Review of Baymont 2*

Myself and four other people went to this hotel and had three rooms reserved. We had the friends and family deal. We checked in just fine and went upstairs to unpack our luggage. We then proceeded to go downstairs to get food. We were only in our room for 30 min and we got stopped by Dekota a male at the front desk. He told us that our friends and family deal was not accepted after we had already checked in just fine. Dekota became very rude and disrespectful to us as we explained to him that our friends and family deal went through just fine with the first person who checked us in. We asked to speak to the manager and he was worse then Dekota. The manager named “K” was on the phone and he did not give us any information other than “K” as his name. “K” screamed at us through the phone telling us to leave the hotel because he said the friends and family deal was not accepted. For a manager to speak in the manner he did was unexpected and unforgettable. They charged us the full rate instead of our friends and family deal and we were kicked out at 11pm with only being there for 30 minutes. I can not believe their service to guests. They had the nerve to kick us out at night and make us find another hotel. They even made us pay the full rate without being there a full night. We were visiting and had to hurry and find another hotel. Anyone wanting to stay here should think twice and pick another hotel with better service. When you go to a hotel you expect better service and you will not find that here. I could not post this without giving it one star. It doesn’t deserve 1 star… it deserves less.
