Do not make the mistake of bypassing their restaurant or bar. Tonight I sat at the bar and Marc provided excellent recommendations and service. The food and presentation was excellent.

Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn (Tampa Airport) is more like staying at a friends place. That's how truly welcoming and friendly the team is. A special shout out to Marc probably the friendliest bar tender I've ever met. He'll know your name and your favorite drink within the first few minute of your arrival and trust me he'll have a cold one ready for you before you sit down. The atmosphere even rubs off on guest as the lounge takes on a a house party feel. It's a Hilton so of course the rooms are nicely appointed, the beds comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet is solid but I'd strongly recommend ordering an omelet (it's included and so much better than the buffet eggs). The hotel is super close to the airport and a block away from the World of Beer so really you can't go wrong staying at the Hilton Garden Inn! Almost forgot the shuttle service was a bonus!

Excellent customer service here. When we arrived Anthony was very helpful with our accommodations fixing a misunderstanding. Steve was awesome in the morning when the kitchen was moved to holiday schedule and we had to leave before it opened. Jan the bartender was also great going the extra mile. It was a wonderful stay as always, and I will continue to stay at this hotel when in this area.

Hotel was nice but could use some updates. Only one elevator was working the whole stay, so being on the 7th floor was a pain in the bum to get down to the pool. In the early AM (8am) there were no towels in the pool area which made for a chilly after swim. We had to bring it to the attention of the front desk while shivering and wet. The front refreshments was constantly out of cups and coffee. Housecleaning did a good job on the room and providing more towels. The cost was alright. Being so close to the airport and the shuttle provided was good.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

We did not stay in the hotel but we had dinner here several evenings during our stay. Food and service were outstanding. Wide variety of menu choices. Moderately priced. Special kudos to Patrick and Melissa.

We had a great stay before we flew home from Tampa! Clean, friendly, very convenient to the airport. We used the shuttle service & it was on time & so easy. We opt for breakfast instead of Hilton points & it was delicious & plentiful. Will definitely use them again.

What a great hotel, situated very close to Tampa airport. They also have a regular shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, so no need for a limo or cab which is very nice. Rooms are very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. One of the event coordinator’s named Victor was outstanding and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

Excellent hotel, superb work team: Manegers, housekiping, reception, reataurante, cooks, maintenance: friendly, courteous and feel pleasure in serving every guest. Visit it and check it out.

Pricey hotel, some times the room deals are good. Nothing around it so you have to have meals in hotel. The restaurant was the main complaint I had. It took forever to deliver my food. After ordering my meal and waiting for it another customer ordered the same, when he complained about his food getting delayed he got the meal before me. I have a feeling the waiter might have switched the order… Well I usually don't complain try to keep calm since they are dealing with my food Anyway after that I decided not to stay there.

Comfortable beds. Quiet and breakfast is available in the morning starting at 7am. They have an oatmeal pot with all the delicious fixings. Very nice staff including the van drivers.

During Hurricane Irma, the hotel welcomed evacuees and their pets (some quite large! ), kept their bar and restaurants open to their guests and the general public, even though other hotels had stopped serving, generally went the extra mile to be accommodating during a difficult period for all. Can't say enough about how grateful I am for their kindness.

Very clean, nice staff. Easily accessible from the airport and short walk and a bus ride away from Raymond James Stadium.

Pleasantly surprised! Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. I recommend going to see Nathaniel for breakfast! I would most certainly stay here again.

After staying at Hilton properties for years, I can usually tell the age of the property. However, this one is deceiving. It looks to be completely remodeled and is beautiful. However, there are certain parts about the room that appears to be the older style (popcorn ceiling, less natural light, etc). However, the hotel is great and completely in line with today's standards for a business traveler. I'll stay here again.

Close to the airport. Room was very good. Very comfortable. Outdoor pool. Staff was. Friendly. Price was very reasonable. Overall a good experience there.

Late flight in, we stayed here. Located close to the airport. Staff was very friendly, security guy was also very helpful. Clean rooms! Wish we would of stayed one more night instead of booking elsewhere!

I have to say that the service here was excellent. The guy at the front desk went above and beyond for me and my friend upon our very late arrival and long trip. We also had a great deal of time before our flight back after our cruise and they were kind enough to hold our luggage while we explored a local beach.

The hotel is fine for a quick stay. The mall is across the street and downtown is not too far. However, the hotel itself does not have much to do. There's a pool and a mediocre fotnes center. Nothing immediately around the hotel (in the same complex). Service is good, accommodations are well maintained.

Good airport hotel. Room was nice. Restaurant in the hotel was good. Staff was helpful. If you need to stay by the airport, it's a good choice.

Rooms are up to date and clean. Hotel is well organized and run well. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooms are quiet. Beds are not bad but not as good as one would hope. Close proximity to numerous restaurants and dining options of reasonable price. Plenty of things to do beyond just staying in the room.

My visit was nice, the place was pretty high quality, the bar was nice, and it wasn't a pain in the ass with weird security features like most tampa hotels.

Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. We stayed here so hubby could see planes at the airport. Unfortunately there are buildings blocking the view from the room, with another one being built at the road.

Stayed here for a weekend for business, didn't use many of the amenities except the gym and what was in the room. Breakfast was good, all in all it's a good hotel, not a hole in the wall with bugs but not your high end luxury one.

The hotel and associated resturant is great. We had a few check in issues however. We booked our rooms early but had a few members of our party who had to make travel changes. Adjusting thier check out dates by 24 hours raised the daily rate for all three rooms by $20. We arrived at 2 am had a few issues with the over night staff. We were a group with 3 rooms with differing check out dates after the aforementioned changes. The overnight staff switches two of our rooms. We were able to correct the issue the next day after speaking with the day staff. Each of our rooms also were purchased with a breakfast meal option where they give you breakfast vouchers at the in hotel restaurant. 2 of our rooms recived thier from the overnight staff but the third had to get that strightened out the next day as well. Overall the stay has been great besides the check in issues. They have a shuttle to several places in Tampa including Raymond James stadium on game days. So far we are pleased but we had alot of extra hassle to sort out after driving 18 hours to get here.

I was in town for a conference and we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. The rooms were nice, the conference room was great. The lunches and breakfasts were also great. Five stars!

Beautiful room, loved the jetted whirlpool tub. Room service was good. Love that there is a Starbucks on site. Great stay. Repeat guest.

Hotel, restaurant, bar, housekeeping and maintenance staff are always fantastic. They truly care that you have a wonderful experience. The pool is always clean and I've never had a problem with any of the rooms. Whenever our company has us travel to Tampa we always stay here.
