I went to the hotel due to complications with my flight. I went in totally disappointed and frustrated. However, when Joy the representative began to check me in I instantly felt better. The prompt and professional way she handled my check in truly made a difference. The room was clean and inviting. I will definitely be back soon.

The rooms was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is convenient and it's a quick drive to most notable locations. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We arrived earlier than expected, due to a terrible storm. It affected our ability to see the Tallahassee Museum of Natural History. The staff was quite accommodating. One room was ready, the other was not. They graciously checked us in, rearranged the cleaning schedule, and notified us as soon as the second room was ready. Our rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were courteous and helpful. A pleasant experience and I definitely recommend staying here.

From the moment I arrived the staff makes you feel right at home. Clean from the lobby to the rooms. I was happy to find a room very clean and details like the towels nicely folded. The free hot breakfast was awesome. I can’t say enough about my experience in this hotel!

The room was very nice, and very clean. The staff was top notch. I really appreciated all the little extras they provide for free if you need them, like mouthwash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc. Even the continental breakfast was better than most. I had to stay in a different hotel the next night, and I definitely noticed all the little differences.

Stayed one night for work and had to leave by 6. The breakfast was already out though I didn’t have time to eat so they gave ma a bag to go. Check in was easy and lady was very nice. The room was large, clean and the bed was so comfortable. Will be staying again.

I loved this place. I arrived early called to see if I could check in early the lady who answered yhe call was very nice she made accommodation for use without hesitation. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The staff qas outstanding. They were very friendly always asked how are you and is everything ok. The breakfast was very good and the kitchen area was clean. I wished I could remember the front desk lady name (she worked the morning shift on 6/18/2018 and lady who did the cooking for breakfast on 6/19/2018. They were so professional and takes pride in their work and the company. Oh forgot to mention we checked out at 4 am and they gave us a lunch pack for the road. I never had that type of service before. The staff at this location is a KEEPER. I will bw returning.

Great experience. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. And the complimentary breakfast was awesome! The breakfast lady was so attentive — felt like she was making breakfast in my kitchen at home. I had recommended for your next hotel stay in Tallahassee.

Very clean & comfy a little far from I-10 but didn’t mind driving for a decent room… Staff very friendly … Our tub could’ve been a little cleaner… but overall a great place.

Our stay was Amazing the staff was awesome greattttt breakfast hot and good. The rooms were so clean and I travel a lot. They were by far 1 of the cleanest rooms I've ever had.

My wife and I stayed here on Feb 17th which was absolutely awesome especially considering the year before wasn't a pleasant stay at all due to younger folks being on all sides of us making all types of noise and banging on our room door. I will say that once I sent an email to corporate that the local management did refund my stay which I deeply appreciated. Andrea was absolutely AWESOME. The breakfast was plentiful DELICIOUS! We will most definitely be staying here again our next visit to my old college stomping grounds…

Neat and clean rooms. Bathrooms are great. The breakfast is perfect for either on the go or to sit and plan the day. But the topper is the cordial and pleasant staff who are always smiling and ready to help. Great place to stay.

Wow! Great employees! Very helpful with reservations, check-in, and check out. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The mattress was great and provided a restful sleep.

Centrally located for our needs. Comfortable king size bed with nice seating area in the room. Bathroom was immaculate and well stocked with any needed toiletries. Towels seemed softer than other hotels I've stayed in. Reasonably priced considering the location and amenities provided. Would stay here again!

This hotel has by far, has the friendliest and most helpful staff. Andrea in the breakfast area brought me one of her personal lemons when she asked what I was looking for and it wasn’t available. Jessica at the front desk assisted me when I left something in the room. I’ve never hugged hotel staff upon departure, but both these ladies were very special.

Its an older property kept up well. Its very clean. During game day weekends the whole towns hotel prices are at usury rates. If you have to pay crazy high prices then this is the place to stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The lady that does the breakfast in the morning is a great happy person. The breakfast food is typical non thrill food displayed very nicely. I have stayed her about 5 times throuhgout.

This hotel kicked my family & I (and everyone else) out the day before Hurricane Irma was slated to hit. They said it was because the hotel “might lose power” and that the employees had to go home. Everyone had to leave. When we needed shelter the most, they ripped it away from us… disgusting! Hilton’s customer service won’t address the issue, but did thank us for our “feedback. ” Here’s some advice for this Hampton Inn: Your job is to provide shelter. You failed miserably. Do your job!

I've been on a cross country road tour for the last 90 days (mostly staying with family or friends along the way) and usually stay at a Hampton Inn when I need a hotel. I've come to enjoy the consistent clean and comfortable rooms and a great included breakfast at Hampton Inns along the way, and over the last couple years as well. But there's something about this Central Tallahassee location that rises above. Ever crew member was a joy to interact with, the room was spotless and well stocked with travel essentials and plenty of towels along with the usual comfy beds and nice up to date decor. While checking in, there was a short line so someone from another department jumped behind the desk and helped check people in. At breakfast, the eggs were really yummy and Ty the breakfast host offered up plenty of smiles. Our stay was perfect. We checked out and hit the road with power packed brown bags of goodies. About 15 minutes after we left, my phone rang and I was told I forgot something so I could head back to grab it. Definitely a staff full of the "cream of the crop! "

Staff at front desk and cleaning service best I've ever dealt with to date. Super helpful and made my family feel very welcomed. Stayed 9-26 to 9-28-2017.

Evacuating from hurricane Irma, every place is sold out, 4 a. M. Receptionist was amazing! Allowing travelers to park in the lot which is being patrolled, offering space on the lobby floor, coffee and hot chocolate. How awesome to have a safe place to stop!

My sister was graduating so we stayed the night before. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast the morning of was well stocked and varied. Hotel staff were courteous anf made check out a breeze. Would recommend to anyone trying to stay in Tallahassee on a budget.

The staff went above and beyond expectations. I called down front to get a popsicle for my son because he had a fever and they brought up ice and some medicine. They graciously cleaned up spilled water after us and all the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast was also very good. I appreciated the different hot options every day.

Nice, clean rooms with a TV, microwave, desk, and more. Happy to be a Hilton Honors Member! There's also complimentary Wifi, complimentary breakfast in the morning, and complimentary cookies. The bathroom is a good size and very visually appealing. One of the best Hampton Inn's I've been to. Highly recommended — not to mention it's in a good location. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They want you to enjoy your stay.

Hampton Inn is awesome. My husband and I are very comfortable here. We always rest peacefully and awaken to a wonderful continental breakfast. If it's comfort, peace, and quiet you want, this is the place. Not to mention the staff is professional and most kind.

Had the most amazing service provided! We asked to use the breakfast room to do dinner with family members as we all gathered for our Grandmother's funeral and they let us use a conference room and we're incredibly helpful in every way throughout our stay!

We visited the hotel because my aunt was staying there while we were all in town for my grandmother's memorial service. We were going to eat dinner out in the common area in the lobby but when the hotel heard why were all gathered together they let us use one of their private conference rooms for free so we could all have a little bit of privacy. Fantastic service from the staff of this hotel. Highly recommend.

The location is perfect from our venue. The room is decent, not sure why they placed the microwave where they did because you can't open the door to fit a plate inside of it. Service has been outstanding!

This hotel sets the bar for others in Tallahassee. Modern, very clean, very quiet. Pleasant and happy staff. Well worth my money. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was clean. But the shower did not work well. I could not get hot water. It was just luke warm. Also, the ac unit was rattling. Other than that, it was great.
