As a Canadian living in America I stayed at Richard's for some time but I will no longer stay there due to the fact that they have a new manager an African-American lady that is non-qualified ghetto so called manager that needs to go back to cleaning and to stay out of managing customers with nasty attitude that id not inviting… she has no respect she doesn't know how to speak to people and she's evil I witnessed her kick out a lady with children for no vaild reason. She is a revengeful person and abusing the little power she has. That new manager needs way more education and additional employee. In the world that we're living in today you just don't kick out single mothers because they are late on a payment sometimes people go through things and situations where people actually need help at the end of the day where all the same and we all have the same type of needs especially during that pandemic. That morning manager (black africian american) women manager should be fired should not even be working there anymore. It is a disgrace to have somebody like that working around people and children and families… Paying customers have rights to renting hotels and accomodations. Me and my family and all my friends will no longer stay at any richards hotels, until she is gone…
The worst place ever!
People nocked my door all night.
There's a rehab center there! filth and trash that the didn't clean from the last guest. The worst place ever! don't ever go there.

I have stayed at Richards Extended Stay many of times and I can honestly say this is a hidden gem! It’s close to the beach, casino, and many shopping areas! The rooms are very clean, safe, and comfortable! Lucia, the manager, and Dina, the house keeper do an excellent job in providing guest service! Ample free parking as well!
