Cocoa Beach Resorts

One of the older resorts in Cocoa Beach that's directly on the Ocean with pool and restaurant for convenience. There's also a tennis court and hot tub for some extra fun. A little dated, but clean and convenient for vacationers or local use. Discovery Beach Resort is down the street from our home and always has good approval ratings for service, accommodations and cleanliness… I'd give it a 5 star rating but it's a little dated compared to some of the newer resorts.

Huge apartments, rooms were clean and spacious. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Large balconies facing the ocean. Friendly service, game room and gym could use a face lift though.

The room promised was not the room we received, however the manager did offer a change in room location after we requested. They were accommodating. We were extremely disappointed there were no options for Mothers Day breakfast or brunch. We had to go to another hotel for Mothers Day brunch. Very disappointing since there is a kitchen on site. Even something simple would have been sufficient. It was a good experience for Cocoa Beach, but definitely sub par for Westgateas a whole.

Our stay has been great! Room is clean and comfortable.
Sue at the Tiki bar is great! She is friendly and helpful!
We have used the shuttle to and from Cocoa Pier a number of times and Big Ray is awesome!
We also enjoy the convenience of the Makai Snack Shack!

Very nice place and quite accommodating as they have a special wheelchair for those who aren't able to walk and use a wheelchair on a regular basis. A normal wheelchair won't go through the sand but this super big tires one does quite easily allowing disabled people to also enjoy the beach.

Friendly staff, very clean, large pool & hot tub areas. Beautifully landscaped resort! Our favorite Florida destination!

This was our second year staying here. We will continue to make this place our spring break spot. The staff is absolutely amazing and make you feel like family. It is family and pet friendly and dogs are allowed on the beach. This is hands down my most favorite place in Cocoa Beach. We just left and I already can’t wait for Spring Break 2023!

This hidden gem is off the beaten path. It is right on the oceanfront and has access to the beach with chairs, umbrellas and beach toys to borrow. The pool is the perfect temperature and the grounds and deck and all maintained well. The staff is laid back and accommodating. It made the perfect spot for our girls vacation.

We brought our 8 year old Granddaughter for the night and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Granddaughter and hubby had a Blast in the game room. Easy beach access. Saw a couple of sea turtle nests! 🥰

The rooms were very clean, and in a very convenient location. They were on the coast line with direct access to the beach. The staff was friendly, and helpful. There were also several shops in close proximity, and easy access in and out of traffic. There are ocean view restaurants on the property, and the concierge had many suggestions and discounts for places nearby. Wonderful experience.

The staff was extremely friendly. The housekeeping left our room impeccable specially considering how often we went to the beach and that we have little ones. The pirate splash pad pool was a huge hit with our kids. The food was very good at Mambos. Got to catch some fun waves with my kids too! We made some new friends around the firepit over marshmallows. It was a week I will treasure forever.

Just checked in but very friendly staff and such a beautiful hotel. Can't wait to sit outside on the beach front for breakfast and watch a space x launch tomorrow morning.

Great Getaway…
Peaceful and private.

Awesome place! Super clean, homey, and fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, and kitchen utensils. Has a pool and hot tub! The managers were great too! What an amazing getaway.
