We had a great vacation and unit 405 was beautiful. Great pool and hot tub. Easy access to the beach and walkable to a lot of restaurants.

We stayed at Gulf Strand in unit 403 last August 2019. Betty was amazing to work with! Great location! Our unit was really nice. There was beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the unit for us to use which was great! We are going back in May! This time staying in 402! Can't wait!

It’s my 5th stay at Gulf Strand and the location could not be better — right on the beach, close to Chris’ Bar on the fabulous St Pete Beach. I highly recommend these condos — get as high a floor, as close to the front as possible, for the best views of the beach. I’ll be back.

Never disappoints we've stayed here for 3 or 4 years now usually, over the 4th of July and it's been wonderful! great location to everything favorite place on St Pete Beach.

We love the spacious condominium. The view of the beach from our balcony is breathtaking and we never tire of the gorgeous sunsets! Betty in the office is always so helpful with managing our booking. We look forward to seeing her every year! The pool and surrounding areas are well maintained. Plus it's so close to all the restaurants and amenities (Publix, etc). It's like coming home for us every year!

We use to stay at all the different hotels on the beach and then our friends… the Supples told us about this great condo… been coming here ever since.
We have stayed in several different rooms and everyone of them is great… very comfortable… home away from home.
And no one could be more helpful or friendlier then Betty. Anything you need she bends over backwards to accommodate you.

Having another wonderful stay at the Gulf Strand Resort. The red tide seems to be gone. The beach is gorgeous.
We are staying in a beautiful room. Every room here is decorated so nice with updated appliances, countertops, and bathrooms. You can’t go wrong no matter which room you select. We are locals who’ve been coming here for 10 years. The staff is fantastic. Just this morning I notified the office that our front door was sticking and hard to open. The maintenance man fixed it already! Thanks for another great stay! Call today and Miss Betty will take care of you.

We've been coming to Gulf Strand for many many years & was pleasantly surprised at the new upgrades & additions, thank you to the new owners of unit The manager Betty is absolutely the BEST! Her friendly communication throughout the year & upon arrival is greatly appreciated, she has top notch customer service skills & makes everything run smoothly! Unit 402 has the best views of the beach where we spend most of our time. Comfy bed & with the sliding glass door in the bedroom, you can listen to the waves of the ocean, very relaxing. The kitchen is stocked with everything a person can ever want, the grocery store is across the street within walking distance plus other places to eat, two full bathrooms make things handy, newly painted with a pastel aqua blue & new bedding is a plus. Parking is covered & the elevator makes it easy when you have groceries or beach toys, the pool is heated & cleaned daily & has a lot of lounge chairs plus a hot tub. The white sandy beach is just within steps of the property and sunsets are the best watching from your balcony or from the beach. Great place and we have our 2019 trip already on the books, thanks to Betty!

Just what you need for an enjoyable vacation. Clean and comfy room. Beds a little hard but I could deal with it. Right on the beach. Pool, Jacuzzi, clean gas grills. Nice shaded area to enjoy outdoor BBQ. Great views of the Gulf. Beach just past pool area. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Very family friendly! We will be back and thanks for everything!

Room was very nice! Very nice place on such a beautiful beach! Every room has a private balcony and a beach view of some kind. Managment was very helpful! I will definitely be back. Parking is limited but it is right next to public beach access parking lot. Close to publix and many restaurants.

This resort is directly on St Pete Beach. It is always well kept with an outdoor pool and spa. The management is available to help if any issues arise. It's also close to restaurants and within driving distance of lots of entertainment.

The resort is well maintained and has a great location. Our family rented two different units on the same floor. The one we rented was a physical mess! Many, many problems. The guest book in the unit detailed all of same issues two years ago and they had not been repaired. Our other family members' unit was beautiful and well maintained for the same price. We informed the office manager and provided a detailed list of problems. We received no response from the owner. I assume the unit is in the same condition. The management office was as responsive as the could have been. Clearly we will not stay in that unit again. The resort as a whole is just fine!

I stayed here years ago. The price then was great and the place was very spacious. One of these days I will return.

We love it here the beach is calm and a lot of fun.

So much more room than a motel room for the same price!

Room overlooking a beautiful world class beach with views extending for miles in both directions. Public access to parking and beach next door for local friends and family to meet up of needed. Plenty of food and dining within walking distance.
