Enclave Apartments at International Drive Apartment

We had a room booked for 1 night when we arrived in Orlando. The reviews all looked good so we expected a good experience. The staff at check-in where very friendly and nice. Got the keys to our room, went out to the car to retrieve our luggage and went in the side door closest to our room. When we entered the hall area is was filthy and a cockroach ran across the entry way. It is Florida and we understand there are bugs but not a great first impression. We make our way to the room, opened the door to our suite and it was the smelliest, dirtiest hotel room I have actually ever been in! Right away I said no one take off your shoes and leave the luggage at the door. Did a quick tour to find super stained carpet, hair all over the bed, the floor was filthy and covered in hair and in the bathroom there was even fingernail clippings. We walked right back out and went to let the staff know at the front desk. They apologized and said they had no other rooms so at 10:30PM at night we had to scramble and find another place to stay because there was no way I would sleep in that room! We booked our stay at Booking. Com and they said that they would give us a full refund. But they need to be able to get in touch with the hotel to process. Now the hotel is not responding to their messages and is avoiding them and refusing to refund even though they told me that evening they would. I would never recommend staying here!

Stayed here several times. Love the staff and pool area. Rooms are in need of remodeling. Carpet is terrible. Maid service never cleaned the room during my stay.

Our bed runner had several stains on it; one of which looked very much like blood. The entire carpet was stained and nasty; our feet were dirty after walking on it. The carpet was also coming at the bathroom entrance. All of the corners of the room had dust collected which shows the room has not been cleaned properly. The curtains were also covered in dust so much so that dust flew into the air when I opened them. We visited the pool around 4:00 and it was dirty. When we came back around 8:00, it was much worse. It should be cleaned periodically and it is obviously not. It is insulting that a place that charges a "resort fee" would charge for the outdoor games. I was extremely disappointed with our room and the hotel in general.

Stayed here and found out the free shuttles to theme parks were discontinued. Also can't purchase theme park tickets here but yet still have a sign and room up saying get your tickets here. Rooms are outdated and not cleaned well. This is my final time staying here and I know others will stop going here as well. When I booked the room they said shuttles to Disney but when we checked in they discontinued it. Would recommend staying at Disney or Universal studios. It's got restaurants within about 1 mile but can also walk to get their. I Rate this place as 3. Have stayed here 3 other times and experiences were ok but time to find another hotel to stay at.

Great service, excellent facilities.

Dirty, dark, and dingy rooms. Rude staff. Would never stay here again. Actually paid to stay somewhere else the last two nights of my trip. Was told room had balcony and fold out sofa. It did not have either and staff refused to aknowledge or change anything.

Wonderful hotel! Great place to stay. Stayed twice in the last year and both times we had a great experience!

We enjoyed our suite with a full kitchen. Enjoyed cooking a couple meals. The hotel was near many great restaurants and fun things to do.

Another great stay but disappointed the normal buffet breakfast not available. Also our tower only had one elevator working so time wasted waiting in queue, made worse as covid regulations limiting number of guests in elevator, or walking up and down staircase. Stayed 7 nights and never saw an engineer trying to repair elevator. Will still continue to visit this hotel on next visit from England.

The rooms were beautiful, the hotel is very clean, and the pool was awesome. Very close to everything in the Orlando eye, and all of the parks.

Very good comfort in the room all clean and the best get to the room.

Great Place to get away from the everyday routine highly recommended.

Staff is very friendly. Suites are large and well worth the money.

Good hotel that’s close to anything in Orlando. Polite front desk staff. Only issue was the setup of the TV in the room. The position was on one side of the room.

The jet tub sprayed water everywhere. I was disappointed. And be careful going in and out the balcony. Stumped my toe twice.

Decent stay — poor service though. More of a small, rundown hotel. They ran out of towels during our stay which was very frustrating. Our phone in the room was broken, multiple outlets broken, safe in room did not work. Our toilet overflowed and flooded our room. It took 15 minutes for someone to come help. If you are looking for a cheap/clean place to stay for a night or two it’s fine but anything longer I would look elsewhere! There are much better hotels around universal and Disney.

Very nice place to stay. Really enjoyed the spa tub.

This hotel is great. Staff are awesome. Location is perfect. The lobby smells amazing. We are still trying to find out the smell they use. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Orlando.
