Very very beautiful rooms.

Nice and new looking inside and out. Room was clean, bed was comfy, didn't stay for breakfast, but they did offer coffee, pastry, yogurt. Will stay here again if in the area.

The remodel is terrible very poor work. Not happy with the GM. Breakfast was terrible today. The regular breakfast person was not there. I have stayed here for almost 5 years once a week. I used to love it but after remodel it is not good. Going to start looking for another hotel.

Nice clean room. Friendly staff. I really enjoy white linen whenever I travel. Their linen was white, crisp and fresh! Check-in was a breeze. Nice breakfast included with room rental! No smoke or pets allowed. Great for the reasonable price! Thumbs up.

If you want to get in a pool well you've come to the right place and breakfast is great if you wake up in time because breakfast ends at 9:30

I stayed here one night at the beginning of July. It was an OK stay, albeit overpriced for the quality of the rooms. I think the hotel should be rated a 2-star rather than 3 star hotel. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the room over clearly as if they were in my room. Once they started getting rowdy and yelling at the kids in the room at midnight, I called the front desk to alert them to which they said they would call the other guests. I never heard the phone ring in the other room and they kept at it until about 2am. Since hotels exist primarily for you to, you know, sleep and get some rest in, I thought that wasn't great. The desk attendant was very curt and unwelcoming too. I think if you want to work in hospitality, you should be somewhat hospitable. We stayed at a different Holiday Inn Express for the rest of our trip and it was amazing. Maybe we caught this location on a bad night? The breakfast and coffee were good. No issues there. To improve, I think they should renovate in order to reduce noise between the walls and hire or encourage staff to be friendlier to road-weary guests. If I am friendly after a 12 hour car trip, you can be friendly if you're getting paid to be. And I worked in retail where I was nice to people who weren't nice to me.

Terrible customer service. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn franchise again. Horrible policies regarding charging exorbitant — — cost of hotel room ("authorization fees") that are not refundable for up to two weeks. I paid 120.00 for a room — — was guaranteed a king and given a queen upon checking in — — and then IGH charged my card an additional 111.00 for their "authorization fee" that was never explained upon booking, checking in and checking out… DO NOT STAY AT HOLIDAY INN. They do not care about their customers after they collect and then use your money.

Okay stay. Not bad night sleep till about 445 am when the kicthen lady started breakfast. Had room right next kicthen and she was putting stuff in oven and sounded like she hitting the wall next to my room. Otherwise pretty clean rooms and alright beds. Needs: newer carpet. Bigger TV with HD. A/C needs cleaning in rooms. Would recommend for a night over stay not to much longer.

Awesome bathtubs! Beds — 1 bed was comfy. Other was horrible and hard as a rock. So it had ups and downs. Very clean. Aie worked pretty well. Only one soda machine. Which was broken. So you have to go to the front desk where they have snacks and drinks. Not super expensive, but still more than a vending machine. And $120+ for 1 night stay is a little ridiculous, if you ask me! Especially when you're going on vacation and just need a place to sleep for the night and to leave early in the morning, to get back on the road. Checked in passed midnight. Left before 10am. Don't really think it should be $120+.

This is a nice hotel with quality appointments. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only problem I had on my visit was that the bed was much too hard for my taste. However, I was so tired that I slept well anyway.

The hotel itself was very nice. Very quiet, very clean, and staff was very nice. The only downside to it was the location. There was practically nothing nearby and nowhere to eat dinner. We had to go about 10 miles out into unknown territory to find anything to eat.

Every single staff member went above and beyond for us multiple times. The hotel and room was very clean. Would definitely go back!
