Stayed here in late September for 3 nights. What a beautiful home, so inviting, beautifully decorated and spotless. Owners, Jayson & Raymond were absolutely charming and went out of their way to see that we were well taken care of.
Breakfast was amazing and chef Jayson was a big hit!
Would absolutely recommend staying here and we will definitely be back! Pam.

I booked for 2-nights stay (as minimum) for my wife's birthday getaway.
I immediately extended another night because it was so inviting and it's worth staying.
Very clean; smells good. Breakfast is freshly cooked.
A very cozy and friendly, family-friendly place.
Good place to relax and do a weekend getaway.
Reasonable prize.
Owner is down to earth.

Absolutely Fabulous! Could not ask for better hosts. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was our first B&B and they have set some high standards for any future B&B stays. Jayson makes an amazing omelet along with a tasty spread of fruits and pastries. Reymond is ready with a warm welcome and terrific conversation. We thank you both for such an enjoyable getaway!

What a beautiful place. Reymond and Jayson’s place is absolutely perfect. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like family. There welcome home greeting as you walk in really fits how they treat their guests. The Nomad room was absolutely beautiful. You can tell how much thought and care they have put into decorating the rooms by all the little touches. The bed was very comfortable. Then there is the breakfast. Jayson makes the most amazing eggs to order every morning. Then there are the absolutely divine French pastries (not from Costco). We stayed two nights here and I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back. We have stayed at many Bed and Breakfast places and this is by far the best. I highly recommend Kenwood Gables B&B… Thank you Reymond and Jayson for taking such good care of us.

This was my first time staying at a B&B and these men set the bar HIGH! My mother and I booked this trip for her birthday weekend and the guys did not disappoint! We met the owners upon checking in and they were warm, inviting and oh so accommodating! Breakfast made for us every morning downstairs. The guys are very covid conscious and set up a schedule for all the guests eating as well as creating cute little tables throughout the spacious downstairs if more than one group wants to eat at the same time. The house is gorgeous and so well decorated! The location is easily accessible to downtown night life. It is tucked inside the Historic Kenwood neighborhood and has a great outdoor area with a heated pool! It truly was an amazing experience, these men are gems and are totally in the right business! If you stay here, you will feel cared for and attended to. They have great local food recommendations as well as bars to visit if you enjoy the night life scene. If you ever looking for a get a way with all the amenities of home as well as the potential to create lasting friendships! THIS IS YOUR PLACE! SERIOUSLY! YOU HAVE TO COME SEE THEM!

Took a little, last minute staycation with my husband for our anniversary since travel options are currently limited. We booked the Castaway Suite, and our stay exceeded all expectations. It was exactly the relaxing, cozy vacation we were in need of. The room was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable, the owners were friendly and hospitable, and the stars of the show were absolutely the Kona and Hannah welcoming committee. We're already planning on when we can make a return visit. Thanks so much for a great weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Kenwood Gables B&B. My husband and I planned a trip to St. Pete on short notice and were thrilled to find the Castaway suite was available. We arrived on Christmas day and were hungry and travel-weary. Jayson and Reymond, the B&B owner/operators, were so welcoming and kind – helping us to our room, providing a little snack, a tour, and the name of a restaurant that was open for dinner on Christmas. The entire building was decked out with lovely holiday decorations and lights making Kenwood Gables feel like a warm home-away-from-home. They also explained the protocols for guests during the pandemic, and how they were ensuring safety for all in the common spaces. The Castaway room was beautiful with so many nice design touches. It opens up to a sunny deck, steps away from a shared heated pool. You can tell that every detail was chosen with care, and that Jayson and Reymond take a lot of pride in keeping everything in excellent shape. Every morning, we were provided with a variety of delicious breakfast options (fruits, cheeses, fresh-baked pastries, omelets, and more…) and lovely conversation. We had many questions about the area and really enjoyed learning about St. Pete through the eyes and experience of our hosts. We have stayed in 5-star hotels and resorts around the world and this charming B&B is on-par with all of them. We're so glad we didn't stay at a hotel when we came to town.

This is a wonderful place to relax. Thoughtful and attentive hosts. Very clean. Nice patio and pool. Highly recommend!

My love and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary at Kenwood Gables B & B. Jayson and Reymond were amazing hosts. They make you feel right at home. Jayson cooks an amazing breakfast with Omelettes, fresh fruits, home made pastries. Our hosts knew all about the area. We visited the St Pete pier like Jayson suggested and it was breathtaking. Our room was great. You can tell they take such pride in pleasing their guests. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I slept like a baby. We relaxed in the pool our second day and it was so stress free. They do not have an abundance of rooms-and they fill up fast. It was so peaceful. Better than going to a hotel where they is a lot of people and crowds. The puppies were a delight as well. The place was so homie. We will definitely visit again. Please visit. I promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you both for a great welcoming stay.

4th of July staycation! ❤ Cannot say enough good things about this retreat. If you're looking for a 2nd home, I found it for you. No need to look any further! The attention to detail and decor is unmatched. We have never stayed at a Bed&Breakfast but now, we are believers. This home is warm, inviting and just plain beautiful. Rey and Jayson are unforgettable hosts! Fresh fruit cut each morning, omelette's made to order I fell in love with everything about this home. Its impeccably clean, the room smells like a flower garden. If you don't plan a weekend there, you are missing out on one of a kind… it's time to do something nice for yourself. An hour away but 10 minutes from everything when you arrive!

We stayed at this lovely B&B, with Jason and Raymond for over a week. Enjoyed every moment. From the welcoming and friendly owners, to the clean and comfortable facility, through the fun pool and the delicious breakfasts, till the beautiful neighborhood. There was so much attention to details and to making sure we felt at home. We highly recommend and will definitely come again.

The attention to detail from check in to check out is beyond belief! This couple creates an atmosphere of welcome and comfort. The home is elegant and decorated beautifully. And yet you feel free to sit and visit with other guests and the hosts in a relaxed environment. The loving family home is a welcome change from the anonymous hotel stay.
