We stayed here and did not enjoy it at all! Customer service was very unprofessional and not personable. There is a sales person named Mike, who is sitting at the guest desk pressuring visitors with free jet ski, sunset cruise and other "free experiences" don't fall for it like we did. It’s sales pitch and waste of time. He works for (Arcadia resorts) Beds/pillows very uncomfortable and squeaky. Air conditioner has no auto, you'll always want to keep pushing it every so often to actually get the room cool enough. If I knew this, I would of went to the Edge right next door. Screw this place. Save your money, steer the other way! ZERO IF I COULD!

After many visits to this hotel over the years, this time I was very disappointed. Hotel looking very tired and dated. Hygiene standards are just not up to scratch. Only basic buffet available for breakfast which was very limited. No basics like cereal. Location and sunsets are fantastic but the rest was a disappointment.

Our family just got back from a wonderful experience here! My family of 4 drove from PA and other family went by plane. The rooms may not be super updated but they are still nice & clean. The maid service was above and beyond our expectations. Our view was absolutely amazing from our balcony. Nothing can beat the location with many restaurants and bars around and multiple close beaches nearby to choose from. This was our first time here and hopefully not our last. Thank you!

My wife had the worst experience at the pool today. Was verbally attacked by this guy (Brian) that called him a pool manager. Using the F word multiple times towards my wife and her female friends. After he was done verbally attacking my wife and her friend he continued to talk about them to other customers that they were setting in the bar. When my wife confronted him and asked him if he is really talking about them. He said yes I do and I don’t f**ing care. I can’t believe that your company will tolerate this kind of behavior. But I guarantee you I will not. This is my first action. Tomorrow I will be calling your corp office and then I will take it from there if we don’t get a proper Resolutions.

It was a great place to stay. It was quiet for being right on in the beach area. The staff was nice and helpful. They straightened and cleaned my room daily. Can't say anything bad.

We had a blast at the hotel. Although my wallet did get stolen the first night at Jimmys. The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel is clean.

I forgot my wallet behind in the room. The housekeeper and GM (christine) were extremely helpful. Such honest kind people to get a hold of me and get my belongings back to me. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to feel safe and be surrounded by good people with good morals.

Everything is great here the hotel the staff the facilities the location, Id defiantly recommend this place to anyone! it's got everything you need! We are on our honeymoon and have a beautiful room with beautiful views! Gary at reception has been very helpful also so a big thank you to him and all the other staff for making our stay so far a wonderful one.

We were booked for 2 nights for a promotion my boyfriend received from a furniture purchase. Upon arrival, we asked about upgrading our room since he is a rewards member. Robert was great and upgraded us to an ocean view room.
We unlocked the door and were so excited to see we had the best room in the hotel, a corner junior suite on the 7th floor with a full kitchen. Pool and ocean view on one side, beautiful ocean view from the balcony. We loved the room so much after the first night, we booked an additional 2 nights.
Jimmy's Fish House was right downstairs which made it very easy to grab some food when we didn't feel like leaving.
The pool was amazing and clean which we swam in every evening.
The beach, restaurants and stores are all within walking distance. Staff was great and Robert spoiled us with that room. We will definitely return because this was by far a great hotel and our favorite. Can't wait to be back. See you soon!

Clean but outdated. Nothing to write home about. Only 5 minutes walk to excellent public beach. Jimmy’s restaurant downstairs offers standard breakfast menu. Kids eat free with two ordering adults (if ordering from kids menu) which is great if trying to feed 4 kids. If kids order from adult menu they get 20% discount. No comments regarding lunch or dinner. Did not have a chance to try.

We stayed for 3 nights in a King gulf front room. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well kept our room was. The cleaning crew came in and cleaned every morning after we left for breakfast and by the time we returned to go sunning it was all clean! Also another pleasant surprise was that there were no hidden charges. The pool and Jimmy's Fishouse were great. Thanks for a great escape for a few days!

This hotel is on the older side of life and needs some updating, but still has some good amenities. The pool area over looks the Gulf as well as the restaurant which has great food and great entertainment! The beach is a 5 minute walk from the entrance of the hotel. The beaches in the area are very fine white sand, which I think we made from quartz, because even on a day that's in the 90s it was still tolerable to the bottoms of your feet. The staff at the hotel is very welcoming and knowledgeable.

My wife and I just spent two nights at this hotel, location is great, friendly staff, close to beach and restaurants. The room we were in was very dated, barely any space on bathroom counter, it had an old in wall air conditioner that was somewhat noisy all night. The King bed dipped in the middle and we found ourselves pressed together a few times during the night, this was ridiculous for the rate you pay. House keeping did not show up until 4:00 pm on our second day and then only after we called to have towels replaced. The smell of Marijuana filled our room one night because a guest of the hotel decided to light up outside our room by the AC unit that sucked it in to our room, this was not the Hotels fault though. This Hotel is long overdue for a renovation and I will not stay here in the future. Knowing what I know now I would not have booked this a Hotel.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Suites at Clearwater Beach the weekend before July 4th. We arrived Sat. Afternoon around 4:30. Our first night was fine we attending a birthday party at Hotel Restaurant. The next day we spent enjoying Clearwater Beach with Friends. Our, room was cleaned late on Sunday afternoon. Bath towels were kept below the sink cabinet. Bathroom is very small. Sunday evening I decided to take a shower before going to sleep that night when I found we had zero bath towels under the sink. My wife apparently had used the only one in the room earlier in the evening. So I called the front desk around 11pm to ask for bath towels. I was then told that I had to go down to the front desk to get them “ I’m the only one in the hotel, So if you want bath towels you have to come get them”. A resort of this size and there is only one employee supporting guests.! Totally unacceptable for the $$ you spend to stay at a beach resort of this size. I was told they had employee no shows. That is not my problem, I’m the customer, don’t you have anyone on call when employees call in? no we don’t I’m told. So I ended up waiting until the next morning and called again for Bath towels which they brought up about 10 min later. They didn’t really care that I was inconvenienced only to say I’m sorry but we were understaffed that night. Again I’m the paying customer and that’s not my problem.

Such a hidden gem. This is the second time we stayed here. Love the location and Jimmy's Restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! On the Gulf, must walk for the beach but it is super close. Less than a 5 min walk. Close to mini golf and a convenience store. Walking to many restaurants too. Staff is very friendly. We stayed last year '17 in July and this year'18 in May. Definitely going back.

This hotel was marketed as on the beach which is a lie. There is a small area behind it where you can access the inlet to rent jet skies but it is not a beach. Our room was mediocre, the carpet was falling apart. We asked for towels and they were never delivered. Parking is ridiculously expensive (the first car is $17 a day and the second car $25) and the garage is not attached to the building, you have to walk across the parking lot to get to it. The hotel itself is in a good area but I would stay at one closer to the public beaches and all the restaurants next time.

I will NEVER stay at a holiday in. Customer service was horrible. I miss some of the NBA championship game because of TV problems. I called up twice and they never showed up. They said they were going to show up they never did. Manager was of no help useless. They also have no SAFE to put your money, jewelry, and other personal belongings I give them 0 stars, so-called manager said that they were going to do updates next year, which was of no help to me. Call corporate office got nowhere with them also. The model of this story is beware, I will tell friends, family members and we'll post this on Facebook for other people to see and share. They need to get educated on helping their customers. The customer is always right but not at Holiday Inn.

Second time staying here, love it. Only problem was the small refrigerator had no freezer section so my ice cream melted oh and no room safes. Checking out Tuesday. Here for anniversary! Room with views is awesome.

Wonderful "clean" hotel with great helpful and friendly staff. Food was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. Prices reasonable and comparable to all. Great location.

Staff has been friendly and accommodating. We mentioned we are on our honeymoon and the concierge changed our room to his favorite in the building. I must say, the room is amazing! We have a corner room with 2 large windows viewing the golf and our balcony sits above the restaurants patio where they play live music every night. We have seen dolphins a few times, a manatee, Jets, cost guard helicopters practicing jumps (we think) and a count down for the sunset. Waking up to this view is amazing!

Do not stay at this hotel if you seek good customer service. Went to the holiday inn for a week vacation. I purchased my room three weeks in advance, 6 nights for $1100. I called the hotel in multiple times to insure my reservation and they seemed fine. I flew out to Florida and when I arrived at the hotel to check in. The gentleman at the front desk was just about to get us set up with the room and then the manager (GARY) enters stage right and refuses me access to a room and tells me to hit the road due to the fact that I'm only 20y/o. He offered me no other hotels or places to stay at and nearly left me stranded on my vacation. Fortunately I had my friend who was staying with me for that week checked in under his name. Since he was 22y/o, the management seemed to be okay with it. They Charged my friend $395 as a deposit and have yet to return the money. We barely even stayed at the hotel other than to sleep there. It has been 4 days since we checked out and my friend's deposit has yet to be returned. This is absolutely abhorrent service and I will not be staying there ever again.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to beach and restaurants. The pool area is wonderful and clean. Great views. Jimmy bar was attached and had great food, love music and great views. Room was clean and staff was professional. Would stay agisn.

A reasonably priced hotel for being on the water. While it’s not on the beach, it’s a short stroll to the public beach. Jimmy’s being connected is a nice bonus! The pool starts at 4.5 feet, so children may have issues if they can’t swim. Overall, a very nice hotel and I would stay there again.

Beautiful view and I loved the suite. It had the bedroom on one side, and a bedroom on the other. Also, a bathroom on each side as well. Ideal for travelers on different sleep schedules. There was a little spot that could've used some paint touch-up, but otherwise in great shape. My traveling companion said the bed and pillows were the best he had ever slept on it his life. Staff was also very pleasant and efficient.

The room was perfect as was the room service. The view of the sunsets can not be beat. The only downside would be from my son. He is not a confident swimmer yet so he didn't like that the pool starts out at 4.5 feet deep since he can't touch there so he got stuck playing on the stairs a lot and the kiddie pool is too little for him. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

Very large room with living area, small kitchenette, two bathrooms, clean and tastefully decorated. Great pool, restaurant with live music on Tequilla-Tuesday, which arrived well with us. No private beach, a wonderful beach not a 5 minute walk to the north. Numerous restaurants, shopping and experience opportunities in the immediate vicinity. I would check in here again if I would go on vacation in the area again.

Well located. The room smelled bad. They had a sewage problem. I changed room. The problem is q if you do not quejás, you're left in a room of bad-smelling. Good attention of the admissions staff. Bad attention at sector bar and restaurant. Any luxury.

Other than overlooking the dumpsters and hearing trash going into it, we thought it was decent. The amenities were good. Nice restaurant. Room was nice. Pool was nice. No direct beach access. But water views. Overall would go back.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of this hotel. The restaurant served great food and it was a huge plus that children eat free. The arcade room is a fun area for kids. Only minor complaint was that there were only two washers and two dryers. Ocean view from the balcony was worth every penny.

I reserved my stay with points and got an awesome suite overlooking both the pool as well as the gulf. The amenities were amazing, and the coffee shop was exceptional. I was not very impressed with the restaurant/bar — the food and drinks are a bit overpriced and are nothing beyond ordinary. The staff at the lobby go above and beyond in their service to make sure that the guests are happy. In all, I was very impressed with the hotel and the amenities.

For this location I must say is beautiful. Water on both sides, dining and convenient supplies within walking distance. The city beach is within walking distance. The hotel it self needs better maintenance and could do better at cleaning but overall a very nice stay. The staff is very friendly and customer service is top notch. I am very impressed with customer service. The bed is very comfortable and pillows are fluffy. The set up of the room is functional for my needs.

I stayed here for a trade show and I will defiantly be back. I had a great time. The location of the hotel is awesome. It’s very convenient. We had a car and really didn’t need one. Shopping and restaurants are all in walking distance. I spent a lot of time on the beach. The tiki bar is awesome! Clean and friendly service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful location but perks stop there. Do not look for service here. Several issues. No one looking to resolve the issues. Hotel staff are rude and not consistent with cleanliness. Our room was barely cleaned one day and NOT cleaned the next day. Management on duty refuse to accept responsibility for our problems. Nicole at the front desk is one of the rudest most indifferent staff members I've ever felt with. Of all the problems we had — none are "her fault" and she's not willing to accept responsibility for any of it. Christmas Day stay… how sad we chose this hote for our family vacation. Do not stay here. Plenty of other hotels want your business and care about your experience.

One of my siblings visits hete often My first visit was wonderful. Lovely view from my balcony. Staff accommodating & helpful. Rooms clean. Great pool, pool bar, restaurants. Easy to walk to many venues nearby. Beaches beautiful up street. Hotel on water with small beach but it's steps from restaurant deck to the water. In pool you can watch boats go by. Loved that.

My step son and his wife got me a suite here and it was perfect. The ocean view is awesome. The food and live entertainment is beyond great. I will stay here again on my next visit to Clearwater.

Always have loved the hotel and restaurant there. Staff is always nice and helpful. Rooms and pool are always clean. One time I booked a gulf view room. We had an obstructed view of the gulf because of a roof wall over jimmies. I told the front desk the next morning, and they immediately showed us another bigger and better room. We took the new room and absoultely loved the view! Thanks holiday inn for making everything better so quickly!

Located in front of the sea, has its own private beach (swimming pool also available). Rooms are big and well equipped with microwave oven, fridge and safe. Plenty of places to eat nearby. I did not like the valet parking service ($19 per day) but I realize that parking spots are not that frequent in Ckearwater. And I do not like Hampton charging you for receiving packages. I would definitely return.

We were able to check in early and the guy who checked us in acted like he was doing us a favor with an "upgrade" for a room with two queen beds, pool view on the first floor (Room 152). We got into the room and weren't able to close the curtains completely. Oh well, no big deal. We stepped out and came back to the room later around midnight to find not one or two roaches, but about a dozen and half roaches crawling around. This is not acceptable and I can't see paying as much as I did just to share with a family of roaches. Not happening! So we went to the front desk to handle the issue. The lady said "this is Florida". I said "I live in Florida and my house doesn't have this problem" THEN she said "that's because you're clean and sometimes we have dirty guests". I was like what?!?! Time to fire you cleaning crew. So they have us a room on the fourth floor, which was fine. Still pissed that they didn't have coffee creamer though.

I would not book with this hotel for large groups, they are unprofessional and they do not pay attention to detail. Previously booked and paid for a retreat a month in advance. When we arrived the rooms were wrong, we were met with attitude at the front desk and we needed to be split in 2 different hotels due to their error. 46 days later we still don't have the REFUND that is owed to us. For a family it may be a good vacation, for a larger group… RUUUNNN, DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEIR EVENT AND CATERING MANAGER, they do not know how to handle a larger party. If I could it would be 1/2 a star.

Rooms with gulf views are excellent. Location is fantastic. Staff is very friendly and you can't beat having Jimmy's Fish House & Iguana Bar right on site. Highly recommended!

Nice enough, big clean rooms with microwave and fridge. On site restaurant has decent food and kids eat free if you are staying in the hotel. Has swimming pool and gym. Right on the gulf coast, great views of sunset.

The hotel was great! Great location short walk to the beach and friendly staff. 2 cons the wait staff out first night at Jimmy's was not too personable and didn't even ask if we wanted another drink or anything else. The second con was the children running around the pool deck Saturday and hitting people with the balls they were kicking and the pool staff didn't even tell them to stop after they have hit numerous people and the parents didn't stop them either. Other than that it was a great place and I would for sure visit again.

Not a bad hotel if you are on a budget and are willing to walk two blocks to the beach. We didn't care too much as we just wanted the beach. Overall, the hotel could use an updating and the staff could be more friendly. The carpet in the room and decor could use an updating. The A/C had to be turned all the way down and run full blast in order to feel comfortable. This was during decent outside temperate (85), so I could only imagine what it would feel like when it is real hot. We had some urine on the toilet, but the housekeeper was right there and she cleaned it up for us. The evening front desk staff was rude. One guy with long hair and glasses acted like I was a nuisance when I asked for change for their broken coke machine that will not give change. Overall, I recommend if you do not want to spend 300/night right on the beachfront. We might choose a different hotel if we go back. Loved Clearwater!

I just returned from Holiday Inn. This hotel is a omplete dump with filthy carpet, terrible customer service, unaccomadating and over priced. We were told our room was on the beach;that was a lie cause we couldn't access it, it was a 20 min walk in the heat. Also, there is major construction, preventing you from walking anywhere. You are required to have your vehicle valeted nd they refused to tell me where my car was parked. Meanwhile since the room was already paid in advance, I was forced to hand over the keys of my expensive car to some young kid to valet. He had a terrible attitude and it states clearly on the valet receipt that they arent responsible for damage to your car. So anyway the trash cans in the room were overflowing and they had the audacity to leave a disclaimer in the bathroom for all guests to reuse bath towels;to obviously save them money on their water bill… Sigh! They will not release your car keys until checkout and if you lose the green valet slip, youre required to provide license and registration… Avoid this garbage dump roach hotel at all cost! Consider yourself warned! Also the filthy rooms are way too overpriced and valet will rush you to unload your luggage and park your car before youve unloaded your vehicle.

We visited this location for a wedding we were attending. We felt a little mislead because while the hotel rooms have beautiful gulf views, you cannot actually access the beach from this hotel. The parking is valet only and is $12/day, and when you cannot access the beach from your hotel, you have to go pay additional parking fees at a public lot. The elevators were also incredibly slow and when we were going between floors before the wedding to take care of decorations, it seemed all of the cleaning crew were cleaning at the same time so we had trouble getting through the hallways due to the multiple large housekeeping carts. The rooms were also far smaller than we expected.

Older hotel but clean. Staff is friendly. No beach access, but nice pool area. Construction next door on new hotel is a nuisance.

I've stayed here before as I always check out local beachfront properties. The rooms are alright, a little old and damp. I'm Platinum Elite with IHG but this place does not take care of its loyalty program members. I just talked to the manager Chris, who, after ignoring several inquiries over three days finally answered my question incorrectly and with rude indifference: that they do not provide over-rides on reward nights when the site says they have none. He acted like this was unanimous policy even though the location has done that for me before… just not a good experience. May cut ties with IHG.

Nice hotel, att this time (3-4 jan2016) allt of consructions in the area.

I would strongly recommend not staying here until the renovations next door are complete. Construction work begins at 6am, not the best way to be woken up while on vacation. Trash blows from construction site into the pool so by the end of the day the pool is nasty (not sure why management doesn't have pool cleaned more often). Workers from hotel love gawk at people at the pool. Construction has the sidewalk blocked so to get to the pool you have to cross a busy street with no crosswalk. Parking is limited and if you get in late you may be required to park a mile down the road in an abandoned parking lot. Even without construction this place isn't worth what they are charging. No beach access. Hotel is outdated. Front desk staff and management are lazy/rude. Finally my last complaint they have an inadequate number of washers/dryers available for the number of guests. My recommendation is to go elsewhere. Based on all of the construction going on I would say they will have a ton more options coming available soon.

Just got back from our Thanksgiving trip and had the perfect family stay in Clearwater Beach for the third time. The room, service, pool, location and food were all perfect. The pool is just the right size for kids with depths ranging from 4.5' to 8' in the deep end. The sunsets are amazing and everything you could possibly need is within easy walking distance. If you're looking for a great place on the water in Florida this is it. We've been home for five days and are already talking about our return trip.

Great service, room, and location. Really inexpensive for an IHG property as well, especially considering the location. I'll be back whenever I can for work.

The staff was helpful and understanding of my attitude however, I will never ever stay at the holiday inn again. If I am paying for a hotel room I book a month ago then there is absolutely NO reason I should have to park my car almost if not a mile away in an old out of business restaurant parking lot and then wait for an unknown amount of time for a shuttle! If that is not enough to piss you off then there is NO SIGNAGE saying that it is holiday inn property nor are there any lights in the parking lot so good luck finding it! The hotel has vallet but only to a certain amount of parking spots. I may have been okay with letting vallet move my car to a sketchy dark parking lot if I had not already saw the site however, they do not offer this. If I wanted to park my car in an abandoned parking lot a mile away from the hotel I would have purchased a cheap sketchy hotel! I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of foresight by the hotel… the staff however has good customer service.

Beautiful location. It's not on the beach. But they are on the water daily sightings of manitee and dolphins from the pool deck. Beautiful sunsets. Clean pleasant place to stay. We will be back.

09/14/2015 First time staying at a Holiday Inn (I am in Clearwater for a conference) and I am not sure I will be returning to one of their locations again! Pulled in to the location and was told that only valet parking is offered due to surrounding construction. That is fine. But, upon checking in I was informed that there would be an additional $12/night for parking! So, valet is forced upon you and then you are charged for it?! Anyway, I made myself up to the room. After getting into the room, I promptly noticed a silverfish crawling around in the bathtub! Called the front desk and someone showed up about 25 minutes later with a towel and a squirt bottle of Lysol! The cleaning service squashed the bug, rinsed it down the drain and then spritzed a little bit of Lysol to 'cleanse' the area. She then promptly left. Shortly later, a gentleman showed up asking what the problem was, that he was notified of a problem! SMH! Went to put some items in the micro fridge in the room and was greeted with the smell of old fish! That is all as of now, but I am sure to add more comments to this post before my checkout on Friday.

For the 3rd time staying at this hotel, this has to be the 2nd time we get a bad experience with the room. The first suite we were places in smelled like mildew! Horrible smell. I called service desk adn they sent housekeeping upstairs to check it out. Housekeeping showed up and she sprayed something in room to take away mildew smell. The smell came back within 30min so I requested another room. Nicer suite however the 2nd side of suite this time had a musky smell to the room. We are definitely going to check out other hotels for the next trip down to Clearwater Beach.

Misleading with "beach access", and heavy construction was not disclosed. The only direct "beach" access from this hotel is a small sandy area behind the side parking deck. Even so, the hotel is actually located on an a clear water pass. If you desire the actual Clearwater sand beach, Beach Walk area, and unobstructed sunset views, you must either walk (crossing 3 streets due to sidewalks closed from construction) or drive and find/pay a premium for parking. Valet parking at this hotel is non-negotiable due to construction. Some valets at this hotel were extremely nice and helpful while others were rude and inconsiderate. Heavy construction is underway directly next door from 7 AM to 5 PM weekdays — more than likely for several more months. Jimmy's Fishhouse at this hotel was a good experience, and Julieta provided excellent room service during our 6-night stay. We will certainly not be back to this hotel, and regret not doing more research before taking our vacation here.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn! The pool staff, front desk, valets and wait staff were helpful and extremely friendly. The pool is clean, the food at Jimmy's is great and overall it's a great place for a vacation.

A hotel we stayed at for 5 nights. We came back from the ocean one day and there was no hot water. The two toddlers needed to take a shower to get sand off of them so they could take a nap. Came down to the front desk, after an hour of waiting, they told us they would move us to a different room. We packed up our things and moved. Came to the new room to find that it also didn't have hot water. They then moved us back to previous room and we had to unpack. Wasted 3 hours of my day. Spoke to Lydia (Eyles? ) at front desk and told her that we wanted to speak to the manager about a discount. Lydia stated she would let him know and she would call our room when he came back to the hotel later that afternoon. She never called. I saw her in the hallway later and asked if he ever came back, and she said "yes, he was the big black guy that you couldn't miss. " I asked if she discussed our situation and she stated she did not have time to talk to him yet, but would in the morning. We never heard back from Lydia until I ran into her 3 days later and asked her what the manager said. Lydia said he would not give us a discount. I expressed my frustration about the inconvenience we had to go through and she then asked me rudly if I would be satisfied with her depositing 1, 000 points onto my IHG rewards account. Since I had no other option, I said ok. Came home and got on my account, she did deposit me the 1, 000 points, however I was not awarded points for one of the nights that I stayed.

Didn't have any money so I slept under the first floor stairwell. Security guard was oblivious.

Horrible. Check in is at 4 and check out is at 11! You pay an extra $12 for parking per day. They don't have happy hr. On weekends. A total dissappointment and rip off.

The hotel was ok; Was lied to about the location of the hotel as far asit being "right on the beach". BULL! The "beach" was a bunch of rocks! There was a beautiful public beach about 2 blocks away. They just need to be honest with their guests. When we got there, we couldn't find a cart to put our suitcases on so we had to struggle to get them up to the room. The "manager" watched the entire thing never once offering us any type of help. Lastly, guests of your hotel should not be charged to park their vehicles there! Holiday Inn used to be our hotel of choice, but we are seriously beginning to rethink that.

Been there twice great place.

Great place to stay. Got a call once I arrived to my room to make sure that I had everything I needed. Also have a great restaurant/bar on campus. Would come back and highly recommend.

My sister and I went for a long weekend and the hotel staff were friendly, the room was very nice, very clean and the beds were so comfy! The beach, restaurants and anything you need is within walking distance. We will definitely go back and can't wait until we do.

We had an awesome time, everyone was nice. Great food.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was so polite, the rooms were spotless, and the view was gorgeous! We will be staying there again next year.
