Great Place To Be. We Are Enjoying Our Weekend Here!

In the past my family has stayed at a lot of different best westerns. Usually have absolutely no issues. Well we did here from both check in to check out. Make sure u get a receipt! We were told we owed way more than we did at check in. (plus we had already paid for the first night stay to reserve the rest before we got there). We showed up 30 mins early and was told we couldn’t check in early. (we drove from ne Iowa) spoke to another guy there as well he was waiting also and couldn’t check in. Then when we checked out the lady couldn’t find our payment details and it showed we still owed them. First off we didn’t receive a receipt when we checked in. The lady finally got ahold of the manager and then she was able to see that we had already paid. Took atleast 30 mins just to check out. Also there is a daily parking fee added to amount when u check in. We paid for 5 nights. Stayed 4. If u want a lil security at a hotel. This is not the place for u. This specific hotel anyone from street can get in the elevators. Breakfast area ect. The elevators are hot and a lil sketchy. Spelt strong pot smell most the stay. From the hallways. Elevators and balcony. The room was ok. The beds could be updated. The house cleaning staff and the lady that did the breakfast was very friendly. The best thing about this hotel is the beach! We also got the ocean front room so the view was amazing!

Rooms are great, pool & view are amazing. Most of the front desk lady’s are nice, but 3rd shift shouldn’t be working there.

Terrible experience here, office stay was not pleasant because we side does disclose all fees and policies and I was forced to park my vehicle down the street, terrible odor af marijuana all over the hotel. Trash was left in the hallway all night. Then to top it off my pillow that I slept with the whole night was covered in MOLD. Asked for a refund and got nothing not even an apology and when I called back later that evening after checking out the office staff was extremely rude and threatening to call the police if I returned to the property. Will never stay at a Best Western again.

Rooms not cleaned that good. No towels. No parking, had to park across street and was charged $15. Supposed to be a 100% smoke free but no one does and the smell of marijuana extremely, even the halls outside your room. A shame. And will not come back…

Great breakfast, friendly staff! Walking distance to Beach & Ocean Walk!

Very clean rooms with the help of a very friendly crew Hendesha was ours. Location was perfect we really only moved the car once we could walk everywhere. Being on the beach that is right there is the best part the view is spectacular. The free breakfast that comes with the room is not just coffee but great coffee and a great hot meal, bacon eggs, sausage ect… I could go on and on Kathy and Millicent took such care and pride in there food and keep the place spotless. Not only was the rooms clean but very nice updated and the most comfortable beds.

Great Customer Service!

Had our bike stolen during Biketoberfest from this hotel's motorcycle parking area. They had overnight security who supposedly didn't see a thing. No cameras. And no one from the hotel even tried to help. Also alot of illicit activity going on on the property that security also somehow didn't see. But all the guests did. Crooked staff all around period. Do not stay here.

Great location, 10-15 minute walk to bandshell, shops, and restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms/suites — — we had a fairly large fridge, microwave, stove, plates, utensils, and a balcony! Friendly staff. Decent hot, free breakfast with plenty of choices. The breakfast ladies are hard workers.

We have just booked in and our room backs onto to an Electrical Cupboard where a Contactor is buzzing that load it’s vibrating into our room and too noisy, we will never get any sleep here tonight, hotel only have upgraded rooms and will only move us if we pay an extra $25 a night plus tax and fees, the room we have is not fit for sale and should not be offered to paying guests. If you are offered room 207 then refuse it. The girl on reception has tried to contact the manager but his/her phone is off and the hotel does not have anybody on site capable of making decisions which is very disappointing. I will be demanding a full refund when the manager returns tomorrow as this is appalling.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I was on the “city view” side which should be called the parking lot view… BUT… the room made up for it… it was beautiful and comfortable and amazingly quiet. I would definitely go back!

Very clean updated rooms, we had two. We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute of it. Walked to most everything we did because it was close and safe at night! We will be back again, thank you all for a great place to stay while on our travels.

Monday around 7-8PM. There was a incident between 2 people. I am not sure these people were staying at the hotel but they got really violent. One took out the knife and tried to stab the other one. This Hotel does not have a security but the maintenance man George was by the pool fixing chairs and stuff, when he heard the sound of violence he ran over and defused the men with a knife. I'm still shocked to see how he managed to do this but Looking at this made me feel safe and everyone else who was watching the same thing. He has been very nice to everyone who's been staying here and I was worried to see him do his best to save someones life. Best Western needs to get security here for the sake of customers safety.

We loved the beach access, the pool, and the room. Housekeeping puts makeup remover wipes in the bathrooms — I can't express how much I loved that, since I had forgotten mine. Breakfast every morning was great. I loved the options every day, and the 2 ladies running the breakfast room during the week we were there were so amazing. Very customer service oriented, clearing plates, refilling drinks, and offering newspapers to everyone. Could not have had a better vacation!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the view from our balcony. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant. We had a positive experience until I went home and woke up with bed bug bites! My husband and I have never had any kind of infestation. We stayed in room 226 which was a double queen and slept in one bed one night and then slept on the other bed another night and woke up the next day at home with bites all over. It has been so unpleasant having to go to urgent care and hire a professional exterminator to make sure we didnt carry them into the house. My husband had a few but I got the worst of it. Its heartbreaking because we planned on returning there but we do not trust that it will be sanitary. I hope management takes better measures to make sure everything is clean and sanitary. Its terrible to worry about these things while on vacation : (

Breakfast was pretty good with exception of the biscuits and gravy the biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks. Have to get there early because it gets very crowded, but for the most part very good hotel breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. They were updating the patio doors on the rooms when we were there so there was A LOT of noise that started everyday at 9:00 am! THIS IS MY VACATION! and no mention of that when we made our reservation! There was some kind of water leak on the second floor the second day we were there so we went half a day without water. Will say never saw a single bug anywhere in the hotel!

Not shabby! My room was renovated. Fresh paint, new glass doors and an amazing view. The staff wasn't knocking on the door at 8:00AM like other hotels in the area. The room was cleaned between 11am and 2pm. The clerk was amazing she allowed us an early check in. Upon departure items were forgotten. One phone call and she secured our items while we returned.

You get what you pay for. Not bad but the hotel is old. The sliding door jams, the hall and elevators have no a/c, There is no hot tub, the eating area seats maybe 30 so we ate upstairs (but the breakfast was good). And as far as the staff… they were amazing! very polite, helpful, there is one girl that works in the kitchen but was also by the pool handing out water bottles. She needs a raise. The house keeper on the 5th floor was very nice and polite. But you can tell that management is rude to them. Best part about the stay was the friendly staff.

I stayed with my JROTC teams for one week, we took up an entire floor and the staff were so nice to all 57 of us. The beds are comfortable and the views are amazing. We stay in the same hotel for nationals every year with the same amount of people for a reason, we lobe it here!

Loved staying here! We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon. We had arrived earlier than check in and they got our room prepared for us within a couple hours. The staff is very polite and always willing to help! Would love to come back again!

Only able to stay one night but I can't say enough about how perfect it was. Hotel was wonderful, beds were very comfortable, and room was spotless-very clean. I wanted at be up high so they put me on the 5th floor the view was amazing and it is close enough to walk to the Board Walk-less than a mile. The beach was beautiful. The pool area was great as well. No one could ask for a nicer place to stay. I will stay there again the next time I'm in Daytona. Thank you Best Western for a wonderful stay. Had the distinct honor to be served by the most gracious and hospitable hotel staff that I have ever encountered at Best Western. The service culture of this establishment is like none I have ever seen. From having our room upgraded, a maintenance request that was addressed almost instantly, and having the best breakfast that was fresh and delicious. Every detail about this hotel is embodied proudly and displayed humbly by the staff and the leadership.

I loved the atmosphere and people the most at the hotel. Only a few things could use a little work but I won't focus on that too much. The sliding door in our room wasn't locked when we arrived and didn't lock at all. I notified the front desk staff (Millie). I felt no need to be alarmed because I'm from Detroit, LOL. The mirrored closet door was off track and quite dangerous "if" there were small children around. Everything else about the hotel stay was great though! Clean room, friendly staff, and yummy breakfast. Nice pool too. The view from our was breathtaking. We loved having a pizza place and liquor store directly across the street from here. We will have to look this place up again when we return to Daytona Beach.

Got a room on second floor with a balcony facing the parking lot. Stayed for 4 nights. First night we only had a wash cloth and hand towel in the room and no other towels. The next night we realized housekeeping had thrown away most of our half used toiletries and didn't replenish. The third night we finally realized and discovered that our slider didn't shut all the way and we could hear the late night talks in the parking lot below. Room was okay. Some stains on the floor, bottom of some furniture looked completely rotted out at the feet. Had a room that had a connecting door and I could practically hear their entire conversation and they definitely weren't yelling. Pipes or something in the wall made this terrifying groaning noise that would waken us from time to time. Seems like they are trying to keep up with things and maybe are focusing more on the ocean side rooms. It did seem like they were trying to keep up with cleaning of the common areas. Breakfast was okay, the breakfast lady was very nice and attentive sometimes coming around checking on us and clearing tables. Even brought a lady next to us a new fork that broke. Cheap quality plastic utensils, we broke 3 forks and saw a few others with the same issue too. Wi-Fi was spotty. Parking lot was apt to get full quickly but we always managed to snag a spot. The pool and pool area definitely seemed clean. The pool had a wheelchair lift too. There was a set of stairs down to the beach from the pool area.

This hotel was within walking distance of the beach. Hotel staff was very nice. The rooms we had, 3 in total. We're not representative of the photos online. The rooms smelled like weed. One toilet only flushed if you turned off the water and then back on. We also found drug paraphernalia under a bed. Will not return.

The front desk staff were super nice, but when we walked into our first room and the AC unit was torn apart with a blower running on the floor. It smelled like mold and was disgusting. We walked right back out and got a new room. Our next room smelled like weed, but it wasn't too terribly bad. We went down to the beach for a few hours and then dinner. When we got back, we started noticing things. There was no remote for the TV and the maintenance guy was upset that had to bring a remote. He left quickly after making sure it turned the TV on, but when we used it, it didn't operate anything but the power. The toilet tank doesn't refill water unless you turn the water off and on again at the valve, plus it had a small leak. We found trash behind both nightstands. The only positive thing about the room was that the bed was confortable. The breakfast had some decent food but it was poorly tended, and in an extremely cramped, tight area. Bottom line, we will never stay here again.

How are you going to rent a room that sleeps 4, 1 king with pullout couch and have no extra pillows and blankets for the pull out. Not just in the room but none in the entire hotel. Staff is extremely rude when asked why there are none available. Shantee was the woman working the front desk. So rude she would not even get off her cell phone while dealing with customers. For the price this place charges you can do much better elsewhere! This was not even on a busy night. I would not recommend this hotel.

Most of the reviews I read about this hotel is giving it good customer service and good room for cleanliness but maybe I just came on the wrong day. In order for you to get 5 stars you have to have good customer service and a good room. I'm giving it a 2 star because the staffs were really rude, and that feeling of uncomfortableness was definitely in the air. As for the room, yes! I agree on the cleanliness.

At first me and my friend were loving the hotel and the service until we checked out. Before we booked our room we told them we would be checking out late, then we notified them once we arrived we would be checking out late and then we notified them once again the night before we had to check out we would we doing late check out. When the day came to do late check out they told us they had nothing written down that we were having late check out and told us that they couldn’t give us late check out and would have to pay a fee for another room at a different price for late check out. Meanwhile we notified them 3 or 4 times that we would be checking out late. In my opinion that is very unprofessional of the staff and the company for this to happen. I’ve stayed at multiple best western and now because of this experience I will not come back to any best western.

The cleanliness, the ocean, the staff, the proximity, everything is perfect.

I was surprised at how quiet the room was. There were some loud vacationers in nearby rooms, but with the door closed it was no problem. Clean room, nice pool and nice view from the waterfront room. Nice breakfast too. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was very simple and professional checking in and out. Rooms were clean and service was good. Breakfast had lots of options and was really good. We had a shower head that wasn't working very well and they exceeded my expectations of getting one and replacing it within 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and was an overall great place to stay. Would definitely book it again if I go to Daytona again.

What can I say about this place other than we just didn't like it. WE LOVED IT! The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds just make you feel as if you were sleeping in between two angels from Heaven holding clouds for you to sleep on, the breakfast made me feel like a schoolboy when mama used to make all the fixins on Sunday mornings, the ocean view was breathtaking (and I know about things that take your breath) and the entire staff treated us like family the whole time. The GM, Leah, was so great to us, that she seems to have fallen straight from the stars, with stellar kindness. Just be aware that when you talk to her, she is a little short, so watch for neck sprain. I'll definitely be back!

Traveled to Daytona Beach to go to the Daytona 500. The hotel is right on the beach and only about a 10 minute drive to the Daytona Speedway. Although the décor is your typical beachy, Florida vibe and a little dated, the staff are wonderful and friendly. Miss Pat, the breakfast hostess, greeted every guest with a warm smile and kind word. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

The beach was right out the door, beautiful sunrise and sunset. Rooms were decent and a really good price. Elevator permit was expired tho, and they close the pool whenever the person wants to, could be 7 pm one day and 10 pm the next day.

The desk ladies were rude. I got stuck in their elevator for 10 min and called them at the front desk 11 times and no one would answer then when my boyfriend finally gets me unstuck I called the front desk again from my room 10 more times with no answer. So I walked down the stairs to the front desk and asked if their phones were broke and the lady replied no I’ve just been super busy… so I said you could have answered the phone and put me on hold. Then I tell them about the elevator and they say “ oh that happens sometimes” so put a sign on it and lock it! Very unprofessional. The cleaning staff were all very nice and friendly though.

If you are looking for a nice affordable room, this is your place. Our was was clean, breakfast was awesome, and our room was picked up very nicely. Great job house-keeping. I felt very secure, there was security on premises all night walking around. Great place.

Very nice stay! We can not complain at all we had a nice ocean view room with a balcony and a jetted tub which I soaked in every morning and night it’s huge I loved it! The bed was very comfortable as well! We had breakfast every morning there. There is a very good selection of food and the workers keep everything full right up till the end of breakfast being served. They are very friendly and helpful on things to see as well! If you need a hotel I would check into this one I’m not just saying this it’s really not a bad place!

Fairly priced, clean, and an awesome view of the Atlantic Ocean from my balcony. The staff was very professional and courteous. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I visit or work in Daytona Beach.

Very disappointed… made reservation months ago, asked for the same room we had last year… 3rd floor, middle of the floor looking right out at the beach. Got here about an hour ago… we are one floor up and over toward the elevator so when we go out on the balcony we're angled and see the lights of the Super 8 next door… also the balcony door can barely be opened. Very bad treatment of a platinum card holder. Probably would have gotten a better room if we just walked in and asked for a room this afternoon. So glad we made advanced reservations and also talked your place up to others.

The room I reserved had a kitchenette however no point in having this if they don't include pots, pans, or silverware. Who travels with these things? Parking is a bit tricky most vehicles will have a hard time parking as the lot is very tight. Room is clean and spacious however if you are looking to make a small meal in your room then you are better of going somewhere else that supplies the materials needed. Wasn't expecting to make a gourmet meal just some Mac and cheese for the kids still ending up ordering pizza…

We arrived Sunday afternoon at BW. We were offered a great price for an oceanfront room. Room was large, 2 queens, clean. We could not have been happier after the long trip from NH!
Oh we also have a free great breakfast from 7-10:30! Wish we could have spent a few more days here! Great staff also. ❤️

The hotel was a little run down. But, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and mostly helpful. It was also nice to sit out on the balcony facing the ocean. The only inconvenience was the fact that none of the ice machines in the hotel were working. Unfortunately, we did not find that out until the end of the night when we got back to our room and were too tired to go back out and get some ice. However, I would stay there again but, would ask about the ice machine and prepare ahead of time if I stayed there again.

At first I liked it because it was cozy and not small but then my husband killed a bug the size of his thumb. Then later I spotted a roach. Its cousin. Now I'm not sure about coming back. One thing is for sure. I know to always bring my own cleaning supply to clean up after and before ourselves.

The General Manager and the supervisor was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was closed and considering that was a big part of why we was staying and not to mention it's right on the beach… the two women upgraded our room to a ocean view with a balcony. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed another night. The room was clean and comfortable with alot of room. The breakfast was good and the staff was extremely nice. Even though the pool was closed we was able to use a neighbor hotel pool. I would highly recommended this hotel to anyone. We will definitely be back when we in town again. Thank you very much hotel front desk girls for a great visit. Also loved how they remembered us and joked with us everytime they saw us.

Customer service was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was out of service for a few days but we were offered passage to their sister hotel's pool only a few hotels down the beach. Beautiful ocean views!

Parking is small and cramped. Check-in was easy. Room was larger then expected. There was a lot of patchwork on the walls and window areas. The windows and sliding door shook loudly all night unless there were completely open. While in the kitchen a roach came out from under the fridge and there were a couple ants on the counters. The bed was nice and comfy. The couch is plastic feeling, fuctional but not comfortable.

WORST OF THE WORST! Staff are liars. Thieves. Did I mention LIARS! We left a few items in the room by mistake, was gone only 2 hours when staff said someone had already checked into that room (just the start of the lies). When asked how could someone have checked in when we just left… Anyhow… called several times within a few hours just to get one lie after another lie. Do not stay here! unless you want cellphone, clothes, bags stolen! worst place in daytona beach! buyer beware!

The hotel had a nice sized room and was really clean. The pool was nice but had a few leaves in it. The beach acess was nice. The hotel was with in walking distance of a few clubs and a stores. The elevator smelled funny and the hall smelled like wet carpet. Luckily the room smelled very clean and fresh. I also liked that they had parking under the hotel in the shade to keep the car cool (since my car is all black, this was a great feature. ) Overall we'd probably stay here again.

I am disappointed in the overall hotel because of the condition of the hotel. It is in serious need of a remodel and fast. I had the king room with the tub in the living room area which okay because it made the room feel large. The patio door was off track and so hard to open that we had to squeeze ourselves out of it through a small opening. The AC unit outside was broken and the door on it was swinging open. The elevators were so small that only about 4 of us could fit on it at one time and there was no AC on it. The parking lot was also small so get there early in order to have a parking space. The overall feel of the hotel was just small, old and run down to be honest. I expected more since my room was $219 a night plus they held another $35 on my credit card once I got there. It would of been a fair price if they were only charging $119 not $219. I did enjoy the view from the room and the easy access to the beach.

Wonderful staff. Thank you Shaniece and Yvette at the front desk as well. The pool is a nice size and is clean. Breakfast is continental with eggs (boiled) and scrambled. There was also soy milk, yogurt, apples and oranges. The breakfast manager, Ms. Jane was wonderfully accommodating and friendly. She even carried food over to your table, if your hands were full.

The Breakfast was amazing. The ladies that worked in the breakfast lobby were extremely helpful and kept up with cleanliness throughout the morning. The hotel would not accommodate me on parking. I booked the hotel myself and just so happen my family arrived before me which left me to park in the parking garage and cost me $40 extra from the $400 I already paid for the rooms. Overall the hotel was a nice stay, very clean.

Surprisingly nice and affordable. Stayed here one night while air being repaired in my home. Clean rooms and ocean view rooms available for small upgrade fee. Service at the front desk was slow because they only had one person working but customer service was great once it was my turn.

Staff was beyond pleasant and very accommodating to our wishes. Rooms were big and comfy and the view was worth the price. Not to mention the hot tubs in the room and balconies on each room. Perfect view of fireworks at boardwalk.

This is a five star place. The service was fantastic. The room was very clean, comfortable and cozy. The bed was very comfortable the staff was fantastic. Took great care of our room. The breakfast was different every day, served hot and something for everyone taste. Check in and out was easy, very friendly staff I can't wait to stay again. Loved our time here a great place to stay.

This hotel was a little older but comfortable none the less. The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean and the fireworks over the pier. The biggest drawback was that they only allow one vehicle to park per room and the parking lot is very small and not easy to move around in a larger vehicle. Staff was friendly and the lobby coffee was always available.

Great price for being on the beach! This place was beautifully maintained, clean, comfortable and all who work there are really friendly! It was my birthday and the front desk attendant went above and beyond with a couple of fresh baked cookies and a song. It was so sweet. In the morning, we were impressed with the breakfast spread as it had quite a yummy selection! Pam, the lady working the area, was also super friendly and offered to clear our plates for us. All in all, I definitely would recommend anyone to stay here, and look forward to going back again some day!

This place had the best customer service I've seen in a long time. Breakfast was great, the lady that works in the breakfast area was wonderful. The pool and beach are right there for you. Only about a mile walk, if that to the boardwalk. Room was clean, no smells or noises. We will definitely stay here again!

Were here for the Ferrari Mondiali event at the Speedway. We booked in advance so I was a bit worried as my previous experience with best western elsewhere years ago was lack luster at best. But the rate and online reviews, I couldnt turn it down.
And im glad I didnt.
This room is great. The staff are wonderful, if any ones having a bad day, I cant tell. The shower I just had, im ready to take again.
You guys have made an amazing weekend for me that much more comfortable. Really do feel spoiled.

Hotel was mediocre at best. My friends and I arrived, in a team of 6 people expecting our large suite that we paid for ahead of time to be behind the door. Instead we found one small room with 2 beds which was obviously not big enough or what we paid for. We then brought this to the attention of the manager who treated us very rudely and with little to no respect. He proceeded to tell us that we could either cancel our hotel and find a new one or buy another room. We were obviously pretty upset because what we paid for was not what we were given. Finally, the staff realized their mistake and placed us in the right room the next day. The room was fairly clean but pretty run down. The bedroom was missing a TV which we were told would be replaced but somehow never came. The only silverware provided was one knife and one spoon. The spare sheets were filled with crumbs and hairs, obviously not clean! Only 4 towels were provided so when we called the front desk we were questioned about why we needed the towels and told that we would have to retrieve them ourselves. The staff was extremely rude and uninformed. Several of our items went missing, And we were treated very poorly. The whole floor smelled like weed the whole stay or very strong carpet freshner. Only one elevator worked and it was so slow and hot, we had to take the fire escapes down the whole entire time. We were yelled at when asked about our missing items.

My husband booked a suite at this hotel for this past weekend. When arriving we checked in and went to our room to find that they gave us the wrong room. When we notified the staff, which was really rude, they had said that because we had booked through third party company they weren't aware that the room was already booked and gave the room to someone else. We couldn't believe they were telling us this considering right after my husband made the reservation he called the hotel to make sure that we were guaranteed that specific room and the same lady we were speaking to when we got there was the same lady that he had spoke to on the phone the day before. We have a 8 month old baby was the main reason for getting a room with a separate bedroom so my husband and I could watch TV and relax and not disturb her. After about 45 min going back and forth they finally said they could put us in a slightly bigger room than the first but it still wouldn't be the same one we reserved. I also want to add that in that hour of going back and forth with the staff there I was still being charged for the room that I first booked, they never even mentioned to me about lower price to room that we were actually getting. Also I was told that the money wasn't takin out of my account, which we all know that even tho the charge will be pending for at least a day afterwards it is still considered as takin out so we couldn't book a room at a different hotel.

Just got back from our 3 day annual family reunion and quite frankly I was very disappointed and upset when we arrived and our reservations were not held. It took some time to figure out what went wrong. But through it all, I would like to thank the front desk personal Ms. Blaze for her diligence and professionalism in taking care of us. As upset as I was, I really appreciate everything that she, her manager, other staff members who so patiently handle the situation. There were a lot of other guest who were waiting, but the entire staff worked so hard to take care of every guest with the upmost respect. In the end, we were all accommodated and our stay was worth it. The hotel was awesome and I would return again. I want to apologize to the staff for being so upset, but we had drove 6 hours and was ready to relax and enjoy our stay. We were caught off guard with the mix-up with the reservations. Overall, we had the best time ever!

This is our second stay within 2 weeks. We have enjoyed ourselves and the hotel was wonderful. Great room, great breakfast, great service from everyone. Very laid back hotel who wants you to enjoy your stay. This is my new go to hotel when we want to enjoy ourselves. Thank you best western seabrezze we will be back and will recommend to our family and friends. Can't wait until next time.

Front desk staff extremely "RUDE". African american girl at the front desk on Saturday needs retraining on workplace professionalism and company expectations. Possibly would stay, however if presented with this individual I will not stay. Overall my family enjoyed themselves besides a broken A/C, having to beg for towels and rude guess services rep. For your company continued growth and success I would recommend you evaluating your current situation. Breakfast was great. I'm only giving a one because of the front desk experience on several occasions.

Just got back from a 3 night stay. We booked the king suite & the room was very nice and clean. Although it could've used another trashcan. Housekeeping daily. The view was great and the hotel was walking distance to the boardwalk. Nice clean pool. And they had a small, but filling breakfast every morning. I'd definitely stay again, and would recommend to anyone!

Rooms were ok, but had two separate vehicles since we were meeting family there front desk only gave us one parking pass making us park somewhere else. They def need something stating one car per room before you book.

The rooms were nice and we didn't hear our neighbors. Smelling neighbors smoking from the balcony was a bit of a downer. Plenty of parking and the view was just fine.

BEWARE! Not only will you not get what you pay for, you might not get anything at all. I booked this hotel in January for a stay in April. Guaranteed my reservation with a credit card. The day before my check in date, I received a phone call from the hotel telling me that they had received a large group booking, and as a result, could not honor my reservation and were cancelling it. They told me that a hotel 1.8 miles away could accommodate me and that I needed to call them to make a reservation, and if there was an increase in rate, they would cover that. There was NO offer of compensation, no other resolution, no acceptable solution or options offered. Just cancelled. Less than 24 hours before check in. On a reservation made 3 months earlier. First, I reserved THAT hotel, as it was the location I needed, next to an event I was attending. Second, I made an advance reservation and guarantee with a credit card because I NEEDED and wanted the guaranteed room AT THAT HOTEL. Third, the hotel that told me to call as my only option of lodging, (and everything else was completely booked within miles), had a ONE STAR rating on every travel site. So, I reserved a hotel with a three + star rating on all sites, 3 months IN ADVANCE, who cancelled my reservation less than 24 hours from arrival and shuffled me to a DUMP without ANY compensation or concern for the stress or inconvenience of this.

Booked our stay for spring break here, they still advertise that they are "pet friendly" but after we booked we were notified that they were no longer per friendly, even though it still clearly states it online. Now we have to make separate arrangements for our dog. Not updating policies is shameful on your part. Thanks.

I was not very happy with the hotel and their service. The hotel had a nasty musty moldy smell. We never received any housekeeping service… trash was overflowing… had to ask for towels to shower. Our balcony door didn't work right. THEN to top it all off I found a large roach at the sliding glass door and was told it was a beetle known to florida and they r all over florida and it didn't mean they weren't clean. They still never came to remove it from my room after I complained. Would not recommend this hotel.

Nice beach view and the room was nice but there were fleas and bugs in the room. Pillows, sheets and towels looked dirty.

Diamond member review. Pretty nice hotel for an ocean front. Clean, comfortable, good pillows, no trailer parking, decent location, friendly staff, garbage breakfast.

I would like to start with saying that the staff were all exceptional! Our issue was with the carpet in our room. Our feet were so dirty on the bottoms after just a few hours of arriving. Secondly, there was mold around the shower. Breakfast was good but the layout was bad causing extreme crowding. It was very hard to get food and forget getting a table. On the other hand, the lady who handles the food, cleaning and stocking did an amazing job of trying to please each guest She is a true asset. One other very positive experience was your pool entertainment with Aaron. He did an absolutely amazing job of keeping the guests entertained and happy. He is another tremendous asset to your facility. Thankfully he was there to make it pleasant as there was a very large group of people who congregated on the deck by the bbq grill for a cookout, many of whom were parked on the beach and without wrist bands. We ended up leaving because they became very rowdy and intrusive. Somebody really should monitor the bracelets to ensure everyone is an actual guest. We saw quite a few people coming up from the beach to clean off in the pool. Despite all of this, I can honestly say it was your staff that redeemed our faith in your hotel. They truly made the stay worth wild otherwise you are merely a seemingly low budget hotel. It is your staff that makes your hotel a great place to stay.

Nice rooms! Couldn't believe how nice everything was. Pool is a little run down but overall good hotel. Daytona as a whole is a little trashy as both dirty and the people that are around there. This area is not bike friendly but I did enjoy the short drive and taking the 90 minute tour of Daytona Speedway.

BED BUGS FIRST NIGHT I was eaten alive by bed bugs the first night, over 50+ bites. When asked to switch rooms they were very rude and moved me to the room next door. The front desk was rude about it and the manager was even worst, I was not compensated for anything.

I have booked a ocean view suite for two nghts in one week advanced. At check in there were no ocean view suites were available for that day. My children were really disappinted, so they prommised me to give me a ocean view suite on the next day morning, I went to the front desk with my children. To talk to them about changing the room. I was talking to the front desk person (Peggy Sue) about thire mixedup on my booking, and I was trying to explain to her about my resevation. She was rude and told me to "f**k off and check out from here if you dont like. And we have no ocean view rooms available. She used bad language in front of my children. At the time I have no choice but stay there for the second night. Next morning when I was going to check out I have spoke to the manager of the hotel, she was very rude too, she said now you are checking out, why bother complain just check out, I did not want to ruin the rest of my vacation. Then I left.

I stayed here while on business and will never return. There was a large group of kids who stayed up late, filled the very small breakfast area and knocked on my door when I slept. The fire alarm went off at 11:00 and we had to stay out for up to and hour while the fire dept. Was called to check things out. I found a spider in my bath tube and a used wet wash cloth in my cloths closet.
