was out. I tried to call the front desk but the phone in my room was not working correctly. An hour after I contacted the office the power was still not on. When I contacted them again I was given a mumbled unintelligible response.

Some of the front desk staff is very friendly, others not so much. Check in is always super fast. I've stayed here numerous times. Close to everything, safe location. Always have a clean room. Bathrooms are decent, but could be updated.

Have no complaints. Standard motel but with the bonus of being connected to an IHOP. Safe and quiet enough that we were comfortable stopping with the kids. As long as you know what to expect at a Motel 6, this is fine. Of course if you look hard enough their are imperfections. But a place to rest your head, it's a good deal. Megan at IHOP was awesome.

Room was clean with modern décor. The one exception was the toilet, updating this important item would avoid clogging and over flow. The beds are a bit on the FIRM side but was pleasantly clean, especially for the price of the room. They had a pool which looked nice and clean. All in all the room was a bargain and I would stay again when in the area.
