Couldn’t have had a better experience! Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel does not seem to have it together. We have had issues starting at check-in and going through checkout. We had reserved the room 7 months in advance. When we arrived the front desk did not have is down as guests. After about 40 minutes they realized they had made a mistake and were able to get us a room. So much for being a diamond member of Hilton. The breakfast was decent. When they cleaned the rooms they too the used towels and did not leave us any others. They also forgot other items when cleaning the room. They also do not have enough parking for their guests. The rooms were not bad but are not worth the other hassles.

Good place, but the doors are very old and require a change. Reasonable price.

Stayed one night wanted to stay a week! Hotel desk staff, Housekeeping team, Breakfast servers all made our stay awesome! The cookies did help too! Will stay here again, rooms were clean and fresh. Great job 5 stars!

This is a very nice Hampton inn. The premise is very clean, staff lovely and courteous, the room upgrade options are spacious and relatively quiet. The 24x7 gym is functional, which is a bonus after a long drive. My husband was happy that the scrambled eggs didn't have cheese and the bacon was nicely done. Normally, the oatmeal and fruit is perfect for me, but Rob needs more sustenance. Typically, he will go out to eat, but the breakfast options worked well for him, which saved us minimally $13 with a tip and 30-45 minutes.

The hotel was clean and everyone was really nice. However when we got back home from our trip we noticed 2 unexplained charges on our bank account. (The room had already been paid for through Expedia) Two separate charges for 181 each. $362 total. I did contact the hotel and Sarah Weeks, the manager, did look into it she was able to figure out it was from when we purchased a $2 Advil from their “sweet shop”. This was the only time they had access to this card. The money was refunded within the week. However it didn’t settle with me well. There was no explanation on how this could have “accidentally” happen. In the end, I will never book with them again.

Standard Hampton Inn &suites, free parking, free breakfast, gym and other amenities. Their staff are friendly and service is great. Don't forget to get a cookie as you walk in. I stayed on the parking lot view rooms and I didn't have any problems, but my friend stayed on the bayview side, she said the 3 mile bridge right outside of the hotel has non stop traffic at night. Especially when a Harley or something similar drive by. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to take precautions. The hotel did offer to change a room for my friend, she didn't take them upon it. They offered her earplugs, and she didn't take them. So I did not count this again the hotel.

Very good hotel, clean, good customer service, and good breakfast. I only wished they had one more waffle maker. Very quick drive to the beach, and allows for cheaper prices since it's not gulf-front property.

Let's me tells ya sumpin, three people are the nicest ever. We had a small issue with our room and they very quickly moved us without issue. We will gladly recommend this location and we WILL be back.

Ok place to stay, staff a bit lax in my opinion. We had two burned out light bulbs in our bathroom that no one came to fix. Didn't appear, in our opinion that many did any more than they absolutely had too. Wouldn't stay there again.

The room was nicely decorated and large but I can understand the reviews I read that said maintenance could be better. There were dust bunnies in a few not so hidden spots. The dust bunnies had colonized into townships so someone isn't cleaning thoroughly. The location was good, be ready to turn after the bridge. It was a pleasant stay, some staff was pleasant but when we left the front desk person didn't say goodbye or anything despite the fact that she wasn't busy. That's not that big of a deal, it's just nice when they see you leaving and say something. I'd probably try a different hotel next time I'm in the area, this was our first visit to Pensacola.

Hotel is great and the staff is friendly. Only knock is the location can be very difficult to enter. Depending on the time of day, traffic can be brutal just entering the island and make it very difficult to enter or exit.

Loved this hotel! Good free breakfast and coffee, tiki bar right on the beach, half the rooms have beach veiw balconies, heated pool and hot tub.

Very nice Hampton Inn. Appears newly built and well maintained. Free breakfast was laid out nicely and well maintained during the peak time we were there. We stayed 4 nights so had a good opportunity to have multiple experiences with staff at this location. Very professional and pleasant at all times. We will be staying here again!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Room was well appointed and exactly what I expected from a Hampton Inn. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Parking was difficult to find due to an event in the area but I was able to find a spot. It can be difficult to pull out of the parking lot and make a left due to construction but not too difficult to make me want to stay away. This hotel is very conveniently located to both the beach and bay. I would certainly stay at this hotel again in the future.

Rooms are clean and the staff here are very friendly and accommodating! Some people have mentioned traffic is horrible but I didn't find it different from the everyday traffic from home. While a traffic light would be desirable, it's probably an unfair drop in rating. The only con is the refrigerator is only available in the king suite, which is worth the upgrade! Very nice!

Clean rooms, good ameneties, convenient location. Really close to the beach. Staff were very nice. I really enjoyed staying here.

Not accommodating. When we reserved the room we specified that we would need a roll-away. They refused to provide a roll away due to the room we were placed in, then refused to move us to a different room which could accommodate a roll-away bed. To take this even further, we had decided to try and find a different hotel, and the Hampton Inn refused to refund our money despite the fact that we hadn't even spent a night in the room. They made no effort to assist us with this situation and it did not appear they cared at all that we were unhappy.

Everything was as you'd expect it to be with exception of the front desk staff. The rooms were clean and the free breakfast was pretty good but the front desk staff were rude. The breakfast hostess was very impersonal when refilling trays. No "excuse me" or anything like that was said to the group of people she moved out of her way to change out a tray at the buffet. All they got was a "let me get through here". This is also the first hotel I've ever visited that had neither a refridgerator nor a microwave in the room. We didn't need them so it didn't affect my rating. They provide a community microwave near the lobby but I'd imagine that would be a big inconvience when you realize you've just put your PJs on and that Healthy Choice meal isn't going to heat itself. I'll add that the housekeeping staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.

We Had A Great Stay! The Staff Were Awesome, Very Friendly & Helpful! There Was A Mix Up With Our Room When We 1st Got There, & It Was Corrected Right Away, Which Turned Out Better For Us! I Highly Recommend This Hotel!

I booked a king room online and paid, after getting there not long after check in time, my husband and I where told our room had be filled and we would be placed in a queen room. After walking upstairs and realizing we just ended up paying for what a king room cost only to be put in a small room with reg bath tub when I was wanting a walk in, which is what I paid for, I decided to go downstairs and ask for my money back. The girl working didn't even have to ask why, she knew. Then another worker came up, and we seen how unprofessional this place was. It was very clear they did not get along! At all. So after what we thought was going to be our room for four to five days, we ended up driving all over Pensacola looking for a room. And thank god we found Hyatt they were so awesome, we got a nicer room, better service and I wont stay anywhere else when we visit again!

For unhappy, less complimentary reviews — we all need to remember sometimes things don't go as expected. How you handle the mishaps may determine the outcome. Customers want to be treated respectfully and so do those who are trying to provide a positive experience. I ask employees their names, (a good start beginning a relationship). Front desk people, Heather, Ray and a gentleman who's name I missed, were very personal and willing to help with anything. Mel worked the breakfast area and treated us like family — a good woman. I am not suggesting things cannot be better, every place can improve. My 5 star rating was carefully considered and if I return to the Pensacola area I wouldn't bother to look elsewhere to stay. Clean and nice facility, location is okay, rooms are great, service is up to par.

Great place to stay the night in the Pensacola area and not be over charged for garbage motels along the beach. It's the first place you get to off the bridge and is within walking distance of this great little bar that overlooks the water — Sunset bar — — or something along those lines. We'll gladly stay here again! Everything was clean and tidy!

I had an excellent experience. The room was very clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The room did not have a fridge or microwave but I knew that when I decided to stay here. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the Pensacola Beach strip. Great stay! Would definitely return.

Glergenson McGlergface was the best worker ever. He kinda smelled at walked weird but oh well he glerged like a champ.
