Great place to stay! The staff members are excellent! They were all so helpful and accommodating. Make sure to have breakfast downstairs! The rooms are fine. The location is awesome (on the beach and across the street from prime 112). The amenities in the room are dissapointing. The service is typical of Miami, poor.

This is my first stay at this hotel, but if I ever have the chance, I will definitely stay here again. My suite is large and spacious; very modern with lots of amenities: full-size fridge, microwave, stove, real dishes, a great bathroom, etc. The gym is well equipped and there's a pool, spa, hot tub, and sauna — and of course you're at the beach. The breakfast options are also pretty great.

Location at the end of Ocean Drive and right on South Beach is amazing. Room is stunning, from the balcony had a view of downtown Miami and also the beach around the pier. Was amazing watching the cruise liners come in all lit up in the dark. Pool area is very relaxed.

Perfect location right on the beach & Ocean Dr. Fantastic Greek restaurant on site offering a nice happy hour with decent prices. I wish it had a shuttle from the airport — parking is expensive and Uber charges a crazy amount,. We rented a car, but didn't need to… Everything was very convenient. The suite was amazing! Loved it.

Our stay here was a treat. Wonderfully located in South Beach, it was quiet, elegant, and had superior service. Learning how access to rooms and lobies worked across buildings took a few runs, but I would definitely stay here again.

Customer service was exceptional. Everyone from the bellman to the cleaning staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The manager (Debbie) went above and beyond when we arrived, despite our early arrival. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely be back.

The Hilton Bentley Miami is not a "real" hotel, its a timeshare condo operation peddled at higher hotel room rates. This relatively new condo-tel is a real estate investment, redecorating doesn't pay dividends folks. One of many in Miami, don't pay hotel rates, pay half price or less on Home Away or VRBO, search for condos Miami South Beach. This explains the outdated decor, dusty rooms, broken plastic lamp shade & bathroom tiles, lack luster amenities, stale minibar cookies, incorrect incomprehensible invoice, sub par forgettable experience. Search under condo and timeshare rentals starting at $179/night to pay half price for this "hotel". Don't pay hotel rates here. All around a big disappointment, way below Hilton standard & expectation.

My husband and I stayed here for a week at the end of January of this year. We booked this hotel being Hilton Honors members, thinking it would be up to Hilton standards. It is sub par at best. In my opinion not only is the hotel run down, the management is poor as well and unaware of where to even start fixing the problem. For the price we paid for a week we could have gone on a cruise with money left over, gone to one of the islands, with money left over or gone to Europe. Attaching pictures of examples of how poor the hotel really is, more like a college dorm than the high end hotel its advertised to be.

Beautiful Hotel right on the beach! Everybody is so helpful and happy. The scenery is breath taking and you can see the cruise ships coming in and out of Biscayne Bay. Super quiet end of South Beach, my favorite part of my stay. Highly recommend.

Resort hotel. With everything you’d expect. (I gave 4/5 start for several reasons: spa lacks proper manicure/pedicure set up; the massages and skincare they have is fantastic. As well as the spa itself, everything you’d expect. But it’s really a convenience thing, if you’re going to the spa before a date, for instance, you really want to be able to have your nails properly done. And they do offer very basic nail services, but it’s really really really basic. ) The other negative, is we had a lot of trouble with the TV setup. We were there 2 weeks. And it kept getting all messed up with the reception, the settings, the channel line up, the sound — sometimes there wasn’t any, the language (some channels were in Spanish even though they shouldn’t have been, and the menu was in Spanish the entire time and nobody could change it to English including the hotel tech people). Overall the situation with the TV was an annoying persistent hassle. But it’s a great place and I’d likely consider staying there again. It was certainly convenient, and not having any recommendations otherwise, at least you know what to expect of a Hilton hotel, especially a resort one. And the hotel restaurant/pool restaurant has happy hour from 3-7pm everyday. In addition to half price cocktails they also have a $5 appetizer/snack portion foods. And it’s really pleasant to spend a lazy afternoon lounging by the pool. We did an early happy hour by the pool a few times in lieu of lunch.

Beautuful setting on Miami Beach. The services provided on the beach are wonderful and the staff is top notch. The location along Ocean Drive is perfect… an easy walk to everything, yet at the quieter south end of the street. The rooms are spacious and everthing you would expect from a 1st class hotel.

I had an amazing experience at the spa for the couples massage! The happy hour was lots of fun! BUT after spending a lot of money in the hotel the next day FREDDY the manager didn’t allow my boy friend use the lobby bathroom because we were no longer a guest of the hotel. This is after a few hours of spending a lot of money using the ammenities of the hotel. They shouldn’t have a person like him in the front of the hotel. We went from having a great weekend to it being ruined by this rude person. This hotel is great, but upper management needs to do something about putting the best in the front as a representation of what they have to offer.

Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds, bedding, and robes. Friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is the sandpaper they try to pass off as a bath towel.

Very friendly staff, always attentive and ready to help or recommend good places to meet. The rooms are beautiful and very well equipped. The hygiene of the facilities excellent. Has a small gym with sauna and bathrooms spotless to the toilet after the routine!

What a amazing expirence! Beatiful Beaches, Friendly Staff, and Prime Location in South Beach… We arrived late at night and was upgraded to an amazing suite. So clean with a breathtaking view. Really enjoyed my stay. Will be recommending to others. (Big Shout Out to Jonathan at the Front Desk and D on the Beach! )

Great workers and friendly staff. Hotel rooms needs to be updated for its price. Seems so early 2000's plus with all the hype of south beach I would have Dubai level hotel rooms. Worth the stay for its location.

Excellent service, location, food, and accommodations. The service really sets it apart, starting with the front desk and continuing through Craig at the pool and on to the cabana crew on the beach. An ideal base for a visit to this iconic part of Miami Beach.

We had a nice stay at the Hilton Bentley but it was not what we expected. The hotel is definitely showing it's age, I'm sure 10 years ago this property would have been a lot nicer. I've stayed at many different Hilton properties over the years, this did not feel like a Hilton property.

Very friendly place, staff predisposed to solve the problems Q are presented to guests always. Good beach with a very full service. Ideal area! Best in South Beach! I want to especially thank Supervisor Will Aroca for helping us, staff like him is needed in all hotels. Thanks will!

Very nice just not happy with the chain as they screwed me over and waiting for a call back nice hotel and super helpful staff. Two guys at night were awesome helping me get through to my boss. Thanks.

Nice, large room. Good Wi-Fi. Great views all around; even city views are good. The path to the pool leads through the restaurant, resulting in you being asked whether you need a table every time you pass, which is annoying. Nice beach amenities.

Modern hotel, with a very friendly staff located on a beautiful beach at the quiet end of South Beach. The only drawback and the reason for my 4 star rating, is the breakfast, which is below the overall standard of this hotel. The buffet had limited choices of mediocre food. In Florida one would expect fresh-squeezed orange juice. No such thing here. Even the coffee was bad. We did not return the second day for our free breakfast, it was that bad. The servers and bartenders were quite friendly and helpful, just the food was lacking. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Miami beach. It is away from the noise, traffic and hustle. You can easily walk to that when you need. Only a 5 minute walk to Joe's Stone Crab restaurant. We had a city-view room, which afforded a nice view of the South Beach area. There are ocean and partial ocean-view rooms also. Our room was a large junior suite with kitchen area and a massive bathroom with big soaking tub, shower and even a bidet. There is a pool and resort fees cover towels at the pool and lounge chairs, umbrella and beach towels at the beach. Did I say the beach is lovely with beautiful blue water, soft white sand and swimmable water with life guards.

Stopped by for quick drink with friend. Reasonably oriced for the area. Great location in southern most part of Miami South Beach. Less of the raucous here than other parts.

Great in the following areas: Beach access, room accommodations, the restaurant, the accommodating staff and the south beach atmosphere was on point.

This is the most expensive not worth the money hotel I have ever stayed in. We got there early and couldn't check in which was understandable, but then were advised that our rooms should be available a little before check in time or at that time. After check in time the rooms still weren't ready. Around 5:30 pm I was advised that the room was available but the other one wasn't but that they would call me once it was. Me and all the girls that came on vacay with me crowded in the one room with all our luggage. It wasn't until almost 7pm that our second room was available which is ridiculous. There was no type of apology or compliments offered for our inconvenience. I will advise you to stay away from this hotel establishment unless you aren't looking to check in until around 7pm opposed to the 4 pm check in time of the hotel. There also wasn't enough towels in the room to accommodate the number of people that it was reserved for, the TV wasn't working properly in either room, the shower drainage was clogged so the water wasn't draining like it should. I will never go to this hotel ever again and will be advising my friends/family not to as well. It just simply isn't worth it. It was the only bad part of our girl's weekend trip to South Beach.

The rooms are nice and clean. The couch was a bit uncomfortable. The lobby smelled devin. I feel everything else was very impressive and appreciated. We will be coming back again!

The rooms are great, but. I think Hilton is misleading everyone and the Hilton is not what it used to be. What these guys (Hilton) are doing is selling condos, then the owners can rent them out under the Hilton name when they are not using them. This place and the one in Fort Lauderdale are the same. There is no real lobby to speak of and very little atmosphere. They rent out the restaurant to a private company so they are not the quality you'd historically expect under the Hilton name. So if all you care about is the room then they are great. If your looking for a hotel with nice lobby, restaurants, stores, etc then don't go to Hilton in Florida. As well expensive for what you get…

The hotel is beautiful, and Will Croca is to be recognized for his hospitality and Kindness. He is very kind, professional and certainly assures your best stay. Thank you Hilton for having such a noticeable employee. The Anniversary couple loved their room! I look forward to my next stay!

Hotel was awesome for us! Stayed for 5 days. We are still here! Great location, not too close to the crazy south-beach party scene however within very close reach to it. Hotel staff really good to us. Everything was clean and spectacular. Direct beach access was icing on the cherry too. Had an awesome time!

Went for a quick spa day. Loved it! Got a great deal for a couples massage and felt so relaxed afterwards. You also get access to the pool and jacuzzi and get 20% off the restaurant. Plus, you can get your valet parking validated. Overall, loved the experience!

One of the better hotels for the price and the location. Very nice hotels with modern common areas, and rooms and suites to match. Best thing is the location — a stone's throw away from the beach, including beach lounges for guests of the hotel and spa. Only negative is that there is no self parking and you'll probably have to find street parking to save money rather than paying for valet.

Excellent hotel in a nice quiet section of southern South Beach. Great complimentary poolside breakfast for HHONORS Gold/Diamond members. Upgraded to 1 br suite but didn't realize it didn't have a balcony. Hotel switched my room the next day. Got a king studio instead of King studio deluxe like I originally booked, but at least I have a nice little balcony to enjoy a glass of wine on at night, next door to my originally booked deluxe room with notably larger balcony. All in all good hotel.

The service is fantastic and the views are beautiful. Stayed in a smaller room but it still had all the amenities that we needed.

Great place on the ocean in south beach. The staff treats you wonderfully. New restaurant onsite with great Greek Med food.

Location is really good. Staff is excellent! Property itself needs improvement for the prices they're chargeing. Many other places for similar cost in South Beach that don't need a much work done to them.

The location is nice. Front desk is horrible, I asked them to call their manager (I wish I didn't) who was simply a rude person. Moreover, rooms are not quite clean, I found a cockroach in my room! I couldn't stand dealing with the front desk, I had to leave and asked them to email my invoice, it's been 3 days now and I haven't heard from them. Simply, don't waste your money on this one.

The hotel itself is nice. We were there for a wedding. The staff was very disorganized.

Terrible Front Desk Service at such a nice hotel — I highly advise not booking a reservation at this Hilton property. The front desk manager is quite rude and very disgruntled. She made my checkin process (although complicated on my part) more difficult than it needed to be. As far I am aware she went outside the normal operating procedures and refused her staff from calling the Hilton Honors (HH) Guest Agents to verify my name on a reservation. I then had an agent call the hotel; I was informed by the HH Agent that someone seemed to be deleting my name off the reservation after they added it back on. I logged a complaint with Hilton Honors and was told the General Manager would contact me within 72hours. Instead I received an email from the Front Desk Manager herself. After I replied and told her my complaint was about her, I felt like she just wanted to argue via email on how she does a good job. This hotel needs to invest in sending her back to Customer Service and Conflict Resolution training… maybe twice.
