Great hotel! Staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful, really above and beyond. Rooms and common areas are new and clean and very comfortable. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Location is fantastic for eating out and nightlife with multiple options in less than a 5 minute walk. All in all a perfect place to stay.

Very accommodating in which they were very well equipped to even handle huge influx of disabled tennis players there for tournament.

Nice location, clean and quiet.

They have these new Stay Well suites on the 6th floor that are amazing. Mood lighting is programmed and has several modes. Air is filtered and natural. Room is very spacious and shower is perfect. Ammenities are great and there are a lot of restaurants right outside you can walk to.

Stayed here a week ago while checking out the Lake Nona area. Was pleasantly surprised — very clean hotel/room and comfortable beds. Big up to Donald who was very knowledge about the Lake Nona area! Will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Lake Nona.

We often travel to Orlando on family business and this Marriott at Lake Nona is our favorite. Clean, modern and absolutely efficient. Checked in with daughter and infant and before we could request a crib, it was offered and promptly sent up to room. Everyone from the bistro to the housekeepers are 5-Star quality.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I was not a fan of the open shower concept. Without a door, water got all over the floor. Also, it was quite far away from gas stations, restaurants, and other amenities because that area appears to be new and upcoming.

Great property, almost new so still in great shape. The only ding I'd apply is that there's not much around; you have to drive a ways for most anything other than the one restaurant next door. But if you're playing tennis at the USTA center, it's by far the most convenient. Rates are good and beds are comfortable.

After a long day of working and to come inside ready to go to bed, the last thing I wanted to hear was that I needed to move my rental car to the second floor of the parking garage or higher. Sure it sounds like not a major thing, but it felt like such an inconvenience. There were no signs in the parking garage to direct you where to park that I saw even on my second go round and late at night in a parking garage doesn't feel all that safe.

Staff is very nice and the service is great! The restrooms and lobby are very clean. This is a great new hotel!

Beautiful new hotel, but I only got about 2 hours of sleep due to the overnight construction right outside my window. When I called down at 2 am, the front desk guy said he couldn't hear it — yeah, maybe because hed was working and not trying to sleep. They should tell their guests about the overnight noise (not to medntion the construction vehicles beeping starting at 645! ) — — especially if they want their platinum members to return.

I'm always in favor of Marriott hotels. This hotel is ideal if you're going to visit the USTA National Campus. The staff is excellent, especially Katherine! Lyft will be your best option if you didn't bring a car.

Just off 417, 10 min south of MCO, great location, nice area. Modern property, still new, and well maintained. Staff were exceptional, especially after noisy neighbors were a bother into early morning.

It was really warm welcome to walk in the guys took my bags and parked my car for no cost and the they all seemed to be bilingual and That's helps out in many cases, the room was of course clean and neat the pool was really nice and the breakfast is free for any overnight guests which is a big plus overall I loved it.

Second stay for Sectionals tennis tournament at the new USTA Natl Center. This hotel is only 2.5 miles from the center. Will always stay here when in town. Donald checked us in yesterday and couldn't have been more helpful with my special requests. We enjoy the atmosphere, especially the fire pit by the pool last night.

Never lucky enough to EVER get an upgrade but since the federal government is paying for half the stay go figure. And just a simple Mariott gold member… pillows in our room are so flat. Allergic to feather and, had problems Finding nice down pillows. Had to go out and buy my own… tiny, tiny room, but all in all the staff were very nice… yes. I would come back! Oh. The bathroom, floors in our room need a good cleaning!

Was very disappointed by management who was excellent on the phone about moving me to a top floor with hopes of obtaining any cell service. When he arrived at my room he demanded that I depart the room right away after telling me on the phone that I could move up when I was ready. When he arrived at my room to give me the keys to the top floor room, he demanded that I had to move right away even though he had not stated that on the phone, and I had repeatedly told him that I was working on my laptop and could not leave immediately. I travel often to Orlando for fun and work, and will never stay at this location again. Highly disappointed at his behavior.

Beautiful new hotel with clean modern rooms. All areas of the hotel are very well decorated. All of the staff is cordial and friendly. Very helpful. I'll definitely be staying here again!

I thought this was extremely clean, comfortable beds, and great locations. The breakfast in the morning was beyond expectations. I was shocked. I thought for sure that the planes would be so loud and keep me up all night. In fact, I never heard a single plane when I was inside. We did not get use of the pool as we were only there 1 night. I can't wait to go back and stay longer.

Would be good if there was a complimentary water in the room. Otherwise, very nice. Great location for the VA.

This hotel has the best service out of all the hotels I've been to. Especially their bistro. I believe the bartender's name was Tabitha. She was very friendly and attentive, my drinks were very well made, and the food was definitely some of the best I've had at a hotel. Overall an excellent experience.

We visit Medical Village when my wife has business in town at University of Florida's satellite campus here. The hotel is perfect location, easy to get to off the highway. Tastefully appointed, plenty of covered parking (free) and the breakfast service in the morning has plenty of hot and cold options. You won't start your day hungry here.

Very clean and perfect location. I am a little disappointed that as a platinum member I was not offered a free upgrade. The front desk clerk didn’t even mention it to me.

Beautiful surroundings and Cozy hotel.

Very nice accommodations. The rooms are smaller than other places in the same area but that could have been the type of room I had. The bed is soft and there are enough pillows to go around. The shower is weird but that could be my personal tastes talking, it is relatively close to the airport and has easy access to the highway.

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast tastes wonderful. I loved the covered parking area and it's close to the hotel. Very nice place in the Lake Nona area.

This is an amazing hotel. I highly recommend staying here. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were so clean. The food at the bistro on site was delicious. Not one complaint about this location.

Very modern and stylish. The room is so gadget friendly — there are usb and electric outlets near every seating and bedside. The room clock also came equipped with a multi-adapter for iPhone and Android so I didn't need to unpack my charger. The staff is young and super friendly. The room and common spaces were super clean. I wore white socks in the room and they stayed white!

Beautiful hotel — especially the StayWell suites. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was quiet even though it was busy. Would definitely stay here again. The pizza in the dining area was *very* good.

More like a boutique hotel than chain with the beautiful decor. Wonderful service. In-house Starbucks service. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. And brie on the continental breakfast buffet! Highly recommend.

Location is pretty good for the VA and surrounding area. The price is a little high but this hotel is fairly new and so very clean. They don't have a lot of restaurants nearby but Chroma has been pretty nice the couple of times I was there. I really dislike that they changed to bistro option for breakfast. Not a lot of selection and just pricey overall.

After driving seemingly four days in stop-and-go traffic both days close to 20 hours to get 400 miles away and numerous stops every few minutes to coming back in the middle of the end of the storm took only nine and a half hours to get back to where I started and if it weren't for the Marriott and given me this fabulous sweet that had aromatherapy and and get rid of dander and pet holders it had this awesome filter and my sinuses cleared right up overnight I was able to get my feet up and relax and the most Serene is also has Roma therapy here in the room fabulous would recommend it highly they should build a whole lot more of these.

Consitently good property. Great staff, nice rooms (Although I don't like the shower with no door), good pool & decent workout area. Strongly recommend this hotel for any purpose. Great proximity to MCO.

Enjoyed a quick overnight stay with our pooches. Our suite was spotless and well-appointed, the king size bed a sleeper's dream, the towels plush, and all the Furnishings inside and out classy and contemporary. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, parking couldn't be more convenient, and the complimentary breakfast deliciousness, especially the Belgian waffle with mango, strawberry, and maple syrups. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his eggs, sausage, potatoes, and English muffin.

It was amazing and the staff was awesome. I was there on business and I couldnt have asked for a better place to have stayed. The room was amazing too for lack of another word to use. I would definitely stay there again! My final contact was with Cole he check me out of my room and he was very friendly and courteous.

I am staying with my brother who is in a wheelchair at the courtyard and it has been amazing. Everything has been perfectly accessible and affordable. Great place!

Great place, stayed at the Residence Inn portion of hotel. Was surprised to see a full kitchen (full sized fridge / freezer, sink and stove top, counter space), living room area with couch and bedroom section. Great bathroom too. Would have liked a better shower head but it did the job. Overall great experience, free breakfast too and free cocktails from 7-8:30pm! I paid $110 for the nite, great deal!

I really like this courtyard. It was recently built so everything is in really good shape and everything is nice and comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. We have stayed here multiple times and will stay again. They only have an airport shuttle every hour on the hour.

One of the best hotels ever rooms wore super clean and they had free Wi-Fi with fast speeds the staff was super nice to others and do not get me started with the pool it was the best ever not crowded at all.

The new Marriott "Stay Well" room at this particular hotel is amazing. In addition, the staff is great.

Very easy access to parking with plenty of spaces. Extremely beautiful decor with modern design. Helpful staff to finding our way around the hotel and information of the central Florida area. Convenient dining locations in and near the hotel. Well kept and clean residence. Comfortable atmosphere. Extremely likely to recommend.

I stay in hotels on average 10 nights a month across Florida and I haven't stumbled upon another Courtyard or hotel in a similar price range that I like more than the Lake Nona location. The hotel is amazingly clean and will definitely change your perception as to what a Courtyard Hotel is. Not to mention Lake Nona is a beautiful little development. I stay there as often as I can when in Orlando. The rooms have very picturesque floor to ceiling windows. Every Courtyard should be modeled after this one.

I was only at the hotel briefly, however it was very well maintained and had great amenities. The rooms were very spacious and well designed.

Best hotel I've stayed at for customer service. There is not a lot around lake Nona to do but the staff did their absolute best to accommodate us by giving us rides in the shuttle. Really helpful and friendly staff.

Stayed here a couple weeks ago. We had an issue with transportation from the airport and the staff was awesome to help set it all straight. They made sure we were all attended to in our group of 9 with 3 different rooms. The rooms are gorgeous with brilliantly calming, comforting decor. Would love to come back and visit when all of the area is developed. Will definitely be the "it" place to stay. Thank you for a great nights stay!

Very nice hotel. Unfortunately the water system was hit by lighting that night and we had no hot water today. They were very accommodating though. Thank you.

Very nice place. BUT breakfast takes forever! I ordered a toasted bagel (nothing else) and it took about 30 minutes (not joking). Very poor service, it just seems like they are understaffed at breakfast. If you are staying on business and have to make it to a meeting at a certain time, skip this place. Everything else about the hotel was good. Rooms are very nice and modern.

I had drinks and a flat bread at their bistro. Good was great! Service was pleasant and timely. The whole place was clean, warmly lit, and visually appealing. I'll not only be back but will recommend this Courtyard to friends and family.
