Place was nice. Very clean, kid friendly. Convenient indoor/outdoor pool. Good location next to stores ect. Overall highly recommended. Fridge and stove is a plus.

I had stayed at the Navy Lodge on base and was afraid this place would not meet the same expectations but I was proven wrong. Everyone from the front desk as well as cleaning crew had been friendly and helpful. When I stay at any hotel for more than one night, I don't expect room service or even towels change. I prefer to exchange them when they need it. I hang them to dry. I'm one of those people that don't like wasting water in cleaning sheets or towels that are still clean. I'm a military wife so I'm used to making my bed as soon as I get up so I don't need anyone to be a servant to me. This place is very clean. Our room smelled like cleaned. We stayed at the main building on the 3rd floor. The only difference between this hotel and the Navy Lodge is that at the base I could walk down the long set of steps to the beach but here we got a nice pool. I do recommend this place and ther price was just right with military discount. I simply love the great attention. Already making plans for the next visit next year ❤ I do thank everyone for the great experience Watson Family.

Was given room 236 in main building and walked in and the stink hit you like a brick and roaches scattered everywhere! The cubbards and drawers were full of baby roaches. I was switched to another room in the adjacent building. 3108. The smell was even worse in that room because of the rotten stained used towels in the cubbard and was also full of roaches! Was refunded stay thru booking site. Avoid this roach hotel!

DO NOT STAY HERE! ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES EVERYWHERE! Tried 2 different rooms in 2 different buildings, both ate up with roaches! We drove 10 miles north and stayed at Luxury Suites. Only $9.50 more per night, 100 times nicer and cleaner!

Terrible stay. We left 1 day earlier due to safety reasons. I was assaulted from the mgr service maid. Room was never cleaned. Police was called. Hotel is run by gang members. Expedia is informed. Manager Ron Harper does not care. Stay AWAY from this „ hotel „

We were assigned dirty rooms, has not been cleaned and smells really bad. Waiting time to check in is extremely long and then trying to get a clean room was a nightmare. Not great after travelling far with kids. (the poor front desk clerk was all on her own, she deserves a gold star and handled this difficult situation with charm and professionalism).

Everything is so nice & clean! They went over and beyond for the Allen&McCoy Family reunion. Their rooms are very nice! Thanks again for a great experience!

Everyone was so kind and polite. Our room was nice and clean. Easy to get in and out, parking was good and close to everything.

For the price the hotel was ok. The staff was friendly and the indoor pool is a great amenity. I wasn’t happy with the grab and go breakfast options. The hotel is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants but it can be noisy at times due to being near a highway. I like that each room comes with a kitchenette and full size fridge. Bedding (comforter/duvet) needs to be upgraded to something more comfortable.

A nice hotel for a decent price and location. We enjoyed our room as it had a little kitchen in it. Unfortunately the doors are paper thin and we heard every noise out in the hall which was frustrating and woke us up while we slept. They are pet friendly for a small fee which is nice as we travel with our dog wherever we go. Our other complaint would be their "continental" breakfast. It only consisted of sugary bread breakfast items and no protien or actual sustanance. But, for the most part we enjoyed our stay.

For the price, you can only expect so much. Hence the difficulty with getting through to make reservations. However, the room was clean and newly renovated. The woman who checked us in was very kind and informed about the local area. She was also quick to bring us brand new sheets when our coverlet was unusable. It had multiple stains and should have considered unacceptable for use. The consistency of room service, the older linens and tattered bath mat left much to be desired, but again whenever something was brought to their attention, it was corrected. I have faith that with the right amount of management support and hiring staff more like the young lady, this hotel can and will improve. P. S. Enjoyed the channel offerings.

The rooms are big and well appointed, having a full size fridge and dishes. The staff is amazing, really friendly and helpful! There is plenty of parking. The pools could be cleaner, the gym is a little sparse and the free breakfast just pastries, juices, coffee and fruit cups. All in all a nice place at a reasonable price and only 20 min from the beach.

This hotel is really close to being nice. There was a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, sink, and pans. The water pressure was great, the air was cold, and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately it was the basic things that should have been better. There were no real blankets, we asked for an extra pillow two nights in a row, and got the "write your hotel number down, and I'll call you when I have it" both nights I did this and both nights no call. We had no cable at all, again told the service desk twice, and Raquel never even logged it in their book much less ever followed through. The Internet was super weak, the basketball court is a goal on a slab of concrete which was better than nothing, and the pools were not ideal, but at least the beach is 25 minutes away. Like I said, overall not a bad hotel for the price and location.

We had a nice room everyone was nice. Our room was clean. Housekeeping was especially nice and always smiling even though they had to work exceptionally hard every day. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant.

Convenient location to Pensacola NAS, rooms relatively clean, beds comfortable, price OK, breakfast minimal with just muffins & pastries and no decaf coffee. Dishes in kitchenette not clean. Ice machine missing. Overall OK place for a couple of nights and would probably stay again.

I have stayed here two times now to visit my husband in the Navy. The first time I stayed was amazing! Good prices and everything was spotless! This time however all of the blankets had stains, the bathroom had hair all over it, and the room had a constant musky smell from the a/c. I don't know what happened this time but I was extremely disappointed with the facility. After my first stay here I was not expecting this. I would recommend the hotel for the good price and proximity to base, but would advise checking all of the bedding before use.

My friend and I are down here for unit trip. We got ready to go to the beach and both left our rings on the room while we were gone. The next morning we got up and they were no where to be found. We got new towles but they didn't make the beds or do the dishes. My suit case was all messed up and my ring was no longer in the suit case. My friend left hers in the bathroom and it was also not there when we came back. One of our friends also cane up with $15 missing the same day.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast is a lot to be desired. No cereal, no hard boiled eggs, no fruit, nothing but coffee, juice, sweet hard muffins! As big as this place is, we expected a bit more than they offer for breakfast.

Hi, I have been check-in on Sunday the 19th of march, done check-in and walk to my parking lot and realize I forgot my purse, came in and is was stolen, I have ask the front desk lady she say she didn't see it, I have ask does the Hotel have camera? she say yes but she can't access to it tell me to come back at 8:00am so the manager let me check the security camera, I go to my car to check it again and come back to the hotel ask her if she can contact the manager because I need to check if I have bring it in, she call someone else and tell me the manager say come back at 8:00 to let me check, I go to my room and on my way back I saw her at the elevator, she say she found the purse in the laundry room, but all my cash are gone, she say she ask 2 guys if they see my purse and they say No, she told me she just go to laundry room and found it in there. I need and answer, I have fill the report, and police are coming ask about the camera she told the police that they dont have security camera, wth, but seem like no one care about it, no one call me either, I witness couple people complain about the staff are rude, the room is not clean, the AC is not working.

Front desk people were excellent. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was very clean. I have no complaints, just a wonderful stay.

Good for overnight is not expensive, good value value value.

First room given reeked of chlorine. 2nd room was a bit better but towels and bath mats were ripped and had holes in them. Sheets also had stains on them. Pots and pans for cooking were old and filthy. Thank goodness for a dedicated front desk clerk who found newer and cleaner pots to use for cooking, even though the stove top burners had not been cleaned in a long time. Their complimentary breakfast is juice, coffer and donuts. This place is way overpriced for what they offer. Not a good place to stay.

Not what I expected while driving to the hotel. The hotel seemed off the beaten path and had the feeling of going through rough parts of town. But upon arrival I was amazed at the cleanliness, the bright and very welcoming hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfy and spacious. They had plenty of parking for larger vehicles (we had a 16’ truck). The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. The check in/out process was painless and quick. I recommend this place over and over again. :)

Unprofessional hotel, with horrible customer service! The staff was extremely rude when we called to explain the keys didn't work and we couldn't get in! Then, we had to drive around back to the front to get the keys fixed and they still didn't work! There was no toiletries in the room and I had to go to the front desk to request some. Next, we requested an hour late check out, in which the front desk stated she had to speak with house keeping?! Then stated they couldn't allow it because she would have nothing to do for an hour! The free internet didn't work, and when complaining about the poor service, the front desk staff Hope hung up the phone on me, just horrible service, and I will never stay here again! Be aware of this awful service!

Nice hotel. They are in the process of renovation. The room was nice and clean. The air conditioning was not working as it should. They do have kitchenette in the rooms. The kitchenette is functional but come with only 3 utensils to cook in. They do have breakfast which is very limited. They serve coffee, donuts, muffins and puff pastry. They have fruits too but that is not fresh, but the Tropicana cups which are not good. I suggest that they should serve fresh fruits at least. They have indoor swimming pool which was nice and warm.

Nice people at front desk rooms are nice and clean had a little problem with room service but wrote a note for them and it was fixed never even brought it up to the front desk.

Stayed 2 nights while visiting my son @ NAS Pensacola. Clean & comfortable room. Received military discount so rate was $69 per night. Cheap enough for what we needed… a place to sleep and shower. Housekeeping didn't clean our room after 1st night. We had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door that morning but removed it @ 10:00 AM. Card in room said they would not clean room if the DND sign was out after 12:00 PM. We had to get a clean set of towels from the front desk. The front desk clerk was apologetic and actually put a person she was on the phone with on hold to assist us so we didn't have to be more inconvenienced. Would definitely stay here again when back in Pensacola.

There is no housekeeping, they told me I was responsible for cleaning my room for the entire week I was there and I definitely could've used some vacuuming. I saw a couple cockroachaes, one stamped on the bathroom wall, one roaming around in my suitcase. Stained carpets. There were a couple long, dark hairs in the bathroom. The room smelled like cigarettes and felt very humid so we asked to be moved and got a better smelling room. For the price, all these downsides seem to be standard in hotels. Could be better. Other than that, the kitchen was equipped with plates and mugs, overall it was OK. I would recommend this if you're on a budget, it's comfortable enough and it's really not that bad for the price if you have no high standards. The inside pool is an interesting feature and there are grills outside a lot of people use on the weekends and play loud music, which thankfully I couldn't hear from my room. Complimentary breakfast isn't allowed for weekly stays but I think that rule isn't enforced since it's ridiculously unfair. It consists of pastries, muffins, coffee/ lipton tea, Dole fruit cups and different juices. Front desk night staff was nice.

I am so impressed by this hotel and its staff. I highly recommend it for several reasons: First and foremost, the staff was incredibly kind. They went further to accommodate me than anyone in hospitality ever has. David was great. My stay's purpose was to avoid Hurricane Irma back home in SW FL. He was understanding and even waived my pet fee bc of the storm. The second reason I would recommend staying at Ashton Inn and Suites is that the room I got was great. Clean, spacious, and more like a cool studio apartment than a hotel room. It's a really nice place, convenient to lots of shopping and dining with all the amenities on-site. Thank you so much, David and Michelle. A stressful trip made out of necessity wound up feeling more like a vacation.

Positives — — Staff is very kind and helpful. They did a good job finding great people. The rooms are affordable. Negatives — — The rooms are dirty. Our towels had hair from other guests on them, there is dust and dirt on the lampshades & headboards. The 3 chairs in the room were stained (and not just a little), the carpet on the stairs were black and unvaccumed (I checked every day to see if someone would vacuum) the grounds keeping was poor, grass over 6inches high, garbage in the parking lot. The standard for cleanliness was low. I would not stay there again.

Very affordable and clean. Can be a little noisy but it's manageable. Very cool that they have washer/dryers AND kitchenettes there. Accessibility to beaches and stores is great. Friendly customer service! Breakfast is provided (pastries and coffee) and there is a bar available. Can't forget the indoor AND outdoor pool but it's Florida-go to the beach! Cozy beds!

Loved it here. Convenient location. Nice little bar in lobby. It also has indoor and outdoor pool to accommodate any weather, but they close at 8 thats the only downside. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfy beds! Stayed in the main building they are newly renovated. (and the hotel is pet friendly, 1st floor only). Gave a 4 because pool closes early and breakfast was lite (pastries, muffins, donuts, coffee, juice). I would recommend and will return! The receptionist was very pleasant the male and female (missed the names).

I was staying with my 6 month old and 2 year old. I saw ants in the kitchenette so I called the front desk, they said they were with a guest and would call me right back. They never called and I didn't see anymore in the Kitchen so we went to sleep. I was cold in the morning so I went to my closet and grabbed my pj pants from the floor and put them on. Next thing I know I was getting bit. I took my pants off as fast as I could with yelling for my husband to call the front desk. My daughter got upset by me screaming and ended up getting in the shower just so I knew she would not also get bit. There were at least a hundred fire ants all over my pants which resulted in over 20 bites all over my legs, which have been itching since. The front desk never apologized and just put us in another room on the next floor. When I went to get the new keys with my 6 month old I spoke about how upset I was and asked them what if they had gotten in my son's pack'n'play or gotten my daughter. They finally apologized and acknowledged that that would have been bad. I asked if there was anything else we could do about it and the front desk woman said she could not, only a manager, and he was not in until the next day. I came back the next day twice. The manager never came out either time. The second time the same front desk woman asked me what I expected, "compensation" and said that they would not give me any since they gave me a new room. She said she had already told her manager about it.

We have been staying here for 5 years now when we come to Pensacola! Necy is wonderful, friendly, and has the best attitude! Everyone speaks to you when you walk by. We will not stay anywhere else. Rooms are always clean, no bugs, and plenty of space! Love the mini kitchens so we don't have to eat out every meal. Walmart, Dollar Tree, and tons of food places near. Also in between Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, and the Naval base! AMAZING price and location!

It's a mixed bag. Good hotel at good price. The caveat is that they allow dogs witch is good if you are looking for a hotel that allow pets but not good it you have allergies or just don't like the smell. Overall, it's good, but the odor of the hotel is a bit offsetting. Good for military as they have good military rates. And great prices for week long stays for everyone.

My husband and I only stayed one night at Ashton, but our room was great! This is an older hotel with a lot of remodeling on progress. The free breakfast was very very basic but that's ok considering we weren't paying for it. The bar staff were great and I had an awesome Pensacola Bushwacker! Lovely piano music as well. We will be back!

Liked the fact that the room had a full refrigerator, stove, and sink. Beds were clean. Little bit of a musty or moldy smell.

This place was great. I visited my boyfriend who is stationed in Pensacola and he booked this hotel for three and it was super easy and cheap, especially with a military discount. Rooms were clean and furnished well, and there was a mini kitchen in our room and it was located very close to the base, as well as restaurants and shopping. I would 100% recommend this for military stays, or just if you need a good cheap hotel! There was a great lady working at the desk (I do not remember her name), but she was new and she was so friendly and personable and through, so I would recommend this place just for the customer service!

Love this place, clean, nice, comfy beds and very friendly, helpful and wonderful staff! The pool was the perfect temp. The Wi-Fi was great as was the selection of program on tv, the room smelled good and they are pet friendly. The coffee in the room was delicious. I will make this my place to stay when I visit Florida! Love that it is owned and run by locals and not big corp and price is very affordable! Really loved all the staff they were the best I have ever met when staying somewhere!

Our stay here was great. The room (2 beds) was a good size for my family of 4. The staff was always friendly, even when upon check in they saw the notation to check the room for cleanliness befpre we went up. We would definitely stay here again.

Ashton is a wonderful, reasonably priced hotel. Very happy with my stays there. Close to CID Corry Station.

My husband and I stayed for a night and when I left to return the key in the morning (10am) and no one was there. We decided to stay for a second night so we left for about half an hour and came back to pay again. They lady was very nice and gave us the same room saying it was "cleaned". Upon first glance it looked clean, bed was made, soap neatly put, towels folded nicely. When we went to crawl into bed we noticed it was the same sheets from the night before. They didnt even wash them, they just made the bed with the same ones. That makes me wonder how long these sheets haven't been cleaned? We left to mention the dirty sheets but no one was there so we went out to eat while waiting. As we returned, we were locked out of our room for 5 hours because she was no where to be found. We came back every other hour till 8pm, which is when they are supposed to close. She never showed up. So we called the number on the door. Its not even the number for them. We literally had no way of contacting anyone. Do not stay here. There is another Ashton Inn down the street, MUCH better.

I stayed at the Inn on Navy Blvd for 3 months from late Nov to March. I enjoyed my stay, the hotel was clean and quiet and maintained well. The staff was so respectful and nice and always polite. The front desk staff was professional and discrete and efficient. One desk manager Necy was very professional at alltime and very understanding, My daughter and I at times had money issues (I realized you can not work an at home job from the hotel). Necy was so very understanding and did not hassle us but made sure we understood policy with a little grace thrown in. The housekeeping staff was polite, efficient and quick. We had one housekeeper that just took care of me and my daughter and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially the extened stayers. I love that this establishment understands and is patient with those that transitioning to the state or out of state. I pray the Lord blesses the manager and staff.

I was here with a large group. 55 of us altogether. They were very accommodating.

I was there for a month, beds were uncomfortable, rooms were dirty on check in, and the Wi-Fi didn't work half the time.

This place sucks we rented thinking we got a good deal no way my mom slipped and fell got injured and they kick us out then theres a man staying here thats harrsing us we report they make us leave and pat him on the damn back hes taking pictures of my children they do nothing to him for it but put us an out never stay here ever the wroset the cleaning ladies are so rude and nasty they are all in together they treat the guest that cause issues like gold and the other guests that mind there own business and do as they are told on the lease like trash.

The front desk an house keeping staff were amazing, but the rest was terrible. Lived there for over 2 yrs an I can say first hand an truthfully, the place is infested with roaches an BED BUGS. The general Manger is to me, "a slum lord"! My wife got injured on the premises due to the neglect of fixing something he knew was broke an then finally fixed it after she got hurt rather then fixing it before anyone got hurt. If you have any plans on staying more then 6 months, contact the department of revenue to get a aor"dr-26" form an serve it to the hotel, mind you that you will have to wait for the Department of Revenue to enforce it due to the general Manger will find any reason to not pay what is owed to you as we are going through this now. I would not nor ever recommend this facility to anyone.

I can't even give this place a rating because it is so disgusting! Beware, they have 2 locations in Pensacola, FL and the one with the cheaper rate is where I rented a room for 1 week. There are roaches crawling up the walls just as you walk in, and a big barrel of trash they keep piled up on the 1st floor. A person would have to absolutely desperate to rent a room there. I was there visiting my sick grand parents and really didn't do my research. My room was barely livable. The carpet was disgusting and the air conditioner was making this odd cranking sound which made it hard for me to sleep. On several occasions, I had to keep getting my key card re-activated, which was ridiculously annoying! And just as annoying as that was, there were always people holding open the side door smoking (I guess this is ONE of the guest entrances as they have a back one in addition to the side one-that I was NOT even about to approach since seeing this 6ft barrel of trash by it)! This place should be shut down and I'm shocked that a place like that even stays in business! Even at the rate (I paid) about $221 a week, I guess I got what I paid for? I should have went to AirBnb or something because my stay there was an ultimate nightmare!

We had a decent stay here for the price. The room had kitchenette, which we appreciated. Also, the hotel was dog friendly, but because of the size of our dog, the housekeeper was nervous. The hotel should include a sign that says, "Dog inside, " so the housekeeping staff can be aware. There is a pool and fitness center. They aren't top of the line, but they do serve the purpose. They also have a business center which is helpful if you need computer access.

We stayed here for a wedding. It was one of the most horrifying experiences of my life. There was no air conditioning in the hall ways or the elevators. The rooms are decent. But the staff ruins that with their nasty attitudes and bad manners. My niece was in an adjoining room and the front desk clerk called immediately after check in to report a noise complaint. I heard nothing, but apparently she has super human hearing and could hear noise from the second floor, so, we were warned. She kept repeating and insisting that my niece had "Hung up, IN HER FACE! " I will never go back here. For real, I, thought she might ride that sweaty elevator all the way up to whoop my ass. How is this place still in business? I mean seriously are employees trained in how to be ghetto.

We hosted our family reunion from Ashton Inn & Suites. The price for the rooms and the services we received was excellent. We rented the Elizabeth Room to host the meet and greet on Thursday night (excellent choice). Over 200 people came through during the night. They packed the room, lounge, lobby and facility. We had the food catered from an outside source, it was a night to remember. All other event was away from the hotel over the weekend. We stayed at the Ashton from Thursday — Monday (Father's Day weekend). The entire team of Ashton Inn made the weekend a success. Thanks, Ron and team! Especially Ms. Niece.

The hotels exterior appearance was nice and homey. The smell in the lobby and hallways of the hotel was distasteful. The hallways temperature was very hot. Once in the room it was very quaint. The a/c worked well. There was a stove top, sink, and microwave in a kitchenette area. The bathroom was equipped with dual tub and shower. A vanity sink was also inside the bathroom. I would recommend staying here.

This location is very nice with wonderfully accommodating staff. Pretty quiet, spacious kitchenettes, comfortable beds, and a great experience all around. This Ashton location also has an indoor heated swimming pool which the other one does not.

This is the worst hotel. Not even a hotel, this place should be thrown out of business! roaches, bugs, bed bugs! I have bites all over my body! this is the worst experience that I have ever had at any hotel! I will never come back here ever again. It is filthy and things are broken and the "kitchens" are empty and dirty the carpets are stained and so are the sheets and towels. It is disgusting! I called the health department about the bugs and they found them. They shut down a few rooms that had them. The hotel, then kicked me to the curb saying I would not be allowed back and couldn't stay at any of their "sister" hotels either. Not that I would come back to this crack head hotel. On more than one occasion I was woken up by yelling and people running down the hallways. i advise any one and everyone to steer clear of this nasty place.

Location on Navy Blvd is MUCH nicer than the one on Warrington. The staff was very polite and helpful. Very accommodating of my dog, put me on the ground floor (which was still quiet), one room down from the side door so I could take him out, without me even requesting. Very spacious rooms with a nice kitchenette. The area isn't a nice area, but I felt safe staying here. Will definitely stay again.

I am a disabled Vet. And I am staying here while I look for a place to rent. This is the cleanest, place I have ever stayed. The staff, no matter the time of day, are genuine and have the best customer service. It is a safe atmosphere, with nothing shady going on at all. This place is AWESOME. A wonderfully nice place.

We checked in on Thanksgiving Day — the lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful in spite of having to spend her day away from family. Our room was spacious, clean, and over-all pleasant. The kitchenette was a really nice touch. We travel with our poodle so sometimes finding a pet friendly motel that is also nice is a challenge but this one was great. Yes, we did hear an occasional dog bark but not a problem. We will plan on staying here again on our next visit.

The 4 Warrington Rd location is okay. Decent price for the length of stay. Kitchenettes in every room. Nice staff. The indoor pool has been closed for the entirety of my stay. It seems like the cops are watching it a lot, as I've noticed them parked across the street several times just watching. Also, the other guests have been pretty noisy and inconsiderate all hours of the day, and late night. Its a good cheap place to stay if you plan on being out and about for most of your stay, but if you're looking for a quiet get away and can swing the extra cash, i'd go across the street to Quality inn, or to the other Ashton inn further up the road.

Stayed at the Warrington location about 2 years ago. We will be returning there while we search for a house next week. The room was clean. Everything was well maintained and we were able to hook up our own router for faster Wi-Fi internet access in the room. The pool was closed but I wasn't too concerned about the pool to begin with. Looking forward to another great stay next week.

My husband, my standard poodle, and I stayed here. I am an ex-local. We stayed two nights. The price we paid was $79.00 a night plus a $50.00 one time charge for an over-25-lb dog. The hotel is close to a Walmart. The lobby of the hotel is large and well decorated and had good desk service. The room was well decorated and appeared to be clean. However, it was damp and smelled musty. It had a nice kitchenette with a full size fridge, a range, microwave, and sink. It also had utensils and dishes. Across from our room was a coin laundry, ice machine, and vending machine. The pool area looked nice and was indoors. The business center also was nice. There was also a gym. In the morning breakfast was served. Being used to other free hot breakfasts, we were not impressed with the breakfast. The breakfast was cellophane-wrapped Danishes, cellophane-wrapped muffins, coffee, and watery juice. At least the coffee was hot and plentiful. Overall, this hotel served our needs, but we are not sure if we would stay again. The big plus was the kitchenette. This hotel is not located in the best part of Pensacola. If you are a tourist, downtown or the beach is better. This hotel probably gets most of its business from the navy bases that are nearby. There is a pleasant park located on the bay that is about 1.5 miles from the hotel. It's not shown on Google maps. Go south on Navy Blvd (left out of the hotel) and right on Sunset Ave.

Housekeeping does not clean well and rarely restocks amenities. Place is infested with roaches and ants. Dishes in rooms are dirty. Floors are not kept clean. "Free Wi-Fi" doesn't work most of the time. Sheets aren't changed hardly ever. I had holes in the wall in my room, and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Room rates are right around the same price as the much nicer and well kept Holiday Inn down the road. I would not stay here again! I almost forgot the indoor pool that has so much chlorine in it that it has this froth floating around in it. Gross.

Two members of our company had laptops stolen, shady accomidations, poorly trained staff, indifferent management.

The Ashton location that I stayed at was the 4 N. New Warrington. The staff was extremely nice and helpful when I called the hotel directly after reviewing all the rates and reviews online. I wanted to make sure that I got a smoking room. I mentioned the rates that I saw online, to verify that was correct. The price was great being I was able to spend three nights at the Ashton whereas I would have only been able to stay 1 night at other hotels that were located on the beach. The hotel location was real easy to locate and convenient to downtown Pensacola. The hotel was one of the cleanest hotels that I have ever been in. The pool was closed the first night for cleaning but that didn't matter to me because I was only there to go to the beach. The beach is less than 12 miles away (maybe 15 minutes away), just followed Business 98 route all the way to the beach. All of the hotel staff was extremely friendly and any requests were taken care of immediately. There was no ashtray in the room and after calling the front desk, one was delivery in less than a few minutes. The staff was great on answering questions, like where the Wal-mart was located (which was right down the road about 1 mile) or where were good places to go out at nighttime. The kitchenette rooms were fairly large with a refrigerator, pots, pans and dishes provided. A large desk area is there if people needed to take care of business.
