Very accommodating. They even stored our kayak so we didn’t have to worry about it in the truck overnight.

The best place to stay in Dunnellon. The rooms are very clean. The staff are amazing. You can't find a better place. We floated the river during our stay and it is a BUCKET LIST MUST! Beautiful and relaxing. What else do you need in life?!

Awesome place, with an awesome staff. It's home away from home.

My Wife and I recently stayed at the CS in Rainbow Springs. The staff was amazing and always willing to help a guest out. My only displeasure was in the building it's self. The walls are very thin, we could here the guest next door having a normal conversation as if they had been in the same room with us. Water pressure was also very poor, even at off peak times.

Good hotel. Ok breakfast, basic fair with eggs and sausage and breads, cereal and waffle maker. Bed is like sleeping on a stone slab though… Very friendly staff and clean place. Water pressure could be better. A good stay over all.

Giving it a 4 everything was really nice. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because my kids couldn't really enjoy the pool. All weekend there was about 10+ non guests who took over the pool area and their kids were cursing and acting crazy. I didn't complain. But it was a shame, since we spent almost 400.00 to stay there for a couple days to relax and spend time as a family, due to my husband and son work out of town. We should of been comfortable enough to use all. Ammentities. Other than that, staff was super nice, hotel is gorgeous!

This hotel is 2 years old. Rooms were perfect for 3 people. We all had our own space. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was worth the stay. The breakfast food is in a separate room away from where we all sat. The hotel has coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. I cant wait to stay again.

Man I the only thing I enjoyed was the breakfast. Our first room had dog hair everywhere, and we noticed pet food on the floor. Yes we did find fleas as well on our clothing. They didn’t even ask what method of payment we wanted to use, they automatically charged my credit card. The hotel didn’t have a fresh smell to it. The glass shower door is installed backwards. Me and my wife both smashed our finger getting into the shower… Smh. The elevator was messed up! There’s only 2 carts to put luggage on and you have to wait until one is available. There was human hair in the corner of the bathroom floor. We can hear people in the hallway, the door has like a 3inch crack from the floor. And we’re still waiting to refund to be deposited back into account.

I was not an actual guest here, but my friends were staying overnight for 2 nights there and I came to visit. I commented on how nice the rooms were. There's had two beds and a pull out couch. It was very roomy. The pool was a little smaller than the average size and with it being summer in Florida, it got a bit crowded. Overall I would recommend this hotel to other people staying in the area.

The service was great, the rooms could of used a little more cleaning though. Great location to reach the trolley system and they even provided Transportation to and from the hotel for us. Wish we could of stayed another night.

This place was decent… they could do better cleaning the couch was very dusty and the carpet seemed to need vacuuming… I do have to say the customer service was awesome and the lady up front was great … the location was decent if you want to be by certain springs. And you had whats needed around you.

Beds are uncomfortable, shower was awful, no pressure. There was a light out in the bathroom and no fan in there! Also when we got into our room there was someone elses clothes under the bed. We threw them in the trash. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. The girls at the front desk were awesome. Super helpful. May think of this place if we stay in town again.

We stayed a week, 2 days they did not even clean room, the days they did they left trash everywhere. I lelf a coke can on top of heater just to see how long it took them to clean it. (5 days and it was still there) Did not vacuum the carpet! On top if that there was long black hair in shower, bathroom, and room! Gross as hell!

The room was amazingly clean, and the staff were polite and extremely helpful! They have a pool, laundry room and a workout room. We didn't have the chance to use those rooms however we will use them the next time we check in there. Breakfast was very nice and they had much to offer, plus they are located to many restaurants and stores. We are pleased with our services and we cannot wait to visit again.

Best Hotel around great prices. Maintenance man David does a great job. Breakfast is great rooms are very clean. House keepers do a great job. Front desk staff are great an are very helpful.

The place is overall nice. Walls are paper thin though. Could hear the guests in adjoining room talking and their television all night. Did not get good sleep we had hoped for. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It's within walking distance to stores and food. They also have breakfast and the staff is wonderful.

From the moment we arrived till the time you left this place it has exemplary customer service. They sent us information and a polite text message about our arrive. We arrived late at night And I truly wish I remember the desk staff members name. He was taller slender gentleman my point being he was super friendly, helpful and informative. Great staff member you would think he owned the hotel he was that nice. I was very surprised at the size of the room it was amazing. On the subject of room it was well maintained and the cleanliness was impeccable. In fact the whole hotel was the same way. It has a small alcove with candy snacks, soft drinks and things you may have forgotten, could come in useful. It also has a complementary breakfast which was fresh and plentiful. They have a local information flyer stand and you can’t believe all the great things to do in this area not very far from this location. I kid you not it seemed that everybody in this local area was SO SO SO friendly. My wife and I joked that there is some sort of Happy juice everybody drinks here. Lol.

Our first stay at this Comfort Suites by Rainbow Springs. Very pleased. Very clean, beds are comfortable and the staff is very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

A new location to the area where I attended a family reunion. Some of us stayed there and was pleasantly surprised. Great location in the area, clean, and comfortable. Service was great as well as where we gathered. Probably the best place to stay in that area.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We were very pleased with our room (very comfortable king-sized bed). The staff ladies taking care of the breakfast bar were very helpful, cheerful, and friendly — exceptional service! Later, when we had a question about our bill, Michele was courteous and helped us straighten it out. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I had a great experience at this hotel. A pet friendly hotel which made it more relaxing for us all. We will plan our future trips around Comfort Suites. Highly recommended!

It was the most enjoyable stay at any hotel I have been to. Due to our circumstances with the hurricane and what it left behind. The entire staff made it feel more like a mini vacation. I absolutely recommend a stay here. Each and every staff member that we ran across had a good attitude and went over and above to make or family and every other visitor welcome and like we were at home.

Our group of seven was reasonably accommodated into one of their suites. Everything was clean, well-maintained, AND they provided a hot breakfast. Will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel at the top, it is really clean as it is at the level bedding, bathroom, toilet or carpet. The facilities are very nice and well informed. At the level of the windows, we can sleep easy since there is a curtain oculant below the curtain which avoids the alarm clock to the dawn. You have at your disposal at the entrance from cafes, fresh water with lemon. The setting is quiet, well located. The pool is heated, there are sun beds and chairs with table for more comfort. The small addition to the pool even has a equipment for the disabled that I have seldom seen in any hotels that I've done (and there are Many)
There are parking spaces available. The staff is very friendly. There are beautiful storage and a lounge in the room. I am seduced.

I want to commend Angela in the breakfast room, Megan at Check-in, William during our stay, and Courtney at Check-out, for the awesome customer service given. We were completely satisfied with our stay all the way down to the guest laundry. This is a VERY clean hotel and that is very important to me along with customer service.

This is a brand new hotel. The design is amazing. The rooms are perfect equip with fridge, microwave, closet, huge bathroom, couch, and bedroom. Plenty of space and free breakfast. Lots of stuff within walking distant like Wal-Mart, sonic, all popular fast foods, and near rainbow springs! Will definitely be back.

GREAT location for accessing the springs and for local food spots. Management was very nice. Breakfast was good — usual continental fare, but good! Only complaint I have is that the large gap on the bottom of the doors means you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the hall… especially when your loud neighbors come in at 1am. That being said, once they were in their rooms, I couldn't hear a thing, thankfully. Make sure you visit LaRue's ice cream shop — it's easy walking distance and so good!

Room was large and comfy. Hall was quite all nite bed wellmade and comfy alland all an relaxing two nites.

Stayed there with my cousin last summer while we visited for the Rainbow Springs, it was a very well maintained hotel. Our room was spotless and the beds were clean and comfy, the bathroom was clean, everything was clean. The breakfast offered wasn't that great but there's a Dunkin Donuts within walking distance of the hotel! All in all, our stay was very nice. The staff were polite, everything was fantastic!

They do not change their bed sheets at all, I saw a yellow stain, GROSS! Their shower had hair left in the drain when I stayed, and the chair had some pet hair. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all! If I could give 0 stars I would!

In town for a funeral, wasn't sure if Dunnellon had a quality chain named hotel. Having stayed in numerous hotels domestic and internationally, was surprised and extremely pleased with the level of comfort and service at your new Dunnellon FL Comfort Suites. Positioned within close proximity to my family, and walking distance to restaurants and shopping, all was in arms reach. With professional courteous staff and a wonderful complimentary breakfast, will highly consider Comfort Suites in my future travels.
Two small recommendations:
1). Increase shower water pressure.
2). More diversity in staff. Again, thank you for a wonderful experience.

I'm here for work, the other hotels in driving distance had mentions of the word "roaches" in more than half of the reviews. This place is a bit more pricey than those roach-motels, but well worth it. Very very clean, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, offers small convenience product section near desk, no weird smells anywhere. Even the stairwell is nice and clean. Would totally recommend this place to a friend.
