The toilet would not flush. There was no phone in the room. Not really clean. Smelled like bug spray. The walls are cracked really bad. It just really needs to be rebuilt. A good update would do the job. Would I stay here again… ABSOLUTELY NOT! I CAN'T! Really needs a good update. To the owner, you should put your money back into your business so it will grow. A hotel that is inviting will ALWAYS have a overflow of customers. Just a word of advice.

It is what you expect for the price. The beds were actually not bad at all. The keys would stop working after multiple in and out trips (we smoke so we where in and out a bit. ) We did have to kill a roach in the bathroom. It was the only one found after further investigation. It is about 30 minuets from the airport and 15 from Disney. No resort fees. Surrounded by plenty of shopping and food places. Wawa (my favorite) is walking distance.

Needs updating and cleaning! Cheap and good for a quick overnight stop during road trip. Complementary breakfast doesn't not include eggs you must pay extra. It includes pastry, toast, cereal, and waffles which isn't bad.

John at the front desk is great! The room is clean and well maintained. The carpet in the hallways are worn and the exterior can use some upkeep. Otherwise, good accommodations for very good rates. Would recommend for short stays.

My family and I are very pleased with the rooms, the conveniences, the location close to Disney and Great and friendly staff. I would recommend The Ramada! Very happy with our experience. Thank you!

I recently stayed at this place and to be honest I was truly disappointed. The place was old the room had a smell of moisture also the cleanliness was not up to part and the refrigerator was not working properly. I was truly blown away to find out there hot breakfast was not free it was $3.49 which was not stated on their website. During breakfast to make matters worse the staff would begin removing all the items from the breakfast station earlier then they should therefore we missed breakfast. The place also has a pool unfortunately its not heated. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Very disappointed! Wish we can get a refund for our 4night stay. I feel like I'm gonna cry when I get in inside our room. No light when we open the door and there is a switch in there, so useless. And right when I drag the chair out from the table there is ketchup everywhere and that was so disgusting I ever touch in there. Bathroom smells like somebody peed in there and not cleaned for few days. Oh god! The small pillow in front have stain in it, very noticeable, wish we bring some pillows. Bed not too comfy. Clock wasn't fix, sink in the bathroom needs complete renovation. The patio sucks, I wonder if the cleaner checked in there, they said its a nonsmoker hotel but geeezz u guys can check my photos whats in there. There's no AC in the hallway and no elevator — wondering how the disabled person can checked in upstairs. Management should check every room for cleanliness. Sure thing we will never stay here anymore. Ramada hotel always have my high expectations but I guess not this one in Davenport.

Honestly, for the price it wasn’t bad. If you are looking for quality, don’t go here. The bathtub faucet was leaking and paint was all over the ground and falling off. There was also a dead roach laying on the ground. I would recommend if you are looking for a cheap stay, otherwise no.

The hotel is right next to the freeway which makes it easy to get to the Disney parks. The room is very spacious and comfortable.

I would give this "motel" zero stars if I could. The hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt that's how horrific this place is. The staff took forever to find our reservation. The bathroom had a dead spider and web in the tub which looked like the room hasn't been cleaned in a while. The towels were dingy and we didn't have enough for the amount of people in the room. The room phone didn't even work so we could request anything! There weren't any extra blankets, pillows or sheets for the sofa bed and the sheets on the beds had pubic hair on them. There was still garbage in the room from the last people who stayed there. The room had no ventilation at all and we couldn't get the air conditioner to get lower than 70 and even at that temp we couldn't feel the "cool air". Last but not least, the water was BROWN! I can't believe I even used the water but I didn't realize it until after I brushed my teeth and showered, that it was BROWN! I was so disgusted and so glad we reserved another place for our next night. If we weren't so tired and didn't have 4 kids with us we would have left that night! DON'T STAY HERE! I should have listened to the reviews. This place is a DUMP!

The rooms could have been a lot cleaner and we had a nice balcony but wasn't able to go out there due to bees nest everywhere tub kept running water all night bad wasn't that bad so if you're there just for one night you should be okay breakfast bar in the morning seem to be pretty good I didn't eat I had coffee coffee was okay it needs some work and hopefully they will fix it up cuz it's sitting in a nice place easy to get to just needs to be cleaned up.

We stayed here from 2/18/18 through 2/27/18. We complained several times about the faucet in the tub that ran constantly. Not drip, run. No one fixed it. We also tried to use the phone to call the front desk and we ALWAYS got a busy signal, even at different times of the day or night. We told them about this too, they did nothing. We had to leave housekeeping a note to run the vacuum. This should be something that is done every day. The refrigerator ran, but was far from cold enough to keep things from spoiling. Had to throw several things away that we just didn't trust to eat. But the biggest issue was the drier. We used it twice and each time it would not shut off. Even when you opened the door it kept running. This is a fire hazard. But when we reported it, it didn't get fixed until we got the manager involved. He told us that it would get fixed the next day. Too late. I finally figured out that it was the switch that would stick. Others have also complained. The whole place needs a major upgrade. It doesn't smell the greatest either. We will not stay there again.

Very good hotel for the price. Clean rooms and a much friendlier staff than some of the people at the days inn up the road. I stay in lots of hotels and will definitely go back here. I would stay at any other hotel in town though before going back to the Days Inn in Davenport. The manager, her name was Morine I think, was incredibly rude to multiple people for seemingly no reason.

We stayed for a week and although those who cater for breakfast are not very friendly, in the general sense it was very good. Clean rooms, changed towels continuously, breakfast not very varied but it was fine. I only complain about the smell of carpets in the Pasilllos. Good for the price.

I have always had a good experience with Ramada. I do not travel often. This one has been different. Check in took forever. Printer would not work well, desk guy had no clue. I had two rooms. Outlets did not work in bathroom. Tub drain was damaged. I think the property just needs an upgrade.

My husband and I stayed at the Ramada Inn last night, last minute we were heading to another hotel right next door which I looked up. I was very happy starting with the front desk he was very friendly, and that's important to any buisness. I forgot his name but if no one told you I would like to say a job well done, along with the breakfast team that prepared mt food. My room was clean, Got in took a nice hot shower, put my head down just trying to watch TV but my bed was so comfortable the TV was watching me lol. That was so important to me. My husband is a truck driver so we have been riding and stopping for hours so that hot shower and bed is what we really need it. I would recommend this hotel on your visit to Davenport Orlando Florida South. It was important for me to give this review, because when I look up hotels I'm very picky and picked them based on reviews from customers who have stayed there. A clean room, shower no bugs is what my main decision is based on. So I hope this will be helpful to others. Thank you Ramada Inn for being a great Hotel hope to visit you again.

Very bad, first what reservations do not give you and one of the rented rooms had a horrible smell and when claiming they said there was no more room when talking to an employee I indicated that this room should not be given until it was cleaned as there was a dog before Our arrival and apparently died, the sheets and the same room is a problem for them to clean it up, good and for it to continue I had to put up with.

Quiet, good service, accessible to all.

First the positives — The rooms were nicely remodeled. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. The room was listed as non-smoking which is a biggie for my family. While it didn't smell like roses, I didn't smell a hint of smoke. The heat/ac worked great. The water was warm to hot when we needed to shower. The staff was friendly and responsive to requests. The negatives — First of all the shower was dripping all night and was in need of some work. The towel rack for the bathroom was INSIDE the shower (never seen that before). Kinda hard to keep your towels dry. The rooms weren't as clean as I like but I'm kinda nitpicky about that. Housekeeping does the save a towel program you see a lot where if a towel is hanging up they leave it but on the floor they replace it. Well they took all 4 of our towels and only left us one. Breakfast was a waffle and some muffins. Not bad if you're the only ones there but there was always a line and never enough food. We ate at Bob Evans next door. Last but probably the least was that the phone in the room had no dial to reach the front desk. Maybe you could but I wasn't able to figure it out when dialing 0 didn't work. Probably won't stay here again but only because I don't need to. We didn't pay much for the room and we got a comfortable place to sleep with no frills.

Room was clean, sheets were clean and the beds comfortable. The price was pretty good considering it was Christmas day and all the attractions were open and full. The lady working the check-in desk was very nice and sweet.

It's a place to rest your head at an affordable price, just expect to plunge your own toilet if a clog happens. The night woman at the desk on 27 Dec 2017 was an amazing help though and had a wealth of valuable Disney information.

Room was supposed to be a suite. All we got was 2 king beds instead of a king and a couch. And so we had no couch. And only one chair. This is possibly a suite for 4 and there's only 1 chair. And it had a nasty round stain in the middle of the seat cushion. Rude and disgusting. Was it poopoo? The sliding door to the balcony had a broken lock, and the extra vanity was cracked, hanging off the wall, and missing its cabinet! The flat screen was way too small for 4 people the phone had no labels on the buttons, and was UNPLUGGED when we got here! The shower knob came off in my wife's hand, shower went hot cold hot cold, there was ONE cup of non-decaf coffee in the room; they had no more. Every 15 minutes, all night, something went click-click like someone was trapping a pencil on the wall. Not much of a suite and not in very impressive condition. After walking barefoot on the carpet for 15 minutes my feet were BLACK! We would never stay here again. Funny, the owner parks his shiny clean immaculate motorcycle out front and his rooms are filthy.

I wish I could give them no stars. This place is disgusting, the bathrooms have mold in them, the pull out couch had huge black spots on it and looked like the bed was a thousand years old, the doors on the sides of the building where you are supposed to use a key to get in didn’t work so you could easily come in with no key. Overall stay was terrible and disgusting I would not recommend anyone stay here. They should not be called a Ramada.

Place was absolutely terrible. We moved to three different rooms the entire stay. First room the air was filled with mold and on the curtains, the second room had BEDBUGS and they bit me and my child up, and the third room the sheets were not clean. We complained at the office but there was no manager there to speak with. Do not stay here if you want a clean and inexpensive room. Only thing nice about the stay was the breakfast staff.

The entire staff are great! Helpful in every respect, from front desk to maintenance! I found the rooms clean and well stocked with all amenities. And having a fairly large fridge and microwave in a single was a nice extra.

The furniture was filthy, the walls were chipping and there was mildew on the side of the fridge as well as on the board below. There was nothing suite about this suite it was basically a deluxe queen and the hotel itself was super dated I was also a victim of false advertisement the call agent told me the complete opposite of what I got. It really deserves a 1 star but the front desk people were nice so I will give them a star as well. Hence my 2 star decision I also have other photos of the furniture.

Horrible hotel to stay in. The housekeeper left the toilet paper roll empty and took the dirty towels but never replaced them. We came back to find no towels to dry our hands with. The TV remote also didn't work. The sheets were so wore out that you could see right through it in some parts. I will never stay in a Ramada ever again and will not recommended this hotel to anyone.

Not a good place to stay. A/C does not work good, rugs were dirty, rooms had a strong smell of mold, breakfast had a very small veraety to choose from. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anybody.

Prices were good. Took quite a while for a/c to cool room. Otherwise not bad for the price.

Rooms were tidy but found a roach near the door. Breakfast is mostly cereal and toast; not much protein. Stay was average and what was expected for price.

The location is great, right off of the exit. The rooms are pretty nice and they even have a bistro in the hotel if you didn't want to go out for dinner. Didn't try it, but it's still available if you are interested.

At first glance it was average, but the room was truly exceptional. Clean, comfortable & very spacious. Very pleased.

We had car problems and pulled into this Ramada. The rates of the rooms were a good deal ($55). While this Ramada is right off of I-4 there seems like there's nothing to eat besides Bob Evans and Denny's. The girls that I was with had a mobile mechanic come look at the car. While he was looking at the car the girls were trying to learn bachata by watching YouTube videos.

The hotel is well equipped according to the paid fees. My favorite part is the swimming pool because it has a part of 9 feet which is difficult to find in most hotels. They staff is really serviceable, polite and friendly, although the hotel is a bit far from Orlando downtown.

Everything is dirty, really unprofessional and rude stuff, terrible housekeeping, breakfast woman just speaks on her language, without respecting guests… the worst place I've ever been. Would not recommend anybody.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting! In the lobby we thought, OK, this is fine for a couple nights. After checking in, we got our stuff out of the truck and entered a side door. As soon as we got in to the hallway, we knew we had made a huge mistake. We walked up and down the hallway of the first floor, then back out to the lobby to ask where the elevator is. There is no elevator… I'm pregnant, we have a 6 year old, and a bunch of luggage. Stairs, no thanks. The guy at the desk was nice enough to move us to the first floor. But judging by the guests around us, it looked more like there was more drug and prostitution activity going on rather than vacationers. We sat in the room for about an hour trying to decide what to do. We decided there was no way we could sleep there. I went to the lobby to voice my concerns and the guy at the front desk was a jerk. We knew we'd have to pay for a night, which we did and the guy said that's because we had been there for an hour. So we paid for the night and left. Went just across the highway to the the Comfort Inn, this hotel I highly recommend! Very clean rooms and nice staff!

There was a roach crawling in the dirty and smelly hallway. The room was cleaner, but not by much. The gym was a joke with a decoy treadmill for looks that didn't work. The dated hotel is just not kept up very well. Low price and good location right off of I-4.

Had to switch rooms 2x due to foul odors. Night time front desk agent had an attitude whole visit, but did assist in switching rooms. Free continental brkfst? NO. You have to order from the bistro. (fairly inexpensive) free coffee. Nice pool easy location. Only recommended for no thrills lodging.

The gentlemen up front at the desk was very polite to us. Made everything easy however there's no continental breakfast, and their shop where you an buy food isn't open 24/7. Also housekeeping isn't the best either. It's only $60.00 a night however so that's a good price but because it is so cheap there are people who live here, that are kind of ghetto. Pool hasn't been cleaned sinse we've been here but that never bothers kids anyways. No hot tub however. Lots of birds and butterflies come around because of the trees and flowers so that is always lovely. Rooms come with a safe, ironing board, fridge, and cable. We're also close to gas stations and restaurants and only 20 minutes away from Disney!

Do not stop or stay at this hotel. The rooms are filthy. The exterior door to the main corridor did not lock. When we entered the room a heavy musty smell hit us like a ton of bricks. The only reason we didn't leave and go find another hotel was that we were exhausted and it was after 10pm. The shower had mold growing on the ceiling, the shower curtain rod was barely hanging on. The Ac was not able to cool the room enough. We had to wear socks since the carpet was so filthy, after an hour or so my socks were black from the soiled carpet.

Room is dusty. Toilet is clogged at least 6 times during our 2 weeks stay. Buffet breakfast has nothing to eat except taste less juice, coffee and a bakery item. This place is not worth for the money and not worth to stay. Very disappointed that Wyndham has this kind of hotels. Very substandard. Please act.

My family was just staying there overnight after going to Universal Studios so we wouldn't have to drive all the way back home (to Ormond Beach). The rooms were clean, nothing to complain about. Pretty convenient location not too far away from I-4. They came and offered towels before we even asked for them. Overall pretty good experience. BUT, don't count on their free "continental breakfast" to get you through the day. There's free coffee, juice, and danish but that's it. Waffles, better juice, etc. Will cost you extra.

Toilets broke. Repeatedly. Showers didn't drain. Utilities were probably not up to code, stuff exposed. Linens were thin and written with patches. No blankets. Pillows lumpy. AC didn't get below 68 in February. "Continental breakfast" was juice and a tiny mini muffin. All other food costs money.

Excellent room, excellent value and excellent staff! We had a minor issue with our room and John (don't know his last name) made sure my wife and I had a pleasant night. Forget about a more expensive hotel in the area… save yourself 40 bucks and enjoy an excellent room.

The location was close enough to Disney but the actual room was awful. We had no towels, the fridge didn't work, and no blankets on the beds. We had to walk to the front desk to get 3 towels. They had no blankets and no solutions on the fridge. Also the bath tub / shower clearly had not been cleaned since it had hair in it and a tannish liquid substance that washed out some after running the water. The sink was also covered in something very sticky and the air barely got cool. Over all, it was one of the worst stays I've ever had.

Great staff, close to Waffle House, my favorite dinner, clean towels. And also good communication between our neighbors. Especially, Nidia, the momma roach in front of our door. She's the best memory from Ramada.

I had a great stay here, the only thing is that they gave me too many towels. I couldnt handle it. It was crazyyyy.
