Excellent experience. I stayed here for business I was able to check in online, allowing me to quickly get my room key. The room is clean, quiet, and dark at night. The evening food has been great. Safe neighborhood near food and shopping. Easy access to the hospital,. 3 miles away.

The stay here was excellent. Between the convenience of the amenities provided such as the breakfast & dinner to the incredibly friendly staff we had a great time at the hotel. Peggy, who is the chef for Mon-Wed dinners was an absolute pleasure. She makes you feel so welcomed and like you are eating a meal at your moms house. She was incredibly generous and always made sure everyone was taken care of. It’s people like her that create an amazing atmosphere in the workplace. We can’t say enough good things about her and she truly made our experience here unique.

We had to stay here for a few months while our home was being fixed from a nasty sewer flood and I have to say this place was excellent and super clean. The front desk staff was super friendly and new your name. The house keepers were super friendly and they were damn good too. The beds were nice the rooms were very big and a good size kitchen too. They have a nice weight room a indoor pool and spa and a decent laundry room. Or you can have laundry done for you as a paid service. Every Monday Tuesday and Wednesday the hotel has a dinner and all you can drink social gathering for guest that stay there. And every morning they have a really good breakfast. Hot and cold items served and all you can eat.

Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Clean rooms and great customer service. Air conditioning struggle to keep up but the staff were very accommodating. Updated kitchen and appliances.

This place was aweful to deal with. My daughter had a softball tournament that was canceled 36 hrs before we were scheduled to check in and tried to cancel our room. We were not allowed to cancel our rooms and were charged for our rooms anyways. The lady I spoke with to cancel my rooms did not care why we had to cancel and argued with me about why she “had to” charge me. I would recommend you stay at another hotel. My family will never stay here!

Great for a family vacation. The double room suites give great privacy for Mom and Dad!

Such a beautiful place that I had the opportunity to have an interview at. The manager was so absolutely nice and the reception lady was SO nice and helpful as well. Even though this hotel is in Loveland and I am locasted in Fort Collins, I'd definitely make the trip down there to just stay. Such a beautiful place!

Loved my stay, I didn't realize how nice it was going to be. Very friendly staff although coffee one morning was v bad, but its just coffee. Loved this place and the staff were killin it.

Nice in general but my room was not clean. Floor not vacuumed. Trash between side of night stand and wall. Good breakfast. Pets welcome for a fee. Studio apartments even have a dishwasher. Hopefully the dirty room was an isolated instance.

Worst experience I have ever had in a residence inn and I average over 80 nights a year in hotels. Dried urine covering the toilet seat and unchanged seats in the first room they had me in. I'll just leave it at that.

Nice and clean hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Located in a great location where it is within 5 minutes of so many things to do.

Very nice and upscale lobby. Room was comfy and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

I was here for business and the location was great, right off the freeway. The room was amazing. It was clean spacious and had a full kitchen (not that I needed one). It had a nice couch with a pull out bed, a coffee table, dresser, desk and bar with stools. The service was great as well. Complimentary Happy hour was fun and the morning breakfast was full of great hot breakfast and cold breakfast options. Parking was very easy and accessible. The lounge is really nice and great layout for the individual or groups trying to socialize. I would highly recommend the Residence Inn.

The staff, especially Liz, Carson, and Sheryl are what got the hote 4 stars. They tried hard to accommodate requests. Newer hotel and very busy! Right by the outlets and close to shopping and major highways.

Absolutely one of the top 5 hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was very clean and the check in times were very accommodating. But the thing that set them apart was the staff. By far the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Very nice place and affordable, friendly staff. No bar. Pool and wellness center is really clean and nice.

The staff was amazing, I got upgraded when they ran out of rooms, breakfast is great, and they have happy hour T-Th evening with free food, beer, and wine. I highly recommend this location!

Employees are very friendly and always there to help you with anything, rooms are clean and the breakfasts are good, coffee always available, nice surroundings, a nice environment while our love one is in the hospital.

We visited the Loveland/Ft Collins area for a Memorial Day weekend baseball tournament. The Residence Inn Loveland was our home away from home. Everything was top-notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but it was the staff sets them apart from other similar properties — — It was easy to arrange reasonably priced accommodations for a large group, and there were personal touches to our visit that left us with an experience that is competitive with a higher-end hotel. The amenities (breakfast, pool, and lounge area) and location also make this a great place to be when visiting the area. A big THANK YOU to the staff for making our visit a memorable one!

Wonderful place to stay while in Loveland. Staff friendly and very clean. I have been staying here now for over a month while waiting for our house to be done. You feel comfortable at home here.

Great rooms, very clean and good service.

The rooms are very spacious. I come here to work in Loveland for a couple days and I'm always happy. Nice flat screen TV; it's on a swivel so you can point it towards the couch or the bed. The room even has a kitchen. I don't ever use it but I can imagine if I stayed there for a week or so it would come in handy. Overall a real nice place. Always happy to stay there.

Customer service is fantastic, breakfast was better than Iu could have hoped at a hotel and the decor was fitting. Highly recommended, especially for the price.

Pretty good place overall. Has a manager's reception some of the days of the week with very decent hors d'oeuvres. One negative for me was furnishings. The office chair in my room would not lock straight up and I nearly wound up falling on the floor trying to sit in it. I had to ask for it to be replaced — — only to find the very same chair returned to my room the next day! Good atmosphere, though, and the manager is really attentive to your needs.

The staff was friendly, work out room was one of the best we've seen. Basketball court was a great bonus for the kids. The best part for my family of 6, best breakfast at a hotel.

Great room very quiet even with teams of softball players there while we were there. Only complaint was the tub was very slippery wile taking a shower. Will stay here again.

I booked three rooms for some extended family and experienced some complications with changes and billing issues. However, the folks at the hotel handled it with ease and and took care of everything. In a highly competitive marketplace, customer service is the key to success. This Residence Inn is fantastic!
