Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. I would stay again, and would recommend it to someone looking for a hotel in that area.

Booked room 320. Very clean and nice room. The view was AMAZING! Location was great. The park is right up the road within walking distance, along with several really good restaurants.

This has been my go-to spot whenever I travel to Denver for work. However lately it seems like some of the rooms are getting a little bit older and due for a renovation. Service is still great. Location is still great. Just the hotel itself is a little bit older.

Outstanding accommodations. The check in was quick and easy and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every morning. This will be my new go to spot when I visit Colorado from now on. Exactly what I needed.

Workers were always pleasant. Rooms are nice and the breakfast was great.

Thought this place was a good place until they charged me $250 on my card cause they said my room reeked of marijuana keep in mind I had my 9 year old grandson staying with me! I asked if I could come back to hotel and go up to room with her so I could smell it and she says no!

They struggle with customer service. I have stayed at this hotel frequently due to it's location but every time I have had a bad experience. They are impossible to reach by phone. If they do answer they will put you on hold and then forget about you or they will be 'unable to find your reservation' even though you have a confirmation number. I need to look into staying somewhere else.

Nice quiet room. Nice bed. The breakfast was good. Everything was clean.

Loved it! I had arrived late at night and problems with my reservation and the manager was quick to get to the bottom of everything and quickly made it right for me! That was service!

Myself and four other people went to this hotel and had three rooms reserved. We had the friends and family deal. We checked in just fine and went upstairs to unpack our luggage. We then proceeded to go downstairs to get food. We were only in our room for 30 min and we got stopped by Dekota a male at the front desk. He told us that our friends and family deal was not accepted after we had already checked in just fine. Dekota became very rude and disrespectful to us as we explained to him that our friends and family deal went through just fine with the first person who checked us in. We asked to speak to the manager and he was worse then Dekota. The manager named “K” was on the phone and he did not give us any information other than “K” as his name. “K” screamed at us through the phone telling us to leave the hotel because he said the friends and family deal was not accepted. For a manager to speak in the manner he did was unexpected and unforgettable. They charged us the full rate instead of our friends and family deal and we were kicked out at 11pm with only being there for 30 minutes. I can not believe their service to guests. They had the nerve to kick us out at night and make us find another hotel. They even made us pay the full rate without being there a full night. We were visiting and had to hurry and find another hotel. Anyone wanting to stay here should think twice and pick another hotel with better service.

Good stay from Hilton hotels chains. Comfortable, no complaints. Have pool, gym, business centet. Breakfast, Wi-Fi included Breakfast can be better with some adult cereals that are missing.

Don't ask for water, they will ask you to leave. Worst customer server of any hotel in Denver. Ana R. Front Desk Person is completely rude and acts like she doesn't want to be there. Asked for water bottles to be charged to room but had little patience to help. Asked again when upon arrival in room, however roomservice is not offered. Asked if I was able to retrieve water at front desk and was instead asked to check out of the hotel. Staff lied about the manner in which my check out was handled. Stating I checked out after being asked to leave. On duty supervisor refuses to provide assistance or his name. GM contact was unprovided and instead was just hang up on. I pulled in pretty late took a shower n to come out to a bed bug crawling across my pillow. Checked out mins after n asked if I could get a refund or another night at another location & they said no… worst hotel service I've ever had sad to say.

Just returned home from a 7 day stay for work, the staff is great! Enjoyed talking to everyone at the front desk very friendly. The rooms are very clean and cozy! The owner should be proud of the staff making everyone fill right at home.

4 stars really, but they're in remodeling mode. Great front desk staff, very convenient location (lots of restaurants in walking distance). Room was a bit rundown, but as I mentioned they are in the upgrade process.

Currently undergoing remodel floors 2 and 3, strong odor of carpet glue to the other floors. The room is dated and very, very basic. Carpeting dirty in room and hallway. I'm room it is obvious that furniture is not moved when vacuumed by the dust build up on carpet in some areas. Night stands made of compressed wood with moisture bubbling damage on tops. Toilet small with crooked seat. Small dorm fridge with no freezer compartment (goodbye popsicles). Small microwave and super small 1 cup coffee maker. Iron board but no iron. Definitely not a Hampton Inn standard. Staff very friendly.

This Hampton was pretty good, but not quite up to the standards of most Hamptons I have stayed in. The room was clean, but not perfect in the corners. It had decent furnishings, but the TV was small. The breakfast was fairly standard with waffles and a hot dish of ham and hash browns. The staff were polite and friendly.

Not the easiest place to get to from North I-25, but that doesn't cause me to drop off a star. Friendly front desk staff, comfy bed and pillows, and a very good breakfast spread with cheese omelets, bagel toppers, bacon, and the traditional accoutrements of hotel breakfast bars.

In desperate need of renovation. Carpet torn in many places, holes in walls from things being removed, musty smell, and dirty floors. The free breakfast was the only enjoyable thing about this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, nice staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The pool and jacuzzi were great after a long drive. Right off the interstate for an easy commute around Denver.

I wouldn't give it a 5 star just because the rooms aren't new. The staff is awesome and having fresh cookies every night is not something I'm use to at Hampton Inns. I'd stay here again no problem.

Rooms need seriously updating. Staff was friendly & breakfast was ok. Light in bathroom flickered all 4 nights. The location is awesome & lots of restaurants & shopping stores nearby. Hope they remodel soon.

I thought this hotel was nice! Comfy beds, good breakfast offered. Anna at the front desk doesn't know how to do her job. But for the one night I did stay it was a good experience. The area is quite.

Not at all happy! Room 403 smells disgusting not just that it had cigarettes in the window frame. They couldn't put us in another Double Queen due to occupancy. We sprayed perfume left window open not enough but bared through it. We are not complainers until they didn't offer a discount and the next morning the blow dryer doesn't work in this room unless you plug it in in the bed area. 100% Satisfaction guarantee must not apply to the manager! I had to threaten to report to Hilton to get my stay free. Still doesn't show a repayment on my card. Just a disgrace to the hilton name.

We booked a room for one night. We went to the room only to find it smelled stale and of cigarettes. We called the front desk and they promptly and courteosly gave us a better room. We slept comfortably. The breakfast was disappointing, consisting of muffins and scrambled eggs mixed with sausage. I didn't waste my time. The coffee was delicious and there was a variety of hot teas to choose from.

I stayed here for a week visiting my family. I did not have a happy experience. When we first entered the hotel room, the room was had bug. Then I saw another one two days later. The hallway smelled like marijuana. The hotel has a no smoking policy. This morning, the was trash by the microwave in the room from the previous resident. As they did not give us a sheet for our bed. I have stayed at Hampton Inn in different states but this is the far worst. I will never stay here again!

Good value. Easy access to I25. Lots of restaurants in the area. Free breakfast. Free cookies at night. Rooms are older, but they price accordingly. Good rates for what you get.

The people were really nice. Just a little old and outdated. Rooms are still on the old ac system so it was really hot. That's the only reason for the "3".

We were needing a quick hotel from a late night drive and Hampton Inn Denver — North/Thornton were very helpful. They had only one room left, but the front desk was attentive even at 2 o clock in the morning and he helped us with a decent deal that made us happy to sleep there with a hot breakfast in the morning.

Rooms could use some updating but were spacious. The king bed was very comfortable but forget about sleeping on the sofa beds, old, thin mattress and you can feel every spring inside it. Breakfast was very basic and could use some diversity.

Great Hotel, clean rooms and customer service was amazing. Kids like pool. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was super!

Tried three rooms to get one that had sheets ON the bed as opposed to on the floor waiting for room service. Exposed carpet tack strip in my room between room and bathroom poked me in the foot… hard. Iron, but no board… used bed.

The room was okay, the staff is EXTREMELY rude! One night in the room put a $566 charge on my card. THEN, according to the RUDE person at the desk, there was proof someone was smoking in my room. I do not smoke in hotel rooms and even told him to check the cameras because we were not even in the room until late at night. We were walking around the area. There was a $281 charge on my card when I got home. When I called and asked about it, he told me, "If you have a problem with it, take it up with your credit card company! " CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD, they will put another $175 charge AFTER the room is already paid for and booked!
