Nice but not fabulous. Friendly staff and exterior grounds were well maintained. Kitchen and bedroom were very well kept. Caulking in bathroom needs fixing and pools/water park needs vacuuming. A lot of debris when it just opened. A sign is needed at the recreation desk outside. We were there at 10am-10:15am and no one was there. We couldn’t enjoy the attractions the facility has to offer. Wish it was better.

We took a two day trip up the road to Liki Tiki just to get away with our son. I was going to be late checking in and they accommodated that no problem. The check in was smooth quick and done with a smile. Our room was a one bedroom with was perfect for the three of us. It was clean, cold, and comfortable. Very spacious for a one bedroom. The pool/water park area is amazing. My son had a blast. The pool was clean and the pool deck area was clean. Had multiple slides to go down. My entire family had a blast. The resort itself is close to almost any attraction and great restaurants. The check out process is even easier. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back.

Great location and amenities… it is a gated condo resort so I felt safe letting my teenagers have a little freedom to roam and play and make new friends. The condo was really nice and clean with a balcony that overlooked the grounds. It is a no smoking facility, even on the balcony. It would have been nice to have more than one laundry and dish washer packet. Needed more blankets, and they were brought to us within 10 minutes of calling. The downfall is that we were asked numerous times about attending a seminar for diamond resort timeshares. We opted not to do this, but they kept asking. This was not disclosed up front, we were hit with it when we checked in. Overall, a good stay. Would be great for someone with younger kids, as the water park was more geared to younger ages. We would stay there again, great for the price we paid.

The facilities are good. But the water park has been "broken" for over a week. And the concierge bombards you when you check in and when you leave to get you to buy more things. After 10 at night, it should not take like 40 minutes to check in because the man won't take no for an answer. When I went to go return our towels after check out, there were 5 staff sitting in the reception area behind the desks. None of them even acknowledged me. It was pretty obvious why I was there, holding towels. If you are not giving them something, they don't care. That's the impression we got.

I enjoyed my weekend here. I was hesitant after reading some reviews but honestly the rooms were beautiful, the appliances were great, the lagoon was adorable, and the staff I came in contact with were friendly:) I do thank the reviews that told me about the timeshare meetings they host as "welcome" & "departure" gifts. I avoided them easily by saying wasn't interested in a meeting. I definitely recommend this resort! It's a beautiful property and it has a lot to offer. My group loved it. I'll definitely be considering another visit in the future.

Worth the money. The room is very efficient and clean. It even has washer and dryer in the room. The resort pool and entertainment area is fun. The building is a little outdated but I wouldn't complain for the money I paid. They told me there were some damage due to hurricane and they are doing renovation. The slides of the pool is not open. However for the price I paid it definitely worth it.

My boyfriend and I visited from NY and had the hardest time leaving here to venture on the rest of our vacation. We never wanted to leave! Turns out the hotel we chose in Orlando, the next step on our trip, was nothing compared to Liki Tiki. The grounds at Liki are well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are beyond beautiful. The price was unbeatable (though it was Feb) and we will be back very very soon! The bar serves delicious frozen drinks and food as well. Overall we were immensely pleased with our stay. Thank you Liki Tiki!

I have been coming to Liki Tiki since the resort was owned and operated by Island One. My most recent experience at the resort will be the very last one I have with any Diamond branded resort. The property itself is great, lots of amenities and in the perfect location. The front desk staff needs additional training in customer service and follow through and needs to be better staffed during peak hours. It was also very apparent that the communication within the resort itself is lacking and staff training needs to be completed. If Diamond put half as much effort into taking care of the guest as they do in getting them to book a resort preview it would be a fantastic place.

Wonderful staff and the villas had big rooms and bathrooms. Has a kitchen with kitchen wear and pans which is awesome. Washer and dryer and extra blankets and beach towels. Plenty of activities if you don't want to travel far and plenty of stuff to do close by. Over all such a great hotel experience.

This place is a tremendous site to spend a good weekend with your family or alone, as you want you will enjoy.

This is my favorite local getaway hotel. A lot to do for the kids, good food at the bar a little pricey as expected. Pool areas is great, fire pit is nice with hammocks and the lake is fun to take the row boat in. Rentals to ride bikes and mini golf with lots more. Rooms are very clean and nice. Near by lots of local restaurants, shopping etc. Gated and very strict so no drama or others allowed in keeps things pleasant. We've been here 4 times and will continue to come.

Great place! Complex with all the necessary services to spend an excellent stay. It has No transfer to the parks or Disney Spring, but it has everything around it.

A place to enjoy family. Very nice pool with attractions for kids and various activities. Keep in mind q the 2 room rooms have in the dining room a sofa bed for the guys and it is not comfortable. If you are 4 it is preferable to rent a condo with 2 rooms.

Very enjoyable stay. Amazing recreation facilities. Didn't have time to use, only relax by the water on lounge chairs. Units were clean and comfortable and had ask the necessary kitchen appliances. It was close to Disney and easy to get to. Only negative, was their promotion of the timeshare. I paid premium price not to be subjected to these requests. I know they doing their job. It was not the trip where we wanted to go for these talks. Maybe at a future date if we have a special deal, we could do that. We paid $150 per night. That's not cheap.

This resort is really nice! Just stayed here for spring break with my family and the kids really enjoyed all the different on site activities that is available that is inclusive in the fees. The rooms are appartment style and were fitted with a well equipped kitchen and washer and dryer as well. The room we stayed in I was told had not been updated yet as they are currently updating and upgrading all the rooms but in all honesty I couldn't tell. All in all the experience was great and we did not run into any issues during our stay. P. S. Special thank you to Goran and Christian both of which provided superior service and went above and beyond to add to an already great experience!

It is a nice place to stay. Loved the water park and the other two pools available. I love that they had their own mini golf, shuffle board, basketball, volleyball, paddle boats, fishing, playground, family bikes, ping pong, and Bbq grills available for guests My only complaint is that things need to be fixed up more around the resort. We had to run our dryer twice before our clothes dried and that was even after we had an engineer look at it! There we other things that needed tending to also.

Beautiful resort and friendly staff. We stayed in building 900 and our room was very nice and close to the water park area. The pools were great and we also enjoyed the free putt-putt course. There was some construction going on, but it didn't hinder us getting around and I didn't notice any excessive noises or disturbances due to it. Extremely close proximity to Disney and lots of other restaurants and fun activities. We loved staying here, only have it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the fact that they did call everyday asking us to attend a timeshare program after refusing several times. Other than that though, we would definitely stay here again!

It has very nice park, the pools are ermosa, one with game for very fun children. Golfito fields, tennis, basketball, volleyball, family bikes and pedal boats. It has a Walmart to 4 minutes and a Publix to 2. It is the second time I come, if the stay is longer than a week is highly recommended.

So our first experience was interesting. Security is good and gave us directions to check in nicely. We arrived at 2:15am so it was late and there was nobody else checking us in. It still took 30 minutes to get us checked in. They had 2-3 mistakes which needed to be fixed with our reservations which is what took time. After a few minutes the staff warmed up and seemed to be more lively and welcoming. After check in, we dropped a couple bags off in the room to initially check out the place and then went back down to get the rest of our luggage. After getting in the elevator, the door closed and the elevator didn't do anything. Hitting open didn't open the doors, hitting numbers didn't change the floor. We were stuck. For 20 minutes we sat there hitting buttons, exhausted, and semi freaking out about the fact that we we're stuck. Eventually we were able to hold the close door button down which caused the elevator to start working again. When we mentioned this to staff, they didn't seem surprised that this happened and seemed to shrug it off with basic "we will have maintenance look at it" statements. One even mentioned that this usually happens in one of the other buildings. The room overall was clean except for one of the towels which had make up on it. Fortunately, there were extra towels readily available. The other thing that we found was that just about every outlet in the room is loose. When you plug things in, your cord or item just falls out of the socket.

The location of this hotel is nice if you are going to Disney. It is only about 15 minutes away. It is also closer to some good shopping centers on 192 with good restaurants and Target and Walmart are both close by. The service is pretty good here. The room is very nice. We're staying in a 2 bedroom suite. There is plenty of space. The master suite has a king size bed and the other room has two doubles, plus a pull out couch in the living room. There is a full kitchen and a laundry closet. The pools are very nice. The kids love the slides and fountains.

Really nice resort, we booked 4 night stay, Monday to Thursday in February so the price was good. 2 bed 2 bath condo, very comfortable for 4 people, walls are a bit thin so we could hear our neighbors pretty well. The staff was wonderful, accommodating, and professional, also very friendly so it was nice. The resort is very, very close to all the Disney parks so super convenient. I would stay there again.

Very bad experience, I am staying here for two days until next Monday and I do not like, but I can not change because you can not cancel without losing the money.
Apartments poorly located upon arriving and asking for change make me wait a lot and with poor disposition and guidance.
The pools pass full and have no relation to the photos and opinions of bookin with reality.
Better I ubiese gone to another place yaque here in Orlando there are many other hotels.
I do not respect a discount coupon that I had given in previous stay in Las Vegas Yaque is if your holiday shopping shared.
Also the best located buildings facing the lake are repairing them and there is a lot of noise all day.
Find out well before you come.

Great place! The best relation cost services. The apartment is very comfortable and with all the appliances you imagine and garage… There are also pools and one of them with warm water. Bicycles and pedal boats for the lake. Basketball court, tennis and ping pong and Golfito. Mini Beach and Barbeque Sector. That's the third time we've come with the family. Place to enjoy and recommend…

For everyone and complete families near Disney, very good.

To go to the major parks of Orlando excellent are close by. Excellent apartments have everything you need in a house. Only there is no elevator and if you touch the third floor with lots of luggage it is heavy. 45 minutes from airport and good security.

The amenities are great. The hotel offers a lot of great activities for the entire family at no additional charges. The rooms are of a nice size. However, there are some bad points for this hotel. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and housekeeping is non-existent. We stayed there for a total of five days and did not see housekeeping once. I called for more towels and no one ever showed. Great thing the room had a washing machine and dryer where I could wash them myself. I give the hotel a 2.8 due to the issues that I had. I’m pretty sure everyone doesn’t go through this experience due to other high ratings.

Definitely not luxurious in any way but the staff is great, everything works outside and inside the rooms. We really enjoyed our room, very comfortable and we'll equipped. I think that the most important fact to mention is that the apartment was super clean, immaculate. Also the bedsheets were just like new. Not even 5 stars hotels have such a great bedsheets.

Very nice and comfy place! This is my third time staying here and was upgraded to a renovated 2 bedroom for free. (We paid for a 1 bedroom condo). The only thing I disliked is that the rooms are paper thin, luckily our neighbors was not loud but we still could here their conversation.

The rooms are beautiful, apartment-type, equipped and very clean.
Recommend 100% if you go to Disney World.

Pretty far commute to downtown. About 40 minutes away. Definitely need a car to get around. Had to lug my suitcase and things all the way to the building I was staying. No offer to be driven by golf cart even though a few kept driving by like they were just cruising the property. Beautiful views from the rooms. Though. Checking in wasn't that great. I wasn't given a welcome package so I didn't have much information as far as their accommodations. Definitely family oriented resort.

Being 20 and traveling on my own for the first time I was very nervous. The people working were very kind and helpful with everything I needed. I highly recommend staying here. The room was clean and spacious. It’s an easy drive to any of the Disney parks as well as close to a target! I will definitely return to this resort in the future.

This is a great getaway for families. We reserved the 2 bedroom condo which I loved the new upgrades to this place. Fully equip kitchen nothing to bring except bleach to clean. My family had more than enough room and it was nice to have quite time away from the kids. They have plenty of activities to do: volleyball, mini golf, paddle boats, basketball, a playground, and a waterpark with slides, and my children loved the pool. I give it a 4.5 stars due to the water pressure in our room wasn't that strong. Other then the water pressure issue we had no complaints. We will be booking again and planning more family functions here in the future.

Very good care and cozy but need urgent maintenance and room cleaning service, only available paying extra or once free from 14 nights. The sofa bed is very old and very uncomfortable, hard and thin mats.

What a fabulous resort! From the friendly staff to the VERY comfortable beds, lovely grounds, and fabulous amenities, we can’t wait to come back! Yes, it may be an older resort, but you’re 15 minutes from all the parks, not to mention a ton of great restaurants & shopping.

We stayed x 3 nights and it was a perfect stay PQ has full kitchen and washing machine inside the room.
It is like an apartment with several rooms, room, bathroom, kitchen and Living.
The couch made bed and I could sleep 2 more people.
There is Wi-Fi and Íncluido parking.
They leave you to the SOAP for q use with the washing machine and the dishwasher, towels for the pool, coffee, tea… the best.
Entering is like a closed neighborhood.

Excellent hotel, belonging to Diamond Resort group, but you can rent apt without owning the resort, are apartametos fully equipped with kitchen, electric lavaplatatos, coffee maker, cutlery, microwave etc has everything you need. It has 2 swimming pools, lake, boats, tennis courts, basketball, Golfito. They provide you with the balls and you need to play. It has a computer room, shop, I recommend it.

AMAZING! Got a studio room, VERY spacious, SUPER clean. It has one bedroom, full kitchen (with pans etc. ), living room with pull out sofa, and a balcony. Beautiful water park with all day fun for kids and adults as well since the bar is close by. Great location. Friendly staff. Lets just say I didn't want to leave.

Overall very enjoyable experience. Very professional and courteous staff as well as excellent service. The pools and water parks are also quite enjoyable and spacious, all the while being very relaxing (especially the hot tub near the gym). Room was clean and stocked with all the necessities with more available upon request. I will definitely consider revisiting Liki Tiki the next time I am in the area.

Conveniently located close to Disney world so if you're taking a Disney trip but can't afford the Disney resort prices I recommend this resort. My family of six stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom condo for the weekend for less than $300. The pools are great and they have a kid friendly pool with slides and a toddler area. The rooms are pretty nice with a full kitchen stocked with everything you need for cooking and there's also a stacked washer and dryer. All in all I would totally recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they're in the middle of renovating while we're here so there is outdated carpet in the lobby and wood panels missing but I suspect it won't be that way for long.

This is a good option for a low cost stay for families with small children. There is a great pool area with little slides that are great for kids up to about age 12. The rooms have washer/dryer units which are fantastic for families. The rooms themselves are very simple (read: cheap) and dated but clean. Avoid the "special gift" they offer unless you want the high pressure sales pitch on their time share mess.

Our stay here has been absolutely wonderful! The condo was amazing and roomy. We felt at home and definitely will be visiting again soon. The only bad thing I can say is the hot water in our unit wasn't very hot. However, we didn't think it to be big enough deal to call the office about either. The place was very clean and updated. We had a great view from the balcony as well. Staff was pretty friendly too. We were invited to a presentation for a $125 gift card, but my husband declined. If you are thinking about staying here… you won't be disappointed!

This is a good place for families with young children who are tired of going to theme parks and waiting in line in the summer heat. They have a mini golf, pools and water slides that our kids can't get enough of. Our rooms (condo) has all the supplies we needed so that saves us money from having to eat out all the time. The appliances were quite new, even the pots and utensils were good quality. We reheat our pizza in the oven not just the microwave. Would go back here again.

My family and I have stayed here a couple of times its a very nice place they offer activities and have a great bar and water park for the kids. Only thinga I didnt like is that there was no ice machine and that both times theyve been very pushy with the whole time share thing. I have politely declined both times but they wouldnt stop until I got rude. Other than that we love the place.

This is our second year in a row staying at Liki Tiki and we absolutely love it! They are more than accommodating and every one of their staff is professional and helpful. My kids love the water park and we love the ambiance and activities. Would recommend to any and everyone!

Excellent rooms and good service, good restaurants near the village.

Rooms are nice and spacious but the décor is just OK. The poolside is great. The bar and grill is pretty good and they have events out there for adults and children. Volleyball, bike rides, boats rides, tennis, basketball are just some of the things they offer. I they are usually included in your resort fee. Nice place overall for a vacation.

Liki Tiki is a wonderful resort! The employees were very friendly, the room was clean. The furniture was showing a lot of wear and tear, but we may have stayed in the section that hasn't yet been renovated. The balcony overlooked the woods, making an afternoon or there nice and peaceful. While slightly off the main road, it's still close enough to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and of course the attractions. The pools were closed and locked due to lightning, but were opened after the storm, giving my daughter an opportunity for a late night swim. Overall a great place to stay!

Visit them for three days and I loved.

My family and I have been visiting this resort for the past few years, (At least once a year). I just checked out of this resort this morning and to tell the truth I couldn't wait for it to be over. The staff wasn't very friendly, they weren't very organized. Check in was a nightmare, (check out was an hr earlier then what I was was made to believe over the phone). Visiting the water park was a frightful event, we were welcomed with signs that stated "PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK". The room was missing a remote control for the television. House keeping sprayed cleaning products on the tub and shower floor and wiped it with a dry cloth or something, resulting in the flooring becoming extremely slippery when taking a bath or shower. Over all this place has lost our business. Which is shameful because we really loved this place at one point.

Staff are friendly, courteous, and prompt. Nice smile on greeting with "Welcome home! " Good separation between pool, play areas and accommodations. For the older folks there buildings are well marked.

Stayed a week with my family. Great resort, especially for kids. My nieces loved the pools, especially all the water slides. The grounds were kept up very well and the suites were very roomy for a family of 7, with a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location very close to Disney parks. Would definitely recommend.

I love this place it so close to all the attractions. It also is very accommodating they will take care of your every need. The rooms are excellent very nice and fully furnished. They will help with anything you need. The bar is great also the pool, mini golf, shuffle board, surrey bikes, and daily events are nice. I'd say everything was top of the line but, if any downfall to this great place I'd have to say there isn't a shuttle bus from here to attractions you will have to drive. So other then that I will most definitely be coming back!

Great hotel. Ignore what everyone else says about it being a bad hotel. People always want something to complain about. But this resort was definitely worth way more than what we paid for! We will come back again!

Great service and really nice room. They went above and beyond. After all the bad that happens before we got to the resort. Highly recommend this place.

Service very regular room assigned to us was not contracted, smelled very bad and the furnishings were old and broken, making the claim assigned us the hired villa but will notice the bad part will get angry if you do not accept the timeshare talk. Missing 4 couple days check out get the cleaning to get us because in their system appeared that should go 4 diad before explain you but us we believed.

Stayed there with my wife, — very nice, however, resort fee was unpleasant surprise. We explored surrounding area, and did not use their amenities. Room was clean, everything working. Timeshare is different story. Promised to be out in 90 min, we were let go after whooping 4 hours. They were DETERMINED to sell us at least 2500 points deal. We persisted and stick to the plan we had originally: NO TIMESHARE PURCHASE!

Great hotel in a great location. Not very fancy inside but an amazing value for what you pay. It's basically a fully furnished 1/1 apartment for the price of a cheap hotel. Definitely gonna stay here everytime we visit Orlando!

Resort is heavily geared to families with middle-age children. The room we stayed in was nice with large kitchen and separate bedroom. Disney World and surrounding "madness" is around 15-minutes away. Restaurants within 5-minutes of the village is somewhat limited in scope. Publix supermarket is only 5-minutes away.

Very nice all. Facilities very clean and with many attractions within the complex. They were not charged us Wi-Fi. We had a problem with the contracted by take off reserve and the resort was very understandable and very us the problem fairly for us. Very pleased!. I recommend it!.

This place is hands down BONKERS! We went with the 2 bedrooms option and don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. Beautiful full kitchen, silverware and glass! Close to Disney and tons of fine dining! We're already planning our next visit!

Seriously loved it. Me and my boyfriend were looking for a mini vacation and we took a chance by going here — and we were amazed. We payed 138 for two nights. But let me tell you, it was worth way more than that. The rooms are completely updated, clean, and relaxing. They are very accommodated. They provide dishes silverware and glasses and pots for your convenience. They make sure they have an abundance of towels to provide which other hotels only give you three. The front security make you feel very safe because they check if you're supposed to be there but if you have family visiting too, they give them no trouble. They just provide a name. It's a very good family environment and we had no troubles at all. The staff was so nice and upbeat and friendly wiling to help any way that they could. I was just really impressed. This might sound far fetched but to me it isn't. — — It's the best place I've ever stayed at. — We're 20 & 21 BTW.

The rooms were very nice, had everything we need. The water park was small but the kids loved it. Over all it was great, there is enough things to do and great activities to keep you busy where you don't have to leave the resort to find something to do.

My family and I stayed there earlier this month. We're owners but hadn't visited in a while as we usually trade our week for various destinations. The resort was in fantastic shape. The unit looked to have been recently dated and was very clean and comfortable and quiet. We felt safe the whole time and found it relaxing. Didn't get pressured to attend any sales seminars (unplugging our phones as soon as we got in the room probably helped). One thing I really want to call out were the lifeguards at their water park. They were incredibly vigilant and very good with the kids. The resort has done really well with these folks and I really appreciated their hard work.

Stayed here for a week with my Fiancee and we loved it! Check it was a breeze, they even upgraded our room (due to some maintenance issues going on) from a 1 bed 1 bath to a 2 bed 2 bath condo with no extra charge! The condo was clean and VERY spacious. The pools are great, only thing is we went to the pool with some family on Sun and it was super packed we couldn't even many chairs to set our stuff on. Overall it was a great time, such a great time we forgot our check out date and ended up adding an extra day! Staff was super helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is great, tons of restaurants and shopping right up the street. I defiantly want to return next time we go to FL, I recommend this place to anyone!

I work at this location and everyone that I come in contact with are very friendly. The rooms are big, the pool is spectacular, the lakes are amazing. I recommend a visit or a great place to workk.

We have stayed here many times, and never had a bad experience. Some people are just never happy. The rooms are clean, updated and super nice. We always stay in the one bedroom, though this year we will be staying in the 2, so hopefully they are as nice. The kitchens are fully stocked, and there is a grocery store 2 miles away. We save so much money by being able to cook all of our meals there. There are whirlpool baths in all the rooms, the water park is perfect for kids, not to mention the miniature golf, paddle boats, game room, and park. We usually never leave the resort, instead spending our entire vacation doing all the things there are to do there. As for the time share sales pitch… I've never had one, no one has ever even asked us, but you ARE staying at a timeshare, so of course they are going to try and sell it. A simple "No thanks" would probably stop further solicitations. Great vacation.

Very spacious with a full kitchen. I was concerned because the room smelled musty, there were cookie crumbs left on the counter and dining room table. The hotel needs renovations. Which I found out later there are some renovated rooms. But we were placed in a old outdated rusty room. The carpet was so dirty. I made my kids keep their shoes on. The balcony was large and nice. Washer and dryer in the room a plus. Parking included in resort fees. The Water Park was awesome! Very large and many water slides. A nice kiddie play area. A playground for the kids also. Alot of shaded area by the pool to keep you from the sun. The water park was the best part.

Clean, update, comfortable, great a/c roomy nice shade trees, pool a bit crowded, but very clean.

Great HOTEL! Great customer service! Very kid friendly hotel, there are many things to do! My only complaint will be the resort fee. Also the pool closes at 7PM everyday.

Love this place! We live in Orlando and visit at least once a month. Spacious rooms and the kid loves the pool however the Karoke guy made my daugther wait 3 hours to sing again while letting other kids sing 5 to 3 songs in a row. Even letting one little girl sing 12 times we sat there half the night waiting we counted the endless amount of kids going over and over again he kept telling my child she was next and her song was loading she sat there with tears in her eyes and waited THREE hours later he finally said my child name and two more kids names at the same time as if he didnt want her to come up and sing. This is the second time he did that visiting this resort. The last time he made her wait two hours and one lady he never call so Im gone asume he dont like black kids because we watched him on two different visits do this to certin kids. However the rest of the resort is great. But my daugther loves karoke so we will find another resort that will be a little more fair to all the kids.

We stayed in a one bedroom condo for only two nights with our daughter's who are under 10. We had an amazing time and I highly recommend this resort. The on site activities are also awesome.

I read the mixed reviews and was hesitant at the 69/night price. I stayed there with my gf in October for 5 days. And we LOVED IT! the scenery is beautiful the grounds are very welcoming. The activities on the grounds were phenomenal 2 pools. And the staff was so friendly. The rooms were slightly outdated but clean, spacious and equipped with everything we need. For the price this place is worth it. I'll be visiting again this weekend.

We had SO much fun here! Wish we could have stayed longer. We bought a groupon for just the 2 nights, but they let us stay as long as wanted on the 3rd day and take advantage of their fun pools before making the trek back to the cold winter snow! My 5 year old daughter had a blast on the darkened twisty slide! We watched a movie by the pool (Box Trolls) The rooms were very comforting, clean, and spacious! We had the two bedroom, master king with jetted tub and two queen. We had a great view of one of the pools. There was mini golf, and beach volleyball. A small beach also for tanning, making sand castles. We will DEFINITELY be back! Highly recommended for families! BUT. One HUGE issue that I cannot let go though is the fact that the large slide, water park area is clearly meant for kids/young families. While my 5 year old and husband were swimming. I was sitting at a table by the pool with my 6 month old, in a huge cloud of stinky cigarette smoke. There were 4 people in there 60s smoking right beside the entrance into the pool in front of me, one after the other. Not only did we have to hold our breath getting into the pool but we couldn't sit and enjoy ourselves without wanting to gag the whole time. I asked the guy working there about rules and he said there were no rules against smoking. Wow. Its 2015 — at least have some designated smoking areas Liki Tiki! That was a big turn off.

Tried to pressure me into buying a timeshare. Told them that I was not interested as I was on vacation and wanted to take a break from "another sale pitch". Received a call the next morning at 8:30 AM from front the front desk asking if I would reconsider buying a time share. Rooms are not what is shown on the pictures on their website. You can hear everything that was going on next door like the TV and conversations. Walls seemed to be paper thin. Bed was uncomfortable. Wi-Fi from hotel has speeds of 1.5 MB, tried watching a movie on Wi-Fi and it would just buffer. Definetly would not stay there ever again.

We stayed there 2 nights. Room was clean but musty smelling. In need of an update. The amenities for children were decent. A nice little water park. 9 hole mini golf course, paddle boats, and a basketball court were some. Would stay there again if room wasn't musty.

I have to say that for the money I couldn't be any happier with choosing this resort! Be aware that you will try to get sucked in into time share selling but simply say you Arron a schedule and don't have much time or whatever! Everything else was fantastic! Guard at the gate, good cars in the parking lot, all accommodations and more amenities than listed! Very open room floor plan too.

In short, the bathroom sink leaked, the kitchen sink leaked, the jacuzzi tub had no hot water, the shower had no curtain, and we killed a roach and a sewer bug (another roach) while we were there. We won't be back! The bathroom leak was not little, it was more like a water feature! It leaked profusely. The pipes in the cabinet below were the problem; therefore all of the towels inside got wet, the floor became flooded and after clean-up (by me! ) the cabinet remained damp and dank. The hot water faucet on the jacuzzi tub was broken. It would spin but NO HOT WATER would come — — useless. Lastly, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. We called to have one installed. Upon returning late that evening from the "parks" there was still no shower curtain — — the kids showered without one. You can imagine the watery mess. Lastly, the kitchen sink faucet also leaked from behind. Those are the "leaks" — — I haven't mentioned the two roaches we found prancing in our bedroom upon arrival late at night. After a full day at the parks. There's nothing more enjoyable than a good roach hunt before bedtime! This is the second time we stay in the "Leaky" Tiki this year. The room on our previous visit had an AC problem that caused it to flood the carpet in the sofa/sitting area. The kids were splashing in it! Their solution was not to change our room but rather to have us stay in it while they attempted to dry the sopping wet carpet with a large dryer — — it was still wet when we left.

I booked this place because of the price for a week's stay. It looked good as I approached the resort. Check in was quick and painless. There was no sales pitch either. When I got to my room-which was like a small apartment, I was immediately taken aback by the carpet. I don't know if it was the color or what, but it appeared filthy. So I never walked around without socks or shoes. The bathroom fixtures and cabinetry are in dire need of renovation. I longed for a 'hot' shower the entire time I was there. The water was lukewarm. I felt I needed to buy some bleach to sanitize the Jacuzzi before I tried it-the vents were disgusting. I turned on the hot water and filled the tub. Took a while to fill and by the time I got in it, like I said, it was lukewarm. The positive points were the price I paid for the entire week, the fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, cleaning supplies), plenty of towels, the view of the lake and water park, and it was mostly quiet. Also had an in room washer/dryer that came in handy. I would spend a little more money for better accommodations. At the end of a long day, I want a hot shower and want to feel comfortable enough to take my shoes and socks off without fear of catching something. I only got two calls about attending a sales presentation. During my entire week here Yay.

They need to take better care of there owners better. Check in was terrible. Got there at 12:30 pm didn't get are room tell after 6:00pm. The grandkids loved the water park. I would never get another room on the back side of the high rise facing the woods, It was peaceful, but on the other hand check you're bed before u go to bed at night. The last night of are stay went to bed and got stung by a scorpion (must of been under my pillow) sometime during the night. Didn't feel anything, but my hand was swollen. This happen Aug 8th, and I'm still fighting this. So now I will always check the bed first. They say its harder on small children and older adults. I just thank GOD my granddaughter didn't get stung she was in the same bed. Over all the stay was good, they need to learn to take care of there owners better. And spray on the back side of the high rise by the woods. The rooms are nice. But they need up dated.

Dreadful. The room wasn't ready when we arrived so we had to wait over an hour. The staff kept telling us it would be ready in five minutes, obviously to keep us at bay. Meanwhile, they tried to pressure us into attending a timeshare presentation. Once in the room, you had to ask for everything: trash bags (only three provided for a one week stay), bathroom tissue, towels, etc. There weren't enough dishes and cooking utensils. Local calls were 75 cents. Maid service cost extra yet there was no mop or vacuum in the unit if you wanted to clean the unit yourself. There was slime in the water around the children's miniature golf course. The fire alarm malfunctioned the first night, waking us. Whenever there was a guest in the next room, you could hear their voices or TV. On the whole, I felt they were interested only in providing the minimum while pumping you for as much cash as possible. I complained to a representative at the front desk, he seemed indifferent. When I asked to speak to management, I was told nobody was available at the moment.

Really fantastic location ideal for children as well as adults, Frieendly, rooms were betw. Staff very helpful, 10 by 10 came back today and booking for next year.

Wi-Fi service is a scam, they charged me USD29.65 per week, for a service that is useless, can not be connected, that shame that a hotel of this category, still living in the stone age and do not know that this is an essential service and that other sites give it to free.
