I really enjoyed staying there some time ago. The view of the ocean was beautiful, especially at sunrise, but clichés exist for a reason. The staff was very friendly and professional, and even willing to put extra effort into making sure we had a great stay. We stayed on a floor with a lounge that served a nice afternoon wine/cheese/fruit happy hour. The lady who ran that was very sweet and it was a joy to spend a little time with her each day.

Staying here currently! Hair all over the bathroom, most noticeably on back of the door in the bathroom & on bathroom wall. Was in room 650 but they move my room because the AC is very loud. Recommended by hotel staff to turn down AC as low as it can go then turn up because they can’t lower the sound. Sprayed a gold can of Lysol in the bathroom as well & can not get rid of the smell. Staying a business so, I have to suck up for two more nights.

Great hotel with beach access. Very nice staff. All equipment in the gym was functional, and you get a view of the outside restaurant. Outside restaurant/bar is great. They have a large outdoor patio with sofa/chairs for guests to hang out. Morning buffet in the restaurant is great. They have a really good chef that makes the food like it should be on a commercial.

Right on Cocoa Beach with oceanfront rooms available. Rooms are very clean and the overall styling of this hotel is very good! Located near many nice restaurants and shops! Very close to one of the Ron Jon Surf Shops. I would recommend it for shorter trips to Cocoa Beach. If you're on a longer stay however it might be better to check out one of the nearby real resorts with bigger rooms that includes more amenities.

Great hotel. Breakfast was delicious and included if you're a member. The tiki bar on the boardwalk has a great happy hour. Room was large and bed was comfy, however it was a bit noisy on the lower levels.

Nice location a bit away from the hub of Cocoa Beach. Nice pool. Great outdoor bar and grill and the beach itself is wonderful. Ample parking. Nice staff.

Stayed here a few weeks ago. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The beach front is well maintained. Drinks at the tiki bar are delicious and if you dine at Salt order the pork belly! Hospitality is on point at this location. We can not wait to come back.

We only stayed one night here, but the rooms were very nice and the staff were even more nice. They answered all out questions about leaving our car while we were on our cruise. They also recommended some excellent places for us to eat since we weren't familiar with the area. They always greeted us warmly coming in and out of the building. I would definitely stay there again.

Work Holiday Party! Wonderful evening was had by all. The Hilton took care of everything… decor, buffet dinner and 2 bar stations. The Hilton worked with all of our requests and if they couldn't accommodate, they offered suggestions! Top notch team with friendly staff!

Very nice hotel. Pool heated, nice beach access, live music at night. Food was good although pricey. Ice cream and starbucks on premises. Feels very new and updated. Price seemed very reasonable considering location and amenities. Have to pay for parking. Would go back.

Staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately that’s about the best it got. The shower valve in our room would go from cold to scalding hot in an instant. The toilet was old and was chipped so they painted the chip and called it good. Fair to say plumbing issues stick out like a sore thumb because I’m a plumber but ultimately should be addressed. The bathroom is tiny and the finishes just seemed like they avoided a much needed major remodel with little haphazard fixes. The air conditioner and exhaust fan competed for top noise maker, fortunately we spent a lot of time out of the room.

Air conditioner in room is way to loud so need to shut it off at night.
The pool deck is very nice with a beautiful Tiki Bar and Beach Access.
Pool itself is way to small given the size of the hotel and you rarely find a seat at the beach.

The hotel is already a bit older but is always maintained. Well worth the money. The Poolbaar is nice and the beach of course right in front of the hotel. The restaurant is quite ok but nothing special. The rooms are large enough. The bathroom, however, is extremely small.

Was there for lunch at outdoor bar and dining area. Nice large, undercover area. Food and drinks were very good and so was the service on this very busy day. Menu has a wide selection for everyone. Enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere. Parking in hotel parking lot is free as long as you're a paying hotel customer.

This hotel is in a great location on the beach and if you're lucky enough to snag an oceanfront room I'm sure you'll have beautiful views. Inside the rooms are quite outdated and the bathroom is very tiny. Carpet should be replaced and the tile in the bathrooms should be replaced. Also, the rooms have very noisy AC units that shut off and on all night. However what made me cut my stay short and head for another hotel was a leaky pipe in the ceiling of my bathroom. They tightened the pipe but said they would need to replace it an paint. I didn't want to deal with the smell of wet paint in a tiny room with no opening windows so I elected to leave. Also, tiny silverfish began appearing which are common in damp areas and was the nail in the coffin. The staff are quite nice but as a gold member I expected more than a drink coupon for my trouble especially since I was booked for 23 nights. Sadly I won't be back.

The perfect place on Florida’s beautiful Space Coast, offering fantastic ways to enjoy a must-see visit of Cape Canaveral NASA / Kennedy Space center and take advantage of extensive beach leisure (private beach at the feet of Hilton Hotel with beach bar and beach restaurant). Great rooms with impressive sea view, nice restaurant (in-door and beach restaurant), good food and efficient service. And the best : the fantastic welcoming reception staff. Thanks again…

Giving 4 stars because our stay was not perfect. Cable was disconnected but fixed immediately by a great guy named Neil. While he was fixing it we asked him for suggestions on places where the locals eat. He gave us a few great restaurants, which we tried the next morning. Our room keys stopped working but we're fixed immediately at the front desk. It was a little inconvenient but nothing that ruined the day. Everything else was great. Room was clean, beds comfortable, room had everything we needed. Loved the location, beautiful beach, you must get up early and see the sunrise. Hope to be back soon.

The hotel was really good. Came to town for a work event and we used multiple conference rooms and the banquet hall and had a few dozen rooms. The facility was great and we didn't have any major issues. For one of our banquets they didn't set up enough tables and chairs for everyone but that was the only issue. The food was good and the staff was helpful. For our second banquet they had a lot more chairs and tables and everything was great. Would recommend this hotel for work events or if just getting a room.

Excellent facilities right on the beach and miles of sand. The hotel has just about thought of everything for all travellers far and wide. Great coffee shop in side restaurant, outside bar terrace great live music and not in your face! Good food at a reasonable cost. Do it your self laundry or hand it over. Swimming pool although not big it was warm heated for the evening. Staff friendly as well. The rooms where clean and a really nice size. We will be back.

Great hotel as all Hilton's I've been to have. It being a beach front location adds a lot. Friendly staff and good food. Honestly one of my favorite hotels.

My family spent the night here before leaving on a cruise the following day. The hotel was located very close to Port Canaveral, just a 5-10 minute drive. Its directly on the beach with beach access. Room was clean, well-maintained, and everything worked. There were USB ports all over the room and a blow dryer available. There is a pull-out coffee/tea set-up in the cabinet under the TV. We had a full window with a gorgeous view of the beach. Breakfast was amazing. One of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever come across. Made-to-order omelets, a do-it-yourself waffle bar, and a large variety of other items. There was a cost to park, around $5-6. It felt a little silly to pay for parking in a surface parking lot outside of the hotel. They’ve got plenty of parking available so they should allow their guests to park for free.

Fun place to meet up with visiting friends and family. Outside bar is superb. Food is good and the service is friendly. Accommodations are top notch. Would always recommend family to stay here for visiting.

Checked in 1230 pm. Had a thanksgiving dinner at a family members house 25 minutes away and left the room at 1. Came back around 930 and changed went to bed. Woke up sweating and changed the AC settings multiple times and finally called the front desk at 1230am and found a rude staff member to answer the phone. The maintenance staff came to the room at 1240 and tried fixing the ac unit and told us this isn’t the first time this has had happened. He told us to wait 10-15 minutes to let the system reboot. We called the front desk and talked to Damien the front desk reception and he was very rude to my wife. Never had service like this. Being a Hilton’s golds member didn’t expect this kind of service from Hilton. Will definitely reconsider staying with Hilton at this location again.

Very well-grown Hotel Experience.
Good: in November free parking in the large hotel car Park. Very nice Check-in. Quiet and clean room. Good housekeeping. Lateral sea view and short walk to the dream Beach.
Not so good: funny beach hotel, that without a balcony and with not open windows a bit like a dark bunker.
The room was clean and the breakfast was Good. But the most unsightly: as a Non-hilton honor member, the 17 dollar per person breakfast is placed in the last corner and consistently overlooked by the Service. Coffee and tea were only brought on request from our Side. Then the quality of the breakfast can still be so good if you do not feel welcome and as a guest of second class.

Completely saved our honeymoon! The staff here is awesome. They heard about our bad experience at the place where we were supposed to stay and they completely went above and beyond to make our week Great! Huge Tiki bar, Great food at good prices. Right on the beach. We will definitely come back!

Great hotel. Easy check in. Nice atmosphere. I had dinner in the on site restaurant "Salt" and it was an experience, the waiter Jorge quickly made me feral at ease it was like we were old friends. Him and the guys at the bar chatted with me and shared stories about their love of all things space. And even showed me some memorabilia. When I went to my room I found it to be modern and comfortable. I did have a small problem, this was just after a recent hurricane, and I found my AC to be broken, at 3am. I contacted the front desk and in a mater of 10 min the determine that a new room was best, provided new key cards, and delivered them to my room. Very fast service with a smile in my opinion. I currently having breakfast. It's super busy but the staff is still great. It is not a complementary, buffet but we'll wither the money. Croissants fantastic taste and Gordon Ramsay level eggs. I will be staying hear again.

Had we known there would be a full on convention we would have booked elsewhere. The place was packed with lots of areas blocked off for 'private event'. Hotel service was super fast, but room didn't cool properly, and on a day with 78% humidity, we needed cool air! All in all, would consider staying again with Hilton Oceanfront.

Nice hotel on the beach. This hotel is right on the beach and has a tiki bar on the pool deck. Food from the restaurant is good, and the bar is fun. The hotel has been recently renovated, and the lobby is modern. Rooms are nice. It's not exceptional, but it's a solid place to stay.

Staff outside in beach area are terrible. Towels are old and about the size of a hand towel. My family and I have come back 3 times for the past couple of years to see if perhaps it was a bad weekend, but it is the same every year. Really cannot express how bad the staff is outside near the beach area. They're charging 24 for an umbrella and I believe 12 per beach chair? The room rate is already ridiculous and every year I've had a room with the view of the parking lot which has valet parking 5 feet away from regular parking? They're charging who knows how much more for what? Their car to be parked a single parking spot away from the self parking lot? All in all, this hotel charges high rates for the location and makes an attempt to be like other high-end resorts, but it falls significantly short. Not worth the money.

So far, so good! Staff have been really helpful and friendly. Rooms comfy and clean. The beach. Lovely but lots of trash and cigarette butts left around and on the shore line spoils it. We had the buffet breakfast. There was a nice selection. Again, the service was great from the staff.

So beautiful. Stately. Luxurious. Waterfront rooms. Had some difficulty checking in. Witnessed a few other guest have trouble getting their expected, reserved rooms, which should be absolutely unacceptable. But when they finally got their stuff together, the rest of the visit was perfectly serene. Can't wait to stay next year!

Great stay brought down by shoddy Wi-Fi. Amazing beach access. Nicely updated rooms. However, poor internet (on the HHonors floor too) made work travel a pain.

We stayed Wednesday through Monday. Our room was a spacious, 2 double bed room. Our bathroom was uncomfortably small and the shower had mold in the grout. The beds are incredible and very soft! We were surprised with a charge for parking upon arrival. The Wi-Fi is complimentary, but you have to pay to be able to watch movies of any kind. The pool was dirty, but it's to be expected when children are coming from the ocean and jumping in. Location is awesome! All the employees were REALLY awesome. No issues with them at all. Construction is being completed on elevators and starts early! For being a Hilton I had higher expectations of the quality but overall it was nice. Glad I booked at a discounted rate on Hotwire!

Room was clean but small for a Hilton Hotel, refrigerator was not working, spoiled all our food we had bought with us and we asked for blankets, sheets, pillows and extra bath towels, upon our arrival from the pool they had been left on the floor in front of our room door. Only good thing was being conveniently on the beach for the holiday.

The location of the cocoa Beach hilton is awesome. Easy access to the beach. The price is a bit high but it is also a luxury hotel. With hilton honors you get free Wi-Fi and a refrigerator in the room. The room itself is nothing special but it's clean and the bed is fairly comfortable; not too hard and not too soft.

Nice hotel with fantastic beach and views. The tiki restaurant and lounge area was our favorite place to relax. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with checking in but the staff took care of us and made it right.

The location is absolutely perfect: right on the beach with an outdoor bar and pool area. I was not staying in the hotel, but attending a professional event. The service was great and the food was delicious with a great variety. I would give three thumbs up, but I only have two. Just excellent.

I booked my father at the Hilton Cocoa Beach when he came for a visit and he loved it! He is very particular and the front desk staff was wonderful. He said that the bed was very comfortable and the view was spectacular. Thank you so much for taking care of my dad for a week!

It was ok, but definitely not Holton standards. Understaffed, & not the most polite staff. Not many ammenenities. Everything including Internet is an additional charge. They offered turndown service included a guy just bringing sheets, not fitted & blankets l. Not mention we didn't get the room we booked. Three refrigerators later we had one that worked. It looks like the Hilton just leased the name out to a different property for some reason. Not even a microwave In the room either.

Just visited for an after-event hangout at the tiki bar. Pretty standard hotel tiki bar experience. Nothing to complain about. Didn't get anything to drink but everyone seemed happy with theirs.

I stayed here not too long ago and I absolutely loved it. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are gorgeous, very clean and comfortable and the food was perfect. I can't wait to make another visit!

Check in staff late night were quite accommodating given all travel delays I had getting there. Breakfast is excellent, and free if you're a Hilton go! d member. Faucet leaked in bathroom, HVAC was a little loud, and one outlet didn't work in room. Otherwise, can't beat the location on the beach and outdoor tiki bar.

Amazing view! Nice kitchen, love the island and table. We stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was terrific!

Excellent location and condition. The staff was super helpful and the dining team rocked it even with the kiddos in tow. Ask for the parking voucher if you are staying before a cruise. It's 40% off right at the port.

1. Dinner in the dining room lacking. Salmon was dry, chicken lacked flavor. The design of the room prevents any view of the outside, though the windows are huge. (But if you are on an exercise bike, you get a great view of the beach! ) The tables are set low and the seats are so low, it's like sitting in a hole. The pillars block view of TV so why both having TV's. Service bothersome. The price of the meal on the menu was less than what I was ultimately charged, and when brought to their attention, they said the menu was wrong. Ultimately, did get the refund. 2. The dining outside was good, and the band both nights was enjoyable. Service outside was spot on and friendly. 3. Watch your bill. We were charged for in-room water that we never touched. Had to go to desk for a refund. 4. Never got the wake-up call and almost missed our tee-time. 5. A supervisor yelled at the poor man working the coffee counter in front of customers. 6. You have to pay to park, unless you aren't staying there. Random people park there and use the beach. When I asked about this, they said they can't control the locals. OK, but then why charge your guests? No answer for that. 6. With the exception of the outside bar, staff could use some Disney training.

I did not have a room at the hotel, I was at the Tiki Bar for an anniversary party I paid the bill before I left, the next morning I had several charges on my credit card NONE being the bill I paid. I was told by the front desk it was hotel policy to put holds on all cards and they should clear in 48 hours. My account was short Much more than the bill. 3 days later I was charged for my tab and the original money they took is still missing.

Yes its renovated not brand new as advertised. Of course we were there for the rainiest weekend. The weekend it must have rained all over Florida. The rooms were weird. We had a window where you could see the beach but you have to stand on the chair to look out the window? It was a rectangle shaped window and you need to be at least 6ft tall to see out of it. We complained and even as Hilton Diamond members we were moved to a view of the wall of the hotel next door. The flies at the breakfast buffet did not help even at $18 per person. So much or our vacation.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary at the Hilton. Our family and friends joined us for the week-end. We enjoyed an evening cocktail party on the Tiki deck, and a wonderful dinner in their event room overlooking the ocean. I can't praise the manager, Debra Green, enough. She and her event planner, Shannon help us plan the perfect party. The food was wonderful, the staff very accommodating, and the hotel, with the pool, kiddie pool, and ocean was enjoyed by the entire family (ranging in age from 76 to 4 months). I highly recommend the Hilton if you are planning an event, or just looking for the perfect week-end "staycation". If you live locallyl, the dinner menu at the Salt is worth a trip to Cocoa Beach. Whenever I am in Cocoa Beach, Florida, I prefer to stay at Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront hotel. It is centrally located to my family that lives in the area. It is about an hour from all of the major attractions in Orlando, Cape Canaveral, Titusville, etc. The staff are great, the restaurants have very delicious menu choices, and it is right on the beach. A great spot for sunrise walks.

I stay at Hilton properties for multiple reasons. No matter the location they seem to always be on the same page regarding cleanliness, staff, etc. Now with all the traveling I do for work and personal this is the first time I have ever encountered a situation in which I was refused access to a luggage cart. Even motels provide luggage carts. In order to use a luggage cart you have to allow an employee of the hotel to unload your baggage for you. You are unable to use the luggage cart if you decline his help. When I found this out, I was immediately furious. He kept saying it was complimentary. I kept saying I wanted to use it without him. He said he came with the cart. So after I told him no thank you for the 5th time, he pushed the cart back inside. Sometimes you don't want someone hovering over you, putting their hands all over your bags, and then walking you to your room. Elimination of this policy is necessary. Even 5 star hotels allow you to use a luggage cart. In conclusion the room was clean. Front desk staff was pleasant. Hotel steps away from the beach. I was upgraded to a "coastline view" due to my gold status. Which means, your room will not directly face the ocean. 1 star due to luggage cart issue only. When you arrive at a hotel, you are ready to relax. You shouldn't have to argue with staff about using a luggage cart. I usually stay at the doubletree down the street. I will stay here again, and just be prepared to not have access to a luggage cart.

My experince was amazing. I had a beautiful room with ocean view. Nice and clean. The staff was extra friendly. The out side patio area is very nice and relaxing. I would go back to the hotel again. I reccomen you get room 552.

I just finished writing three good reviews to restaurants and another hotel and wish I could write another one. The biggest problem we had with this hotel is that they have inside rooms. In other words, rooms with no windows. I never heard of such a thing and they don't advertise that you may end up in one of these. And of course they were sold out so there was no way to move us. They admitted to us that they do not advertise this. That is because they know people would not book. We would not have done so. The front desk staff is not courteous. They don't even great their guests with a smile. When we checked out a day early we asked if they cared to know why. The response was "No, we don't care. " I am not exaggerating or making this up, they really said this word for word. I asked for the manager on duty and I got "She is on break". Really! The manager cannot be interrupted on their break! She would be back in 30 minutes. I left a number for them to call and two hours later they finally called. Another sign that they don't care. It was useless anyway. She made excuses for her staff saying "I don't think that is what they meant". I am willing to bet that the positive reviews on here are from people who had rooms with windows because how can you like sleeping in a closet.

Attitude of front desk staff is poor. I am a diamond member, whilst I accept no upgrades possible if hotel is full, the staff don't seem to care and nothing further offered. No point being a diamond member if not made to feel special as part of loyalty programme. Asked for breakfast upgrade was given the same non caring attitude from front desk the morning after also. Not typical of hiltons, perhaps staff all need to be re-trained on customer service at this hotel.

Well I did not like the very small pool. The k k I like this close to the beach.

This place has the worst internet I have ever seen at a hotel. I complained multi times and they just looked at me like I was asking for them to move the ocean. When I attempted to get a wired connection I was yelled at. So I will never ever be staying here.

I stayed at the Hilton Cocoa Beach two years ago prior to the renovation and found it best suited for conferences and professionals looking for a reasonably priced ocean venue. Visiting again this week for cocktails, I was super impressed with the new swanky lobby, expanded pool area, and tiki bar. I don't recommend it as a family friendly hotel, but weddings, conferences and date nights — yes! Here's to the Hilton investing in Florida's Space Coast.

For the price we are not getting much, we would have been better at a basic hotel — We are coming from a cruise with our 3 young children and are spending 2 more nights in the area, we searched online and decided to book this hotel. We thought being a HILTON it would be pretty nice — but, you can't get a cart for your bags unless you pay them for the service, no form of any continental breakfast unless you pay for a food package, no self serve laundry available unless you pay them to wash your things, close in parking is all Valet, the room is not any better than a Red Roof Inn and the tub doesn't drain. Long story short — for less money we could have had much more in one of the hotels down the street. A few nice things are the beach access and the nice Tiki Bar they just built, but that is something that not all people will enjoy.

My husband and I checked into the Hotel last week. We were on the sixth floor. The AC was poor in the room and worse in the hallways. The beds were old and nearly came off of the box springs. The outside of the building was covered in scaffolding. There were several leagues of soccer players in the hotel which equated to screaming teenage girls over the course of the two evenings we stayed there. We ordered paella, a salad and a small pizza from room service and the bill was 87 dollars. Two weddings happened on the beach, so in order to walk onto or off of the beach you literally had to disrupt two weddings. It was a hot mess. Paris Hilton would never stay here.
