What a beautiful peaceful place. They have done a great job with remodel. The rooms are nicely decorated with plenty of room. Our room had a nice size refrigerator with freezer which was nice to store ice for our cooler. It is on banana River so you could watch sunset from pool, dock or On actual River in available kayak. Beach is a short walk across street. Sunrise was amazing. Taco City is also across street and one of our favorite places to eat when we come to town. Owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again next time we come to town.

Just amazing place! 5 stars. We really felt like in paradise. Everything is clean and new, made to last. It’s everything you need (except only small kitchen, I guess, but we didn’t need it). Hope to come here again!

Spent spring break here with our family. The room was comfortable and very clean. Nice small courtyard. Perfect for couples or small families. Beautiful view of the bay. Use of the kayaks was a great plus to our stay. Owner Don was very friendly and attentive. Thanks so much! We look forward to returning.

Had the time of our life! Such a welcoming and peaceful place to stay. Everything we could have wanted or needed in a getaway this place supplied. The couple the owns Lost Inn Paradise really put their heart into it and you can feel the love in each detail. Clean, comfortable and romantic. Such a convenient location too, we caught the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the river on the property docks. Super safe and intimate grounds, we LOVED or stay here and will be going back!

At first we thought… What did we get ourselves into. The office is a mess. But after we got into our room it was clean, spacious, it needed a few repairs. The celing fan possibly needed a few bolts tightened. The room was hot, as the air conditioner was not on before we got there… However after we got the room cooled down. We truely enjoyed the atmosphere. If you want a fancy hotel. This is not your environment! But if you want a homey relaxing atmosphere… This is the place! The scenery is absolutely beautiful! Got kind of a cabin feel that we loved! Got to see the sun set by the lake. And the sun rise on the beach. We like the view and atmosphere soo much we actually are inquiring about doing our little wedding here!

Can't wait to come back. Absolutely loved it! They even let me dock my dingy "Spare Parts" for the weekend.

It was fantastic for the money. It didn't smell bad an it was very quit. Its not the best of best hotels but for the money it was perfect. Management was first rate. She was straight forward an to the point. The way I like people to be. Very friendly an accommodating. Sun sets were very romantic an the beach was no more than a football field away. Now if your just cheap an want the five star hotel for a couple dollars then its not for you an you probably can't be pleased anyway but for us normal everyday common folks. It was perfect. I'd tell anyone to stay there. We will be very pleased to go back. Told them we would see them next year. Its a great place Kevin an Debbie Price.

We needed a place to stay because we had to go to the Air Force Base the next day. It was Musky. Damp and gross, The People staying next to us (that were living there) kept asking us if we wanted to buy a pizza with them, but we would have to drive and pick it up because they had no gas, but they had plenty cigarettes alcohol and we think drugs. They kept running to the room and then coming back rubbing their noses. We said no thank you and locked ourselves in our room. We fled at 6 o'clock in the morning the next day. THE WORST hotel experience in 25 years seriously…

Was a neat, fun place to stay. Ocean on one side, the banana river in the other. Fished off their dock. Never got time to use the kayaks, but wish we could have. We would have liked to have had more time to spend at the motel using the kayaks and enjoying the atmosphere.

My wife had a 3 day conference and The Dolphin Inn looked nice on Expedia so I booked it. If it was nice, we were going to make it a regular thing since we are relatively close by and it looked like I could go fishing there. I tried to cancel because conference was moved to different location and these people did not answer the phone or email to Expedia and prevented me from canceling even though less than 24 hours passed since booking room and reservation was 5 days away. I could not book room at other location until this was resolved. Finally on the third day after several calls to Expedia, they responded and said they would refund all but first day only stealing about $90 but looks like I am getting charged full amount from Expedia on the canceled reservation $257. I see free cancellation on some ads but no warnings that you will get screwed for full amount of stay. Guess Expedia does not protect its customer anymore like it used to so this might be my last Expedia purchase. Hello alternatives!

What a cute little motel. Came here for a quiet, romantic staycasion for my birthday with my boyfriend. The staff was very helpful, it was nice and quiet, and they had everything we needed. I wish there were more nice motels like this!

Clean room, excellent staff, very pretty landscaping, dolphins off the private dock, beach access across the street, free fishing gear and kayaks to borrow. An Excellent and peaceful little motel. Very laid-back. If you like expensive, fancy, room-service type hotels for the rich and famous, go somewhere else. If you want to get away to a friendly little place that's near a lot of fun activities for a great price, Stay Here! My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Although this place is listed under pet friendly, when I asked if they allow pets the woman asked what type of pet. I said dogs and she asked what kind of dogs. I have a pit and a lab mix. This place does NOT allow pits. They might be pet friendly, but they are breed specific.

A funky old Florida motel clean, good bed, but the stove wouldn't turn on and when I called Deb, she got it to work — 2 burners anyway — but not with the good grace an owner should display. Fridge was fine. Parking limited. Kayaks are free to use but you must be registered, so if you want to go don't wait, do it right away. Had a time getting clean towels, as I did not want daily housekeeping. My daughters stayed one night, paid extra for them. They did not volunteer more towels. There were only 2 in the room. Would not stay again.

Awesome! We loved this quaint Inn. So friendly and soooo much fun! They even let us borrow kayaks and boogie boards! While out on the river side we paddled within about 50 feet of Dolphins.

This is an older Florida Motel. Not fancy but clean and the staff was great. Will be going back every chance I get. Fishing from the dock on the river and beach access across the road. Can't ask for more! A big thank you for the great weekend we had.

It is a beautiful place to relax. Rooms are big, it is like a studio apartment. It is clean and decent but the room has a funny smell and the shower it's really small. Service is great. Overall, is good. I will come back again.

This place was great. Charming and quirky. Out of the way so it's peaceful but not far from Cocoa Beach pier and restaurants. Dolphins off the dock in the Banana River and the Atlantic Ocean across the street. Can't wait to go back.
