Been to this facility many times and have yet to have a bad experience.

Room was very clean and nice, could use a USB port near the bed but other then that was a great stay.

We stayed here specificly for the outdoor pool. Otherwise would have stayed somewhere much less expensive. The pool was closed because it was "swamp green". When I explained this to the desk they had nothing to say. I could have spent half as much to stay somewhere else without a pool. The only thing hot for breakfast was waffles. No eggs or meat. The carpet in the dinning area was stained all over. The room was clean.

Room was nice and clean. Was quite and the bed was comfortable. The TV did not work, which was fine but would have been nice for our little one. We didn't know until the morning so we let desk know on way out. Clerk working the counter was nice, along with other staff we interacted with. We would stay here again.

It smelled like wet dog so we left. But they did give are money back and we found a new room at the Marriott.

Hotel wasn't 5 star quality, but it wasn't the worst place you could stay. There were doggy bags around the outside for pet use. The breakfast buffet was nice. As for the cons, it was a bit hot inside and at one point the smell of smoke was present, followed by the fire alarm. We aren't really sure how that happened. Also, we asked for two roll out beds over the phone, where we were told that would be no problem, only to find out that we could only have 1. Not the best place ever, but you most likely won't be getting shanked or anything.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my family to stay. The staff is amazing they treat you like family when you stay here. They even treated our dog with a friendly hand. The cleaning staff is excellent and more then happy to give that little extra to make your stay amazing. Thank you Marissa for doing such a great job on our room. They offer a wonderful breakfast spread.

The room was very clean, the staff was very nice. We overslept for breakfast and the staff still got my kids cereal and milk which they totally didn't have to do. The pool is nice with a nice sitting area. Very clean which is the most important thing to me in a hotel.

Solid LaQ. No frig nor microwave in my room. Breakfast is fine—no hot eggs nor breakfast meat, but fruit, yogurt, juice, etc. Listed weekend hours are 7-10, but they have it there before 7. Very pleasant staff.

The bed was really comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. In-room coffee was very drinkable. Nice desk. Great value for the price!

I really like the room layout. The door is at a 45° angle, giving room for luggage, etc as you enter the room. The shower is warm at best. Snowed last week and the water temp is turned down. Not good! This place is dog friendly. I heard dogs barking all night & days. Don't stay here if you want some peace & quiet. The staff is great. The facility is in good shape. Have not tried the breakfast yet. Have 2 more days here. Been here 2 days. Dogs barking at random each day & night. That's rediculous.

My stay here was very nice, the rooms and hotel were fairly recently updated. Some of the fixtures were coming lose in the bathroom but otherwise everything was nice. Just some minor maintenance was needed. Staff was friendly as well.

Stayed several nights. Clean and quiet rooms. Plenty of parking. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Pool was not open yet, still too cold out. Fitness center was fine. Treadmill was not working as intended. All in all a good stay.

Great place to stay with dogs, just please clean up after them since they even supply poop bags put back.

Our rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and courteous. Continental breakfast had a nice, ample variety of light breakfast fare.

First room had a horrible odor. Young man at desk did a great job. He came and sprayed room, told us if it wasn't better, he would give us new room. When we came back from dinner, you could still smell odor so we were given a new room. That all went fine. However, the breakfast next morning was not good. Only thing hot was waffles, no eggs or meat. Only canned cut up fruit. Nothing much to eat.

Door locks wouldn't work the first five times had to be re-roomed, manager wouldn't work with us on price versus points for our room when reservations stated that points would pay for it and the beds were uncomfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by this establishment. The outside is still as the original La Quinta hotels, but the friendly front desk worker said that they plan on updating that next. Inside, it was completely redone and beautifully done at that. I missed breakfast, but the beds were just stiff enough for comfort, and the furniture just slightly outdated. I look forward to seeing the new remodel, and I have no real complaints. They also allow pets, but charge an extra fee, it seems.

Great hotel for the money. Joined their club. Hope the other La Quontas are as nice. Housekeeping was very helpful with my small dog.

Very nice room. It had a desk which was nice to put the computer on and finish up some last minute work. Lots of restaurant options around the hotel. Beds were super nice!

Nice place overall. Decent breakfast and beds, but the door to our room wouldn't close properly unless you slammed it.

Pet friendly — you can hear how friendly as you walk down the 1st floor hall. Clean, quiet when you get in your room.

We lost our dog but we still stay at LQ. We try to stay at the Suites as we find them nicer. This one was renovated recently and staff was great. LQ needs to come up with a system to flip these heavy mattresses as they will not be so great if they do nothing.

I loved the hotel, very clean and pet friendly which is most important for those who have.

I wouldn't recommend staying here WITHOUT a dog. The walls are thin and the dogs can get noisy. That said, if you have a dog this is a great hotel chain. There is no extra charge, and you can leave well-behaved dogs alone in the room. Then Continental breakfast was pretty sad, but it was free. I would definitely stay again, but I do have a dog.

Without a doubt, the nicest La Quinta I've stayed at. Pet friendly hotel with large breakfast and seating area. Nice outdoor pool and patio.

Good location, clean rooms and staff extremely accommodating. Front desk and management took the time and very helpful with finding local restaurants and making arrangements to make our stay that much better. Hotel highly recommended.

Front desk attendants were courteous and professional. Lobby and conference rooms were very nice and very clean. Great experience.

They promise you the world and deliver nothing. All 20 rooms were great. The first 12 of my rooms were charged incorrectly after I called 30 mins prior to check into confirm everything was set up. 10 days later still can not get a call back, nor a receipt. The hospitality was lacking, they kept promising that that would get receipts 5 times 2 of those times it was my fault. We were going to set up a direct bill and make them our preferred. I am not looking for a new hotel chain who can get us receipts.

Our room was very nice and the staff was accommodating. My problem was the excessively expensive rates. We paid over $195.00 for a one night stay in August. I was told that the fair was coming to Pueblo next week so rates were high. I've stayed at hotels with much better accommodations for a lot less money. I will check other motels in Pueblo before I stay there again. We will not stay here again.

I recently had an ankle injury and am using a knee scooter. They were so accommodating, getting me into a room with a walk in shower and shower chair on the ground floor close to the front entrance. I appreciate them helping make my stay easier.

Can not complain about a single thing! Above 5 star staff, room, entire hotel clean well maintained. Night guy, Max is awesome!

I stayed here on a business trip to Pueblo. The front desk staff was so friendly. The room was great! Absolutely no complaints. I will stay here again when I have to work in Pueblo next time.

Very clean inside and out! Great pool and hot tub. Beautiful suite. Room stayed nice and cool. Only two small complaints — the bathtubs are small and they don't peel the hard-boiled eggs at breakfast, which makes for a challenge in the breakfast area — but, good breakfast buffet overall… Waffles, toast, oatmeal, cereals, some fruit, and only hard-boiled eggs (no other proteins or meats) …

We had a group of us come down from Woodland Park for some work training classes. The rooms were scheduled wrong by the co-ordinator. The staff here was very pleasant about fixing it for us. Great, friendly staff. The rooms are very nice. Highly recommend them. They even gave us discount tickets to nearby restaurants.

We have stayed here numerous times in the past and have always enjoyed our stays. Last night we got in late and fell asleep quickly. This morning, we noticed dog hair EVERYWHERE! Even the countertops have dog hair on them. In the breakfast area there were several dogs — in the elevator, dogs — in the hallway, dogs. We certainly are disappointed as this has always been a favorite hotel of ours. I feel like those of us who don't feel like animals belong in our beds shouldn't have to deal with this. I'm so sorry to post a negative review, but feel like this is unacceptable.

Initially we only booked for one night, but after seeing the lovely clean room and the beautifully warm pool we booked another night. The front desk staff were wonderful, and nothing was too much trouble. I found this to be true of both the day and night staff. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay while my family and I were visiting pueblo for a college visit. Rooms were clean, pool and courtyard were awesome, close to restaurants and gas stations, good/quick access to freeways, beds were comfortable, continental breakfast was satisfying, and friendly staff. Only a few MINOR things were a downer, elevator was kinda slow running, ice machine was not working on our floor (4 floors total).

The rooms were pretty clean, except they had this weird smell that I can't explain. It just smelt a little off nothing too alarming though. The pool area and courtyard were absolutely beautiful, but the pool itself was filthy. Leaves and bugs floating in the water. Not very sanitary. All around a good hotel. A lot of restaurants around it, so that was awesome.

Convenient location near Interstate and close to Cracker Barrel. However, the beds were horribly uncomfortable and the center really had no support, so we were rolled together all night. Breakfast was bland with fewer options than the Best Westerns we've been staying at.

Great service in time of need. After checking out and driving 50 miles to a local park, I realized I left my wedding rings on the bed. I called the front desk immediately and Sam, the front desk manager, had a member of her staff retrieve the rings for me. She called me back within 10 minutes to let me know she had the rings and held them for me until I returned 4 hours later. I was able to enjoy the park without any worries. Thank you to Sam and her staff for going above and beyond.

Doors are inside the building, not out, for added security. Bed and pillows are just amazing. Free continental breakfast and prices are worth the value of your stay. Really enjoyed my stay.

My parents were staying, I visited, and the hotel rooms were very spacious and clean. I would stay there if I needed to.

Iv been on hold for an hour and tried calling back three times they never bothered to check to see what I was doing or give me an update on how long the hold would be.

I rate it 5 because the staff was awesome! They welcomed our dog at no extra charge which was great. Also the room we got was great. Bed was comfy, flat screen tv. Great place to kick back and rest. The only Con was really the breakfast. Overall it was decent, bagels were very stale, the plastic ware they had out made it impossible to spread the cream cheese. However they have some good waffles! Not a lot of options for breakfast, but if you are looking for more than a quick bite just hope over to the cracker barrel across the street. Can't knock them for a so so breakfast when everything else was so great.

I have been here a couple of times on a business trip and had to stay here. This is a corporate location so they do not give La Quinta rewards points for your stays there but they will gladly take your hard earned points. If you have to sleep during the day time forget about it because the maintenance and cleaning staff run up and down the hallways stomping and yelling back and forth like it is their own personal playground. They can't seem to communicate without yelling right outside your door to the person 10 doors down. They slam doors and make so much noise you can hear it through the thin walls like an earthquake They have no consideration for the guests in the hotel. The décor is something from the mid 80's with carpet bubbling off the floor and the rooms semi clean. Bring your own cleaning supplies for a wipe down. Then to top it all off you get about 15 basic cable channels so forget about entertainment. This is by far one of the worst La Quintas I have ever stayed at. If I could give it 0 stars I would but unfortunately I have to give 1.

Amazing room for the price. Courtesy staff was very pro-active. Room was spotless. Bed was as good as the 3000.00 dollar mattress that I have at home. Quiet — did I say Quiet. No leftover smoke smell. A great place for a good nights rest. The Continental breakfast was a little slim but I rarely stay at a hotel for the breakfast.

You get what you pay for. First off, the walls of this hotel are thin and you can hear people in adjacent rooms which is a huge NO NO in any hotel. I left after the first night because of this reason. Second, this hotel is located in an area of Pueblo where there is not much to desire. If you are thinking about staying here, please look elsewhere — you get the sense upon arriving here that comfort and quality are very lacking, along with the type of people staying here, and it is not a good feeling. The mosquitoes in this area especially after periods of heavy rain are swarming and terrible — if you don't wear insect repellant, your body will swell up. If you go to Colorado and this is your first time here, choose the Denver area or somewhere near the ski resorts (Vail/Eagle, Aspen) — Pueblo is not the town to visit.

Very nice hotel! Dog friendly yet very clean, safe with plenty of parking, large breakfast spread, clean rooms. Very conveniently located, too.

Best La Quinta I've ever been to. From the quality and service is unmatched at any other hotel.
