The staff and the amenities are great.

I booked with La Quinta bc of their great rates, they don't charge a pet fee and they include breakfast with your stay. The room decor was very nice. Love the purple wall! This hotel is clean & the employees were all very nice. The room was small which was okay bc we were hardly there. My only complaint was the tub was dirty.

Very clean. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. They were attentive and helpful. The continental breakfast could be a little better. Also, it would be nice to have a vending machine on each floor.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. Stay away if you plan on leaving and coming back from any where from the hotel after 5 there will be no parking there are trucks lawn services and other services truck are that taking like three to four parking spaces which doesn't allow for paid customers to park. Plus some people will double park cause their parking spaces are so small. For the size of the building they should take these things in consideration.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, many places to eat within walking distance. My goto spot now when I visit my son at college.

The workers are very nice people and respectable. The rooms are clean and neat as well. Very peaceful place. However when I opened the drawer in my room I saw a ROACH! Crawling around. I freaked out and told my boyfriend we had to leave. : (

Very nice staff. Very clean. Rooms are nice and updated. Strong Wi-Fi signal. They have a small breakfast included. In a good location, located right off the exit and near food that is within within walking distance.

Probably one of the most grand LA Quintas in the Southeastern USA. I throughly enjoyed my stay. Bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Sneers crisp and just right. Thermostats on the wall. Very friendly staff and very sexy front desk girl who knows ankle Mopar muscle. I really wanted to get to know her more. She was so sweet and a kind soul. Tall like me and she feels the need for speed! Seriously though… I forgot to your name and I was tired that night. Would love to see you and take you out on a date. You sparked my interest for the first time in a long time. That's destiny calling.

Wouldn't accept a direct bill even after the company I work for authorized it? And to make it even more difficult I had a company ID and was driving a Company van with there Logo on the side… how stupid can you be to say we can verify that you work with that company? This is after I have stayed there before using the same direct bill informing not even a week earlier… stupid people unprofessional staff and rude management… don't stay here try the one by the Airport the people are more professional and very helpful & friendly …

Very nice place, friendly staff, parking and breakfast included. Spacious room, clean and quiet. No disappointment possible.

Room smelled moldy. The floor was disgusting! My socks were jet black from walking around in the room. They should really shampoo the carpets. Only good part were the employees, very polite and helpful.

Clean Rooms, Good Front desk service, need just a variety breakfast option, also has Security GOOD THING in Miami.

Great place for a overnight stay good food options close by my only negative is that during breakfast in what is a quite small room considering the size of the hotel several people were working on computers and in one case holding job interviews which resulted in guest not being able to sit and enjoy breakfast or having to take food back to their rooms. Staff were really helpful and friendly they even gave us a printed list of restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. The reason my family chose this hotel is because we could bring our dog for free. The reason I gave this hotel 4 stars is due to breakfast. The breakfast is standard for La Quinta, the only hot items were waffles and boiled eggs (if lucky enough). All other items are carbs with a few standard fruits.

Does not cater to business travels. No business center. More like a local hotel. Rooms clean. Pet Friendly rooms, which they don't tell you unless you ask them. All rooms are pet friendly.

Hotel room was nice and clean. The beds we're old and need to be replaced. I used to travel alot and most Laquinta's had the updated pillow top mattress, this one did not. Staff was friendly and accommodating. You also can't beat the continental breakfast. Waffles!

Overall the hotel is nice. Clean and tidy rooms with comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice complimentary breakfast with various items. Housekeeping staff doesn't speak English, but were very nice and accommodating despite the barrier. Close to shopping and dining. Short distance from airport. Would stay at this location in the future.

Great staff. Excelente location. Parking is available but not plentiful. Rooms are fictional but a bit outdated. Conference facilities are great. Rooms are somewhat overpriced for the amenities and age of the furnishings.

Well, there's was no parking when I got to the hotel at 10PM, they told me to park in the grass. So I parked in the grass and next morning my car was stuck and had to call a tow truck to pull it out, because it sank into the muddy soil. One of the bed sheets had a blood stain in the corner as if someone had druled while sleeping, so I guess the sheets were not changed from previous guest. Other than that, the staff at the front desk were very nice and after that one first day, everything went well, but it was a rough start.

Only problem was the gentleman that works the desk overnight… EVERYONE else became my FAMILY during the Storm. The General Manager Fred Nuenez endured all that we did with his staff and their families… The ladies who cleaned and maintained the facility are FABULOUS! The maintenance guys are like your Tios! BUENISIMO CABALLEROS! ALL of the Ladies at the Desk are TOP NOTCH! Barbie, corazon… Eres la ULTIMA! Mr Nunez has a TEAM that works like a well oiled machine… A Family… Su Familla! Bravo Folks! Its a pet friendly hotel. Being so, they had to make compromises. In our first room it smelled like something was burning. Our second room smelled like wet dog. The service was great.

Comfortable. Great cookies and waters upon arrival for returns members. Great breakfast. I was awakened at 3 a. M. From drunkards walking down the hall. If it weren't for that, my review would be 5-stars.

Great location. A little bit older property that's been wonderfully kept up. The room was great and what you'd expect in this price range. The staff was very nice and helpful when we checked in, giving a list of places to eat within walking distance and that deliver. Whenever I had a question or needed something everyone was very nice and helpful. Breakfast consisted of juice, coffee, and tea; bagels and toast with cream cheese or jam; hard-boiled eggs; three kinds of cold cereal with milk plus oatmeal; hot waffles; yogurt and fruit.

The mattresses are horrible, AC units on the top floor can't keep up with the heat, and the new rooms are already dirty. Staff is nice though!

They are currently doing renovation. Im on the fourth floor, which has already been renovated, and the hotel is very clean and modern.

Clean rooms, nice staff, good continental breakfast. Just a little far from the airport, but there are other La Quintas that are closer.

Everyone is very polite. Have not had any issues with uncleaniness.

The staff at this hotel was just wonderful! When booking, we mentioned that we were travelling through on our way to our honeymoon (Last September). Not only were we upgraded to a very nice suite, but the staff surprised us with a sweet card and some chocolates upon arrival to congratulate us. I've never had complete strangers go so out of their way for me like this before, and it left a huge impression. Thanks again, guys! You kicked off our honeymoon to a perfect start :)

Simple pet friendly spot to stay. I didn't use the pool but the breakfast in the morning is pretty good if you just need something to get you going.

Our king room was small but very clean. We felt safe and staff was very friendly. We always choose La Quinta because they are pet friendly!

Beautiful hotel but was very disappointed this time with trying to reserve a room. Their system was down but when it came back up was told I could reserve 2 rooms with double beds but when I reached the hotel they only had 1 room with a king. Had to find other accommodations.

The hotel is standard for LA quinta. The clientele there was a bit lound and unruly. Staff was 4/5. So overall a 4/5 star place!

Stayed in a fourth floor king! Nice and clean.

Couldn't even establish a reservation. The lady in the phone sounded like she was talking through a door.

We we're in town for a funeral. This was a cozy and well kept place to stay. The cleaning staff was very pleasant as was the front desk staff. Shout out to Barbie for pulling extra shifts and still maintening a great attitude. Near great places to eat and shop! We'd definitely stay here again!

To all of you with bad reviews about LA Quinta, you all need to stop. I stay there all the time and that place is super clean. The staff is super nice and they are very attentive to all of their guest. So stop lying on this hotel. Plus everything is close by.

The hallway reeks of smoke. The room itself is clean but the ambiance of the hotel isn't very pleasing.

I arrived late with my family and they were able to get my room very quickly. However, as soon as I walked in it reeked of smoke and one of my lights didn't work. To make matters worse I found 2 roaches on the wall. Disgusting. We are not very hard to please but this was unacceptable. There were no rooms available to switch into and it was some push back to comp the room. If it weren't so late, I would have left but I have two small children whom were already tired. Worst stay ever.

No more cheap ugly what recomiedo 100;-)

Terrible experience with my friends. Hot running water is not available 24 hour a day. One room was on second floor filled with moldy smell (opening the window does not help at all) which made me sick, the other on 4th which doesn't even have a closed bathroom — water came across the floor and flooded into the living room! Contacted with the staff and they said they could not arrange new rooms because the hotel is full, but how do you think if the hotel could ever be full. The one star is for the lady making waffles soaked in syrup during breakfast.

The front desk ladies are very nice and helpful but the lady who so called "cleaned" my room, managed to throw away a thick stack of legal papers that were on the desk but didn't throw away old chinese food that was near the trash. At 10:30pm at night the manager was called and it seemed that he didn't understand why he was being called about this situation. Housekeeper doesn't remember what she did with the papers but La Quinta has a strict no paper touching rule policy that she violated. Oh and maintenance doesn't fix anything here either. They suck all the way around.

Easy to get to, great friendly staff. Room was cleaned daily, though the carpet was in desperate need for a steam clean. Just wish it was closer to area attractions. It is a bit run down, but not nasty or anything.

Over all the hotel is nice and clean in a great location but on my latest visit I found the front desk to be inexperienced! My friend and I were staying here for 6nights the lady at the front desk swiped our credit cards 4Times too many! We were over charged by at least 1200 dollars! So BEWARE u might only want to stay for 6nights but might pay for 18.
