They refused my reservation twcie stating I had insufficient funds. My bank told me an error was occurring on their end. The woman on the phone was in no way trying to help this situation. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere, where people understand customer service. I'm sure it would have been a great place to stay, but I guess my money is no good there. Their loss I guess.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, great view, great service, great location, laundry… will definitely book again.

You will love staying here! It's been beautifully remodeled and the owner Suzie is the sweetest person ever! We are already planning a week long stay next year with friends! I also like the fact it's just off the main drag in Manitou so you don't have to deal with as much traffic and you have easy access to Hwy 24. Can't wait til next summer!

Very nice hotel! We booked only 2 weeks before our trip and it was one of the only places I could find room at so close to our trip. B ok nus was that it was right by the places we wanted to visit (pikes peak and garden of the gods) the owner was super nice, checked us in than walked us to our room and showed us around. Very sweet lady. The room comes with Wi-Fi (which I didnt use) and Netflix! Bed was comfy and room was nicely updated and spacious. When we come back, we will have to stay here again!

My favorite locally owned hotel! Owner is amazing! Rooms were recently upgraded and have a vintage inspired decor. Will definitely be back!

Cute little motel, free shuttle to strip across the street, owners are very nice, rooms are very clean. I would stay here again.

Pretty location, good price, great staff. Our first place we were to stay was “not good” I called here and we were treated like family. They have made sure our stay in town is great.

The lady who arranged everything was extremely friendly, helpful, and helped us arrange everything as needed. The room was extremely cute and clean. It was a beautiful stay!

The owners are amazingly nice. But unfortunately they are closed for the season. They don't reopen til March.

The rooms were nice, although air conditioner didn't! It's out of the way, kinda hard to find, views are ok.

Room was really nice! Had a kitchenette and free Netflix. Super close to a free shuttle stop as well. Checking in John was very friendly and welcoming. Even walked us to our room to make sure it was to our liking!

Suzie is a very pleasant person to do business with, I can imagine that she provides top-notch service to her customers as well. She was a customer of mine recently and showed me pictures of the new remodel — looks like a clean, attractive and safe place to stay if you're visiting Manitou! Convenient location to shopping and dining. I look forward to seeing her around town soon!

Dont Go Here! What a terrible excuse for 'management'. These people, aside from obviously not being able to speak english well, are nothing short of incompetent. They must have sent 4 emails and called several times, unable to ever get our information correct, before finally telling us two days before our trip that they are unable to accommodate us. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Amazing Views. Amazing Rooms. Amazing People. Red Wing has been completely remodeled. Every care was taken to ensure high quality throughout. Granite counters, stainless appliances in kitchette rooms, even high thread count bedding and NOT thin white towels. Susie has made every effort to ensure your stay is above ordinary comfort. The motel is across a quiet street from a park with fields, tennis and a skatepark. EXTREMELY SAFE TOO! Our stay was wonderful, I cannot recommend highly enough.

Awsome little place, beds and towels were great. The manager/owner walked us to the room when we checked in. Newly remodel, you can tell it is an old building but it was nicely done. What a great way to breathe new life into an iconic business. Thank you for a great stay, hope to be back soon. Great location with lots of fun stuff to do. The only down fall is its hard to find in the dark. Bus stop and the great driver didn't fail to deliver.

I can not thank the Red Wing enough for all the hospitality given to my husband and I during our recent visit. The staff was so awesome and kind to us. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous! 5 stars is not a high enough of a metric to give this Inn. The rooms all have new/modern fixtures and appliances. Our room had a big flat screen with a blu-ray, that you can use to watch movies or netflix, but to be honest we spent most of our time taking in the sites of Manitou Springs. There is a shuttle, in front of the motel, in the summer that shuttles you for FREE to all the shopping and entertainment on the strip in Manitou Springs. We never once used our car the three days we visited. The beautiful Garden of the Gods was just a short walk from the Inn. When we come back this is THE only place we will ever stay in Manitou Springs.

I have stayed at the Red Wing Motel for years and have never had anything less than a stellar experience. My animals were treated like family and my grandkids and visitors treated like royalty. It has been through two owners in the years I have been going there and I think they have now closed and that makes me very, very sad. I will miss the awesome people that took such good care of my family through the years.

N*A*S*T*Y — Save your time, and money and go somewhere else. The bathroom light did not work, neither did the toilet, it had not been flushed, yes, yuck, full of sh*t. The bathroom door was also broken off of the hinges. For the money, go elsewhere.

The Redwing, is an older Mom and Pop Motel. Friendly owners, welcoming staff and a comfortable place. Only a hop skip and a jump away from Pikes Peak, and other places of interest.
