Spent 2 nights at this beautiful B&B for Valentine’s Day. Very clean rooms, beautiful grounds, and wonderful, friendly staff.

My son had his wedding there November 7th. In the evening. It was beautiful, Magical, and perfect! Thank you to all your staff that made us all have such a wonderful time!

What an amazing experience at this beautiful Inn! Owners very friendly, wonderful hospitality! If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place. Then look no further. This is it!

We celebrated our anniversary here and loved our stay! This is a great place to relax! Service is excellent, the happy hour is awesome, breakfast was delicious and we had great views from a cozy room. We stayed in Forrester room on 11.03.2021. We will definitely be back!

I’m so glad we decided to stay here. We normally stay at another hotel. When searching their site I noticed they also had an apartment to stay in. We love it. It has a beautiful kitchen and living room. Nice primary suite, 2 balconies one over looks the marina. It’s waking distance to everything. I would highly recommended it. And of course the breakfasts are delicious.

Always a pleasure performing weddings and the staff is excellent! Hope to return back soon!

This place is amazing! The breakfast is great, happy hour is awesome and the staff do wonders. We have definitely enjoyed our stay here while visiting the historic District of St. Augustine.

Love the outside 2nd story balcony views it was a great room and we loved the staff, the champagne was delicious, and happy hour was amazing too! my husband got the bubble bath package and I hate chocolate covered strawberries but these were great! the happy hour drinks were delicious also sorry while writing im a bit tipsy theur us a great tastery? idk its liquor lol vodka rum and moonshine back on topic this is one of my fave B&Bs in St Augustine.

This was our first time here and won’t be the last! The breakfast and happy hour was amazing and loved how it was delivered to your room due to the virus. Our room was beautiful and the service whenever you needed anything was top notch! It’s nice to know it is also family friendly when we want to come back with our kids!

Awesome staff at this place. Always friendly and very accommodating. They offer free breakfast and happy hour, which are both excellent. Very clean and the location is the best. And it's not that long of a drive from New Smyrna for a quick over night stay.

We had a wonderful stress free get away at The Bayfront Marin House. Their rooms are exceedingly clean & we felt lucky to have such a beautiful & safe place to stay. Sometimes we stay at one of their Villas. We had to cancel our international vacation & knew we could trust the BMH!

This place and the staff was above and beyond our expectations. Absolute wonderful staff! I Cannot say enough about this place. It’s beautiful, and they made us feel like a Prince and Princess when we got married! We definitely recommend Bayfront Marin house! Well worth every penny!

This trip we'd stayed in Stephanie's Hideaway. Room was lovely. Everyone there, from the people that work there down to the guests were such pleasant people. Those bacon wrapped jalapeno's at Happy Hour were great! Will for sure stay there again.

Absolutely love this place! This is the only place we stay when in St. Augustine. Rooms are beautifully furnished, staff very warm and friendly, food is awesome.

We stayed at Bayfront Marin House for our one year anniversary and absolutely loved it! It was incredibly romantic, in a great location and the food was fabulous. Mary made us the BEST French toast I’ve ever had and even shared her recipe with my husband and I! We’d absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful getaway. We will definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful. Made us feel so welcome. Loved the homemade sangria. Loved the homemade banana pancakes and homemade breakfast casserole. They remember little details like the fact we used stevia in our coffee. We brought our pets. They loved on them. Susan gave them homemade treats made by Mandy. Dogs loved them. Also got to meet Sandy the owner she was wonderful. Would definitely come back to stay.

William and I had an incredible stay at the Bayfront Marin House. The staff was very accommodating from check in, to breakfast, to room service and housekeeping. The rooms are spacious, unique, quaint and quiet. And all rooms have a beautiful view of the bay, with hanging flower baskets. My 8 other friends from Tallahassee enjoyed their stay as well, in their own signature rooms. Happy hour was great with many options to choose from, but the French Toast breakfast on Sunday morning was the best. I highly recommend this wonderful bed and breakfast. Sandy, the owner, is lovely, attentive, and very personable. I look forward to a reunion with my friends again in the future. Thank you Sandy, Mary, Becca, Christian and the entire staff, we appreciate you.

10 out of 10. The location was perfect. The room was beautiful. The food was AMAZING. The chef at this B&B is a culinary genius. The staff was accommodating too when we had to drop our car off a day early before check in. Loved, loved this place.

The staff treats you like family. The rooms were wonderful, but the breakfast… the breakfasts were amazing. We had French toast, quiche, berry bread pudding, Spanish omelet, and banana pancakes. Everything was wonderful. I cannot recommend this place enough. What a wonderful place.

Loved this place! Staff makes you feel like home. They are really wonderful people! The rooms are cozy and the beds sleep amazing. The view of the River and Marina is right across the street with amazing sunrises and the light house in the background. We will stay here again if we ever get to return. Your inn is the best! Our room was beautiful and immaculately clean. Breakfast each morning was delicious and all of the staff was amazingly friendly and polite. You even let us use your plates and microwave when we brought back leftovers from downtown and wanted to heat them up late at night. Even your parking is closer and more convenient that most inns downtown. We will be staying at the Bayfront Marin House again!

This was the perfect vacation. We stayed at the ocean view cottage and it was absolutely beautiful and amazing. The cottage was just perfect felt like home and had amazing views of the ocean. The staff was fabulous Ann was amazing made sure we had plenty of beach towels and our breakfast basket every morning. We went and toured the Inn located downtown in the mood the hysterical shops and that was just as beautiful. Me and my family will be definitely visiting and staying at the Bayfront Marin.

The ocean front was fantastic. Easy access to the beach and the town. Room could use ottomans (we old folks need to put our feet up). Also since it was so hot outside, ceiling fans on the deck would be great. The sun really bakes that area. Great service, prompt and professional. Thanks for the service you provide! I would definitely recommend this for others. And we hope to return sometime soon.

They were well priced. Very easy to work with. Great customer service. Friendly staff. Parking located in the perfect location to park and explore the downtown area and all it has to offer! They made our special week (got married then spent our honeymoon with Bayfront) amazing and a great start to our new chapter. The cottage beach view was gorgeous way to wake everyday, easy beach access, and the beach was quiet and well kept. Had the washer and dryer to use as well which was great! We will refer Bayfront Marin house to all friends and family who stay in St. Augustine. Thank you again and we plan on seeing you soon!

My husband and I were guests a couple of years ago for an anniversary weekend and had a great experience.   A couple of weeks ago,   I emailed Mike and Sandy to see if they could accommodate us for a last minute visit with our son.   Not only did they find us a perfect room for 3, but we were greeted with chocolate covered strawberries and a gorgeous flower arrangement. Mike came out to greet us upon arrival,   then he found some of his homemade ice cream for our son during happy hour. The rooms are beautiful,   the service impeccable and the breakfast and happy hour are delicious! It's such a perfect spot to visit the heart of St. Augustine.   I hope we find time to return soon.

We loved the Governor White room, number 14, which is on the second floor with great views of the bay. The spacious room with tall ceiling and the adjoining bathroom have been beautifully updated. A great happy hour featured wine, beer, sangria and lemonade, as well as delicious meatballs, veggie pizza slices and key lime pie. For breakfast, we enjoyed great banana pancakes, sausage, fresh fruit, juice and coffee, among many selections offered. The owner welcomed us at breakfast, which we enjoyed outside under the gazebo. The staff members were also welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed walking along the bay and up and down the side streets. The Inn provides free parking in a lot a few blocks away. Restaurants, shops and attractions are walkable for some persons, but not for others. Metered parking can be hard to find in some locations and lot/garage parking in those locations is typically $10-20 per day. The Inn's staff can advise you. What a great experience… thank you!

Absolutely amazing! Worth the trip from Keystone Heights to St Augustine for a short stay. Very friendly staff, (to the guy asking if I was ok, I was crying out of shock after my husband showed me the room. They were tears of joy and I appreciate the sentiment) The room was quiet and peaceful, and had a beautiful view of the bay. The sunset boat cruise was the perfect ending to an excellent day. We had a peaceful sleep on a very comfortable bed, and woke up to some very hearty and filling breakfast. We would love to stay again, and I would be glad to call the Bayfront Marin House my home away from home. Maybe we may stay a little bit longer too. Thank you.

We stayed there leading up to family wedding. The bride and her bridesmaids also stayed there. It was a wonderful setting and very convenient to venue. We especially loved the breakfast each morning which we had outside. It was so relaxing. Cocktails in evening were also very enjoyable.

Could not have been more impressed with this place. Checked in fairly late in the evening just missing happy hour but was still offered a cocktail while they were ending. We had room 5 which was a dream. At night throughout the seating area it smelt so pleasant as the chef prepared her morning breakfast. Along with having such a beautiful rooms, the staff was extremely kind and humble. The staff definitely makes this place one of a kind. I can’t wait till I visit Saint Augustine again because this will be my first choice to stay if I’m lucky to get a room, it’s always on high demand but if you have the opportunity don’t pass it up. I promise you will regret not staying here. Literally!

We had a wonderful weekend! The place is gorgeous inside and out. The staff are very sweet and accommodating. The breakfast is wonderful. They have an awesome happy hour, gorgeous views of the bay and right downtown! They even found out that our dog passed away our first night there and had flowers placed in our room with a sweet condolence note. We can’t wait to visit again.

This place was fabulous. Very rustic but well kept. The staff was amazing. The owners Mike and Sandy come out and chat with you in the morning. The view was fantastic. You are not far from King St. Only a few blocks so everything you can walk to. We were originally going to use the trolley all day but it seemed we could just about walk to every where we wanted to go so we saved on that. This place was just fantastic. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the lighthouse at night across the bay. I t was beautiful. We have been coming to St. Augustine for over 15 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. It will be the only place we stay from now on. Just loved it.

Our family rented the entire beach cottage at 21 Beachcomber Way which includes the Lookout Suite, Atlantic Suite and on the lower level — the Sandpiper Suite to celebrate Memorial Day and our twins graduating from high school. We felt right at home and absolutely loved the spaciousness. The house is oceanfront with amazing views, and you have your own private walkway to the ocean. The new oversized bed swing on the back porch of the Atlantic Suite was a favorite of everyone’s. For smaller groups, we recommend taking the Lookout Suite and the Atlantic Suite because they can be connected by an inner stairway door. We highly recommend Beachcomber Cottages!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and service and food was great. We are returning again in August! Yes we recommend this very pleasant B&B!

We have rented one of their cabins out on the ocean, The Royal Palm, and it is truly beautiful. Really clean, great view, highly recommend it. We have had breakfast back at the inn every day and it is delicious as well as their happy hour with homemade sangria. My only complaint is the customer service. Some people have been really helpful and kind. But we had a communication error and they constantly blamed us for it and sometimes I don't want to get breakfast because I feel like we are being judged. I really like it. I would recommend staying here just be aware some of the workers arent always understanding or kind.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was beautiful. Marina did an amazing job with our wedding. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The management/owners are very friendly and accomodating. Lots of amenities to enjoy. The room itself (Royal Palm) was beautiful and just as the pictures show. Very clean and fast service. Only downside to the Royal Palm is that the neighboring room's window looks directly onto the private balcony. Otherwise, it was perfect for our honeymoon :)

We enjoyed the breakfasts and 5pm snacks and desserts. Some of the breakfast food had too much sugar, e. G. French Toast. Our room was very comfortable except for the operation of the thermostat. We were in room five. When the AC was on, the air flow was directly on our heads in bed (not comfortable). When heat was on, the air kept alternating between hot and cold. Directions as to how to operate the TV remotes (black and silver) should be printed out somewhere. It took us a while to figure it out. Staff was very helpful. Location was great.

We absolutely loved our room and the staff was excellent! The place has charm such a welcoming atmosphere. The reason we are giving it 4 stars is because we had a guy working outside of our window on Saturday so we couldn’t open the blinds at all and he was really loud talking and sawing. Between that and the woman with heels walking all over above us on the hard wood floors it was pretty disruptive ☹️ I highly recommend a top floor to avoid this. We ordered a bunch of extras, Rose petals, wine, chocolate strawberries, breakfast in bed! All of that was amazing!

We got married at your establishment. It was wonderful, easy, stress free, and beautiful. Also, we had an important lost item. Your staff went out of their way to find it and send it back to us. We are extremely grateful. Thank you!

Great staff. Very friendly, helpful and attentive. Super nice to our dogs and really appreciate that. Breakfasts and Happy hours very nice. The minuses were. The bed in Rm 3 was placed in the room in such a way that the head of the bed was slanted downward, making your feet above you body. It was slight but enough we noticed and was very uncomfortable, enough that we slept with the pillows at the foot of the bed. Second minus is we couldn’t get the thermostat to work correctly and had either cool air blowing on us or then we turned it off so as not to have air blowing on us and woke up very cold 2 mornings.

My boyfriend planned a romantic getaway to St Augustine and picked the Bayfront Marin House! I was so excited to arrive and was not disappointed. Not only was the staff so warm and welcoming, the grounds were just as beautiful as they were in the pictures. We spent romantic quiet nights together looking over the water. The hammock was the perfect place to get away from the crowds and relax under the stars. I would highly recommend! We only had a two night stay, but after checking out from room 10 after our second night (we were sad to leave it! ), we asked if they had any other rooms available. We stayed an extra night in room 7 and were so happy we did! Gentleman, take your girl here. It won’t disappoint.

Had very high expectations for the stay at Bayfront Marin house. I was looking for a great place to bring my girlfriend for her birthday. We stayed in the Marie Antoinette room and it far exceeded any expectations I had. Amazing, friendly staff. Really made the occasion one to remember. I recommend the Delux Romance package!

Just returned from my son's destination wedding. The couple chose Bayfront Marin for the families and bridal party. It was both a unique and beautiful choice. The rooms (and I saw 4) were very comfortable and the views spectacular. Mary's hospitality and food made it so special to all the attendees. The atmosphere was more relaxed than standard hotels which was a big plus during all the wedding activities. Since the wedding was in the Cathedral Basilica and reception in the White Room, we could not have asked for a better location.

The Royal Palm was an awesome room right on the beach that we enjoyed very much. The staff were awesome. Super friendly and helpful. They took very excellent care of us and were so kind and welcoming. Will definitely go back and spend some time with them.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. From the moment I contacted the Bayfront Marin to our check out. Staff is wonderful and attentive. We stayed in the beach front cottage. Loved it! Short drive to the main house for breakfast or happy hour. We had breakfast delivered too. Loved sitting out on the little porch wrapped in a blanket while the fog rolled in and listing to the waves. Relaxing, peaceful and simply a wonderful time in St. Augustine!

Bay front Marin House was super clean. Service was excellent and loved the happy hour and breakfast. The strawberry rhubarb pie was amazing! I would suggest the B&B to all my friends. My husband has a difficult time walking and uses a cane, we found it very easy to get around the grounds. It was also very convenient to everything in town. Thank you we will be back next year.

We loved staying at the Bayfront Marin House. It was so beautiful and romantic! We booked the Marie Antoinette Room. It had a private porch with a swing and beautiful view of the bay. The jacuzzi was a treat! The bed was so comfortable I did not want to leave. The decor was so quaint and comforting. We absolutely loved the breakfast they included with our stay as well as the nightly happy hour drinks and treats. Parking was included just a couple blocks away from the location. But with everything in walking distance you may not even need your car! I will definitely be back!

We booked the entire B&B a year in advance and it was well worth it. The home, grounds, and especially the staff, made the weekend so enjoyable for us and our guests. The staff worked with us to have some rooms ready early for our out-of-town guests which was greatly appreciated, as they needed to get ready for the wedding rehearsal on Friday afternoon. Mary’s breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday mornings were splendid. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We received many complements about the venue we picked, however the praise goes to the staff who made it a joy to stay at the Bayfront Marin House.

We stayed at the 402 Saltwater cottage by the beach. We loved having the option of having a breakfast basket delivered to our door instead of heading downtown first thing in the morning to have breakfast at the Inn. The bed was not the most comfortable part of our stay but otherwise we have no complaints. If it were a few degrees warmer outside, we definitely would have taken advantage of the private heated pool. It was great to have access to a downtown parking space even though we stayed by the beach. Complimentary happy hour was appreciated but there would have been even better with some vegetarian options.

The rooms are very pleasant and clean. The breakfast is always good and there is a nice selection to choose from. The snacks and desserts for happy hour are quite tasty, as well as the sangria. Staff is very pleasant and willing to please. Mary is such a sweet person and it feels as if she truly cares about the customers being satisfied. We will be back!

The Atlantic Suite was a great surprise. Quietly relaxed and equipped for a walk on the beach or on a voyage of discovery in Oldtown St. Augustin.
And the special one a great breakfast at the beginning of the day.
The service was very warm and courteous.

Staying at this house submerges you into the history of the area. Built in the 1700s, the Marin House is located just a short, pleasant walk to St. George St. The Castillo, and all the local hot spots. Just a short walk over the Bridge of Lions, I had the best burger of my life at a place called Gas that was recommended by one of the staff here. The staff is A1. Pleasant, courteous, helpful, friendly, accommodating. Being an early riser, I wake up looking for coffee. My new friend Mary who chops the fresh, delicious breakfast fruit and puts together some tasty breakfasts would always have a pot and a smile waiting for me. Breakfasts included eggs Benedict, quiche Lorraine, to die for French toast during our stay. Needless to say I will have to start weight watchers again. You can’t beat the stay at the Marin House and I can’t say enough good things about it.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was amazing. The staff was so nice, the city is beautiful. We had had massages in our rooms, sail boat tour and everything. It was an amazing place and we definitely plan on returning. I've already passed word on to friends of ours for their honeymoon as well!

Thank you for a great, brief getaway. The staff was wonderful and the cottage was extremely clean! The kitchen was satisfactory for what we needed — we ate out a lot while we were there. The mattresses were okay — not great. We would have enjoyed our stay more if it wasn't for the construction going on next door. Thankfully we arrived on a Friday night so they didn't work during the weekend and we don't sleep in that late during the week. The construction crew arrives early and they talk with the owner right outside the bedroom window until 8:00. The breakfast could have been nicer — the banana bread and fruit was appreciated when it was delivered. The view from the back porch was our favorite spot. We were in the shade, can see the ocean and feel the breeze. Overall we had a very nice time and your staff deserves a raise! They were wonderful.

Beautiful B and B. Room was decorated in Victorian style with up to the minute amenities. Had a jacuzzi and fireplace. Fantastic view of the water and a private porch area with comfy glider. Breakfast served in the courtyard facing the water. Food was great. Daily happy hour was perfect. Staff was very friendly. Loved St Augustine and Bayfront Marin House was the best! Highly recommend it.

We visited a few weeks after Hurricane Irma, so we were unable to fully enjoy the Marin House experience. As I told the owner, I would have appreciated being informed that the kitchen was not operational before we had an experience that did not meet our expectations. I understand they were recovering from the storm at the main building (we were in one of the cottages that was not affected), but felt they could have included juice and fresh fruit with the basket of pastries, which we could not eat. We will definitely come back to this very lovely place in the future. The Saltwater Suite was beautiful, with a few minute walk to the beach and a few more to Publix, the marina, and some great restaurants. P. S. The pool heater was turned off after 10, which made it a little chilly to get into the pool. Would be nice if that would stay on.

Bayfront Marin was such a pleasant surprise! I found it while googling pet friendly hotels in St Augustine when I needed a place to stay with my pooch while closing on my new house here is St Augustine. The staff could not have been any more welcoming — both to me and my dog, and we immediately were made to feel at home. The breakfast on the terrace, and the cocktails and appetizers in the evening were just perfect — I particularly liked that they offered smaller portions in the morning… so many times food is wasted when offered in such large quantities. The portions were just right, and very tasty… especially the homemade ice cream! A cool bowl of water for the dog was also always offered, along with a tasty treat for my four legged friend. I would recommend the Bayfront Marin to anyone — a beautiful respite right in the heart of Old St Augustine!

I absolutely loved this hotel! The environment had a very home feel to it right down to the food! Definitely the best I've had! Even the staff was amazing and very helpful during our stay! Very inviting and right along the ocean at both the hotel and the cottages! Beautiful to walk! We stayed at the sandpiper suite cottage and it was so nice just being able to wake up and walk but a few feet to the beach which wasn't at all busy and then being able to go to the hotel eat an amazing breakfast and as soon as you walk outside be in walking distance to shopping and attractions! Even things out of downtown only take but a few minutes to get to! I would recommend to stay here for sure! Very beautiful place! :)

The location was basically right on the beach, took about a minute to walk down the road to the beach. Only a bridge away from downtown St. Augustine, so about 10 minutes. They give you a parking pass for downtown which is right by the oldest house. Room was cozy, amazing service staff, and important of all clean. Having our own private pool was relaxing and the couple's massage we bought through the company was relaxing and very nice. Overall, this was an amazing vacation for us.

This B&B is perfect! My husband and I honeymooned here in July and it felt like we had escaped to another world :) The location is perfect to stroll the streets of historic St Augustine and not have to drive! The staff here is super friendly and just chill. The sweet staff in the morning runs the kitchen/dining area and serve breakfast in the darling parlor. The owner does all the landscaping herself and I got to enjoy a cup of coffee one morning chatting with her while she gardened. The bedrooms are clean and no one bothers you the whole time unless you ask for something. We will definitely be going back soon!

I can't say enough great things about this place. We had the "Just the Two of You" package for our own private wedding and stayed three nights. Marina, our wedding coordinator was outstanding. So many details taken care of and the things included in the package really helped make it special without me worrying. Even our cake was a beautiful (and delicious)! Besides our ceremony, all the staff were so friendly and helpful and just terrific. Amazing customer service. Our room was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. And the food! Breakfasts we outstanding and the happy hour snacks and deserts were delicious. This was our first visit but we plan on going back for many more visits for sure. This is our new favorite place to say in St. Augustine.

We selected the Bayfront Marin House based on the location & their marketing stating they provide gluten free breakfasts. I also check a number of gluten free specific reviews. The location is great — overlooking the bay & walkable to Historic Downtown St Augustine with great restaurants & shops. Although their marketing references accommodating gluten free guests, their staff — though very nice — is not trained to handle anything beyond being gluten friendly. The breakfast was basically unworkable for celiac individuals. I was offered eggs (which were cooked to the point of being rubbery), yogurt (the staff was unsure of its gluten status) & fruit (which I ultimately avoided due to liekly cross contamination). 1 morning the staff very nicely put the overcooked egg on a plate with gf toast (which had been run through the general use toaster) & sausage. This was the point that the admitted they we unaware of cross contamination. Also, no gf offerings were available any day for the happy hour or evening snack. So take the gluten free marketing with a grain of salt or gluten as it were. My spouse thought the regular breakfast options were run of the mill for the type of B&B it is. (not great, not bad)

My wife and I stayed one night at Bayfront's B&B and three nights at their beach cottages they have. I have never experienced a nicer more helpful staff than the staff at Bayfront. The room and cottages were amazing. I would recommend Bayfront if you are looking for a honeymoon or just a weekend get away.

Absolutely love the bayfront! Very friendly, excellent food, clean, great service, and the owner is very nice! We have stayed on the ocean side and the downtown side and loved both! The price is amazing for all they include! You get a gorgeous hotel room, breakfast, happy hour with alcohol, plus friendly service and staff! Definitely would recommend!

We drove 5 hours to meet with Mike the owner of the Bayfront Marin House 5 months out from our rehearsal dinner date. Bayfront's gorgeous. Mike agreed to dates and we booked the entire Inn for 2 nights with our rehearsal dinner being on the lawn. So we thought. I sent out invitations and our website recommending people stay at the Inn. When my guests called to book rooms, guess what, No record of our party. In fact, they had already booked out the bridal suite we wanted with outside guests! I called and spoke with Brian, event manager, he was very apologetic and assured me "this is not how we do business" and got the remaining rooms blocked and offered us a second Inn (Bella Bay) for our guests as well. My bridesmaids tried to book rooms at Bella Bay, guess what, It's already booked out with another wedding! I called Brian again, "this is not how we do business" Mike must have booked it and didn't tell anyone. AGAIN! So now I'm mad, but Brian tells me that I have to bite my tongue and go to Mike with kindness if I want to have my event at his property (it's already on all the invitations and people have already booked rooms at the Inn). BTW, this is my rehearsal dinner for about 50 people! NOT wedding! Over the course of the next couple months our guests have problems booking rooms because the night time desk person has no clue what is going on so I keep getting texts and calls from our guests with confusion and frustration.

Staff and location are hard to beat. The room is comfortable as well. Only drawback is that occasionally it's a bit loud (other guests). The road noise is much subdued versus nearer the fort with all the the traffic.

This was our first experience with a B&B and we were not disappointed! Excellent service, beautiful accommodations and relaxed atmosphere. It was a perfect pick for our 15th anniversary trip. We will definitely return!

Bayfront Marin has incredible intimate wedding venues both bay and ocean front! Their rooms and properties are always clean and beautiful. Monarch has enjoyed working with their professional staff for many years! Thank you for providing a beautiful venue to photograph :).

Being from Beautiful British columbia, we've stayed in some really nice places, but while visiting my mother in Florida, We stayed here, my future husband and I with my mom way back in 2006 and I have to say, I STILL remember how awesome it was. We stayed in the Coquina Suite and my mom stayed in the. Darn can't remember which one she stayed in-but I remember being wowed as soon as we walked in the doors. Such a beautiful place in a such a lovely historic city. One day we will go back (have 2 young kids now). Highly recommend this place to everyone! A very good value for luxury, happy hour and breakfast.

Couldn't ask for a better B&B experience.

My husband and I were referred to the Bayfront Marin House by another Bed and Breakfast while searching for a place to have our small wedding. Immediately upon arriving to the Bayfront, we were instantly in love with it. The views were gorgeous, the colors are amazing, and the staff were so sweet and friendly! Their hospitality alone could sell them! Our wedding couldn't have been any more perfect! Brian was an absolute angel! He made our wedding absolutely perfect and definitely unforgettable. The rooms are completely stunning and every bit as gorgeous in person as they are in the pictures! The breakfasts are extremely delicious too! Their happy hours are a wonderful treat for all the guests! Honestly, I don't think I can truly say enough how much we love the Bayfront Marin House. We've already booked our first anniversary there too! If I could live there, I would! Everything about the Bed and Breakfast was amazing! And it still is! We visit the Bayfront from time to time now that we are locals and it is still an amazing getaway. Now we can't wait to try the cottages they offer on Vilano Beach.

This was my first visit to a B and B and it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the hospitality was the best! Jane greeted us when we arrived and was happy to show us different room choices and locations. Happy Hour was unexpected and most enjoyable, including the homemade spirits. The view from the room was so tranquil with the beautiful courtyard and the view of the river. Breakfast was the best and served hot and fresh by a caring staff and the selection was far above what I expected. It was nice to meet the owners, both the evening before and during breakfast. I would highly recommend Bayfront Marin House to all my friends.

My husband and I stayed at the Bayfront Marin House while on a business trip. The accommodations were beautiful and clean. Our room was fabulous! The grounds were very well landscaped. We enjoyed the many places to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous views of the bay — Gazebo, upper deck, porches, etc. We found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. Breakfast and happy hour treats were fabulous each and every day! We will DEFINITELY return! The only downside to our stay — we couldn't stay longer.

Highly recommend this B&B. It was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast, and I can honestly say it exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and picturesque. The staff was warm, friendly and eager to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Our room was nice and cozy and beautifully decorated. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast. Out of control is the only way to describe it! We offered to take Mary home with us, but no dice! We are already making plans to return, and Bayfront Marin House is our preferred and only choice.
