Hotel itself is nice. Management needs a lot of work. After arrival we realized a mistake had been made and we were given a 1 bedroom instead of the 2 bedroom that we had paid for. Although they did give us the 2 bedroom, we were told we would have to pay extra even though we had paperwork that clearly stated everything had already been paid for. We were told they would investigate the error and let us know the outcome the next day. After spending the next day at Disney, we returned to the hotel only to find our key had been deactivated with all of our belongings left in the room so we were given no choice but to pay the extra money. There were no apologies offered nor any other solutions but to pay the extra money. Customer service was very u professional and I will definitely think twice before staying here again.

Quite nice place, situated near Orlando and sorrounded with nature. But. Rather old facility, smell of the old furniture is present in apartments. Dishes are old and demolished, you don't have really appetite for cooking in this kitchen. Otherwise it's quite clean and service is OK. Well, breakfast is also rather cheap and no real choice to pick from. Price of the apartment is affordable through. But provably would go to some other place next time.

The cost of the rooms are very reasonable for what they offer. They are relaxed and fast acting, as soon as we got to our room they called and asked if everything was okay. They over room service, rooms are clean, they are back off of the road so no road noise. Outdoor pool and spa, pool is heated at night and open until 11, pool bar.

The price and online reviews are what led us to reserve a room at Parc Corniche. We really wish we would have stayed somewhere else. The room could use a serious deep cleaning. None of the beds had more than one thin pillow on them. We called the front desk to request more pillows. We had 6 people staying in the condo and 5 pillows were provided to us. The front desk refused to give us anymore pillows without charging us a $25 fee. Half of the channels on the TV were in spanish and since we didn't have a "master remote" we could not fix them ourselves. None of the housekeepers seemed to speak english nor did they seem interested in trying to figure out what you were saying. The pool area had tons of dirty towels but no clean towels at anytime during our stay. When walking around the outside of the building it appears very run down and the elevator to our level was seriously shady so we opted to use the stairs. Throughout the building there were maintenance closets hanging wide open with bags upon bags of stacked up dirty blankets and towels. It was disgusting the huge piles of dirty laundry were falling out of these rooms onto the walkways. The provided breakfast consisted of tons of people crammed into one small area with minimal seating. The options were limited and included cereal, frozen pancakes, and frozen waffles that you prepared yourself. There are so many more reasons not to stay at this hotel, save your money and sanity.

Really a great hotel. Location is fantastic if you're visiting Sea World and Aquatica. Disney World is very near by. Neither are 'walking distance' however, they are close enough that you'll be satisfied you're not miles away. The beds are okay, nothing special. However, the rooms are good sized. The water smells like sulfur, but from my understanding that is just the garbage tap water that's native to Florida. Good restaurants are nearby and plenty. The pool is great and it's generally well cared for. I would recommend a stay. The prices can't be beat in general, but they also have amenities of a higher priced sleeping space. You'll enjoy your stay, and this is our second visit. I imagine we'll continue to stay here when we visit again. DON'T FORGET to grab your free drink each day during happy hour! Good location, close to all parks and shopping malls, very comfortable and well equipped rooms, extremely basic breakfast. Overall very good.

The Parc Cornitsch Resort was friendly and quiet. It has a small pool, a large breakfast room, and free breakfast; however, I think they need to serve eggs and sausage. They have a waffle maker and lots of starchy breads, muffins and some fruit. (We are diabetic, so protein is important to us. ). They do have a shuttle bus to attractions and sell tickets at a discount, maybe to get time shares sold? It would be neat if they had Bingo, karioke and movie nights, or more entertaining when it's too cold to swim. Thank goodness we were able to get into our patio door with a credit card because we double bolted ourselves out of the front condo door. The maintenance man could not even open it.

Was it the best hotel room I've ever stayed in? No. Was it fantastic for the price? Absolutely! The room was clean, large (we had seven women sleeping in the two room suite, and had no issues), and the full kitchen was very helpful. The countertops we're upgraded with granite, although the couches came straight of of someone's grandmother's house. The location also wasn't bad; we drove to Universal every day and it was maybe a ten minute drive. I would stay here again with a large group!

Excellent place highly recommended the Lord who receives you in the Loby (Gerardo) is a genius.

This hotel has an at home feel, equipped with all the comforts of home. The out doors & bathroom has a bad smell but nothing cleaning products couldn't handle. Spacious rooms, good TV channels, great pool area for all ages. We liked our stay so much that we paid for another night!

I”am currently staying here now it’s horrible! I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. Low lighting in the bedroom, toilets is old and dirty looking, the breakfast sucks, no meat and it was a big bug curling on food prongs. They don’t speak English! Beds are uncomfortable. When you flick the the switch on the wall it controls whatever you have plugged in. The pictures online of the hotel is deceiving. This hotel is raggedy and not worth the $150 a night!

My stay at this property was Horrible. The pictures online are deceptive. The rooms are outdated the carpet and furniture smell bad. I had a two bedroom unit. The master bedroom window had mold and spider webs in it. My bedroom linen was dirty my pillow case had dark dirty stains on it. I was upset and called the front desk to report the unit was dirty, the front desk clerk informed me that I could not switch units and went further to tell me because I booked the room online with a promotional offer I didn't not get full service housekeeping they would only replace my towels. I had never heard of anything like that, I explained my unit was already dirty upon my arrival. The front desk clerk said he could not help me I demanded to speak with a manager who was out of the office. I cleaned the unit to get through the night because it was late when my family and I checked in. The next day I asked to speak with the manager, I explained my frustration and displeasure to no avail he simply said he was sorry but he could not do anything and thank me for reporting the problem. I explained I had pictures because I didn't want him to think I was over reacting or making things up he said he did not need to see the pictures and walked off. I was with my family so I didn't make a scene. Ironically, three other families were complaining about the same thing.

Nice and quiet hotel. The cleaning service is paid separately. Outside of that, it has a great view, large rooms and very well equipped. Breakfast is good enough and the staff is very friendly.

They offer an incomparable breakfast very complete. The parking lot is super comfortable. There is a good pool with Jacuzzi and a shop in the lobby. There are good places to dine nearby. It's very close to sea World.

Never got an opportunity to look over the location but met the two gentlemen at the check/out front desk. Very nice to me with as much information as they could provide. Some of the homes are for sale and that is my reason for visiting as I live in Orlando and need a new home for permanent residence. I was looking to buy two for me and my family. After leaving multiple voicemail messages for the condo association on site, I have yet to receive a call back as of 1 week later. Guess business is good and don't need new purchases. Due to this lack of service in reference to me, I have concerns that if I had an issue in the future, it would meet the same fate. My star rating reflects the good service from the front desk and lack of service from the association. May be a good vacation staff, but beware if considering purchasing.

A real hidden gem. My condo unit was clean and comfortable. The place was quiet and family friendly and the restaurant was surprisingly tasty. I'll be coming back for sure.

We booked through third party; which went good. We got to Parc Corniche to find out that we was not paid in full. If you stay here make sure you know you will have to pay $33.00 to clean your room after you leave and $8.95 each day for Wi-Fi and breakfast. The Wi-Fi does not work; so don't bring tablet or laptop. Breakfast is bread and mini bagels. Very $$$$!

Rooms are functional but by no means overly fancy. Great for budget stays if you are only looking for a place to sleep. Breakfast is a free for all and the plates are tiny as if they want you to eat as little as possible. I didn't have any issues with this place although I would probably spend a little more money and stay somewhere nicer.

Excellent location but the property has quite a few years, and so Allan remodeled parts, not worth it. Would not go all.

The suites are very comfortable and well-furnished. The staff is excellent. However, they clean and make the beds only once a week! Breakfast is low quality.

Room was good. However a little older but maintained. My overall feel were that they cut some corners trying to save money. (1coffee packet over 3 night stay), etc. We had a pretty good problem with the shuttle to Disney not showing up. It's definitely okay and doable for most and we did fine, but for high quality and up to date hotel experience I would not recommend. Not bad though!

The hotel is very nice, the parking is free and the people very friendly. The breakfast is not of good quality and they do not have much variety.

This place is horrible! The sheets had not been changed from the last guest. When we turned the sheets back there were hairs and make-up on them. When we called the front desk there was no I'm sorry or we will fix that. They brought me sheets to the door and handed them to me! The floors in the bathrooms had not been cleaned. They were sticky and turned your feet black. The furniture in the living room was old worn and stained really bad. The sliding glass door would not lock. Felt very un-safe there. I am just glad we had only booked for one night before we started our stay at Disney.

It is very good comfortable for shopping and parks, has good location is quiet and they are clean you don't get sounds of the breakfast carts is the basic.

Good hotel for guests needing kitchen facilities. Basic cooking equipment is provided together with cutlery and crockery. No oven, just a toaster oven, microwave and hob. We stayed here before our cruise and it made for a good base for visiting Orlando.

I have had a more than favorable stay here. Gush worthy even. Staff has been fantastic and oh so accommodating. It was one of the few places in our price range with a continental breakfast. Rooms are not flashy but clean and a good size. Overall very pleased and would come back.

Everything was excellent, from the attention to the facilities. While the Wi-Fi at times is unstable, there are all over the resort. Breakfast included and very varied. Air conditioning with central temperature control. One TV in each room plus one in the living. Full tableware. In short, highly recommended! 'll!

This is a great hotel to stay in if going to Disney and you don't want to stay on their property. Its nice and close to all the parks. The room was clean, quiet, and affordable… cant go wrong.

Great place for the price. Our room was clean and comfortable. Clealiness good. Has free breakfast but with limited options. Gets boring after a few days. Very limited kitchen accessories. A few pots and pans (3), a set of dishes and a few utensils. No cutting board, measuring cup or spoons, etc. Bath tub is very slippery, be careful. I would definitely stay here again.

It's a nice place to stay in if you are going to spend all day long out. Very kind people at the front desk. Clean unit, complementary breakfast, free parking… definitely I would come back again.

Here during hurricane Irma. The staff was exceptional! Accommodations were excellent. These people could have been home with their famies, but instead they were here serving us. A hidden gem in Orlando and I would recommend this place to everyone visiting the area. Just want to thank you all, from the heart, for being here in our time of need. You all are amazing. Rooms are big, on main area with a kitchenet and dining/living area and a separate master bedroom. Clean fairly updated room. Over all a nice place to stay.

The deluxe suite is nice and spacious. The multiple building layout isn't really confusing. The room can get a little noisy due to the doors being open aired though. I like the little balcony with the room.

The room is very nice and clean, and our stay has been great so far. My biggest factor that will likely keep me from staying here again has been the service. Dismal, impersonal, and seemingly seeking any excuse to not take care of issues has been our experience. If you book through a 3rd party reservation site (which we did), also be prepared to pay a $40 'resort fee' on top of whatever you paid the 3rd party. The restaurant also automatically tacks on 18% gratuity. If you have any special requests or need to change any details on your reservation, all I can say is good luck…

Great hotel in a beautiful natural setting.

Note that there is a resort fee. The park shuttle is only a one time pick up in the morning and pick up late evening or night and not for all the parks. Parking is good here. There was a bit of mold in the bath tub but overall room was clean. A bit dated decor. Beds and pillows were a tad hard. AC worked nice. Breakfast was not glamorous as it sounded. Mostly carb based food, hard boiled eggs and sausage links. No waffle maker but they have frozen waffles and pancakes. Walls are a bit thin. I would say it was a reasonable place to stay but not as I thought it would be.

Large apartment, area close to attractions but quiet, good breakfast.

The apartment was the perfect size for 4 adults on a vacation. The rooms were comfortable and we loved having a kitchen in order to cook some meals in. We used the pool/ hot tub a few times. The staff we interacted with were accommodating, informative, and personable. The continental breakfast offered was sufficient, but certainly nothing special. We did end up ordering a pizza from the Calypso one evening and had it delivered to our room in the near pouring rain. It was actually pretty good. The only "bad" part about staying there was utilizing the free shuttle service to the parks. The bus makes only one trip there/ back each day. The bus was hot, crowded and the driver rode the brakes, so we were all feeling car sick by the end of the ride. On the way home it took over an hour for bus to get us back to the resort because of all of the other stops it made. If staying there, I suggest just pay the parking fee at the park/ taking an uber.
