The hotel was nice, and very clean. The bed was really comfortable. The only downside was the loud AC unit in room 228.

Nice room size, but the bathroom need help… sealing paint if falling off, too much humidity, not real vents, but the old fashion type. And it need a bit better decor…

Dirty carpets in the hall. Lights turned off in the lobby. No breakfast. Bar closed. Bathtub drain clogged. Finish worn iff the bottom of the bathtub. Coulda stayed at a Super 8 and had the same conditions for less investment.

Beautiful hotel. Very professional and friendly staff.
Hotel is extremely clean and they have taken extra steps during Covid.
My room was an ocean view and it was spectacular!
Pool and tiki bar are a great perk.

The staff were AMAZING! Customer service went above and beyond to rectify some serious complaints I had and over delivered! This is why I’m Hilton family faithful and will only stay with them! And this specific location was breathtaking!

I was in town for a farewell for my nephew. We picked the best hotel to stay at. The room was very clean the staff was friendly too. If ever back in the city that’s our spot to stay at.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Very accommodating staff. Decent restaurant on-site. Very nice pool area. Close to the freeway. Definitely would stay here again when I am in Miramar.

Everything you would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Staff was top notch and room was very comfortable at my price point. Also loved being able to open my hotel door with the app!

My view from my room at Hilton Garden Inn. And I thought it was just a truck outside my window. 3 women are suppose to get ready for a wedding in this room. I understand a handicapped room is bigger (we're not handicapped), but where to put the stuff. The front desk is moving us. This is a solid 3/4 hotel. There were some minor problems but nothing to get worked over. The breakfast was good but pricey. So, why the five stars? The people. Ms. Ashley in particular made the stay good. Every recommendation for a restaurant was perfect. The small problems, either she or one of the other front desk took care of. Note to managment — The people you have, such as Ms. Ashley, are what make the experience. Take care of your people so they can take care of your guests.

Rooms were comfortable. We had a problem with phone which was never fixed, but really who uses the hotel phone anymore, right? Nice hot breakfast. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but nice setting. Free shuttle service to nearby shopping center, slightly upscale with great restaurants and shops.

During my last visit in Florida I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Ft. Lauderdale Miramar. I know this hotel very well, as I worked there until November 2012, however I am so amazed by the beautiful, modern renovations and decor. I am particularly impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. All the staff made me feel welcome. One morning, as I was leaving my suite, a housekeeping supervisor asked me if everything was ok with my room. I really appreciate the attention and great service of the staff members. The buffet is really nice because there is so much variety. For breakfast the cooks make your eggs to order based on your personal preference. When I travel to Florida, this is my preferred hotel and I will recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for making my stay so great. See you soon! Francisco Lopez.

Overall the room was clean. The front desk was helpful. The only issue we had was the bed. We were supposed to have a King size bed but it was smaller than expected. The bed was very comfy though.

The place was clean and quiet as long as you're not on the first floor. I had to change rooms after they gave me a room on the first floor in front of the staff offices and employee break room. Customer service wasn't that great either, needs improvement. After working in customer service for over 20 yrs I think I'm qualified to make such statement.

I attended a brunch there with my church and it was Awesome! The food was great, the servers were Amazing… very professional. And the banquet room and restrooms were very clean.

Love the customer service. The senior sales manager (I can't remember his name) was awesome at accommodating me and my wife after the climate control system failed in our room. Once again, the place was very clean and fresh.

Fantastic room… the beds were so comfortable. I’m 7 months pregnant and sleep soundly (and that never happens). The room was very clean, the temperature was so comfortable, I’m 100% happy with our stay.

The premises were clean and well kept, with ample parking for guests. The rooms were spacious and provided most of the basic equipment that guests might need during their stay. With the exception of one very rude older woman who was occasionally at the front desk, he staff was extremely friendly and courteous, and were an absolute pleasure to interact with. The on-site restaurant had a great selection of delicious food, and served really large portions of food. (See photo. And that was only the appetizer by the way. ) All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be staying there whenever we're in that area.

Fantastic stay. Great rooms, helpful staff (bartender could use some lessons but it's a business focused hotel, not a nightclub), food is very good, convenience shop is well stocked. Pool was closed which is a shame for a Florida hotel, but we wouldn't have used it on this particular trip. Great location with easy highway and amenities access.

I've stayed in the hotels in this area plenty of times. Will stay here again. Love the area… a plethora of places to eat and easy access to the interstate.

When we reached the fourth floor, it looked like it had flooded or had some water damage. There was a foul musty humid smell that permeated the entire hallway. The room doors were warped. You could see light coming through our room from the outside entry. Additionally, the water pressure in the bathroom sink was a very very low and there was water damage on the inside of the window frame. However, there seem to be plenty of pressure from the shower and toilet. Not par for Hilton from my experience. Obviously they have some work to do.

Stayed 3 nights, clean and well stocked — this part gets a 4 star. But No menu in the room for room service. I called and she said 5 mins she'd have one brought up. It never showed. After waiting 35 mins I went to order at the bar. Worse service ever. Rude and just not a happy person. We left and decided to go elsewhere to get food after waiting another 15.

Rooms are well kept and clean. Front desk is very helpful and nice. Good hotel to stay at, it's my usual when I'm in town for work.

The views are amazing and rooms are emaculate. The service is top notch. This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at.

No a fan of the mattresses they use there. It's some sort of air release system that feels more like an air mattress to me. Service was OK, breakfast decent and Wi-Fi pretty good.

My stay was positive and great all around. Unfortunately I had to speak with Jeff (Front Desk) today, who made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant in an instant. The front desk representative was very rude, entitled and his only answers were "I don't know what I can do for you, " "There is nothing I can do for you. " As a customer service representative there is no "NO, I can't help you" answers for a customer. Customer Service 101, "I am sorry I can't help you at this point but I will contact someone that will be able to help you. " It is just basic skills that a customer service representative should know. Jeff aggressively hanged up the phone on me after telling me that there is nothing more to talk about. Thank you Jeff!

I want to say thank you so much to Maria Elaina who helped get us a cart and move our ample luggage when all the cars were missing (they only had 2 tiny carts that I saw at this Hilton). Maria went above and beyond to help out a new mother with a tiny baby and we are so grateful. On the whole people were very friendly especially the kitchen staff (but not the cook). The front end people really could have done more to help with or luggage but Maria was the one who helped.

Checked into room 327 on 8/13. We couldn't find a luggage cart and asked the young lady at the front desk who said "They should be by the ATM machine". I told her there was none there and she seemed to be ok with that, no attempt was made to find one for us, so we had to make multiple trips to our car to get everything as we were staying for 3 nights. The room was nice until we went in the bathroom and had paint chips in the bathtub and all sorts of paint chips hanging from the ceiling. In the morning we went to the dining room where the service was very good, until you looked up and saw all the dead flies in the 4 chandeliers. I mentioned this to the front desk and he said he would pass it on to maintenance, the next morning all the flies were still there. This is not what we expect from a Hilton property.

Clean hotel. Looks new and updated. Staff is friendly. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is average quality.

Rented meeting room here. Room has good amenities, good service, and very professional. Lighting in the room could be better for evening meetings, but that is just a small detail. I'd come back for another event.

My parents recently stayed here and they liked it. I can't comment for myself. It is in a good area and many local places to eat, shop etc. Close to I75 and only a 20 minutes drive to dolphin mall. Also short drive to Ft. Lauderdale or Miami.

This is my first time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ft. Lauderdale. The rooms were very clean and spacious. One downside for me was the room I stayed in smelled like someone smoked in it. Its not Hiltons fault, I could have gone downstairs to talk to the front desk but I didn't. My colleague stayed on the same floor as me and her room smelled just fine. Customer service is awesome. They even lent us an umbrella when we didn't have one when it was pouring rain.

For me and my family. It is our second home, smells wonderful, clean and good attentions are unmatched. I love to get there.
