We had a great room and it was clean and nicely furnished and cool. The breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful and friendly and of course very competent!

They say great for kids… crock of boo-boo! I reserved a room for weekend getaway for myself and 3 kids. The worker seen balloons in my hand (a surprise for my grandson who turned 3) and she automatically assumed party. I told her no it’s not… she had the worse attitude ever. So I did whats right and requested my money back. Get some employees who like their job. Sorry she had a bad day which was not my fault!

Great hotel. Looks brand new. Had a bad experience with blood on the mattress and bed. Also the curtain. It was a handicap room. Don't stay in room 320. Air conditioner had pre set level. Hot the whole night. Staff was friendly, but overpriced. Had a great breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. However, the hotel has humidity control issues that made our room feel like it was perpetually wet and damp. Standard Country Inn breakfast. But they did have trouble keeping it stocked with hot fresh food.

I've stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times now and have always had a good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. There's an indoor pool, but I've never used it. The breakfast is your run-of-the-mill hot hotel breakfast, and there will occasionally be free cookies throughout the day at the front desk. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Overall, I've had a good experience here, and will continue to stay at this hotel when I'm in town.

Room is huge and clean. Room included a living room, kitchen, huge bedroom and oversized bathroom. I would give 5 stars if not too much of noises from water pipes and from other rooms. Sometimes I could hear almost everything what other people did inside other rooms.

They left my room door ajar (even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door — for some reason someone felt it necessary to come into my room when I was not there). Hotel door pushing scams are fairly well known, and I always try pushing the door and working the door handle to be sure my room is properly locked when I leave. It's a well ingrained habit, just like finding the emergency exit as soon as I lay my bags in the room. But I got back late one night to find my room door pushed right open without the key. My personal belongings were left as fair game to anyone inclined to come in and help themselves. I've made several good faith attempts to talk to a manager, including after checking out, but oddly one never seems to be there. They're not in yet, or they are gone for the rest of the day (at 2:30 PM), or blah blah blah. Next will be the hotel's denial or disingenuous apology (I wonder which it will be? ) —the kind that comes only in response to a well-earned, bad review. If only there had been a manager I could have spoken to at any of my prior attempts. Sorry Radisson, you put your name on a stinker here. This will be my last stay with your brand. I can get past plenty of hotel screw-ups, like the hairs stuck to the bathroom door where towels were to be hung, but leaving my room door open to the world with my stuff in there isn’t one of them.

Where else do you find a classy rooms, hot breakfast, indoor pool, and HOT TUB for less than $100/night? Nowhere but here. I am making this my new permanent hotel for business in Pensacola.

It is a good step hotel with breakfast included and free parking. Its plus is the indoor pool and the staff very attentive and friendly.

My husband and I stay was great! Breakfast was awesome, and the desk attendant, Olivia was GREAT! She had great customer service skills, and made sure we was okay… She played a big role in my experience at Country Inn and Suites…

All of the staff from housekeeping to the front desk were extremely courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the full hot breakfast that the attendant kept clean and well stocked. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The location is great because it's right off I-10 and surrounded by lots of restaurants.

What a great hotel. I’m from New Orleans and this was the second hotel we’ve stayed in during our visit. Great Customer Service, Nice & Clean rooms, Pool Area Clean. This is definitely where I’ll be staying every time I visit Florida.

Stayed here a year ago and it was much cleaner and much better housekeeping in general. Quite disappointed this time. Dirt and dust in all the cracks along the floor, had to get our own toilet paper from the front desk since they didn't replace it and gave us one of our dirty towels back to use again. Almost out of hand soap and they didn't replace it. On the positive side, good breakfast, nice pool and hot tub and great location. Just upset that the cleanliness has declined.

Nice place but the staff was pretty rude. They took all 4 of our towels when we obviously had 4 guests and they only gave us 2 towels back. When we asked for more, an employee said they were out of clean towels. However, we kept asking and eventually this employee sighed irritably and gave us towels. We had other experiences similar to this incident.

Rooms are clean, nice I door pool, fitness center, business center, free breakfast from six to nine thirty on weekdays til ten on weekends. Close to the interstate and several restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Also only a short drive to the beaches.

Good place to stay, near I-10. Clean and up to date. 2nd time I've stayed here.

This was by far one of the best hotels at which I've ever stayed. The entire place was immaculate, the staff was incredibly friendly, and it was so quiet! The indoor pool is not overly-chlorinated like other I've been in, we really enjoyed a quick soak in the hot tub. The continental breakfast had plenty of options for everyone and it was all very fresh. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips!

We love this hotel. Our preferred place to stay when visiting Escambia Equestrian Center. Great value!

I was really happy with this hotel. I've stayed in maybe 4 or 5 Country Inn and Suites hotels, and this one is the nicest. The staff is very friendly, and it has a standard hot hotel breakfast. I'll stay here again next time I need a hotel in Pensacola.

Very clean and straight forward place. It has the basics of everything you need. Most importantly, the staff is quite friendly and seem to smile always.

I don't know why anyone is complaining about this place. For the price you pay, nothing could be nicer than this place. Large rooms, indoor pool, hot tub, and breakfast.

So the first thing I noticed when I walked into the lobby was a very strong cologne-like smell that was not pleasant. Check in went smoothly, but my room had the same even stronger smell. It was awful. One of the lamps didn't work, so I had limited light in the room to work with, which was difficult. They slid my receipt under the door, which I've never heard of & find to be very unprofessional. They also didn't bother to tell me that was my receipt, so I thought it was an invoice, so I went to check out. While trying to check out, another get was at the front desk because he's been locked out of his room & his key & even the master key wouldn't unlock the door. The receptionist was on the phone with the owner trying to sort it out, so I was ignored for 7 minutes until he finally bothered to tell me that was my receipt & I could go. 10/10 will not be stating there again.

Upon getting to my room I discovered my reservation was messed up and the 4oom I was in smelled heavily of smoke. The room I had booked was sold out so I was put into a different room that didn't smell. Front desk was very apologetic. New room was fine.

The room was pretty big and had a decent size mini fridge. I enjoyed the hot tub and the breakfast was pretty good. The staff was friendly.

We always stay at Country Inn & Suites where ever we travel. Nice pool and the grounds are beautiful. The breakfast changes daily and is very good. I look forward to our next stay.

This is such a great place to stay. Very clean, the staff is super helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub are nice. It's in a great safe neighborhood. We always choose country inn and suites. Comfort and clean.

I didn't stay, I was just asking around about renting a business/conference room. Still, the lobby was gorgeous! The grounds were very well kept. The receptionist was very kind, well — dressed, and informative. The rates were competitive, and the room was very nice!

This hotel is wonderful! The hot breakfast has lot of delicious items to choose from. The beds are confortable, everything you need for a very good price. Would be stay there over and over. I love it!

The room as clean and well finished. Breakfast was busy but good. The staff was polite and helpful. We arrived a few minutes after 3 for check in our room was not ready but we only had to wait 5 minutes for it to be ready.

It was just a stop over for us but the staff are nice and friendly, plenty of room in the bedrooms. A nice breakfast before we left this morning. Would recommend xx.

We booked well in advance, but the hotel still managed to double book our room. My name new bride had to spend upward of an hour trying to convince the clueless night manager that we did, in fact, have a reservation (it was in the system) and that we had no intention of being re-accommodated. The manager began by trying to blame us for the double booking (as though it was somehow our fault), but she finally relented and did her job to sort it out. Rooms were clean, beds were fine, environment was quiet. No concerns there. Service could stand to be dramatically improved. Our room was a suite, and we were finally allowed to sleep in it… So, I guess it worked out.

I enjoyed my stay the staff was very nice and friendly my room was five star the breakfast was awesome I'm planning on visiting again soon in the future.

The room doors are super loud when closing. The room doors slam shut and jar the bed when you are trying to sleep. The hotel needs to change the room doors so they do not slam when leaving the room, it's very aggravating when you are trying to sleep. Also, the bathroom door will not stay open on its on, you have to find something in the room to use as a door stop in order to keep the bathroom door ajar. Overall, the room is super clean and comfy beds. Fair stay here at Country Inn & Suites.

Hotel did not honor my reservation after trying to authorize my card without my permission! This is poor on managements behalf. That is very shady. They obviously overbooked. They then tried to upsell me on a room that I did not want. Very shady. I'm sure they do not care about their guests. Garbage!

Checking in was easy and quick. The room was comfortable and served our needs. It was the nicest hotel for the price in the area. The Days Inn down the street was sketchy so we came here. Much better!

Very clean. Staff friendly & very helpful. Mattress & pillows SO comfortable! Great access to restaurants & highways. Definitely would recommend it & will stay there again!

Good over night stop. Nice room and breakfast. This hotel chain seem a reasonable price and they are all of the same standard so you know what to expect.

This is a really nice place, and we loved the breakfast.

My question is how does this hotel have such a high star rating for reviews?! I would not stay here again if someone paid me to. They lied to me over the phone, my room is like a cave, and it smells like cigarettes. I had to pay extra just to get a little bit of a larger room and it is still terrible.

This hotel is very close to the city so it is easy to get to places, it has great service too. The rooms are very clean and tidy.

I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me. Everything is dingy when you walk in. The front desk is less than helpful with obscure rules. After I finally fell asleep I got a "courtesy" call at 9:41 PM when I have to be up early the next morning for work. Worst experience to date and I'll be talking to the manager about what they feel is a courtesy in the morning. Do not book here!

Reserved rooms for 4 nights. Check in told would be about an hour before room was ready. Went and ate lunch. 1 1/2 hours later try to check in again. Room given to someone else. Another half hour wait. Also charged an extra incidental fee over what we already paid. Not told about when reserving rooms or on website. I'd go elsewhere next time just on account of the service and being lied too.

Nice hotel but they sting you with an extra 25 bucks a night at check in for just in case stuff and it is not listed anywhere on their website nor does it appear on your reservation conformation. You find out when you get there. If you don't like it and want to stay else where your out one nights cost. Leaves you with no choice which is A VERY unfair practice. Then they hold it for a couple weeks before releasing it back to you if you're lucky. When ask about the charge I was told everyone pays it but when I ask some other guests that were checking in at the same time they said they are not charged and the hotel clerk who told me everyone pays which was a lie tells me they have a deal with their company so not everyone pays the 25 extra bucks per night. For that reason I would not stay there again. Just beware you get hit with that which leads me to believe that they must have some unwanted guests. David Schlafer posted this.

The staff was excellent! We had 4 families in town for a funeral, and they allowed us to use the breakfast room for group meals. The accommodating staff made a tough time much more smooth. Clean rooms and good breakfast.

This was another of the hotels that I stayed at on my visits to pensacola before I relocated. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and neat. I would say this is one of the nicest hotels in pensacola.
