Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The ‘team’ at Indian Rocks Inn do a wonderful job being attentive to their guests. We have already booked our stay again for next year. Nothing better than watching the sun set over the ocean.

Stayed here in June, had a wonderful time the staff is super friendly. The grounds are beautifully done with tropical flowers etc. The units were nice and clean. Would absolutely go back.

Poor customer service and no humanity. Beware: Lack COVID flexibility for out of state travelers. As rules and regulations change, they remain stubborn and tone deaf. Will keep your deposit or payment as a credit and only allow you a limited time to use it. Money over lives. Shameful.

Sarah's Seaside is a great vacation location. Steps from the beach, where padded lounge chairs and cabanas are supplied. Kayaks/bikes and beach toys are also available for use. The grounds at Sarah's are beautiful, well kept and the foliage makes you feel like you are in the tropics, so many different palm tress, banana trees (that have bananas growing). Many different flowering plants. Pool that is shared within this small complex is very welcoming and relaxing. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable, well decorated and all the supplies for cooking your own meals if you want. Pam and I stayed in the Carriage House while my 2 sons and family with 3 children stayed in the Governors Main where the porch is shaded with great view of the beautiful sunsets. Great place for family vacation or reunion. Owners and staff and very nice,
welcoming and available for any special needs. They will make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your time. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the vacation that will be in our memories for years to come.

The quietest and best maintained properties in IRB. Not cheap, but they are worth it if you can do it. The creme de la creme are the standalone beach cottages at Sarah’s Seaside, but the 810 Gulfside property is not far behind…

The only place to stay! We stayed at Sarah’s Seaside Cottages (Gulfside Resorts) for our vacation. This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is perfect, the staff were very attentive and the house was beautiful. This is the only place we will ever stay when we vacation here.

The pool is never warm. Promises were made that management would turn up the heat so people could use pool. Never happened. Only two children and one man were able to use pool all week. When paying over three thousand dollars to enjoy pool, this was very disappointing. Sad guest from Michigan!

Just wrapped up a week-long vacation in IRB! The folks at Gulfside Resorts could not have lovelier and the accommodations were topnotch! If you are looking a quiet getaway, then look no further and give Gulfside Resorts a call. Tell them the Merrell's sent you!

Stayed at Sara’s Seaside cottage 306D. This is a beautiful beach house, decorated pretty and nice furniture. Excellent staff, conveniently set up with all you need for a beach vacation. Great location, beach front and close to good restaurants.

Beach house was wonderful. Roomy, clean, bed comfortable, towels soft, cable, just everything was there. Also great beach amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Other visitors friendly and helpful. A great place to vacation.

We had an amazing family vacation at Gulfside! We wanted to slow down, warm up, and unplug from our daily grind in VT! We did! This is a fabulous, tropical and quiet space (810 Gulfside) run by a fab group of Women! Yay to women run businesses! We needed an old mattress replaced while staying and had it taken care of in minutes! Sarah’s Seaside was spectacular, too! So many things to do near this location if you want to explore. We will visit again! We would really love if they could offer larger beds… the twins in the kids rooms and master bedroom queen bed are a wee bit small for our teen and my 6’3 “ hubby — the bathroom at 810 Gulfside 4a could also really use some updating. How about a beautifully tiled shower stall — Tuscan style (no tub) and maybe extra long twin mattresses? Regardless… loved our time there! We hope to come back next year and share with our friends! Thank you!

My friend and I took a chance after deciding on a quick 4 day getaway! We had the best time and hope to return again one day!

Leave your cares behind. This is the beach bungalow with everything you'll possibly need. Super impressed with how impeccably clean the unit and property is. Having lived on the beach for 25+ years, it's amazing that I didn't see one single bug or bit of mold or mildew. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Bathroom: a little small for a woman who has a ton of toiletries. However, again impeccably clean. Towels are plentiful and there are bath SHEETS. Also, beach towels in the room, — so no hunting or calling for poolside/ beach towels. Kitchen: yes, there's a lovely, full fridge w/ ice maker, coffee maker, 2-burner GAS range, big sink with spray nozzle, wine glasses/ opener, dishware, decent cutlery, kitchen towels. Being on the top floor, opening the windows throughout provided a decadent ocean breeze that was cool from sun-up to sun-down.

I almost don't want to leave a review because we found a gem and I don't want to share it with anyone! ;) Sarah and Karen were AMAZING. Everything was absolutely perfect. Irma had hit five days before we arrived and the staff busted their butts to get everything back in order, to the point that we couldn't even tell there had been a hurricane. We'll be back next year for sure.

Once again, the perfect vacation. Second year in a row and we already want to go back next year. This place is wonderful, and our cottage had been refurbished and was looking really chic. Friendliest most awesome staff as usual. Great place!

Absolutely love this place! I've lived in Florida all my life and have seen many beaches along our coast. Beautiful, relaxing, and refreshing. Sarah's seaside cottages was like a world away home, yet only an hour from my home. Stressless describes week spent there. The charm of the refurbished old Florida style homes just brought a sense of nostalgia and comfort. My family and I have certainly found our new retreat.

Stayed at 810 property, 1 Bed room. Nice and cozy! This place had everything I needed for a relaxing stay in "Old Florida". The rest of the tenants were all friendly. The staff went beyond their calling to ensure my complete satisfaction. Karen knows how to fix grouper too.

Karen and Sarah are quite helpful and extremely friendly. Great lil place. They saved our week after a mishap in another location.

From the moment you pass through the entryway fence bordering Sarah's Gulfside Resorts parking lot and into the lush, quiet and shady courtyard path you're transformed from traveler to relaxed vacationer. It is truly magical how the sounds of Gulf Blvd disappear as you enter this beautifully maintained property. The units are tastefully appointed with top of the line everything. The pool is perfect and the Gulf of Mexico is a mere 75 steps away. I staying here in January '17 and returned in April 17' because I couldn't think of anything else!

My family stayed at Sarah's Seaside in early October last year. We had a wonderful week there together. The views from the house we stayed in were amazing and we had everything we could need! The beach was a short walk and the pool was an added bonus! The staff was amazing and one of the guys showed our little ones some fish he caught with a net in the water. They thought he was to coolest! My sister in law had been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer for which there was no cure. She wanted to spend time together and to be able to go to the beach one last time. Sarah's Seaside offered us an unforgettable family trip that none of us will ever forget. Sadly, she lost her battle on December 28, 2016. Sarah's Seaside will always hold a special place in our hearts and I always know where I'd like to stay when visiting IRB!

Awesome place, very clean and friendly staff.

Spent a week @ Gulfside Resorts's 810 Gulf property (they have 3 other locations) mid-March 2014. I really enjoyed myself & highly recommend this place to others. First, a shout-out to Lisa, who was so helpful to all of us who stayed there, directing us to restaurants, grocery stores, you name it, Lisa could help you find whatever it was you were looking for. If I get a chance to come back here, it'll be because Lisa is here. (Although I loved it, 5 stars all the way, it IS expensive, and if Lisa wasn't there I'd probably look for something more reasonably priced. Just sayin'. ) This location — along with their other beach properties Sarah's Seaside & 20 Gulf — are ideal for small families with 1-2 children as the owners provide kayaks & bicycles, there is a beautiful (small) pool at each location, and, of course, the beach! For adults there are lounge chairs w/cushions both at the pool and on the beach, in addition to wind/sun screens for the beach chairs if needed. There were 2 families staying there during my visit and each had 2 kids, age 10-12; in addition to myself & my friend; and 5 other adults. Thank goodness we all got along and worked so well together to make sure our vacation time was peaceful and enjoyable. I would hate to stay there with a group of screaming kids and/or party-hardy drunk adults, it would get too small real quick! I stayed in unit 810-6 which is next to Gulf Blvd. And the farthest away from the pool.
