Looks like lots of weekly residents, labor crews. Decent maintained but dated with small rooms. Cleaning is hit and miss with services one day not the next. Convenient location, nice, deep pool. Better than many cheap motels.

We stayed 2 nights a month ago. The room was very clean stocked with towels and shampoo very comfortable bed, very comfortable pillows everything was very nice and clean. The air conditioning was cold I slept great. Then in the morning very very delicious clean continental breakfast with lots of choices and a nice TV to watch. I am now on way for my second stay here and I'm very excited to go back.

Upon getting to our room we found the cable didn't work. Talked to front desk & determined replacement was needed. David came to the room quickly & exchanged cable box & everything worked fine. We stayed last year and they have been renovating the rooms. Reasonable rates since we are only going to sleep there after partying at The Villages. Front desk Michelle was quick to respond to our needs.

I've the past few years, this motel has really turned it's self around. Between the four motel in the immediate area, this is the nicest. With that being said. There is a lot of drug activity in the area which spills over to the parking lot and some of the rooms.

Very impressed with the comfort and cleanliness. I could live here. Has everything that I need. This is like a mini — home. A home, away from home!

Due to a house fire we needed somewhere to stay. It was a difficult time. Our experience was not good at days inn. Staff was rude, maids were extremely rude. Had several roaches in our room, in need of a better exterminator. Be careful with the rattlesnakes, seen a huge one between the parked Asplundh trucks.

This place has become an extended family. My husband is a truck driver & we have to come in once a month for doctor appts. We could stay closer to Orlando but it is more expensive and to be honest the people they're not as friendly. But the staff here go way beyond the Call of Duty for anything we ask for. The nicest thing is is when you pull in and you see everybody's hands start waving at you and smiling and they meet you to say hi it makes you feel very special.

It's great for what it is. Could be cheaper. Great staff. Had a few roaches but this is florida. Be careful with the rattlesnakes…

This is an older hotel that has been updated. I have been here twice and both stays were a good experience. The rooms were good, the staff was good, I would go back again. In fact, when I am in that area, I prefer that spot over some of the others in the ares. You should give them a try.

Nice clean rooms for a fair price. Friendly staff and management. Cinnamon Sticks restaurant next door has great food. Been staying there twice a year for the last 20+ years.

The room was clean and nice. The beds were soft and comfortable, the breakfast was AMAZING and got the best night sleep for a low price! I would definitely stay here again!

This place was a lot nicer than the outside appeared. It was a great experience and I'll definitely stay again if in the area.

Nice clean room, soft beds, clean breakfast area. Staff in breakfast area was very courteous and kept everything filled.

Surprising quiet place, although the highway noise is loud as place is right next to it. Room pretty and nicely decorated, non smoking room did not have any unpkeasant odors which is why 4 stars. Could be cleaner. Exteriors are in horrible, nasty condition. Don't let that stop you. Check in staff excellent Guys.

Great service from David. I just used their parking lot for carpooling for 2 days. Rate is $5 per day. Great surveillance system and location just at the beginning of the turnpike. Will use it when traveling to Orlando or Miami from Gainesville.

Pillows Sucked… Otherwise it was well worth the price. Beds were soft, hot shower with a decent shower head. Room was clean and comfortable to be in. I will definitely be staying again next time work brings me that direction.

The worst experience we've ever had! Room was old and had musty smell, carpet dirty a lot of dust, bathroom looked old with leaking bath tub, towels were far from being white and had stainspots. We checked in late and were very tired, so we decided to stay anyway. Then on the bed sheet I found long hear, but that's nothing what we found next — room was infested with cockroaches! We just grabed our stuff and ran away… Strongly recommend not to stay in this place. P. S. The room was 143$ after tax.

They advertise as a hotel but this place is a motel. No elevator, so pack lightly if you're on the second floor. The rooms were nice for the price but housekeeping kept skipping our room and the breakfast was a waffle maker, cereal, and juice they ran out of before breakfast was over every morning.

Good place, good truckers rate, very good rooms. Just remember busy area and construction but if I can move my tractor trailer around so can you. Some truck parking but 3 truck stops in walking distance.

Convenient location, easy to get to from I-75, pet friendly. Rooms are dated but clean. Staff and management are super friendly. Will stay again!

Not great not bad, complete middle of the road hotel. Bathroom was clean but tight. Walls paper thin allowing you to enjoy everybody's conversation who pass's by. Great for a couple hours stay or single person stay. Not a place for families.

Very nice people. Always polite and respectful. Trucker rates are awesome. Jen and the crew know how to run a good hotel.

Very nice clean rooms, they even switched our upstairs room with a downstairs room when my husband who has a bad hip couldn't climb the stairs with no problem! And our room is handicap accessible! Would definitely say here again!

Great place. Spank clean and pretty. Close to Popeye's. My favorite.

We evacuated from Florida due to hurricane Irma. Had no choose but to stop at this hotel due to no gas. They took us, and many other people in. They made sure we had lots food for breakfast. We were in a zone A evacuation but the police let us stay. We survived. The hotel owners were very good to us all.

Miami Springs location. Big room with equally big handicap accessible bathroom (still not sure why we got that room since we didn't request one) furnished with 2 double beds, functional refrigerator and microwave, iron, working flat screen TV that sits on a huge dresser, an old sofa, coffee maker and coffee, a safe. Provides free shuttle with friendly driver to and from airport. Staff at the front office (Kudos to Monica) is friendly and very efficient, overall room cleanliness (mirror, dust, carpet) left much to be desired but linen, towels, and bathroom, looked clean. Good for one night if your flight unexpectedly cancels due to weather. Dead bugs and big waterbugs in outdoor pool that didn't seem to bother my 10yr old. It bothered me some, but not more than a whiny kid. It was an exhaustive day and that's not the worst he's done or will ever do in his lifetime. So don't hate. I did it when I was a kid. I'm still alive. It was such a pleasure to meet other parents who thought the same. Giving it 3 stars because you get what you pay for and that's that.

Recently remodeled, Mr. Detroit (Night Host) was pretty Damn Cool, check in was easy, the room Was clean fresh sheets, frig & microwave in the room, Super Comfortable King size bed, with extra Pillows… Nice Hot Shower, OMG, I Slept Real Good… I'm glad I didn't drive that extra hour to my house. I had my peace of mind…

Newly renovated motel. Front desk attendant nice and answered questions. Room was nice it had a refrigerator as well as microwave and other necessities. The only gripes we had were there was a stain on one of the comforters as well as pillow cases and crumbs in the beds. Luckily we always bring our own blankets pillows and etc.

First room AC dis not work. Second room had to get television working myself. Room was clean and fair price just not prepped well for guest. Would stay again.

Hotel will be corporate owned not towel head so with a 2 mil. Up grade … it will be one of the best in area.

Very very disgusting place! They charged my wife and I over $100.00 to stay at this place, counter person said because they are doing remodeling. My thing is get it done first then raise the price. Bathroom awful, beds awful and my son walked around with snow white socks and after a few minutes they were black from the awful carpet! Stay away from this place go a few exits up and they're nice rooms there.

Only because no stars isn't a option worst place ever very rude and disrespectful I would recommend sleeping in your car over this place.

It was just a random place for us to stop after our trip to the Bahamas. Nothing special but it was a nice place to do a little sightseeing. Room was clean and neat and we all enjoyed the stay.

This used to be a one star property. It has new management. It was very clean. Once renovations are finished I'm certain it will be 5 stars.

Im all for respecting people and the life that they choose. With that said I checked into this room and was asked for a contact #. Got my bags went to the room and started receiving texts from an unknown #. Hey, what's up, got a pic, :). So I put the number in Facebook and what do you know the fuc**** clerk is gay and hitting on me wow how uncomfortable. And walking by the room, a gay stalker wtf. Call the cops or days Inn such a messed up experience. Im a truck driver I slept in the truck.

The room I stayed inwas newly remodeled. It was clean and the Wi-Fi was good. What more can you ask from a cheap motel. Breakfast was bad. Cereal, toast, and oatmeal.

Not a big fan of writing reviews but I notice that is really important to write so people can get some idea of what to expect… Last night in one of the bed we found 2 small bags one looked like cocaine and the other weed my dad just grabbed the bags and trashed them. This morning they had drop something by the night stand and when they looked under he found 2 syringes and a small bag wich we didn't touch and let it there. I think thats very not professional of the people that clean that they just clean and don't check everything also if someone was given a room with two beds the best thing to do is change both beds sheet even tho it wasnt use it.

I was shocked at the extreme poor quality of a Days Inn! This was one of the filthiest hotels we have ever stayed at! We have stayed in many hotels, none of which compared to this. First off, when we arrived (which was after midnight), we cleaned for over half an hour. Thank goodness we had disinfectant, and cleaning supplies with. We did have a heads up that the rooms in the area were not very clean. The sheets had crud on them, which looked as though they hadn't even been washed. The bathtub was very dirty, when I wiped it down, my cloth was black. Not sure that anyone there is familiar with a vacuum either. The dirt on the floor and around the wall edges had obviously been there for quite some time. The last day there, there were hoses running throughout several rooms, and one that was completely blocked off. After doing some checking, one of the exterminators did answer my question, that they were fumigating for BED BUGS.

Don't stay here run away, they love to take your money but not clean and then call the police on you when you ask them about when they are going to open the pool. My family and I stop here to stay the night and they closed the pool down cause of a little rain. When we ask about when they was going to open the pool back up. They said in the morning cause they didn't want to open it back up cause the side of the pool deck was wet. All we said was yes it would be wet. When anybody would get out of the pool it would get wet anyways. Then the next thing we know the police was at our door knocking asking us to leave with our two kids plus our handycapp son. And we asked about getting the money back for the night we have paid for and they wouldn't give our money back not even half. So they love to take from everybody. But when you left and get to a new hotel down the road another family told us they just did it to them too. So please don't stay here if you don't want to give them free money.

Omg. First room they gave us smelled. Second room they gave us was flooded from a/c. Thrid room smelled a little but was bareable. Got up in the morning to take shower but no hot water. Oh yea drug deals going down outside. And crack heads running around the pool looking for some crack they dropped. What a crap hole.

This was a 5 star review at one point. Thanks to changes in staffing it has gone down hill fast. My sheets have not been changed in over a week. Two days housekeeping never even showed up. The internet is abysmal until about midnight to 5am. It's 15MB shared among about 60 rooms. Good luck with that. My room lost power to the bathroom area, microwave, and smoke detector and was told the owner had the key and was out of town until Monday. So for a week I have to go without power to half my room? I wasn't even offered another room when I complained and was met only with "I told you tomorrow! Why you keep complaining? I told you tomorrow! " by a short Indian lady. It was actually the maintenance guy (Cant remember his name, he has dreadlocks) who suggested it when I ran across him. He seems to be one of the 3 people here who ACTUALLY wants to work here. Avoid this hotel. I'm going to be checking out tomorrow to find another hotel. Corporate will surely be hearing about this.

We stayed here a few months ago and thought it was ok. So we stayed again and all I can say is the first time we stayed on 2nd floor and no roaches. This time we stayed on the 1st floor and there were roaches throughout the room. It was disgusting! It was like they were coming out of the woodwork. So I recommend if you stay here request the 2nd floor and do not put your things on the floor! I think the hotel knows it has roaches too because they had them sticky roach traps. Other than that the receptionist at the desk was nice, but I know that we will try to avoid staying here again.

Good Value for the Money. The hotel front desk was helpful and got us into our reserved room early. The room was clean and plenty of towels were delivered to us upon request.
