OMG! The staff at this hotel are the best. Came out here twice for business and both time our company used this hotel. They are so respectful and will help you at all hours. When I needed help with the washer the front desk lady walked with me to the washer and figured out she couldn't fix it that night but would have it done in the moring. And sure enough when I got up it was ready. Thank you for everything!

The room was modern, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Tons of USB ports available in key locations. Great price and location off of I-4… some road noise at night from our room location but not overly distracting. Restaurants and shopping available without being in the busy Disney Springs area, but still close and convenient (15-20 min away). Pool was small for families that are looking for that feature. Breakfast was nice providing hot waffles and/or cold cereals, pastries, fruit, oatmeal, and yogurt. Overall very clean and a positive experience.

I arrived pretty late in the evening. Almost 11pm but was greeted with a warm smile from both the front desk agents. Very sweet and welcoming people they are! The room was very comfy and clean overlooking the pool area. I was able to watch over my teens. As for the parking, it was free parking and close by the entrance! The breakfast was your standard hampton breakfast but delish! I will definitely come again.

Place is clean and looks newly renovated. Staff is very friendly. Diffentaly stay here again.

I absolutely loved this place. It was clean, quiet, the staff was very friendly and all appliances, bedding and bathroom looked new, unlike so many other Hampton inn I have visted before. I will definitely go back soon!

We enjoyed our stay. Our flight got in late and they were very welcoming. Bed was comfy. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was complimentary and tasted great! We recommend staying here!

Very clean. Wish all doors worked to enter the building with your key. We had to use the main door most of the trip. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Well lit parking lot at night. Good breakfast in the morning with good serving hours.

Plane was delayed. Somehow my contact number was Costco. Who I booked my stay with. Reservation cancelled. 1 room available when I arrived. 200.00 for the night. Almost the whole stay amount. Bad bad customer service. Had to find another place to stay. What a lousy start to my vacation. Poor service.

The hotel was under construction when we were there. The room we stayed at was comfortable and had been recently updated. The bathroom was really nice and they had a free breakfast.

Not too often do I reallt become impressed with what likely would be an ordinary hotel stay. It's the staff at this location that were great and enjoyable to interact with and the breakfast was at least sufficiently good. Wish all my $100 a night give or take a few dollars, were this pleasant.

Maybe it was because of the renovation but there were a good bit of sugar ants in the room and the bathroom. Front desk was nice enough to give us a bit of a discount after we had to spray. Hopefully it gets back up to speed nice time I am in town.

The pillows aren't very good. Break fest was average. Cleanliness was very good. My brother stayed thier while visiting us and these were his comments. I particularly LOVED it being at a traffic light for easy access to 27 and I4. Also the Denny's/Burger King in walking distance.

Its under reconstruction due to a water main break inside but, the staff is so awesome and my room is so amazing.

Poor service, under renovations, service elevator is out of order so staff has the laundry carts on the main elevators. Some rooms that say they are available on the websit are not acctually available and there were no key cards for our room, each time we wanted to go into our room we had to ask a manager to open our door for us.

Staff nice. No AC and no heat. Wet bed sheets. Breakfast… Not hot enough. Property under construction. Bed was comfortable. Sink stopped up… Maintenance was to busy to fix… After 17 hours I repaired the sink due to desperation. Room overly damp and humid. The reservations person didnt tell us this… No pool either. I dont recommend staying here.

Very professional staff, great breakfast, clean room, exercise room is a pile of construction debris. Like the hotel enough to try to pressure them into fixing the exercise room prior to my next stay.

Horrible. Renovations to this hotel are occurring now. There wasn't a notice. No pool. No place to sit outside. Trash and uncut lawn. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My review is not based on the fact the front desk clerk gave me free candy. I stayed for business. Real nice place. Out of town a little. I didn't have breakfast though. It is a little older and doesn't look like much from outside, but it is a nice place I'd say better than the one with a green sign next door.

Nice place to stay, not too far from Disneyland and Kissimmee area.

I'm not the type of person who writes reviews but I felt compelled to write a review for this Hotel. I should also state that I am a Hilton Honors member and will continue to stay at other Hilton/Hampton hotels, but not this one. 1. If you stay at this hotel be prepared to to be woken up in the middle of the night by the loudest fire alarm you have ever heard. In the last 2 nights there has been 3 fire alarm events. (Yes, 3 in 2 nights). While standing outside in the rain in the middle of the night waiting for the firetruck to arrive I was speaking with another person who said the same thing happened last week as well. No one seems to know why the fire alarms keeps going off and the staff don't really seems to care. There is nothing worse then being violently woken in the middle of the night while trying to get some good rest. 2. Some people may think this stupid but I don't: There are no power outlets near the beds. If you want to charge your cellphone at night or use it as an alarm, you have to plug it in on the opposite side of the room or rearrange the furniture in the room to access the one outlet hidden behind a couch. For a hotel in the year 2016 this is just bizarre to me. I've literally stayed in hundreds of different hotels and have never seen a hotel that didn't have multiple power outlets right on the nightstand. This is the type of thing you don't notice until its not there and it is extremely inconvenient.

Stayed there for a week and had no issues. Staff were helpful. The housekeepers made us cute displays with the hand towels every day. The walls are thin, so if you're room is near an elevator or noisy guests, you might here more than you'd like. We were only there for breakfast and then to go to bed at night, as our day itineraries were full. The hot items for breakfast always included pork, which I could do without, the mixed fruits aren't fresh, and the orange juice from the machine is watery.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed at and I'm not over exaggerating. There was screwes coming out of the wall right next to my bed, the ground was sticky and the place was overall a dump. This was my first visit at a hampton inn we payed over $160 for a hole in the wall my wife and daughter wont ever visit here again. I expected a lot better from a hapmton inn especially one close to Orlando. This is definitely a 1 star hotel at a 5 star price.

If very good but mostly julie breakfast is very nice.
