Thus is a really great place for a family to stay at. This is a very nice resort.

This was our second stay at MGV and it did not disappoint. We stayed in a lovely two bedroom suite which was clean, quiet and nicely located near the main building. Our kids loved the selection of pools and all the staff were friendly and helpful. This resort is located conveniently just minutes away from most major parks and shopping centres. The kitchens in the rooms are well appointed and very clean. We can’t wait to return!

Enjoy our relaxing time here. Plenty to do, food is great and the rooms are comfy.

This is my first time staying at the Marriott Grande Vista, and we've been pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and the overall Villa design and hotel layout. It is perfect for family vacations. I highly recommend it.

Grand Vista was very much beyond of what me & my family expected it to be, spotless room, fully equipped kitchen, very well maintained pool area and general of the building. Friendly staff we requested extra towels, toilet paper etc no probs was delivered within the hour. I would defo recommend this villa to anyone coming to Orlando Thanks Grand Vista for a lovely welcome x.

If you want a hotel room that is moldy and has a lovely smell of mildew then stay here! The concierge is of no help. The front desk can’t give you the items missing from the kitchen. The staff doesn’t seem to know anything even when asking what building is where. Marriott doesn’t care obviously because if they did this place would have an over hall! When you stay in a room for 9 people and only give you 6 towels, how is that helpful? Call the desk, oh wait you have to text them. Also did you know close rooms are separated by the lake in between? I don’t know what planet the reservations staff was on when they placed us in “close proximity” with water between us! 🤦🏼‍♀️. Marriott do something about this! UPDATE: Spoke with the GM and Resort Manager who were willing to listen but knew there wasn’t much that could be done as we were checking out that day. They were open to listening and have stated they will be working with staff to make sure that all of the events that occurred will be discussed with staff so that if we were to come back it wouldn’t happen again. I am standing by the review right now because this is what went down.

This is actually our home resort and we bought in early 2000’s. We’ve watched it go downhill but this year is especially bad. Very disappointed with check in. Took forever! No special privileges for owners and it’s very obvious the management right now is bad. Our room is so noisy with the big screen TV across lake playing movies and music constantly. Very hard to have a quiet balcony to read. We even asked for specifics before arrival and we’re very sad with our location and room. I’ve always given excellent reviews but not this year.

Nice, very clean, and very friendly place. Every night has a wine or liquor tasting for a small fee. So relaxing and when I say friendly place I mean so friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping we saw everyday and all day long asking if we needed anything. Hennessy was the name of the girl that was doing the wine tasting, she made it so fun along with Harrison, her helper. Great team they made! Food at the resort was awesome, pizza by the pool along with ahi tuna. The Grill was awesome as well. The only thing I can say negative is that they don’t have an adult pool so while I was trying to relax on a vacay away from my kids other people’s kids at the pool were loud and splashing and jumping around. Everything else was perfect and what I like from a resort.

Amazing pools, extremely clean and friendly. Always prompt response when and if there is every a concern. A home away from home, where you are always made to feel welcome.

Absolutely love this resort, recommended by friends a ‘few’ years ago, apartments are fantastic and well equipped, housekeeping are also fab, and cannot do enough for you inc poolside, with samplers of non and alcoholic drinks on offer in grande cove, and pool activities. Our apartment overlooked club house/driving range/putting green, was absolutely stunning! having breakfast overlooking tranquil golf course was great, such a great location too, will definitely be back, thank you x.

Love this place. This is is our second time coming here. We've celebrated our anniversary and our daughters birthday and each and every time was perfect! The staff is wonderful, the property is nice and clean. Just love this place! Highly recommend!

The Folks here have been Great. They try their hardest to keep us old folks happy. I dropped a star because the jacuzzi breaker keep tripping. Needs attention before someone gets electrical shock and Sue's the hell out of Marriott. Very concerned for the little ones that like to sit in it with it bubbling. If a breaker keeps tripping to me it means something is not right. I have had them come up to the room and I pointed out the breaker. They flip it back on and it just keeps tripping off. If they don't replace the breaker and check out the reason it is tripping. I Will be their worst nightmare I am an owner and pay lots of buck every year for the moment of enjoyment but that jacuzzi is really making me mad.

Beautiful resort with lots of activities. There are multiple pools available. The resort is well maintained, friendly employees. My family and I had a great time. They're not real pushy on selling the ownership/timeshare. Location is right on I-Drive, so you can easily drive to attractions or take the trolley.

What a great place to stay and bring the family. It is beautiful and the staff is all very friendly. Great location near Sea World and not far from Magic Kingdom. Loved the pools too! Definitely want to come back.

I feel like Marriott grande Vista hit on s lot of great details to make your trip amazing. Everything from plenty of luggage rack and even shopping carts to help you transport items to grilling utensils at the grill area were awesome touches. There staff all greeted you as you passed and they took ownership of a small issue with our room keys. Service at pool bars was always around and prompt. This was a great vacation.

Beautiful resort. Stayed 3 nights but never received housekeeping service. When we complained said we atleast needed more towels since only 2 bath towels were in the room, so they left a garbage bag of towels… the following day we stayed gone and returned to the room still no housekeeping. When we called the staff seem unconcerned and blew us off. They tried to come clean when we napped at 4pm.

Last Time my family stayed here we had a slight mishap. After contacting management, they assured me that if I stayed again they would make it right. I gave Grande Vista another try and they were able to keep their word. Amazing view overlooking the golf academy, pool was a little crowded and not enough seats. Our waitress Macarena was busting herself around the pool to make sure we were taken care of. To work the entire pool by herself all day, she deserves some sort of recognition on her efforts. Golf staff was a pleasure to work with. I will stay here again.

We stayed here for the weekend at the Alhambra building and the stay was fantastic! Check-in went smoothly and they have great amenities including a very large pool, kiddie pool, and separate lap pool. The pool is open until 11pm. Their gym is good too and open 24hrs. They also offer paddle boats and kayaks in their large lake. They have a variety of activities for the family such as smores night and activities for adults like wine tasting. The rooms were very clean and well kept. We had a two bedroom two bath room with full kitchen and living room. There was also a great balcony with tables and chairs that overlooked the lake AND had screens to prevent bugs from coming in which was super nice because who wants to sit outside when there are mosquitoes and spiders?! But the balcony was clean and bug-free! The kitchen has a full fridge, stove top, dish washer, pantry space, and basic dishes (cutlery, plates, bowls, cups). There is also a washer and dryer. Overall the staff was very attentive (we asked for extra towels, blankets, and pillows and they delivered them immediately). I only wish we got to stay here longer!

Vacationed at this resort for a week and just now getting around to write a review. This is a nice resort with plenty of activities for adults and kids. Some activities are free which is a plus. While overall complex and grounds are amazing, rooms are very mediocre. The add was selling "luxury" and the hotel room was a NORMAL hotel room, nothing fancy. It's over priced and dated. Our refrigerator would lose balance and wobble every time we opened it, the master bathroom toilet overflowed with suds of soap coming out of it and the second room smelled like mildew. House keeping is horrible. They are so rude however, the employees who run the activities are great.

One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Very upscale for reasonable prices. The staff was super nice too! Especially Jerry the bartender by the pool. He went above and beyond the call of duty and genuinely was a nice guy. The food was delicious by the pool too. The grounds are well thought out… they have lovely pool areas but also a small beach with volleyball, a Fire pit area, an arcade with ping pong etc, as well as shops and a little well stocked grocery/souvenir shop. Truly well planned out resort and very close to Disney and Sea World. I plan to return in the future!

Marriott has been updating this Resort. We stayed in a newly renovated two bedroom suite that was very nice. All the new colors, furnishings, and general overall look are very fresh. Beds are comfortable and the overall layout of the resort is good. It has a very nice pool area and other amenities for kids to enjoy as well. The location is close to pretty much all of the Orlando attractions and yet you feel like you're not in a super busy area when you are at the resort.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even have us late check-out during Memorial day weekend with hardly any pushback. As for the rooms, they are clean and modern. Zero complaints for the rooms. The beds are amazing. Firm but comfortable at the same time. The foods a bit pricey, but nothing out of the ordinary for a resort. Overall, this place is great for a getaway.

Make sure if you come here, you don’t need to sleep. It’s an apartment but not a vacation. First I’ll mention that You can hear talking from other rooms, constantly. It was so annoying to hear entire conversations. My son is in a different room in a diffferent area of the building and he said it was so loud & went on all night. But that isn’t what made me want to write the review. I wrote this review because there was zero ability to sleep on Tuesday Wednesday AND Thursday. They cut the grass before 7am. EVERY morning. Three days in a row at 7am? (It was not raining so that’s not the reason). Interestingly, if you read enough reviews, you will see many complaints about the lawn being cut at 6:30 am every day. I guess they don’t care. So come here for very nice rooms, good location, safe atmosphere. Just make sure you don’t need to sleep. For me? No thanks. Too many other choices.

Bed was comfortable. Pillows were very soft maybe a little too soft. Had a hard time getting in contact with the front desk. Room was clean other than one roach was found and old beer cans where found under the sink compartment. Parking is free but difficult to find a spot if you try to park to late. Sofa couch was also comfortable.

What a neat property. So big, clean and well maintained. The staff is awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They have great activities and entertainment all the time. My only complaint is the bed. Not good. To hard and we both ended up with sore backs in the morning.

Very nice place to stay! The hotel is located 10-15 minutes from all of the theme parks in Orlando. The rooms are well kept and clean, and the grounds around the hotel are beautiful. The lake in the center of the resort is a nice touch. Only complaint that we had was that the parking isn’t the greatest. Not sure if it was just the building that we were placed in, but we consistently had to park 1-2 buildings over and walk quite a distance to get to our room. Other than that, great place to stay in Orlando!

We live 2.5 hours from Orlando, last year we did a family/12th anniversary weekend at Marriott World “ turned into a disaster” we decided to see if we would get that 5 star treatment Marriott has been known for, Marriott Grand vista vacation club wasn’t as bad as the Marriott world canter experience.
We checked in at 6:45pm, within 30min of entering our room we had to deploy the roach spray that we carry with us because, you never know.
Then 60min in a call, the engineering department will need access to your room on Saturday.
Saturday my sons and I go to universal for the day, also taking in the Blue man show, when we come back to the room we find we have been placed in the weekend party area and there’s 10 guys standing from there room down the isle past our room in front of the door.
My wife has been in and out of the room to the pool several times, when she opened the door at 8:30 on Saturday she didn’t realize people were standing and drinking alcohol beverages right in front of the door and hit 2 people with the door. She did apologize, didn’t matter they were rude about the incident, my wife stayed in the room until I came back. The party had moved into the apt with the door open, somewhat loud. So we formed the opinion that Marriott knew where they had placed a family, we called it the party building “No Families permitted “< building 99 >

Good resort hotel for a family holiday. Very good location close to Sea World. Rooms with Views of the Golf course.

Really nice resort! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and we'll equipped, and the kids activities are really well done. There are three pools at this place, all with their own unique features. My kids had a fantastic time at all three pools and at the kids activity room. Literally every employee we interacted with was super nice, friendly, and helpful. The only downside is the very long driveway. If you will be driving in and out of the resort a lot, the long driveway and excessive speed bumps will get annoying very quickly. Overall, though, I recommend this resort wholeheartedly.

Clean, huge facility with 18 houses, very friendly staff, breakfast in the normal sense not included in the price. Can be taken in one of the restaurant against extra payment.

If you are a family looking for accommodations in Orlando, look no farther. We rented a 3 bedroom 3 full bath 1800 SF apartment which is at the resort. Fantastic place. Wonderful pools for the kids, lots of activities as well. We are a family of 6 visiting, so not sure how the place would resonate for a couple. It is clean, with great service and the restaurants were pretty good, not great but good. Also, the location is great, close to Disney world, etc.

It is amazing. Although being Easter week was very busy. It has all the amenities.

We had a great time here in November while on a Disney vacation. We had a large group with two rooms and they managed to put us all in the same building but not the same floor. The rooms were spacious and clean! Perfect size for us! The pools and hot tubs were great! Loved the look and feel of the whole resort! Would definitely go back!

This was an absolute amazing place to stay in Orlando! First, they have many different pools and many different dining options from a quick bite to ice cream to a market place. Its like a mini community you really don't have to stray far for the kids they have a game room which is actually a lot of fun for adults to play too! They earn tickets to get toys there is also a nice kids maze. They have a pool table, ping pong table, and Foosball table. You can rent motorized fun boats paddle boats fishing gear it's just a really beautiful place and full of activities for children and adults too ranging from free to a few extra bucks! Highly recommend this resort my husband went golfing every morning on the beautiful golf course its also very close to EVERYTHING TO DO IN ORLANDO! We had a blast at universal islands of adventure. If you'd like to call an uber they're are always like 5 minutes or less away! Definitely give this place a try its beautiful and staff is wonderful! We loved staying here!

The wife and I had a great nine, missing out on an anticipated 21 inches of snow back home. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The fairways and greens were well maintained and very plush. Very surprising during the winter months. The course was challenging with a few water holes, but attainable for the beginner. We will definitely come back during our next visit.

Incredible property. Beautiful golf course. Nice big, clean, cold rooms. Immaculate landscape, cleanliness outside, and the pools were all incredible! I LOVED this place. Very nice quiet place, safe and near by everything by car. This is about as good of a place as you can possibly find in Orlando and the bang for your buck is elite.

Beautiful property! There are several pools and picnic/grilling areas. The staff are top notch and this is definitely somewhere we'll be going again. There are daily resort activities for all ages, some do have small fees. There are restaurants, and ice cream shop, bars and events at the main building. The golf course is huge and holes are strategically placed around the property. Room service is offered, but quite pricey so we just went to the restaurant. Now the prices are not cheap, but lovely experience for families or couples. I do not have one complaint or concern. Below is a night view from the room.

We love it here. Have stayed 3 years in a row. Lots to do on the property and golf. There are lots of pools and hot tubs to enjoy. The one bedroom suites are perfect. Everything you need to feel at home. There are a couple bars with good food and drinks. Thanks only bad thing we could find is that the elevators are super slow. We take the stairs and they are a lot fast. Plus we could always use the exercise.

The place is nice and is typical of what I have come to expect from Marriott. The pools are above average and well heated. The meals from the restaurants were tasty and also typically priced like one would expect at a resort or hotel. The only complaint that I have is the single elevator on each hundred plus room building. This wouldn't normally be a burden, but the amount of staff required to service such large buildings tends to dominate the single elevator, and more often than not, you end up waiting several minutes for an average size elevator that you end up sharing with a couple of service carts and a number of staffers. It seems like a petty complaint until you experience it a dozen or more times consecutively, at which point you will have wasted more than an hour waiting for the elevator. A recent medical calamity prevents me from running the stairwells for at least a few more weeks, so I was unable to resolve this issue.

More than a hotel is a villa, with the Disney stamp.
A great reception and all the hotel amenities, but with absolute independence if you prefer.
4 huge pools and a super lake, with its fountains enoormes water jets, which gives a touch more than fantastic.
There's always a place to park near your villa.
The villas, with all the comforts so that alone, in Pareta or with children, you can have a home after the great adventure of the parks.
Has up to what I could try 3 restaurants to my liking, are passed in decoration and ambience, however leave little to be desired at the time they serve food… to regulate very bad.
It has a market set at 100%, very good and you will find almost everything you lack.

I have stayed at the Grande Vista over five times in the last couple of years. At this point it's starting to feel like home. The Grande Vista is perfect for children with the pirate themed pool, the lighthouse sweetery, and the family-friendly activities. The staff is amazing and always willing to help to make your stay go off without a hitch. My only reservations for giving the Grande Vista 5 starts would be the overpriced for and beverage service (I did it comparison, the upgrade is over 200%! ) and the slightly questionable maintenance. The building is definitely in great shape but the windows appeared to be in need of repair and could use a deep cleaning. All in all the Grande Vista is a great place to stay for your trip to Orlando. I would definitely recommend!

This is a timeshare property. It was constructed in the 1990s. It has been updated fairly recently and is fine. The general plan is a full 1 bedroom unit with hot tub and full kitchen and dining area for 8. Plus a lockout efficiency apartment that makes it into a two bedroom unit. Facilities are great, with a large activities building, large heated pools, and multiple whirlpools. There was no visible damage from hurricanes of 2017. If you plan to eat in the units and have more than 4 people, you will need to call housekeeping (front desk) and request more dishes, etc. If you are traffic averse, then, in general, Orlando FL is not for you. A massive road construction program through 2017-2018 is making the traffic much worse. Any estimates of travel time will not be accurate. This is particularly true around this property.

Have stayed here several times and family owns timeshares at other Marriott Resorts. No problems encountered and if there were any, immediately corrected. Stay here very enjoyable. Staff very professional and friendly. Housekeeping staff very friendly and respectful. No problems with sales pitches as we did not come here using any special pricing/deals which comes with things you have to abide by. Overall A+ resort and all staff during our stay. Will stay here again when coming to Orlando.

What a great place to stay! We have a time share elsewhere but would definitely look into buying. Now to the rooms… very nice and up to par with other time shares. I think they should be little more high end for the price point. The mattress on the couch, well if you have to stay for longer than a week get a blowup bed or a 3 bedroom. The grounds are very nice and plenty of things to keep you busy if you just want to stay around the grounds. Vineland outlets are close and so is the rest of the theme parks. I would give it 9/10 only reason not 10/10 was room needs to be better and sofa bed should have a better mattress or pillow top.

We stayed in building 9 over the Thanksgiving holiday and weekend. I've been to a few of the Marriott resorts and generally love the experience. We have elementary school age children and travel with another family that also has kids. We look for kids-club type activities to take advantage of during our visits. We also look for family-fun type amenities (think shuffleboard, bocce ball, playgrounds) to let the kids burn off a little energy. Grand Vista had nice pools and some activities such as beach volleyball, golf and tennis, but not too much for smaller campers. They had about one free activity a day for smaller kids (bingo or art). All in all we enjoyed the resort and it was a great location for our adventures out to Sea World or dinning on International Drive. If this is just a base for launching out to other Orlando attractions, you won't be disappointed. If you are looking for somewhere to kick back and keep the kids busy, then you might need to bring along a few games or crafts to keep them occupied.

Beautiful resort! All around an excellent spot. Bar by the pool is awesome with great bar tenders and very reasonably priced drinks. Jacuzzi was perfect, pool was too. Beds were ultra plush and comfy comforters. My complaint is the coffee in the rooms : (I love a good strong cup of coffee first thing in the morning and it was a little disappointing. The other thing that caused it to lose a star was the fact that my lamp shade had a stain on it. Didn't notice it til the last day I was there. Almost looked like it should be there, but I realized it wasn't on the other matching lamp on other nightstand. Little things like this need to be mended at a resort of this stature. Other than that… I would hands down go back. Beautiful spot. Very relaxing.

Nice property for families with lots of pools and a golf course. The villa we stayed was recently renovated and in good condition. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The kids enjoyed the recreation center. The villas have some design flaws such as a teeny kitchen with no pantry space. Only 1 person can fit in the kitchen at one time. The laundry room is located in the tiny kitchen and the bathrooms don't have vents so they get steamy. Besides that, we enjoyed it.

There are daily resort activities for all ages, some do have small fees. There are restaurants, and ice cream shop, bars and events at the main building. The gold course is huge and holes are strategically placed around the property. Room service is offered, but quite pricey so we just went to the restaurant. Now the prices are not cheap, but lovely experience for families or couples. I do not have one complaint or concerns. Below is a night view from the room.

The rooms were wonderful! My husband and I enjoyed having a kitchen and a Jacuzzi tub partially in the bedroo. Most of our days were spent at Disney or Universal, but the room was a treat to come back to. We had a view of the golf course and it was very quiet. The rooms were a bit cold for my taste, but a quick call to the operator got me extra blankets, and my husband said the temperature was fine. We absolutely loved eating at The Grill one night — if you stay there you shouldn't miss it! The food was excellent. Highly recommend.

They are very accommodating. The bell boys were able to take our luggage to our room across the resort. The kids gym is a nice addition to the experience. The rooms are solid and everything you would expect of a Marriott. Lovely grounds.

Amazing hotel. The place is enormous! Rooms are very clean, spacious and super comfortable, plus they are pretty. Most have Amazing views either to the lake, pool or golf course. You have many in restaurants, a mini Market, many pools and Hot pools. Great location, near all the Parks and shopping outlets. The staff is really really friendly and helpful. I call this place my home away from home.

No cable when we visited. No place in the bathroom to hang your towel and no room service. Also forgot our toothbrush. Even the lower priced places offer you, yes a cheap but free toothbrush if you forget yours. Not this place. Paid $8 for a basic one. I'm not a super religious person, but have never stayed at a motel, hotel or resort that didn't have a bible in the room. I know these things seem minor. And believe me I'm not one to find things to complain about. But it just seems that if your paying $$$ dollars to stay at 4+ star resort in the tourist capital of the world these things should be easily assessable to the guest.

Really nice place with clean rooms and big pools. Food options are limited to bar food but are reasonably priced. Minus 2 stars for the lazy staff. I noticed a couple of dead bats by the kiddie pool (next to the main pool) and told a couple employees in that area… They couldn't have cared less which means it's a common occurrence. Most rational people would worry about kids getting rabies… not these workers. Watch your kids at this place.

A hotel is full, very practical for families. Many pools, games, activities, and a great service.

It is a place very comfortable in their social facilities, beautiful and if you want not to leave the hotel you entretendrias. Very friendly especially NANCY, a latina who does very well as an ambassador. Hoover.

We've stayed at plenty of resorts in Orlando and this is our favorite! The resort is beautifully maintained, quiet, and has great water or golf views. Our unit was very clean, everything worked, and the beds were super comfy. There is an on-site grocery store, spa, golf course, etc. However, after long days at Disney, the only thing we really cared about was a great night sleep, which we received. Right down the street from great food, Seaworld, etc. All you need is within a mile. We will be back next year!

Large resort complex with all the amenities. The rooms are spacious and comply with its function. The complex has several swimming pools and common areas as well as a huge golf course. In its surroundings there are restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets.

So resort is very nice… It is gate guarded, staff was very nice, 3 or 4 pool areas, one had sort of a playground area in the pool for kids, and the grounds are very well kept There is one full service restaurant, as well as a grill, and pizza joint near pools. Resort is very close to Sea World and Universal and Disney are both 15-20 minutes. Our room was a one bedroom with full kitchen and laundry which was really nice! Only a couple minor complaints… For some reason they didn't replace the cream and sugar service every morning… I got coffee just not the accoutrements?, one day they missed the maid service (probably because we were sleeping in on the wrong time zone), we called to have them come… They never did, and lastly… There seemed to be mold growing on the ceiling of our unit! It is very humid in Orlando… Maybe this is common in the area and they clean every few months? I don't know… But it was a little odd to say the least!

Been coming here since I was a kid for family vacations! If you're looking for a place to stay with lots to do, eat, and a nice room this is the place to go. Convenient location and separated from the business of Orlando. Although if you're looking for good service and friendly staff I would not recommend. It gets worse every time we go. But it's definitely worth it for the location and the relaxing atmosphere!

Amazing resort with all that you want. Everything you need has been well thought of. The resort is reasonably priced. I would definitely consider the place in my next visit. I noted that someone mentioned that the maintenance attendance is poor. I would tend to disagree. The resort is well maintained and the response of the maintenance team is rapid and prompt.

My family had our annual family vacation here. This includes my mom, two sisters, and eight children ages eight to sixteen. There is recreation and fun for everyone. The resort does almost hourly activities. There are activities for individuals and groups. The two teen boys enjoyed spending time playing ball. The younger ones enjoyed the arcade. We all enjoyed the many pools. Grandma enjoyed staying in and watching TV. She got out for the Family Feud. You should nor get bored The amusement parks like Sea World, Aquatics, and Discovery Cove are just 15 minutes away. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. Get Your Vacation On.

This place is so awesome! Great for all ages. There is so much to do here, that I recommend having a couple days with no plans, just to enjoy what this place has to offer. My brothers went fishing. My aunt, cousin, mom, sister in law, and I got messages. We had drinks down by the pool. My niece had ice cream and got her hair braided. My husband and I got dinner at one of the restaurants one night. You literally could spend days here and never leave. The pools and grounds are clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and had two great balconys. I could go on and on about how great this place is, but just go and experience it for yourself.

Come next week will be my 3rd time staying here and im always impressed with everything here! The staff is great here, the privacy is awesome, clean rooms, the kitchen is wonderful and you can't beat having your own washing machine and dryer in the one bedroom villas. The only thing that I wish is that there was room service and if you want delivery from their pizza Hut in the food area of the hotel, it's EXTREMELY HIGH but it's ok, we just make sure we have light groceries when we come or just make sure we have ate really good since you have the ability to cook, refrigerate and microwave! It's just like having your own luxury apartment… I want to rant on and on about the greatness of this hotel but it's a lot to type! By the way, this is coming from a person who's very picky about where she stays at as far as hotels go.

Loved activities at location but wished they had better dining options. Food options were a bit boring and we had to go on the search for food else where.

The Marriott Grande Vista has been a wonderful place for my family and I to stay for our vacation. Located on South International Drive, it is about 2 miles north of Orlando Premium Outlets. There are PLENTY of activities to keep my two young children (ages 2 and 4) quite busy. They absolutely loved the indoor activity center, the arcade, ice cream shop, pools… the list goes on and on. Nightly, the resort would light fires in their two fire pits, so the kids looked forward to making s'mores each night (they sell a kit with everything needed in a couple of their shops). Really, it is quite an extensive list of everything that they offered. I am very impressed and will definitely stay here in the future when they are able to do everything they have to offer.

We just returned from Orlando staying at the Marriott Grande Vista. It was a beautiful location. Staff was wonderful across the board. There was plenty to do for the entire family. We stayed in a King Villa which was a great. We had a washer &Dryer in our room along with Fridge, stove, dishwasher and big table for meals. We also had a screened in porch to keep bugs out, which was really nice to keep the doors open all day. The only problem we ran into and was not the Marriott’s fault, we had very loud neighbors one night and it was a full party at 4 am. My wife called the front desk, within 10 minutes, party over and not a peep out of them the rest of the night. Great job! This location is close to Disney and really close to Sea World along with 100 places to eat and shop with a grocery store 5 minutes away. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and one linen change for our 9 day trip. Bed was super comfy. I will definitely be going back the next time I’m in Orlando.

I LOVED THE STAY FOR MY BIRTHDAY! Everything was perfect from the room to the view on the balcony. It was very clean and everyone was very nice and polite to us. I recommend to everyone.

The grounds, things to door and prices were great as well as the people. I don't know what the full Villa's look like, but the small Villa we had was just that "SMALL". Kitchen no counter space, bathroom absolutely no counter space or cabinets. No place to put empty luggage. Have to pay extra for housekeeping. Walk in shower seemed dull with the feeling of mustiness. IF we visit Florida again I think we will stay at a regular hotel since that is basically what we got anyway.

This place is a joke. Can't even begin to describe all the things wrong. From the initial check in greeting, to the musty rooms, inadequate electronics, lack of customer service from the front desk, the spa, and managers. This place is obviously more of a time share and are probably used to people showing up and taking care of themselves. If you are expecting a true resort experience and friendly customer service you will most definitely need to go somewhere else.

We had to wait a full three hours for our room to be ready because it was supposedly being cleaned. When we got in, the room smelled musty and when we took out the kettle to make coffee it was filled with mold. No one answered at the spa after calling several times, and I had to contact the concierge desk and wait almost 20 minutes before they were even able to get someone on the line. Once I had someone to schedule, the person on the phone was curt and not especially accommodating. While it is nice to have a room right near the pool, it would be nicer if the room were somewhat soundproofed. We can hear everything that goes on in the pool area, including the early morning trucks beeping outside. Ordinarily we have great service when we are here, but it feels like they are taking advantage of the fact that while we are using my parents' time share, they aren't here to have any respect directed to them.

If I was filthy Rich I would live there! This place is worth every cent! Book your stay, you will love it! It's only 10 miles from Universal Studios and Disney! Also check out the Marriott across the street that place is out of this world! Marriott keep up the great work.

Probably the best Hotel I have stayed in in Orlando hands down. Clean, spacious rooms, easy access to the pool and not far from Intl Drive. Will stay there again when I return.

I love this resort! In 2003 my husband and I spent our honeymoon here. The villas are beautiful and home like. We stayed here so much our family photo was featured as a screensaver. Lol! We will continue to stay here whenever we visit Orlando! FANS OF A MARRIOTT HOTEL.

We have been going to Marriott's Grande Vista for several years and have always had a great experience. Because it is Marriott they are always updating the units, amenities, and common areas. I appreciate that the units are all clean and updated. My wife is VERY picky and we have never had an issue with cleanliness. The pools and amenities are great. The tennis courts look nice although I have never tried them. My kids love the "pirate pool" as they call it. There are two main pools, one has turrets and the other has more palm trees. Both pools are great but the kids love the one with the turrets. The resort has a lot to do on the property, including places to eat food and ice cream and go to the gym. Our kids are just starting to outgrow the kid zone which is an indoor playground. Younger kids will love it. The resort is a great base camp to check out all of the attractions nearby. We always go to Disney for a couple of days and really enjoy the Merritt Island park. It costs $5 for a carload of people and it is a beautiful beach and nature center. There is a road you can drive down and see a lot of wild alligators. You can also see wild manatees and dolphins. If you want to go shopping there are outlets within five minutes and downtown disney is probably ten minutes. Great place to stay, we will keep visiting.

I stayed in room 313 and 314 for one night and just outside the entry door is a door with a sign on it that says trash, Well whatever was behind that door stinks as for in the room all the furniture was very worn out and dirty the sliding patio doors didn't work well the a/c thermostat was hanging on the wall the shower had mold around the corners and my back was in pain for 3 days because the mattress was so worn and not to mention the odor in the room other than that everything else seem ok. I did let the associate know when I was checking out just in case they didn't know and she offered me free lunch I didn't accept the free lunch because I just wanted to let them know I did not enjoy my stay and did not want something for free. Long story short I went down the street to a different hotel to continue my stay in Orlando and was very pleased.

I went to Orlando as part of my Birthday weekend trip with friends. When we arrived to the resort the staff was automatically friendly and helpful. We checked in pretty quickly, they handed us our pamphlets with directions to our Villa as well as places around the resort. Once we went into our Villa the rooms were clean and spacious for a group of 8. I loved the view from my room as we stayed on the 6th floor. My friends and I didn't feel crammed at all. The rooms were large enough to fit more of us if we wanted to. There was a Jacuzzi, Bathtub, Balcony (In which we used to eat our breakfast and enjoy the scenery). The Kitchen was spacious. Everything seemed fairly new. The pool was AMAZING after a long day at the parks. We had Large HD tv's in each room so we had the chance to relive our childhood memories by watching cartoons while we got ready to head out. They have a tennis court in case we wanted some extra activity. They have an ice cream shop in the resort which was pretty cool, considering the fact that it was really hot when we stayed. The parks were near by (which was a plus) and after spending all day at the parks (Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure/Magic Kingdom) we went back to the resort and got ourselves ready to party for the night. The Bars, Lounges, Clubs, Restaurants were near and pretty fast to get to. The downside. Everything closes at 2am.

What a great time, This property was in my opinion great! stayed at 6421. Everything was fairly new, Stainless fridge, stove, dishwasher, jacuzzi bath tub, large tvs with hd channels, beautiful swimming pools, awesome saunas, great food, Oliver at the copa luca bar was great! I can not rave enough about this say, visited this property from 6-13/6-20 and loved every single day here. Drinking cold beer, living life the way it should be, slow and easy.
