Very nice loved the place.

Love the hotel, however, although we were registered guests, they wouldn’t seat us for dinner until after 8:00 pm, or choose to eat outside because they had a table of 16 people coming in a half hour after we attempted to have dinner at 6:00. Make sure you make a reservation. They can’t handle more than a single table of 16 people, to accommodate their other guests?!. Staff shortage? I don’t know, but when you check in, they should certainly inform their guests that if they want to eat in the dining room at dinner time, to make a reservation. At those prices, you would think they would accommodate those staying with them accordingly. Disappointed.

Amazing place, perfect location and their tenderloin steak cut with a butter knife. Service was awesome!

The Staff at the Hotel is the bones of it, every staff member I came across was excellent in customer service and demeanor. Patrick gave me a tour of all the Springs, this should be added. To the Hotel as a tour for guests or Solo females like myself. He was very informative as well as loved amongst the community, everyone called out his name and it made me feel good to be on tour with someone well loved! Eric was an excellent Valet as well and very informative and attentive all the female staff were wonderful and talkative as well. The dinner was exceptional as well as desserts, had the Elk, Duck and Salmon. They upgraded me to the Woolworth Suite, which was jawdropping to say the least. Location is excellent! I take care of my deteriorating parents as well as my grandkids, this was my 24 hours of being Cinderella and they made all my dreams come true! I will return one day with my daughters it was so amazing!

The hotel is beautiful and has great ambience. Centrally located with helpful, friendly staff. Our room is cozy and comfortable with nice amenities including an electric fireplace, heated toilet seat and towel rack. Would definitely recommend!

The western exposure of the PT Barnum suite affords breathtaking views of the mountains. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. We have not experienced the restaurant yet, but have reservations. Will update!

The staff will go above and beyond to make sure your visit was a wonderful experience. In my opinion if youre dining in leave the kids at home.

Several days after staying here I was charged nearly $50 that I wasn't expecting. After calling them I was told that you are charged for "incidentals" and room service regardless of whether you order it or not. This on top of paying for valet parking because they do not have a parking lot. They refused to reverse a dollar of the erroneous charges.

From start to finish this felt more like home than a boutique hotel. Great breakfast everyday! But the staff here is the star of the whole experience. Friendly, quick, and, accommodating. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

For the price that I just paid for, for a crappy room with nothing to do at this place. I could of went and payed for two nights a the Hotel Elegante that has a swimming place bar sweet shop and got free breakfast and dinner. So I’ll never recommend this place.

We had a late lunch on the front porch. The views, the staff and the food made it the perfect choice. I would highly recommend and will come back.

Awesome Hotel. Everyone (Front Desk) was so nice, helpful and welcoming. Awesome view of the mountains. Right next door to a post office and walking distance to lots of shopping retailers. Rooms are very clean and beautiful as well. Kid friendly and the serve a hot breakfast each morning. Also have reasonable valet parking accommodations. Awesome Vintage (104 years old) Authentic Hotel. The view is amazing all throughout Hotel.

We had a great time. The brunch buffet was yummy. There were healthy options, spacious, cozy, plus it was a fine dining like a 5 star hotel. Over all, we were satisfied with their services.

We stayed here for three nights in August and it was a fabulous experience. Will stay again for sure. Super friendly staff. Beautiful historic Inn with charming rooms and great views. Complimentary buffet breakfast had many choices and was tasty. The location is perfect to walk the little town of Manitou Springs. And did I mention the great staff?

The history of the hotel is amazing. We are total history buffs and love it. We wish the buffalo bill room was available because it looks amazing. But we are very happy with the king size bedroom we have. The staff is amazing always willing to listen about the day you had site seeing. The food is amazing. And we love all the valet guys we have had. The bartender Bradford was amazing and we will make a point to see him before leaving.

The Cliff House was a fantastic part of our vacation! Dinner on our first night and breakfast on our last. It was truly a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend.

Love that Jenny Lind stayed here. A lot of history and GREAT staff. Breakfast is always really good.

I have fined there 3x this summer and will be there again in August. Love it there but unfortunately neither the service or the food was up to the excellent degree that I usually enjoy there.

Great historical hotel, we liked it so much we stayed an extra night! The staff are all nice and extremely helpful especially Mike the valet who gave us lots of hints about the town. Big spa tubes and fireplaces made it a wonderful place for our honeymoon.

It is nice. There were a few things I wasn't impressed with. The room had black out curtains on one window but not on the one right next to it. Somebody above us kept waking us up. The free breakfast was gross and no one even served us we had to get it all ourselves. The man who did valet was very nice and helpful as well as the concierge. Location was good on this. Its in the heart of manitou springs.

Great service in this historic hotel. The most friendly and helpful staff at every level. Great breakfast buffet. Loved our room. Great sitting areas outside for food or a drink. Enjoyed our stay in Manitou Springs with coffee shops, restaurants and shops all a block away.

PROS: Good wishing for Great' We came down for a 24 hour get away from Denver, and immediately were upgraded to the next level room. Clean, quiet, a few issues with the shower but nothing major. The hotel staff at the desk were so kind. CONS: For the AM, the breakfast was horrendous, the staff sucked and the food was not that good. Took a drink order and never received our drinks. Staff was not friendly at all nor attentive. Valet leaving, was so kind and quick. Everything was amazing until we got to breakfast.

This was beautiful and a super fun experience. Unfortunately, my husband and I had the worst night of sleep here. The air kicking on in our room every couple hours kept us awake all night as it was super loud. With 3 little kids and being in my third trimester, this was an inconvenience for sure. I love the overnight dates my husband and I get to go on for the added sleep I am finally able to get. Not this time. We stayed in the Barnum and Bailey room. For $400, we would have enjoyed it more if we had been able to sleep.

Beautiful hotel, small but charming room. The dining room was lovel and the buffet breakfast was hot and delicious. I would certainly stay there again. My only issue was with the service. We came in right off of a 26 mile hike up and down Pikes Peak. We are exhausted and I desperately needed a good soak. When we saw the room didn't have a tub, my partner called to see if we could get something to soak my feet in. They said no to our request immediately without a seconds thought, and when we asked if we could move to a room with a tub, again an immediate no with without checking. I would have expected a bit more from a 4-star hotel.

Fantastic old hotel in a very nice and accessible part of the town. Walking distance to shops, food, and fun. Also just a short drive to several of the local parks that you came here for. The breakfast was also very good and hotel staff were very helpful.

Had a wonderful time at the Cliff House. Room was quaint and clean, dined on the patio and the food was great. It was our Anniversary and we were just winging it and stopped and was pleasantly surprised. All of the people who work here are kind, courteous and very professional! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The experience at the Cliff House at Pikes Peak was excellent. The service was very efficient and courteous. The hotel is very beautiful and has many areas to relax in. There is a lot of memorabilia through the halls which allows you to see what a historic place is. Great room and excellent amenities. Only signs with the room would be that the temperature did not get low even though the air conditioner was at maximum power and that the tub is a bit complicated (but at the same time you learn to handle it the experience is divine). The breakfast buffet was exquisite and varied as well as the lounge for breakfast is very cozy and elegant. Anyway, we had an excellent experience and we are already considering when to come back and enjoy the pinturescos surroundings of the hotel.

Service was stellar! The Cliff House was charming and comfortable. The room we stayed in was large. Plenty of room for us to move around. Breakfast was hot and delicious. I will definitely stay there again.

Great hitless and great history. Customer service is on par. $10 to valet your car. When they brought it back to me it was a chilly morning. They had my seat heaters turned on as well as our defrost. Breakfast was phenomenal and included in the stay. There is a cute maid button in your room. It does not work it is for historic show. Again Customer service is phenomenal. They do a turn down service including a clean sheet by your side of the bed and mints. Located in a cute town.

Seriously the coolest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was great, all of them. I don’t even know where to begin. There’s so much you would have to experience yourself. Expect to pay $10 a night for valet parking because there’s no where near to park. But it’s worth it and the guys are dreamy to deal with. Especially Shawn. Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel too. I really couldn’t find anything wrong. Loved it.

This is an awesome historic lodging. At one time it was completely gutted by fire. It has now been restored to a comfortable, quaint, luxurious place to stay and dine. Employees and staff are super friendly and accommodating. I have stayed her two times with my husband and found the rooms to be comfortable, beautifully decorated and unique. The restaurant serves yummy food! The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen. Dinner service is lovely! One of my favorite things to do here is lounge on the expansive "front porch" that is outfitted with comfy couches.

Amazing food from start to finish. Really enjoyed our server and everything else until the end. So why the negative rating. When we went to leave I had wrapped five ones around my valet ticket. We had asked the receptionist who we give the Valet ticket to as no one was out front. She asked for the ticket and I slipped the ticket out of the bills and put the bills in my pocket. I happened to slip them into the same pocket I had a fifty in. My stupid mistake I know. I handed the Valet the money and five minutes later it hits me the mistake I made. I search everywhere and the fifty was gone so I called and explained my fifty five dollar tip mistake. The Valet gets on the phone and some how had managed to search the lobby, flower beds and was making a big deal of going through the tip pouch while swearing I only gave him five ones in only a few seconds I was on hold and transferred to him. I am as close to 100% as one can be that the above is true. Kind of put a small cloud over my wife's and my 12th anniversary. Not going to let it go on further than this post. Unfortunately we thought we found the place we would continue to go to, but because of my stupidity and the Valets lack of integrity we may never go back. So go, enjoy the amazing dining and when it comes to tipping the Valet it's on me.

My experience at The Cliff House if I could have stayed longer! This spectacular piece of history is sitting at the base of Pikes Peak. It features fine food, and perfect table service. We were sat in front of a window with views forever. We ate brunch and had delicious Bloody Marys and Mimosas. Attention to detail is evident in the level of service, plate presentation and the beautifully decorated and kept environment. I want to go back again and again.

I’ve had a wonderful experience here from the moment I pulled up. They got the bags and and did the car valet while I checked in. I had the pleasure of staying in the Zalmon Simmons suite which had a huge jet bathtub, a separate shower with a steam function, plus a heated towel rack and toilet seat. Dinner here was amazing as well with attentive service, delicious food and bottle service. I also love that it’s in the middle of Manitou Springs so it’s perfect to just walk outside and be right in town. I will absolutely look forward to coming back here!

One of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. This place is so elegant and historic. The interior of the hotel will definitely keep your eyes anything, but in front of you. The staff is absolutely amazing, we received an complimentary upgrade. To the F. W. Woolworth room. Absolutely gorgeous room with beautiful amenities.

We stay here every year for my husbands birthday. The deluxe and celebrity suites are awesome. Big spa tubs with jets and a steam shower with jets are perfect for relaxing. Heated towel bar and heated toilet seat are things I never knew I wanted. Fireplace in your room sets the mood. Free breakfast buffet is awesome. Valet is quick and friendly. Tons of bard, restaurants, stores, arcade in 2 block walking distance.

Hotel and our room and staff was amazing! Communication between the red mountain grille and the higher scale restaurant at the cliff house was sceptical. The hotel staff did there best to rectify the situation. Thank You! Will recommend. We'll be back for that special occasion.

Stayed here for three nights. Cute and quiet place but not quite what I expected. It's a little dated (i. E. Old mattress, furniture need refinished, etc). Carpet in the room was stained and didn't seem well vacuumed. Staff are friendly though, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was a nice addition and quite tasty (though the same every morning). You're pretty much forced to valet park, since the only other option is street parking. But it's only $10 per night at least. Very convenient to all the local sites like Red Rock Canyon, Cave of the Winds, Pikes Peak, and more.

This place is very upscale. Service is extraordinary. We had breakfast at the buffet and it was so delicious! So many choices, I especially liked the quiche. My wife and I had wine and light dinner by the fireplace in the music room. The clam chowder was the best I have ever had! My wife had a smoked turkey sandwich and she loved it. The next night we had cream brulee more wine and clam chowder. I have to say the cream brulee was so amazing. The fireplace was not on and we asked that it be lit. They graciously honored our request. I would recommend this hotel and restaurant. You would not be disappointed.

I have been to the Cliff House many, many times for dinner but never for lunch. The lunch menu had a lot of great choices. I had the quiche. The crust was very good as well as the bacon. Although it was a very small serving. I also had the French onion soup which was some of the best I ever had! The waiter was charming and attentive. Great lunch!

Beautiful hotel situated in the cute little town of Manitou Springs. The great history to this hotel makes it fun and romantic. The restaurant is world class with an amazing weekend list and so good, it almost seems to belong to New York or San Francisco. Event rooms are great.

We spent three nights here in January and had an absolutely lovely time. From the valet service to the housekeeping to the dining staff, everyone was friendly and attentive. This was our first time here and we feel we unraveled a hidden gem. The dining was superb and the wait staff was so attentive making the experience better than we could have imagined. The food was excellent and the presentation was perfect. We got the hike and wine enhancement package during our stay and it was so nice! Definitely recommend Cliff House!

Very nice place. Has an antique Victorian feel. Very cozy. The breakfast is definitely the best thing about this place. Wonderful large breakfast buffet with well above par food. Be warned you get charged $9.50 per person per night as a gratuity for services that they tell you about after you are here. The heated toilet seats are a plus too. The studio rooms only have showers no tubs and there is not coffee available in the lobby like most all hotels. It is a nice place though and convienant location. Parking is a pain if you don't do valet.

Breakfast is GREAT, staff is friendly, property is very nice and fun. We wish we would have got a tub suite. Maybe next time. Perfect walking distance for all attractions. Springs, Arcade, River, Food, Shopping out the front door basically. Cool History, well kept.

From start to finish, excellent service with a professional, friendly attitude. Shawn greeted us, took our many bags, valet parked our car, and even made several excellent recommendations for places to see and to eat/drink in Manitou Springs. We want to be sure to mention him for his great attitude and attention to service — a great asset to the inn for sure — but everyone we dealt with was polite and professional — not a missed step. Great job Our room was not big, but it was clean, well appointed, had great views, a large, over-sized bathroom and a fireplace. Breakfast (included) was served in a very cozy dining room and the food was very tasty. (Btw, their wine list at dinner is amazing — several vintages of all the first-growth Bordeaux?! ) Overall, this quaint, little hotel is just right — no corporate feel, fine service, and that special uniqueness that only comes with attention to detail. We hope to be back soon.

Friendly Staff, parking is a joke, expect. To pay $10/night to valet Park. But for the price of the hotel you shouldn't be surprised. The hotel also has gust fees on top of room rates per night. Breakfast is amazing and included with room. Definitely go with deluxe suites over studios if you can afford it. Or celebrity suites if you are rich.

Well our room was spectacular, we stayed in the Clark Gable room. The bed was very comfortable (firm) the way we like it. I am very picky about cleanliness and there was not one thing that could have been done. The steam shower worked great, but one of the shower heads wasn't working, but there are multiple. We had no complaints. The dinner was wonderful they have a great chef. I had the skin a bay salmon w/bernais sauce and asparagus, hubby had the maple leaf farms duck and loved it!

The Cliff House is a beautiful, historic, grand hotel perfectly located in Manitou Springs. It's within walking distance of everything in town, and only a 5 minute drive to Colorado Springs. Everyone on the staff has been great and attentive. It's definitely a luxury stay at a luxury cost.

I would like to give a 4+, but not an option. Overall atmosphere was excellent. Love the history of the hotel and their effort to preserve the past. Rooms were clean and comfortable and heated toilet seat was greatly appreciated by my wife. The fine dining restaurant was outstanding. The Bar and Grill was ok. The veranda was wonderful, but they allow smoking, and there were a bunch of smokers. For us that made the veranda uninhabitable at times. Location is very convenient for walking to any downtown activity and a short drive to most landmarks.

We were SO disappointed by our stay. The beds were very uncomfortable/old (hole in the middle), the makeup mirror was hanging off the wall, there was mold in the shower, bugs in the lights and the real kicker was a pubic hair in the ice/ice tray in the room fridge/freezer. It looks pretty from the street, but it has been poorly maintained. The Front Desk when we checked in acted snooty when we asked for local restaurant recommendations (and basically told us we should only eat at the hotel because everything else was gross). We looked at the hotel breakfast, but the coffee was terrible and everything else looked like standard hotel buffet food sitting in warmers. We did mention the broken mirror and they sent someone up immediately and had it fixed the same day. The handyman was very polite and pleasant. We loved the town of Manitou Springs and had a fantastic breakfast at Red Dog Cafe down the street. Excellent coffee and delicious burritos.

This place is so inviting, the staff are super friendly, they treat you with respect and dignity. The food was fabulous. The ambiance of the hotel is spot on! If I am ever I. The area again I would stay here in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic hotel full of history. Amazing staff. Awesome Suites. My husband and I loved every minute of our stay and will definitely come back! The view from our room was fantastic. There is truly nothing better than waking up to a quiet hotel with a beautiful mountain view. I loved the comfortable chairs on the porch/patio. Made snuggling with my husband easier at night time. My husband personally enjoyed the toilet seat and towel warmers. I enjoyed the spa tub. I love that they give you the option to change your sheets daily or just have your bed made. The fireplace was ready anytime we turned it on.

We did this at as our overnight without our son. We had a great time at the restaurant downstairs, but you'll need a reservation for eating there even if you stay. They had a wonderful in depth history of The Cliff House with many items on display there. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had our jets in the bath go out the one night we were there but the maintenance guy really put forth a lot of effort to get it fixed. We also a great time walking around downtown Manitou Springs which the Cliff House is located in the midst of the town. We had a great breakfast with a variety of foods to eat. We also saw some deer walking by the breakfast area that morning! Good times!

Expensive for an old inn with aging facilities. The air-conditioning was malfunctioning so instead of fixing it they installed a window unit which was loud and unable to cool the room. They charge a $9/day "service fee" but shouldn't that be included in the overall rate? When I asked where to park I was told I could "try to find a space in the residential neighborhood next door, but only till 9. " They offer valet parking (for an additional fee. ). The breakfast was very close to what you'd find at a Holiday Inn. I like staying at boutique hotels but this place is just old without the comfort. Howover, its primary selling point, that it is close to the tourist district downtown, is accurate. If that's all you want then you'll be happy.

We had a great meal and good drinks. My only complaint was the somewhat disorganised nature of our event that left us with several glasses for each guest (2 water glasses maybe two wine glasses and possibly another drink glass) which took a fair amount of time up be cleared to declutter our table.

This place was a great experience. The food and service exceeded my expectations, and the environment left an impression. My favorite time and place here is by a window right after it snows.

The rooms are clean and cozy. The building's architecture is pleasant to look at. Staff was courteous and helpful. Parking isn't ideal but they will valet for you. There's a restaurant inside that offers a fair breakfast (and other meals). Located within walking distance from downtown. Except for the wonky sign on the front, this place is everything you could ask for. If I'm not camping in Manitou, I'm staying here.

Superb. Absolutely superb experience at The Cliff House. Valet parking. A short walk to many Springs and sights in Manitou. Nice porch out front with tables and chairs. The room was modern. And beautiful. Good coffee pot. Excellent shower. Television allowed HDMI ports to connect your devices. The desk had charging ports and extra outlets. The floors were creeky and noisy in places and you could hear similar floorboards creeking from above, but it didn't deter from the experience. The building is over 100 years old. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. From housekeeping to the front desk to the breakfast staff to the valet parking crew; all were pleasant and nice. The service all around was top notch. This has become a go-to place to stay in Manitou, which I visit several times a year. I will return. You should also. You'll be super glad you did.

Food took a while, but was delicious when we got it! You can dine there in formal or business casual attire, but my family went in just nice clothes and that was fine. Recommend it for a date night or if you just want to treat your family.

The service throughout the stay was great. I had a problem with the air conditioning in my room, but the front desk promptly sent a full time maintenance crew to fix it. When the problem recurred, we got moved to a nicer room with no trouble. The staff was very polite and the room was just what we expected. Also very clean.

Recently stayed at the Cliff House I got a good deal on Expedia but I would have happily payed the normal rate! It was beyond what I expected! The employees were so sweet and caring about every single guest! The breakfast in the morning was my favorite. Great job Cliff House can't wait till I see ya'll next!

My friends actually had their daughters wedding their and they were very happy with the process and the management. The food was excellent, the staff attentive! Very beautiful setting. Parking for guests is the only drawback in this area… but that's ok. We loved it. THE Cliff House also has supported our Down Syndrome Buddy walk before! So they are also engaged and active in the community.

Loved our stay here! Close to Colorado Springs! We stayed in a King Suite. Very nice, especially for being the second oldest hotel in Colorado. Heated and lighted toilet seat, heated towel rack, jetted tub, jetted shower with steam. Our room also had a gas fireplace. This hotel also has valet parking and a great restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The included breakfast buffet was delicious! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Large rooms with wonderful views and a fireplace in the suite. The bathroom is large and well appointed with a huge tub, heated toilet seat, and heat lamp. Survice was great and would stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend away without the kids. We had a great experience. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Valet was the way to go due to the limited parking but it was only a very small daily fee. Breakfast, included in the rate, was one of the better ones we've had. We are talking about turn I got this into our get away spot for years to come.

The reception I received exceeded my expectations; I was treated exceptionally well. Also, despite being the 2nd oldest hotel in Colorado, the suite I stayed in was lavishly appointed with towel warmers, a jet tub, and steam shower with body spray. There was even a toilet seat warmer. What's more, the sitting area had a gas fireplace that you could cozy up to after rejuvenating in the expansive marble bathroom. Although the suite had obviously been modernized, it retained much of it's historic charm with antique furnishings that appeared to be from the late 1800's. The historic hotel is located in a charming hillside neighborhood in Manitou Springs at the foot of Pikes Peak and just a short walk away from local cafes and shops.

Beautiful building. We had a wedding rehearsal dinner there. Elk meat was too rare, halibut did not have any spices on it or available. Too pricey. Dark basement room. Had to walk threw the hotel hallways to get to the basement. Not a good place to hold such an event.

Clean, old-timey hotel, *best* option in the area. Safe, comfortable with free shuttle summer service to Pike's Cog and other attractions. There are additional hotel service fees, but we will be back!

We stayed here just one night when we were passing through. We were upgraded to a Queen Suit, which was a pleasent surprise. The hotel is very cool, old but modern. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. We want to come back for a longer stay.

We stayed 4 nights to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and the food is delicious. We would definitely put The Cliff House on top of our list of hotels to visit again.

Like the below, What can I say? This place was nothing but perfect. We called, and asked for a suite for our honey moon. The staff was super friendly, they gave us a discount package, and got us an early check in because she knew we we're arriving early and called my cell to say the room was ready. We paid for a suite that was recommended by staff, on a discount at prices you'd pay for an average room and was blown away. Music cd playing, wine bottle of your choice, custom greetings on our bed. "welcome Mr. And Mrs. " This hotel had a remote controlled fire place, heated toilet seat, a spa tub, and a steam shower. This room had a 10k mattress, they say, hat WAS cozy, and a view of pikes peak. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. The food at the restaurant there is easily the best food in Manitou Springs, if not Colorado Springs. Incredible. This place was the highlight of our honeymoon and I highly recommend other couples trying it out. We like it so much, we stayed two nights, If I had any negative, it was that the first night was awfully warm for Manitau Springs, and was almost 75 degrees, the AC was not able to keep up/stay cool, but the staff offered us fans to keep cool that night. This place simply is great.

What can I say? The place is magical! We walked through the door and IMMEDIATELY knew we had discovered the right place for our 25th anniversary. From the staff, Sherrin, both Patrick's, Shawn, Shane, (especially Anthony) just an amazing group of folks. This was our first trip but we are definitely going back. Just, amazing. The views, accommodations, and service are great. Incredible restaurant. A must stay if you're in the area, but you'll pay for it.

I feel in love with this place. We spent 3 nights of our Honeymoon there and was treated like Royalty. I loved all the history and the feel of the place. I will be back.

My Steak was SOOO Good! Filet with Chocolate on the inside. Delish! I will definitely be back! Great Service, Great Food, Great Place.

After a trip that extended over 2 weeks, nine airplanes and four hotels, Cliff House at Pikes Peak was our favorite experience. Particularly I remember Bubba and Shawn who drove us to and from the airport. It was the staff, all of them pleasant and helpful who used this hotel's stately edifice to create a pleasant and comfortable experience for travelers.

Wow. This is all I can say. First of all I would like to thank Sean and Maggie at the front desk you guys are great, Anthony the concierge, Bubba the valet and last but not least Wayne the guitarist who is fantastic (had a chance to talk with him and he is a great guy). I would like to thank each of you for a great stay. My wife and I celebrated of anniversary there and we were not disappointed. The food and service was to die for. We have already planned to spend Thanksgiving and the next several anniversaries there. This is truly a Grand Lady of a hotel. Not your typical hotel with all the same furniture in each room. This is like your favorite victorian old home. It's all different. Now, granted this hotel is for the older crowd it is quiet and reserve as it should be. A great place to spend the evening with the one you love and watch the sun go down over the mountains. I wish I could give it more stars. Thanks Guys.
