Incredible, very accommodating staff for family needs. Fun pool area. Good burgers at restaurant. Nice hot breakfast with omelette bar complimentary.

It has everything we need. Nice sized restroom. Keep in mind it is located right across from a mineral spring and there is a strong hint of sulphur. That is also part of the local mystique.

The accommodations at this Quality Inn were not the most modern but it is clean and the beds and pillows are really comfortable and we slept great! Also the breakfast was about the best we have had. In addition to the usual cereal bread and muffins they had eggs, sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, make your own waffles in two flavors, strawberry topping and chocolate chips to put on the waffles in addition to syrup and a pancake machine that I didn’t try but another guest said was good! All in all we were pleased. We wanted to check out the hot springs but didn’t have much time left and really didn’t want to pay full price for about 15 minutes so we just walked down to the place on the river at the bridge where the hot water comes out of a pipe into a little pool and it worked for me just fine!

Where do I begin? First, 3 handicapped spaces, tons for motorcycles. Food particles on wall, couldn’t sit on toilet without toilet paper roll sticking me, chairs need to be spot cleaned, trash can in laundry room needs to be emptied — made me gag, no breakfast was served or compensation given, no security on outside doors on building I was in.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a last minute need for a room and the woman at the front desk fixed us up quickly. We received a voucher for a free drink in the bar with our stay. We had a total of 3 drinks and some mozzarella sticks and paid less than 20. When we overslept a little in the morning we rushed down to see if there was anything left for breakfast. The girl that was cleaning up let me get some stuff and was very patient about it. She also spent extra time making us up some omelets when she could have easily told us they were closed. This was one of the most friendly places with a really good free breakfast. The place looks a little outdated in some areas but they have done a good job with what they have to work with.

Would stay there again. Popped in late night and very courteous front desk helped us get a room. Bartender was friendly as well. Almost missed the breakfast but again the staff was super helpful and got us some omelettes. Room we're comfy enough and had a slightly dated but lodge-like feel. Glad we stayed here.

Run down looking. Needs maintenance. Lots of junk stored outside and around the buildings. Expensive… weirdest noises at night coming from air conditioning unit. Kept waking us up. Room was clean, staff very pleasant and welcoming. At $200. For one night… not the value I was expecting. Half of the light fixtures did not work… burnt out bulbs?

We Thought it was a good deal booking through Priceline. The hotel didn’t like that, so they changed my card over and over again everyday with different fees. After complaining and talking to the owner they took off all the charges but then charged my other card they had on file more charges. “Room upgrade fee”, “pet fee”, “more tax” tons of excuses, computer generated fees over and over again. They told me it was a glitch. But continued to do it after many complaints. The room was somewhat clean and the other guests were loud, the hotel is very old and not renovated. The staff wasn’t trained very well and the owner had some kinda party of her own going on with many many of her own guests. As of today after a month staying with them I’m still trying to work out the charges to my cards. I do NOT recommend this hotel. Many other options in this town. They really have nothing to offer that is worth staying with them and getting charged more fees.

Helpful and attentive front desk staff. They called to verify late check-in, and notified immediately if packages arrived. Only downside is that the cleaning staff doesn't understand how to change light bulbs, or to call maintenance to do it for them.

The place was really outdated, slightly disheveled, and a little expensive for what you get. But the location right across from the pool and the exceptionally nice staff make up for it. There was a free breakfast, really simple things like waffles, cereal, and biscuits and gravy and juice. But not bad.

The hotel isn't glamorous but is right across from the hot springs and allows dogs for little extra. Also full breakfast included. Room is adequate and include fridge and microwave. Not bad!

Looks old and worn down on the outside. Room was very cozy and big. Price was good and location was excellent! Right across from the springs. What we love the most was the exceptional service from the front desk and restaurant. Very friendly and caring. Ana and esther made us feel like home. We will be back soon.

Gov rate is below the max allowed Stopped by whiteout snow conditions, we called and booked the rooms over the phone. Knowing we were coming the live in attendant stayed out late to help us. The kind attendant showed hospitality at a level befitting a five star luxury hotel. After checking in we lounged in the common area for a few hours. The area is warm and inviting, set with a fire and several lounged chairs. Breakfast isn't the light continental breakfast common at most hotels it was MADE TO ORDER OMELETTS among the normal hotel breakfast fair. The rooms were fine, similar to literally every other hotel room. The real bang for your buck comes is the atmosphere, service and breakfast. It wasn't the cheapest in the area but I guarantee the next time I'm back in the area I'm going here.

I stayed in the detached building, it was clean, but they originally forgot to activate my room key, and it was pretty cold out. The previous guest set an alarm which was an unpleasant surprise too. However they have good cable, clean and pleasant rooms, the staff were all very kind and friendly. It was a good place to stop and sleep, plus they had room to park a truck and trailer which was really important for me, and they even let me drop the trailer so I could do stuff in town. Overall a good place with a few small inconveniences.

I've been coming to this hotel the same weekend for four years for an annual visit to Wolf Creek Ski Area. Every year I see improvements. Since the first year the old tvs have been replaced with big flat screen models, the towels and linens have been upgraded, including down comforters, breakfast has gotten better, including a chef — staffed omelette station, two waffle makers, and a pancake maker, fresh fruit, etc. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It's the same staff year after year. The facility is older and there is still room for improvement, but it is clear that management is reinvesting on a continual basis. Suggestion for management: increase the brightness of the light fixtures. Rooms are too dimly lit.

Stayed here 3 nights for wedding. Great friendly service. Comfortable beds and down comforter and pillows. Room had hairdryer, soft towels, ironing board and iron, fridge and large flat screen TV with cable. Awesome free breakfast with made to order omelets, waffle station, biscuit and gravy, sausage, eggs, fruit, cereal and muffins, juice and coffee. They also have a bar and live music the nights we stayed there. Great little bar to unwind and short walk to room after a few drinks. Other guests for wedding stayed across street at the Pagosa Spa and Resort which in my opinion was over priced and no restaurant or breakfast and bar closed at 9. Everyone came over to Quality Inn bar and hung out.

Always above and beyond service. Owners CARE about trying to make best experience of your stay.

The outside looks shabby, and inside is nice.
