Great place, great accomodation and location, so close to everything. The queen rooms as well as the shared accomodation possibilities are very comfortable, and the staff very friendly. In the business center Zenworks you have a great place to work, meet peiple as well you can cool.

It was a nice atmosphere. Just wish that the bathroom was a bit bigger, room came with a microwave, and better parking arrangements. Loved the lobby fragrance. The staff was cool, music was chilled. Liked the style of the room. Our room was a queen bed which had two singles, one on each side, sideways, suspended above the queen with their own light and electrical socket. The decor was simple yet pleasant. We probably would not book there again and try a new and different hotel. However it was a nice experience that we do not regret. Pillows were super soft. Wife's back was a bit bothered from the bed which made it difficult for her to have an enjoyable slumber. I was fine.

I was skeptical about this hotel because of the location but was completely smitten when walking through the doors. It was such a cute and well maintained hotel! Definitely a great deal for your money. I love the security access you must use to enter the building and also every room has the same system. It made me feel safe during my stay. The rooms are unique and very “zen”. Would definitely recommend and also return.

The word Zen is exactly what it was very relaxing, quiet, clean, private and peaceful. Super friendly staff. Home away from home and experience like no other, I highly would recommend place.

Glad to had such a great time at this hotel. A team took excellent care of me and always on time whenever called. Room was included with free Wifi option, morning coffee service, and much more. The food and flavors were awesome and well-priced. Well done guys.

Love this motel! Such a unique place to stay. The decor & furniture is point kinda boutique style. The only thing I did not care for is the cleaning lady entered our room when we were taking a nap. If the guest services would distribute out do not disturb handles that would be wonderful.

Amazing place with such a great feel of relaxation. The owner Sheldon is such a humble guy with a good vibe and feel. You can see he has taken the time to make his customers feel right at home!

First impressions of this motel is the lobby was smaller than I expected however the service was fine, decor was zen. The owner drew a map out for me to give me an idea of where things were, which was nice. I got a shared room however I was the only one checked in, was kind of bummed because I was hoping to meet others. Overall room was tidy. The plumbing was slow, the shower and sink drained real slow. Surprisingly the bed slept good. I didn't have an issue with noise for the most part I could hear people running around on the top floor but nothing that was crazy disturbing. Just know you will be about 20 min from South Beach! So get a Lyft shared ride it's way cheaper than a taxi! This is a great place to crash for cheap! I was more concerned about being out exploring than in my room so if u want decent accommodations cheap price this is your place.

The place is full of prostitutes and that becomes clearly apparent when you see them coming in with men as "guests" and also hear their less than appropriate noises during the day. I highly discourage families, especially those with minors, from staying at this place. Whatever is saved in terms of financial cost is more than overcharged in terms of discomfort and annoyance. Be very careful and think twice before staying here. Go elsewhere if you can afford it.

If you are looking for a great hotel with clean rooms a great service, then this is your place. I stayed several days at this property. I will be back. I met the owner who is making a great effort to renovate the property without destroying the classic ambiance. The water pressure in the shower was unbelievable, and the water stayed hot.

Great friendly staff. Place has been remodeled from top to bottom including the exterior. Very clean and well run. Perfect location within 5-10 minutes to I95 195 Wynwood, Downtown and Brickell. Cant beat the price.

I stayed in a shared female room. The beds are spacious with a locker on the wall for valuables. In the room there was also a walk-in closet, private bathroom, hairdryer and kitchenette. It also came with an eyemask and towels. It was really nice and clean with helpful staff. I will stay here again for sure. The only thing I would warn solo female travellers is that the neighborhood doesn't feel the safest, so just be careful, but even so, I enjoyed my stay and will be back when I'm not staying in southbeach.

Staying here really made our trip! My girlfriend and I were really comfortable in our room. The decor was a pleasant surprise and the quiet personal ambiance was just what we needed to feel like we got away from home! The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Miami.

Very nice and courteous service, the air conditioning did not work properly at first, without demand we were offered another room directly. The rooms and also the rest of the motel are nicely decorated, Indian flair with many elephant pictures and statues, exactly our taste.

A friend and I stayed here in January 2017. The staff we met were so nice and we felt welcome inside. The door is locked at night for security and windows open to allow a nice cross breeze. There's a Wendy's and gas station within walking distance I felt safe walking to even after dark. Took a car service every morning and night to and from the beach and used the hotel to store food and sleep. The beds were amazing! I'll try and stay here again next time I go down to Miami. Only complaint is the location isn't the best but you're not going to be robbed the second you go outside or anything… but the pricing makes up for that pretty well.

This hotel is fake. They dump the customer and make the money from the webside. I was booked the hotel and was gone for check in. The hotel was under renovation. I asked for the check in. They simply refused the booking and did not returned my money. Really shame full for miami. How people are doing like this.

Located in a lousy place, parking looks like a dump, customer service was lousy when it got to that 11. The depressing room, bad smell, curtains of broken windows, unusable beds, a small air conditioner that didn't feel any cold. No use …

Friendly desk clerk when I checked in, room left some to be desired. Very small, cramped restroom supplied with 2 towels and no washcloths for bathing. Television would not change channels. Awakened at 7AM to the sound of someone beating on another rooms door hollering they were security and demanding to enter that room.

Basic, not glam. Serve purpose as a place to sleep. Watch for hidden fees.

Very good. It has no breakfast, no services but when you are looking for place just to sleep it is the best.

This is your basic, bare bones minimum hotel. It feels more like a hostel and not an actual hotel. There are NO ice machines, NO vending machines, or any other basic amenities. You are renting a room with a bed and t. V. That's it. One towel per room, no matter how many people were on the reservation. The night manager is super nice, as is the house keeping staff. The daytime management didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered. And would barely even set down the phone to speak with you. It is centrally located in miami, with easy access to all points of town though. But if you are looking for more than just a bed to sleep in, this is not the spot for you!

Service, service and more service! Best hotel service I have ever had, hands down. From check in with a free glass of champagne, to a room switch to get a nicer bathtub, through all meals in the great restaurant to checkout, everyone was accommodating, polite and exceptionally professional. If I ever find myself in Seattle again I will absolutely stay here. Good job Hotel Mimo staff and management, you hit a home run with this traveller!

This hotel is negative — 100000000 recomended has prostitutes and drug dealing insight it shoud be close not a good place it looks like worse then a cartel movie hotel the picture are stage dont belive in the picture from the website and when you get there they will tryto charge you $100 dolars more dont belive anything what they say I wont recomend this place to my worse enemy DEA should close this place.

HORRIBLE! I was already booked in my room and they sold my room before check out AFTER I told them that I was gonna stay another night! SMFH now I have to go find another room! MAKES NO SENSE AND THATS BAD BUSINESS! DONT GO HERE!

Great hotel, I had an amazing stay. They had great service, beautiful rooms, and a good vibe in the hotel. Its an old boutique hotel which I loved most because it looks like a miami hotel from the 1930s. It was small and quiet. I would 100% stay here the next time I come back to miami.

Amazing Hotel for the price, nice clean rooms, amazing service, friendly staff. Not bad for being built in the 1930's and still servicing its customers. The aesthetics are neat, refrigerators come in handy and the snack bar has a nice selection for the late night cravings. Overall I am very pleased and plan on returning, it has come a very long way from last years and seems to be improving.

I was totally shocked how clean and welcoming Hotel Mimo is. The front desk lady was extremely nice. Once I entered my room I was greeted with a refreshing and clean environment. The bathroom was spotless. The shower head was amazing. I took an amazing shower. The rate was totally affordable. I will defiantly come back to this hotel again the next time I visit Miami.

I will absolutely never come back here and would never recommend this place to anyone. Our room was right in the lobby and right by the road so we could hear traffic all night. In a sketchy area. Mold all over the place. Towels had holes in them. The shower had a dead cockroach in it. Cheap furniture. Overall a bad experience. I was thinking about sleeping in my car instead it was that bad.

Never waste your money. Would rather sleep at the beach.

I found hotel MIMO in pet friendly hotels in Miami. I made a reservation then I find out that they don't take pets and that they were advertising in an incorrect website. I spoke to the manager Jeff and he apologized for their mistake but then he would not give me my money back because he said it was their policy that if you canceled you would lose one nights fee. I didn't cancel, they just wouldn't allow my pet to come with me. So they false advertise and then they would not refund my money. Downright thievery! Rot in hell Jeff.

Good location, service was ok, however this hotel had very few towels the room is small and the quality of the hotel look like a hooked motel.

The manager didn't want to refund our money after bedbugs were found! I have pictures to prove it what is worst I laid my two month old baby in that bed and he had the balls to offer another room! STFU Wish this place burns down for putting my kids in harm! All this taking place at 1:00 am.

Well I would stay away from this hotel forever. First off there is a $250 security deposit. What hotel does that. And the next morning it would get refunded in your account. Were not seeing that till monday. But other than that the room is nice a whole in the comforter and the shower head sprayep water going up all over the bathroom. By for the worst place ever to stay at. Ao id stay away.
