Friendly, staff very courteous and acomadatting and helpful. And the breakfast is AWESOME, all kinds of food and delicious. Good coffee ☕. The maids are so helpful it's unreal! ❤

Wish I could leave ZERO STaRS! Charged me for a room as a no show. In the past the hotel staff has always called me to ask when my eta would be. Got here at 2 am and they had canceled my reservation but still charged me. Left multiple messages for the hotel manager. Apparently he does arrive daily until 11am. Never received AC all back or explanation as to why I was charged and couldn’t get a room. Recommend going to the holiday Inn next door! Save yourself the headache!

Definitely would not be my first choice of hotels. The towels are thin and scratchy. The room for the most part was clean. The bathroom was less than desirable.

You can never go wrong with Hampton Inn's. Nice staff.

The young lady I encountered earlier this evening was rude, unprofessional, egregious and elitist. She was a desk clerk (by her own admission), not the owner and needs to work on her customer service or find new employment!

We had bedbugs in our room. They promptly moved us to another room that was clean. They comped our stay immediately and tried to make it up to us to their best ability. On another note. They keep their coffee makers in the bathroom which I feel is unsanitary.

For the price of this hotel you would expect the toilet to flush. Also, the in room coffee maker was broke, as was the hair dryer. The shower head was awful. And upon check in I asked for extra towels. I was told I would need to wait until everyone in the lobby was checked in first, about 5 people. No offer of bringing them to my room later. Mind you, I’m very sick and could barely stand there to check in. I will never stay at this location again!

The hotel was clean, smelled fresh, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was wonderful, with lots of fresh fruit (grapefruit, pineapple, etc. ). I would definitely stay here again.

Okay… might have been a bad day. Oatmeal and fruit seemed a day old, checkin wasn’t the best (we got put in a smoking room and had to change) and the lady working the breakfast this morning didn’t even acknowledge me when I said good morning in a nice way. Not up to Hampton Inn standards.

After gouging prices for the Miami — FSU football game, they didn't even change the sheets on the bed. I marked the corner of the sheets with my girl's lipstick, and it was still there for my entire stay. I questioned the maid and she said that's what she is instructed to do. In addition when I asked the manager in charge she said they changed them daily. I asked to speak to the owner, he called me back 3 days later and I returned it without a return call.

Staff was very polite and responsive to us. I would gladly be a guest there again in the future.

We need it a nigth rest for our trip from Miami to New Orleans and we got everything we need, easy check in and out, clean room, good continental breakfast and very friendly staff.

Great stay! Housekeeping was great. Common areas was clean and well kept.

This hotel was pretty small, but clean and comfortable. Much of it looks newly remodeled. The fitness room has a treadmill, eliptical, recumbent bike, and a few dumbells. It has a small outdoor pool. The breakfast had a good variety of foods, but there is no restaurant, nor are there many options nearby.

Great place to stop. All very friendly. Quincy has a lot of history. Was the richest city in the US at one time.

This is the worst Hampton Inn experience that I have ever had. The breakfast was terrible. The room was dirty and the staff was not very accommodating.

Bathroom is archaic to much mold around fixtures Beds are uncomfortable. Lobby area was very clean check in staff was rude. Breakfast staff worked very hard trying to make the customers happy.

Great front desk crew. Courteous and friendly. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired, but the pool area and rooms make up for it. I'm there every other weekend and won't change.

Very nice room, excellent beds, very courteous staff. Only complaints are with the shower. It had weak water pressure and the shower head looked cheep, did not match well with the otherwise will adorned bathroom.

Lobby was newer and contemporary… but breakfast items were very picked over at 9:30 when it's supposed to be available until 10. Sticky waffle station even on floor… never experienced that before at other Hamptons. Room was very clean and set up well. Just like it should be. Staff was very nice.

1st floor room next to the freeway. Passing cars were a little on the loud side. Breakfast was adequate for the price.

The staff are so rude and constantly change the rates for football games. Sorry not everyone is local folk and shouldnt have to pay $70 extra over small town shenanigans. Do yourself a favor and keep going past this place. Plus the bathrooms are dirty. There was hair in the shower I imagine from the last person ew.

Yesterday, my wife and daughter were travelling from La. To Florida and decided to stay at this Hampton Inn, Clerk Tammy quoted her price that was higher than I have been watching on internet. She refused to honor on the phone. I called her again, she was extremely rude and hung up on me. Please stay away from this hotel and its rude staff. Family travelling alone do not have to go through this kind of rudeness and unprofessional behavior.

Trash on grounds like old wood. Breakfast was very dirty. Least pleasent Hampton I have stayed at.

That breakfast is a little bit lacking but everything else is pretty good. DirecTV is an added bonus, no effort in learning new channels.

Bad service the bathroom it overflod and they used the same towels we used.

Staff is awesome, they even remember my name when I go in there. Go figure! Always coffee ready, little snacks, and a clean, nice, big room. It's a treat to stay here! I think the girl at the counter is Aimee, dark hair, dreamy eyes, cool chick. That's not required, but when greeted it's nice to feel welcomed back! Nice! Good breakfast as well, as these things go. :).
