Great place, friendly employees.

The girls in the store are Very friendly — good prices and cute stuff in the store. The sites are pretty close together but it’s a pretty area — it’s nice to walk by the river — been here two times and will go back again!

Very friendly staff. Even though it's right off the main road it's quite. Right on the water. Very relaxing.

I have stayed at RV parks all over the US and I will say Riverview RV Park has been one of the best places to stay. The entire park is clean. The staff is VERY helpful. All of the tenants are nice. The dog area is large and very clean. The views are amazing and there is NO smell of sewage like most parks you’ll visit. Everyone is social distanced and everyone wears a mask when necessary. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone that wants a great place to be! Thank you Riverview and staff.

They have the worst refund policy of any RV park I have ever stayed at. Basically you will not get any of your deposit back if you decide to cancel. Have fun with that and then they give you the name of a management company and its an invalid management company.

Tranquility garden! I just discovered it tonight, wow, what a spot. SW corner of the park. Walk along the river a bit and feel the water rush by! Respect that river, though! Neighbors are kind and staff is absolutely adorable and sweet. I really do love this little slice of heaven. Only couple miles out of town, and you forget town even exists out here. Great job, Riverview!

They are pricey and charge 11 cents a kilowatt hour, other than that very nice place.

Nice size park. Nicely situated just outside Loveland and a short drive to Estes Park. Staff was very nice and friendly. Sites are good size and everything worked. Has a nice size dog park. We have stayed here three times and we be back.

While the park was a bit crowded we had a spot right on the river the water and the mountains were beautiful! Everybody was very friendly including the staff and the park was kept very clean.

This park is nice especially if you get a river spot.
Disappointed that there is no grass though and the dog park is dirt but other than that it’s nice.

We were able to tent camp here for a last-minute trip and luckily got a spot! Very clean facilities, nice staff and beautiful section of the river to wade in right off of the camping area. Also, great for our pup (dog-park, shaded areas).

This place is absolutely beautiful and the staff and owners are great… We love it here. This is one of the few that allows children and pets to enjoy everything without the complaints. They love children and pets and treat everyone like their own. Take some time and come check this place out I promise you won't be disappointed.

Our 5th year here. Always nice and staff is Awesome. Always things to do here from horseshoe and bean bag tournaments to concerts and karaoke.

They dont have any convience for the impaired and they dont allow service animals in any of the cabins or apartments! And they treat employees terrible I saw a young man work his butt off cleaning the place up and then fired him with a terrible lie that really could of hurt his and their rep sounded to me as if they was worried about their jobs! And turns out simiular action done to several employees before him! Such a shame could be a. Great place but going to waste with such bad attitudes! At the end of day they should be fined for turning away service animals and great help cause theyre greed has clouded their judgement.

Worst place ever. There's a lame biker gang that runs the main office so you can't get anything don't. Lol the gang is a joke and so is this place.

Good location, lovely setting, lots of trees. Good site, very tight, but staff was excellent helping us back in.
Neither cable, nor Wi-Fi are great, and trees and mountains prevented Dish reception. But reasonable rate and fire pits made the evenings enjoyable after sightseeing during the day.

Stayed here Thursday through Sunday, July 5-8, 2018. The park was clean and had great activities for families. Staff was friendly and helpful but the reason I’m giving a 3 star rating was the water pressure. At times our water pressure was almost nothing. They did send a maintenance guy out to check but I was told that since the park was full, there was a high demand for water and they can only provide 25 gallons per minute. The gentleman came into our rig to look at the low pressure and his response was — you should see how low it is in my spot. Cell service was non-existent for Sprint but we didn’t come here to be on our phones.

First off, this was not a terrible place to stay, it could have been much worse. I will start with the pros: It's in a decent location. It has the "out of town" feel but it's not so far out that you have to drive for 30 minutes before you see a gas station. It's not too far from Estes Park. It was quiet, even though it was off the high way. The staff was nice. It did have air conditioning — it was a hot week when we stayed so for me, that was a must have. There was a TV with very basic cable but that wasn't a deal breaker for me since we weren't there much and we didn't stay there to watch TV. It was nice to have a bathroom and plenty of hot water. Now, here were some of the cons: It was very small. There were only 2 working outlets — they had the microwave and surge protector plugged in. There was another outlet near the AC unit but it didn't work. The surge protector was hard to reach since it was back behind the TV and fridge. There was an outlet in the bathroom but it was up next to the light, making it difficult to reach or use. The beds were small and not very comfortable. The window unit kept us cool for the most part but it could have been better, especially with how hot it was during our stay. It was a very small window AC, it didn't have much power to it. At night it was very dark — there was no porch light or outside light. If I needed to walk to my car, I had to use a flashlight so I didn't trip on the sidewalk or steps.

Update: your sincere apologies for the atrocities that took place that caused me to lose everything that I owned before you relieve the management that was causing the harassment due to the defamation of character via social media do not help me recover my life so your apology is not accepted Roy. The only thing that could right this wrong is if I got my life back are you willing to help with that? I lived here for about two years 2016-17. Stay at your own risk! Peifer of Greeley are obnoxious instigators that will put a 3 day notice on your door for the most petty of things before even informing you what your "doing wrong" like having the wrong furniture outside, not having skirting (it's not required in the lease) or the wrong skirting or they changed their mind and don't like what they previously approved amongst many other things. They have ripped people off for electricity, deposits, ect. I have watched them harass people until they leave, in my case it was their character defamatory statements via public post on Facebook including my personal information which led to harassment and threats of violence and death.

Been treated so amazing and love how clean the park is and the new recovered areas. The cabins are so clean and cozy and could use a small play area for kiddos. Other then that I love it!

Been coming here a lot since 1994, staying and working around the area here. Everyone is always friendly and helpful! Cute little place! A great place to get your RV Skirted too.

They may have made some up grades but if you have an emergency then you'll be waiting forever cuz they don't answer the emergency phone number. And the staff can be rather rude at times especially if they don't like you. And they treat their employees supposedly like family then when they do their job cuz nobody likes the dirty work like having to do evictions then they fired you for no reason at all.

Full disclosure — I have not stayed here. This review is based on driving through the RV park so I cannot speak to the staff or facilities of the park. That said, my observation of the park was that it’s a tight, gravel lot with lots of trailers packed in together. There’s a fair bit of junk around and it looks like many residents are longer term. It definitely could not accommodate at 45’ bus because there would be no way for it to maneuver through the lot.

I found the campground a year ago and have been back many times. The staff is top notch and the activities are wonderful for the kids and adults. Seeing the pictures from the flood, I am amazed how much you have been able to do and make the campground so wonderful. I have already reserved my spot for next year. Will be back again before the end of the year. Thank you for all you do to make this campground such a wonderful place.

Great Residents Things are looking up with maintenance now. New washers and Dryers ate great.

Fireside is under new management as of September 2015. Have been doing alot of improvements. Cabins all have new air conditioners, and all showers have been re tiled. It's a nice getaway.

I came here as a child for a big family reunion — my husband and I decided to try and find the place and was very excited we did! I got chills when I jumped out and saw the view I'd seen 40 years ago! They were really busy — we stayed two nights in one of the side sites opposite of the river but tonight we moved over once it emptied out! I feel blessed to get two nights in the very spot/spots we had all those years ago! Amazing views and memories of course! The staff is super friendly and site is very nice and clean! Planning on another family reunion with the next generation! — with Mark Albers and 5 others.

Love tent camping so we are right across the river. Absolutely love this place…

I stayed in one of the cabins in May. While the place is a bit nostalgic in decor, it was quite clean and comfy! I had plenty of water pressure, a comfortable mattress and nice linens. I was just there for 1 very short night, so I can't say that I used any of the other amenities. Still, it certainly filled my needs!

Nice rv park with hook ups.

Very dirty cabins, sink was covered in dirt, window kept opening at night, door was hard to lock, bed skirt had stains all over it, carpet was very dirty. The receptionist was smoking outside when we got there and the entire check in area smelled like smoke. Nasty!

My rating is — 5 stars Be safe folks! Do a neighborhood check before moving ANYWHERE! You may be surprised!

Dirty small cabins with poorly maintained structures. Doors were difficult to lock, window held closed with duct tape, sketchy scary wiring that wouldn't have passed in the 19th century for safe. Bathroom so small anyone above 5'4 would struggle to use. I could go on. If you're going to stay here know you're getting a bed and not a whole lot more. Update, staff was friendly and understanding and refunded our money minus when we were actually there which seems fair to us.

Walked in and the carpet is stained, the "cabin" had a smell that didn't go away. Found different kinds of bugs in my bed 3 out of the 4 nights I stayed. In 4 days we stayed they didn't come get our dirty towels or replenish us with clean towels or check to see if we needed toilet paper. We took out our own garbage. The Walking Trail is a path about 200 feet along a dirty little stream with campers on one side and private property on the other side.

From the voice on the phone to the wave goodbye, everyone was very friendly. The park was well maintained and plenty of activities to please. That being said, the spaces are very small. We didn't have but a foot in-between our 23 ft trailer and the 5th wheel next to us. We didn't lift the blinds on that side of our trailer in fear of intruding. We felt cramped. We plan to return but it'll be with a camping group of people we know. Who knows, maybe we could pass food from one rig to the next with out leaving our trailer. Haha!

The park was a victim of the floods in Colorado a few years ago. Fine silt coats the grounds instead of grass in most areas. It actually feels really good on bare feet. That being said, the area is kept clean and tidy, there's a dog park, a couple of large bathrooms, and space enough in each spot to park your camper while still having enough room to spread out outside and grill or sit by a fire. The spot we stayed in was backed up against the river, and the sound of the water was relaxing. The only complaint I have is with the wireless signal, which was spotty at best. Other than this one issue, the place was a really nice stay.

Looked like a nice park and girl was nice on the phone when we made reservations. Upon arrival, we were placed in a space to small for our camper and the smell of dog feces from the ditch was overwhelming. I was disappointed we could not use the internet. Staff was standoffish and unfriendly. Bathroom water smelled like sewage. After voicing our concerns in the office we were told we were welcome to leave. We travel in a large group with multiple campers and next time we will just go on up to Estes park and stay at the KOA.

If you are looking for a nice get away, look elsewhere. There is a reason this Campground is empty when others are full. Office staff is rude; kathy, the manager, is no help and also rude. We had a short stay and opted for leaving our reservation for another park. Dog poop everywhere, bathrooms smell and are always being worked on. Our cable didnt work and the internet is useless. I have stayed at a lot of campgrounds across the country and this is one of the worst.

Stopped here only for 2 nights but very spacious park with good amenities. Filled our propane on-site and had plenty of pull throughs. Passport America rate good m-thurs. Park had flooding in 2015/2016 so some of park is under construction.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They have permanent living and the weird thing is that they treat their permanent residents like trash. My mom stayed here as well as me and was renting a molding trailer that was falling apart for 800 a month not including utilities. The house was so nasty there was a hole in the living room floor, the toilet was leaking, the "drinking" water in most of the sites and trailers was NOT drinkable and they tell you it is. My grandmother got sick from drinking it. Also our propane kept running out and the house kept getting filled with gas so bad we had gotten sick from it. Then they repeatedly kept tacking on "late fees" on my mothers account making her so in debt she had no choice but to move out. Then when they finally evicted her they fixed everything in the trailer so one of their employees could move in. Worst place ive ever lived.

Nice facility, friendly staff, nice enclosed dog run and close proximity to RMNP and Loveland restaurants, etc.

Watch out if you have kids they hate children there. The staff looks for reasons to kick people out, even when there are others doing the same thing you are. I guess it's OK for them to inforce rules only to those they want to. The dumpsters overflow often, the showers are broken more then they work, the sewer stinks. Let's see should I go on? Just stay away.

SEWER AT YOUR DOORSTEP Why you should not come here. And if you do. Remember these reasons after your disgusted by the sewer at your doorstep. 1. Your Neighbors SEWER is right at your camper front door. SMELLS, and you have to make sure your kids do not play anywhere near your camper front door. You sure as heck do not want to eat outside on the picnic table because of the sewer is right there. Why would the owner do this. Dumbest thing that will cost them. Very unsanitary conditions. 2. They have re-configured the campground and squeezed everyone to where you cant open your camper awning without touching the neighbors camper. 3. Its dirty. Feels like we were at some heavy metal music festival with trash, dirt and sewer no room to move and no parking unless you park away from your site and walk back. They did this again to squeeze more campers in for more money. 4. Not that when you going camping is about Wi-Fi but yes its poor and cell reception is bad as well. 5. Half the bathrooms were not working at this review if you need one outside your camper. Owner obviously is not thinking about the experience for its campers and only wants their money. Before the flood it was a nice place and there is some loyalty from the past but its wearing thin as we were one of those and we spoke to many like us who are quickly changing there minds. Don't be fooled. WALMART PARKING LOT is a better bet.

Staff was AWESOME! Especially the night guy. We arrived late and someone was in our spot so he found us another that was much nicer and roomier for us. We checked in the next day and they were having a few computer problems so the reservation system was a little wonky. We were able to stay in the spot the night guy put us into which was perfect. There are a LOT of cottonwood trees here and it looked like it was snowing! We will likely have cottonwood on the RV until we sell it LOL! Bring allergy medication if you are allergic. The cottonwood does make keeping the RV clean a challenge but we had a site that backed up to the river which was awesome so it is a bit of give and take. The water pressure on site 27 was very sporadic and they had a lightening strike so only 3 cable channels were available when we stayed (June 23-26) but that was OK. We would definitely stay again. They are currently renovating a few of the sites so hopefully the minor issues we hit will be solved soon.
