Beautiful place, and very reasonably priced.

Nice hotel which seems more like a motel. Bed was comfy and high, and my hubby had to take a running jump to get on it. It reminded me of the John Denver song Grandmothers feather bed. Overall I liked the hotel and the buffet breakfast was good.

The room was ok at first, but the TV didnt work. Maintenance came and fixed the tv. We stayed over night and found ants in the bathroom in the morning. The same maintenance person came and sprayed and left. Ants were still in the bathroom in the shower, sink, and toilet area, he came back and sprayed again… still ants in the bathroom. Offered a room to use the bathroom only because the room wasn't clean. Then management advised that they were just sugar ants. Awful experience to have especially with children. We will definitely not stay again or advise anyone else to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Unlike the over priced beach hotels that are practically falling apart. At Indigo's the rooms and the entire resort is kept in great condition. The staff was more than helpful, and every time I required something, the attendant at the front desk met all my demands happily. And without making me feel like I was asking for too much (I definitely require too much lol, extra towels, soaps, asked for a fridge…) This hotel exceeded expectations! Not only clean but also very secure. I loved the extra layer of security added in the hallway to the rooms, so only the 10 or so rooms in my hallway, where the only people that could enter the building. Fabulous looking golf resort (I dont golf) but the scenery was a pleasure.

Hotel Indigo is centrally located in Miami Lakes, easily accessible as you come off the Palmetto Expressway at 154th Street, Miami Lakes Drive. The hotel houses Shula's Steak House, offering exquisite food. The Gulf Course is there and the photos submitted represent the many concerts Miami Lakers attend at this location. Visit, become familiar with its offering and enjoy one of the finest destinations in Miami Lakes.

For such a small hotel, seemed they did best they could with renovations. Everything worked, no pests, fairly clean, nice employees. Not tub, when promised to have shower/tub combination. pretty cold in most areas. But can control AC in your own room. Located right on golf course, good view Deserved 4 starts for the price you pay,

The staff was nice and the hotel was decent for the price. The showers were fancy with multiple Jets and the water pressure was really good. It kind of feels like a motel because the the different buildings and how you get to your room but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only I had was the cable TV. The TV itself was fine but lost of the time I just had a green screen no matter what channel. For me on a work trip I was hardly in my room so it wasn't a big deal but if you like to watch TV before bed or your the type that sleep with the TV on this will be a problem for you.

The cable did not work, the transmission was constantly cutting. The service at the bar during the night time wasn't great. The rest of the staff was nice and friendly. The room was nice and comfortable.

March 2018 update: The owners of the hotel have re-done the rooms bringing them back to new condition! The staff is still fantastic, and now that the rooms are all refreshed this is a great place to stay again! I used to love this hotel when I first started staying here several years ago but now it seems the property is starting to show its age since the last renovation. Nothing seriously wrong with the property, it's just aging a bit. I will still stay here when I'm in town because it's very convenient to where I need to be.

Good location, great staff, reasonable prices. I can only recommend it.

Oh boy … let's start with the positives. It's a quaint hotel in a good location. Close to great dining and golf course. Very lovely staff. That's it! The negatives outweigh the positives for me. The room was extremely damp. Felt like a damp basement. There was mold in my bathroom. I took a picture of the mold. I will try and upload it. The carpets in the hallways were dirty. The grounds and parking needed attention as well.

Not the most luxurious Hotel but nice and clean in a quiet area. Friendly staff. Easy to park in close distance of your room. And on a nice golf course. You can get a special golf rate including clubs if you stay in this hotel.

Room was huge. Shower was great. It feels little old but room and decor was unique as compared to other ihg hotels.

Third time I've stayed at Hotel Indigo — Miami Lakes. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are also comfortable. I will definitely be returning.

Great place to stay at. It's near the 826 (main highway), tons of restaurants and a gold course. The staff is pretty constant and permanent so they do a great job remembering faces and take pride in their work. The rooms are clean and spacious. They seem to currently be updating some rooms, but even the older ones are pretty awesome.

Hotel overall is quite nice but the location is great. Short drive to stadium but also not to far but then again not to close to Miami! Also it's great that the original shulas restaurant is on site — amazing steak & cool atmosphere with phins stuff all over & again amazing steaks!

Overall it was very nice. The showers were fantastic and the beds were amazing. However. It gets 4/5 due to the fact it lacked a mini fridge in the room, and I had medicine to keep cold. I ended up keeping them in a bucket of ice. Not ideal. Other than that, perfect!

Rooms were recently renovated and look nice. The shower has a rain head and body sprayers. They use Aveda soap and shampoo, I thought that was a nice touch. TV was a little small and outdated compared to other hotels. Had the "23 Burger" at the bar for dinner and was impressed. Had their bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich for breakfast, that was also good. The hotel sits right on a golf course so there are pretty good views from the room. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I wish they had was a breakfast buffet.

The location is pretty convenient for anyone that has to visit the north west Miami area or Hialeah. Right off the 826, and with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room is modern and updated but does have a few minor quirks, but over all pretty awesome. The shower in my room is a waterfall mix, which is pretty awesome. The bar is small, but the bartender is pretty knowledgeable about the area and even the history of the hotel, so major props to him!

Cozy small hotel. Very nice rooms. The pool and tiki area is awesome definitely a great little cozy tropical feeling hotel with the gulf course view behind.

Seems like an older hotel that is in the process of a remodel. There are definitely nice aspects, but I think there is still work that needs to be done. The room was clean and had several updates that were nice, but one of the walls in the room needed to be repainted and there were many parts of the hotel that were clearly still being worked on. Probably will deserve another star once the remodel is complete.

Service was perfectly fine. The room itself fell short of expectations. Specifically, while well maintained, it felt dated. No mini fridge. An ice bucket, but no ice machine on the floor. No vending machine on the floor. The shower was new and felt great though.

I love the place, the friendliest staff in all of Miami feel like home.

Love the overall experience. Shula's Steak is worth every penny and the Indigo rooms are beautiful.

Rooms were nice, location was ok, other guests had an extremely loud party in the parking lot until 3 AM. Hotel security did little to stop it. It ruined the stay.

This place is awesome. Great and safe location. Hotel is in a residential area of Miami Lakes but 826 is just minutes away which makes it so convenient. I recommend the executive suite. It is HUGE with a California King bed you do not want to get out of!. Living room with couch, ottoman and chair. 32' LG flat screen. A nice sized desk equipped with high speed Internet. Huge walk in shower with 2 shower heads, one of which is a massager. Hotel has a small but quaint bar/bistro. Very limited menu but the bartender Jovan provides excellent service. They do offer room service. Main Street is just 5 minutes away and has several excellent restaurants. Thai cafe and El Novillo are my favorites. This is my second stay and when in this area will not stay elsewhere. The rate was more than reasonable.

I got the King suite it was very clean, spacious, and beautiful modern style. Bedding sheets were clean. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend this hotel. However, an air vent need to be installed bc the room was very moist making the floor a lil wet and sticky. Same with the bathroom. Just a suggestion :) )

This is a nice place a little ways from Miami. I would say it take 20 minutes or so but the price is way more cheap than staying in Miami. There's parking also versus in Miami where you have to pay 30 a day. Had a nice pool that gets up to 6 feet. A little bit of a Hawaiian theme. I believe the easiest way to get here is the toll road if you have an epass. The rooms have a back door that leads to a supposedly balcony looking deck with a poolside view.

Everything was great, my only complaint is there is not a microwave or fridge in the room. I would defn prefer a fridge if I had to choose. Other than that, I really enjoyed this hotel.

Very peaceful, wonderful spacious rooms, a nice staff and in between two shopping areas.

This hotel looks like a motel. Your room is located in buildings and you go in from outdoors. This is not a 4 star hotel. It is more like a 2.5 star hotel, very misleading on hotwire. Rooms are small and not much to them. Apprently because they remodeled the bathroom they decided to increase the star rating. Hardly any restaurants in the area and looks low budget. Would never have chosen this hotel if I saw the pics before I booked.

I had a pretty good experience here overall. The room was nice and very spacious, really spacious. Unfortunately no fridge, which should be a must here in Florida. I liked the courtyard and to be able to sit outside for breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately their little cafe is closed for lunch. Try the BBQ chicken pizza, its really good. Staff takes some time to serve you sometimes, even there is nobody around. Steakhouse is right attached to the hotel but you have to get arround to the front to get in. Also golf area is right behind the hotel. Another downside. Only one elevator for all three buildings. You can get from it to every building.

The staff take forever to do anything. We didn't have hot water in our shower and their maintenance man took like 2 hours to get there. We scheduled a shuttle and we were waiting on it ten minutes early. It's now 30 minutes late. Also don't eat meals here. It's gross and over priced. Finally if you ask anything of room service be prepared to wait at least an hour for it. Even if is a menu for the dinners (which are gross) it looks nice compared to other budget hotels but they are not time efficient what so ever. Will not come back.

Old hotel with old everything. In a nice section of town. I wouldn't go as far to call it "boutique, " though. Small, yes. Boutique, no.

Well, 4 star regional. At least $110 for double room per night. Seen only then 3 * from.

I just want to say I was really shocked! This hotel is beautiful, nicely decorated. Smells great. Check out is at 11 but they give u till 2pm. :) staff are very friendly. I would be staying here again.

Awesome staff, beautiful rooms and a great price. This is a great place to stay if you have a car, not very close to the city or the beach.
