I visited Hilton Garden Inn to photograph a wedding. The building was easy to navigate with friendly welcoming staff. The rooms made for nice getting ready portraits.

Really clean and comfy room * Breakfast was delicious * Front desk receptionist/concierge was really nice. I think her name was Irene or something similar. Very professional! The other concierge was also nice and friendly. * The only issue I had was with the shower head, but maintenance came right away and took care of it. Thanks again!

Been staying here for business. Location is very convenient and easy access to main roads. Hotel is very clean as well as the rooms. Hotel staff goes over and above. All are extremely friendly. Will be coming back over the next couple of months and plan on staying here.

Such a pleasant stay this past weekend! We were in town for a sporting event, but the staff at this hotel made our visit feel extra special. Every single employee treated us with “above and beyond” kindness. The breakfast staff, especially, made sure we had the best experience ever. From front desk check-in, to still treating us like special guests even after we checked out, these people are great!

No rooms available but Jo the hotel clerk found us a room at the Hampton not to far away. We like staying at Hilton Garden when we go on vacation this one looked really nice.

Put us in a handicap room. No tub, water all over the floor after a shower. Old property… No tissue no regular coffee just tea in room. 2 wash clothes for two people … all for $160.00 A night. : — (

Average Hilton garden inn, nothing particularly great. Rooms smelled like smoke in the bathrooms of multiple rooms after switching rooms. Nice staff. Good overall, but not great.

Grata rooms, awesome service. The people at the front desk went out of their way to help with anything I needed. Loved the little changing consoles on the night tables to charge any type of smart phone you have.

I went there for church service for World Changers Church Tallahassee. I never stayed here, but the service was good and I loved that the hotel provided fruit water. It was a different fruit combination every time I was there on Sunday. The place was clean and well maintained. The people at the front desk were also well and welcoming. If I did have family come down to see me, my firat thought would bw this hotel.

This hotel fraudulently charged my wife's card twice. We never stayed here, never booked a room here. This hotel is not fixing the issue. Don't trust this place.

Fantastic hotel. Very clean and very quiet. Had an amazing King size bed and the AC blasted all night. Wi-Fi was awesome and was able to play my PS4 with no problems. Right next to a bunch of restaurants too.

Great location, near the Universities and local attractions. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely will stay here again when I'm in town.

One of my favorite double trees. Staff is the friendliest around and the rooms are always very nice. It is centrally located and lots of good places downtown.

Stayed here 9/7 while evacuating from Hurricane Irma. Room was better than Hampton down the road (which I've stayed at before) except for the cockroach that decided to join us in bed at 2am. Told management about it the next morning and they were indifferent. Guess they were too interested in making money from evacuees than making guests happy.

I just returned from Tallahassee after staying at Hilton Garden Inn this past week. The property is very convenient for almost any location in Tallahassee, especially downtown. A shopping center and area restaurants are walking distance. The front desk, dining room, and housekeeping service is excellent. All rooms have microwaves, mini fridges and Keurig coffee makers and very comfortable beds. The property has a small business center, a workout room, and a beautiful pool area. I had a great personal experience. The staff were always friendly, courteous, and available. I will consider this location again when I travel to Tallahassee.

This place was perfect after a day of traveling. Big clean room and a super friendly staff helped us out with all our needs. Would gladly book this hotel again.

Nice, clean hotel. As usual garden breakfast is the way to go, way better than a continental. Will stay again when in Tallahassee for work.

My husband and I have just returned to South Florida after spending 3 nights at HGI Tallahassee Central. From the moment we walked through the front door, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff. They are very professional and really made us feel welcome. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning of our stay. The servers and cooks were awesome, very friendly, and accommodating. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection. Our beds were very comfortable, and the room was very clean and well appointed. We had several pleasant encounters with Ron, the hotel manager, who went out of his way to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the hotel, the staff, and that all of our needs were met. We are returning next week to spend another 3 nights at this hotel, and are looking forward to another wonderful stay! As a side note, this hotel is perfectly centrally located. It is close to Florida State University, Governor's Square Mall, wonderful restaurants, and a variety of stores!

Great staff, location and value, but the building is starting to show it's age. The water in the shower would not turn off all the way and the a/c was so loud it would wake you up when it came on at night.

I'm used to staying in Hilton garden inns and I have to say this one was not my favorite. Stayed in a whirlpool room and the smaller king size bed had a huge lump in it right in the middle of my back so switched sides with my husband who did not seem to mind it. When we arrived we had food to put in the fridge, however it was not even on, but hubby fixed it. Do have to say the room was clean and service was great in that area. Really looking forward to their wonderful breakfast but was disappointed… fruit was old and some pieces looked almost rotten… ordered omelet and several things were not right with it, they cooked another one, still not right, ate it anyway. Bacon was good first day but almost burnt second day and the omelet was watery and had not been wisked much. After that I ordered a waffle and hubby ordered pancakes. They did not come out at the same time. Hubby waited a long time. Service was a little slow, but she tried her best. All staff was very friendly and personable I thought. Hubby said we probably would not stay at this one again.

Great stay! The rooms are nice, customer service was exceptional, the only off thing was breakfast, the service there was a little slow & disorganized.

The location is great. It is quite easy to get around from it. The room design was quite nice. I did not however have the opportunity to enjoy my assigned room due to a pluming leak. The staff moved me to another room for no charge due to the inconvenience which was very nice. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with it. First, the bedside phone did not work — not even a dialtone. The living area phone worked. Additionally, the clock was set eight hours and twenty minutes behind. I don't know how or why — and they didn't know how to fix it. They did not honour their promise to "make it right" with the second room as they did with the first, either. They have an excellent in-room dining menu as with all Hilton hotels. Overall, I would give my experience four stars out of five. Nice staff and room design with less than stellar maintenance.

I loved this hotel the night auditor Jervon was very sweet lowered our rate because we checked in so late and help us with our bags to our room he was exceptional.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Hotel is located close to FSU and the Capitol while still being on the quieter side of town. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay there again.

Stay here every time I'm in Tallahassee. Close enough to everything good; far enough away from everything that would get me in trouble.

I only went there for breakfast. The breakfast is always amazing and the staff is very friendly.

It was a wonderful experience with professional customer service. They provided towels and toiletries in a bag on the door when we used our Do Not Disturb sign. There was a Kuerig, mini fridge and microwave provided in our room. Their check out time is 12pm which worked out better for the night owls.

The staff at Hilton Garden Inn is very friendly and super accommodating! The room was neat, clean, and spacious upon my arrival, and my family enjoyed a free, complimentary breakfast the next morning. It's in a great location — located close to FSU's campus and downtown Tallahassee. I definitely recommend this hotel for your next trip to Tallahassee!

Friendly staff, I stayed here while traveling for work. I would stay here again in the future when I'm back in the area for work. Room was clean and bed was decent. I ate at the bar and the food was good, I was surprised cause some hotel food is just bad at this room price point. I would recommend this hotel.

In Tallahassee for school and found this Hilton. Great stay very relaxing and helpful staff. I would stay here again.

Don’t know where the “Mar. 4, 2010” reviewer stayed, but it was not at this hotel. It is not “very ‘motel’ like” as the reviewer says. Motels are buildings with outside access to rooms; hotels are all enclosed. The king bedroom I had was not cramped at all; the free high speed Internet connection and remote printing were fantastic. The bathroom was always clean and bright (maybe you should bring your own make-up mirror with you next time). The service was wonderful; everyone was so helpful. We stayed there for five nights while our house was being repaired (after being hit by lightning), and can't think of a single negative thing to say. If you're going to be in Tallahassee for business downtown, this is the place to stay: convenient, clean and very pleasant.
