Almost every time I have seen a price on Google search the company has tried to overcharge me and tell me that I had to make those reservations online. That did not happen this time as a matter of fact it was even a little bit cheaper… $1.00 but still! For the price in the area this was a phenomenal deal not taking into consideration how clean and how nice the rooms actually were! I used to actually live out of hotels because of my job. This is one of the handful of places that I would return to! The only reason I had to stay there was because the air conditioning went out of my house I only live about 2 miles away from this hotel. So hopefully I will never be there again but if you were looking for a nice hotel relatively close to the beach and the downtown nightlife this is the hotel for you! The employees were actually very very nice as well! If you are new to the area and like thin crust pizza I recommend ordering from the Hungry Howie's a half a mile away.

Out dated, in serious need of maintenance and cleaning attention throughout the property. The breakfast area is tiny and most of the food inedible. Hot foods kept far below acceptable temps. And the whole property reeks of smoke. The one real positive note is that the pool seems clean and well maintained.

Omg! Stay away! Hotel is for people with no where to go! Two day stay was the worst experience ever in a hotel. They ran out of towels on my second day. Front desk told me I'm welcome to come get some but housekeeping is cleaning rooms and not able to help. People are at 8am in the morning rapping while walking up and down the corridor! People are telling and screaming from room to room. Just a mess! I've learned my lesson. Believe the reviews! yes it is really that bad!

I only put a star in order to post my review… I had a group reserve rooms there got there to check in and the rooms are disgusting with the smell of mildew you can barely breathe and management says theres nothing wrong with the rooms I would not allow my dog to sleep in a place like this and im trying ro contact someone maybe the news channels to look into them being able to even be open. If you have respitory issues do not go here!

We stayed in a room that used to be the laundry room. The dryer plugs were hanging out of the walls All of us had black feet from the floor being so dirty and this non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Their breakfast is toast and yogurt they had some egg patties but pretty much it. Wouldnt recommend this place.

Rooms nasty. Staff so so very rude. Cant get wake up call cuz phone in room dont work. I wouldn't stay there again I called corp to tell them my experience. Why they knocking on door at 1031 in morning cuz the phone wake up cant work cuz phone in room dont work then put a chair between door so had no privacy and kept coming back every min asking if im out yet only 10 mins after check out time. I wouldn't have been late if actually had wake up cal. I wouldn't book another room there better off in car or different motel.

Filthy, disgusting hotel! Mold growing everywhere! On walls, curtains, inside vents, blow dryer cord. They moved us to a 2nd room… same issues. Won't refund our money, even though we left and stayed elsewhere. Toilet wouldn't flush. My 5yr old had to go We flushed it 4 times… it wouldn't all go down. Had a plunger next to toilet. I've NEVER seen a plunger, inside a hotel room. So gross! Furniture and windows all had smudges on them. Mattress cover was covered in all diff colored stains! Clearly the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned! Staff member came to the 1st room we were in, as I was grabbing all of our things, to move to the 2nd room. She took a Kleenex and wiped off the bathroom sink, took our trash out of can, by hand, remade the bed (my son had pulled the covers down to sit on the corner. ) They were going to turn around and rerent the room!

Booked online, got there and there was no parking left. They told me to park on a residential street away from the hotel. No thanks, not leaving my expensive car on a side street. Wouldn't refund me either even when they advertise free parking. Cute. Will file a chargeback with Amex.

There were both positive and negatives to this hotel. Positives: good value for the money, decent location, large room with a microwave and a full size fridge, and an excellent staff. Negatives: Beds desperately needed to be replaced, thin walls meant we could hear people in the pool, poor excuse for breakfast, and the bathroom needed to be re-caulked. I would recommend this hotel purely on the friendliness of the front desk staff.

Do not stay here! I was given towels with holes. Conditions were disgusting. Breakfast was a joke, all 3 items. And the premises reeked of pot smoke. Disgusting.

HORRIBLE! This place is disgusting. My wife and I were so exhausted from traveling that we went straight into the shower. The water immediately started backing up and had nasty pubic hairs floating up from the drain. On further inspection, we noticed a white crusty spot on the bedcover. The room also had black moldy spots on the lamp shade. We went directly to the front office and told lady at the desk that we were unhappy with the room, and that we wanted a refund. She refunded our second night, but said she needed a manager to refund the first night. Nobody called me back, again the next day, and the next. I finally got ahold of a manager on the fourth day and she refused to give me our money back. She was extremely rude and mean on the phone. I hope no one ever stays at this disgusting motel!

Decent place for the money. The internet speed in my room was around 7mb. The front desk clerk was very nice.

No stars but they made me put one anyway Worst experience ever, will never stay at a Days Inn again. First of all I was charged more than the online price even after my AAA discount. Sink was dirty. Found roach in bath tub, still alive. But room had four pillows which I thought was nice until they said it had five and accused me of stealing one and then they charged my card and extra $25 for a pillow that was maybe worth $5 that I would not take beside the fact I only use therapeutic pillows at home and have no use for theirs.

You don't get what you pay for. $80.00 a night for this place. It's quiet. Real basic room. Nothing special about the room. It looks like it's been updated recently but they did not go all out with it.

We needed a decent hotel for a couple days while our house was being tented for termites. As locals we were not sure what to expect but it was GREAT! Clean rooms, well maintained clean property, no noise, large room and great staff!

An older motel that has been refurbished & upgraded. Very comfortable upgrades, the AC worked great, the hot water for the shower warmed up in a reasonable​ amount of time. Fresh, clean thick towels & a quiet night's rest, good TV reception, clean fridge, microwave & pod style in room coffee maker were a plus. The morning breakfast was ready as advertised. The selection was small but good and the coffee was good. The desk clerk at 6 AM was cheerful without being annoying. I will stay there again. Another plus, I like to walk & a short stroll up the sidewalk brought me to a pleasant neighborhood that gave me a nice place to walk without having to drive somewhere. Locals I encountered were friendly & I felt comfortable & safe.

It was comfy, and moderatly clean. Smoking room was in suprisingly good shape (none-smoker here). Pool was ok, not great.

For people on a low budget, it is a nice place to stay. I found it clean, organize, and with helpful amenities. My room had a small kitchen that my girlfriend and I used to cook, which saved us money. The room service lady was really amiable and helpful.

Staying for one night in a non-smoking double bed room. Checked some of the other motels down the road before coming here, first impression of this one is super clean and very inviting. Asked to see the room (so we could compare to the ones we saw before), the receptionist was extremely friendly and showed us the room. In the room, the mirror had fallen down, so she asked her companion to fix it and we also got a $10 discount — we paid and as soon as we got our stuff out of the car, the mirror was back on the wall. The receptionist even helped with our luggage! Breakfast is continential as usual, but not bad at all. I have to say, I am kind of sad to leave this place, I can recommend it to everybody who is looking for a nice and neat place to stay!

In my opinion, they almost have the formula right. The front desk staff is A+, the owners unfortunately appear to micromanage the property. From my experience that sort of ownership typically ruins the experience for the guest. The breakfast products have zero form of labeling and dating from what I could see, and that has me concerned about food quality, honestly. The aspect that really killed my experience though, was the fact that the first 3 rooms I was in (in under a week they changed my room that many times) all you could smell is mold and in the last room the owners tried to check me into, it REEKED of Marijuana and they acted like they didn't care one bit and it wasn't a big deal. As if I'm just supposed to deal with their sub-par rooms in a potentially mold-ridden property.

Our room was clean. The staff was friendly and the place in general is cared for. It's located near many restaurants which was very convenient.

We stayed at their St. Pete central location. The hotel was in a great spot. The staff was very nice. Outside was very clean. Cleaner then the room. Very close to what we needed. But the place felt dirty & was. Its like putting a bow on a pig. Its still a pig.

Horrible experience… the room was dirty and not stocked with enough towels, shampoo etc… Front desk people were rude and very aloof… and people were knocking on adjacent rooms well into the early morning hours… PS Watch out for an unjustified charge to your card after your stay… ABSURD! Days inn should remove this operation from there franchise team immediately!

This is a nasty hotel very dirty rooms, hookers everywhere carpet is very disgustine and irty, internet is crappy, front desk people are very rude, I would not recommend anyone to this dump,

It isnt worth the money the staff like to walk in on you awhile getting dressed and there is no sign on the door. They like to put people down when other people have a bathroom problem they cant help and people dont help also the place is a dump. I am never ever going back to that place again I would rather have a nice clean motel or hotel over this garbage dump they like to call it a motel.

I mean, it's a day's inn. Hot shower, hot tub, ac in the rooms. The price is half or a third of the beach resorts. After a few beers, who cares. The staff is friendly and we paid $8 less after tax then our reservations rate was before tax so I am happy with it. Its a 6 or 7 of 10.3.5 stars. I gave it 4 just to be nice.

This motel discriminiates against certain class of people, I would not recommend this crack out hotel to anyone.

Staff sold our reserved, confirmed, paid for room and was extremely rude and unhelpful.
