Friendly staff, rooms were clean. We only needed to sleep, bed were comfortable. Bathroom door was missing the handle, but it didn't bother us. Price for the motel was comparable to other motels in the area, except looked a lot better to approch then others. Thank you.

DON'T BYPASS THIS PLACE OR YOU'LL MISS ONE OF THE BEST KEPT SECRETS IN PENSACOLA! Their rates are great! Their rooms have been revamped and are to die for… plank wood floors, tilted shower in bathroom, and a microwave and refrigerator! Go say hi to BOB, and tell him that you saw the reviews on Google Maps, or any of the reviews where my name is attached to the review! I highly recommend this property! Two thumbs up, Bob!

My husband and I have come to Super Inn often. If we have ever needed a mini getaway, we end up here because it's close to home and affordable. When I went to check in today, I got very frustrated at the fact that I had to pay a $20 deposit for my room (even though it will be returned upon checking out, I was still frustrated). When I went to my room and opened the door, I was shocked. And no longer frustrated about the $20 deposit. They are renovating the rooms. And I am BEYOND impressed. These rooms are stunning now. Especially for the price we are paying. They aren't charging you an outrageous price for wonderful rooms. And I am very pleased with this. New walls, new floors, new paint, new beds and new decor that is just beautiful. Based on the outside appearance, you would never believe that these are the rooms you will be getting. It seems as if even the clientele has changed with the renovations. Don't judge a book by a cover… if you do in this case, you will truly be missing out. As I said, we've always come to this hotel… Now we know without a doubt that we will be returning. And doing so with a big smile on our faces. All negative reviews should be disregarded because Super Inn is on the way to making a huge comeback. If you are looking for a room, for whatever the reason… this should be your first and only stop. It is money well spent and most definitely worth it. My review isn't doing it any justice. You just have to see it for yourself.

Guy on the front desk realy rude and not nice, said the price is much higher than it whats on the internet and when we asked about booking online he said u cant do that u wont get a room.

We where here for a whole week and really enjoyed our stay here. We got a Lux room and it was completely remodeled still had the fresh paint smell to it. I really recommend this place.

Recently updated, staff was friendly, nice place to stay, close to walmart, shopping and restaurants.

They treat you like you are nothing and make there own price up.

Well they dont have an iron in the room. They don't have an ice bucket in the room and there wasn't any shampoo or conditioner when I got here. But they do have nice floors.

Gave one star just to be able to rate this Fleebag joint. Something was bitting my wife and I. Think it was bed bugs. No pool (filled in with concrete). Don't stay there unless you r crazy.

The owner and staff are incredibly kind the motel room is clean and has a mini fridge and microwave. Only complaint is no coffee maker. This motel was the best deal I could find near the beach and it was your basic motel but with great service and good people.

Nothing fancy and definitely old, but the rooms are clean, the mattress is new and comfortable and the TV was a dinosaur but worked just fine. About half the lights didn't work, but overall a decent experience.

I don't know why all the negative reviews. Super clean, comfy beds and pillows, thick towels, hair dryer, frig, microwave, shy but friendly people. Will stay there again, and btw. Safe area. But no pets. Old motel well maintained. And save a hundred bucks a night. What's not to like?

Room was clean despite being in an out dated hotel in a run down area of town. Area is noisy.

First off this motel doesnt even deserve a 1-star it deserves a 0. I called to make reservations and you can barely understand what they are saying, but what I got out of it was that… he was to busy & didnt have time to speak with me & that I needed to call back after 9pm & hangs up on me. But since ive read the reviews im thrilled they wouldnt help me with my reservation, bc im sure I wouldnt be too happy if I drove 6 1/2 hours to get there & see its nothing more than a ran down roach infested motel! Thankful he wouldn't help me & saved me time by not booking my reservation. This motel will soon be shut down by the way they treat customers.

This place is beyond gross there was a family emergency we had to be in Pensacola right then got there it's spring break so nothing available under $200 a night besides this website showed decent pics so we booked online got there guy can't really speak English says the nonsmoking room we booked isn't available we had been driving all day so we took it got into the room only 1 light worked out of room bathroom sink all that only 1 light by door went to call him the phone didn't even have a cord from base to headset so we called from cell asked him to come down he kept turning them on and off like we was too dumb to try it so he already had a key to a different room my guess is he knew nothing worked so magically there is a non smoking room available we went in smelled mildewish but we had been up for like 20 hours so we took it that room had a light out so he went to take the light bulb out and found a pair of socks under the desk used them to pickup glass we told him he could throw them away in trash but he kept them he asked could I come to office to get a light bulb while inside there was a shady guy standing by washer by office when guy went inside he lit a blunt of weed up right in front of me I was like wth bit I have concealed carry and was armed so wasn't too worried 10 mins later he comes out with a bulb that was dirty and used but I took it so after all this I get my water shoes out to shower this is hot or cold no warm water I set the best I can handles hanging on

They re-make the bed with dirty sheets and won't give you clean ones when you ask! manager was horrible. Hotel was dirty. I stayed here in July 2015. The rate they told me over the phone was not the price they charged when I arrived a few minutes later. I asked for the rate they gave me over the phone and the manager said that the person who answered the phone is new and made a mistake and he wouldn't give me that rate. The next morning, I noticed that I had slept on dirty sheets. Not just stains, actually dirty and smelly, obviously not washed. I asked for new sheets and the manager tried to tell me that I can't get new sheets because "we already did laundry today". I had to argue and point out that he checked me into a dirty room where they had intentionally made the bed with dirty sheets instead of changing them. He reluctantly allowed me to change the sheets myself and carry the dirty ones across the parking lot to the laundry room (where someone was still doing laundry and they had plenty of sheets available). Manager was rude every time I interacted with him from check in to check out. There is no breakfast or anything, just a coffee pot for looks but they don't actually make any coffee, they just tell you "coffee time over already" even though it's before 9am. Manager also chain smokes everywhere including the office, parking lot, laundry room, and non-smoking rooms. The pool is filled with cement.

Poorly Customer Service… Glad I had found a different Hotel through Priceline. When I called to Cancel, the Front Desk Receptionist did not under stand English! As a Customer Service Representative for over 10 years, you must be able to understand the person on the other line. Was not helpful at all. Kept telling me to call back… Hello, Can You Hear Me Now…

(BEDBUGS) I'm from mobile and I was visiting with kids and got a room here. Around 1 o'clock I felt something stinging on my arm I woke up to a a big bump on my arm. I check the bed and found a bed bug. Took it to the clerk and he said I'll give you half off stay the night and you can check out tomorrow. (basically deal with the bed bugs) I told him no because I had my kids in the room. He went and got the other clerks and they looked at the bug and said just get all your stuff and check out. I said ok and once I came back to check out they had an attitude gave me my refund but I needed cash and because I paid with a card he told me I had to wait a few days. I told him we needed to get a room tonight he said call your bank. Now mind you it's 1:30 in the morning so it's Sunday now. They had no respect for me or my kids so I ended up driving back home because I had no more cash on my card and this was very disappointing to the kids but hey the clerks didn't care. But the bump was stinging and itching all night long.

These people don't even deserve a review. They are horrendous. My father was one of the people that was caught in the flash floods April 29/30. He lost his car a had to wade through chest high water and was exhausted. Trying to find a place to keep warm he wondered into this place. They treated him like trash (he's in his 70's) and put him in a filthy room that had the phone ripped out of the wall. He was unable to contact my mother, he had lost his phone in the water, and they wouldn't help him at all. At 11 am one of the men came by and yelled at him to get out of room. He was finally able to contact us and after about 3 phone calls back to the hotel, since we couldn't get to him because of washed out roads and flooded streets, we threatened to call the police if they didn't go check on him. My father said he had never been treated that bad in his whole life. I am pissed!
