Recently stayed at this property. The room was filthy and the furniture looked like it had been recently purchased at the local Goodwill. Went to eat breakfast at the restaurant and waited twenty minutes to get seated (restaurant was not at capacity) and asked someone who was seated near the entrance who said they were there for a half hour and no one had even taken their order yet. INEXCUSABLE! Poor excuse for a Holiday Inn.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Grand Junction! Great service, staff and accommodations, including the restaurant and bar.

Comfortable and quiet rooms. Great food and beverage. Super restful beds and a great staff! What else do you need?

Beautiful, clean and spacious room. Everyone on the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Jonathan at the hotel bar especially made my night. He was kind and engaging! Definitely recommend staying here! I will again if I ever come through this way again.

The rooms are comfy and the front desk girls were super nice. We have stayed here 3x and just love it!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Holiday inn in Grand Junction the people were top-notch they were very excellent at directing us where to go and how to get there it was just a hands-down pleasant experience!

The staff was very friendly.

Very noisey — ceiling fan, refrigerator, pipes in the wall… The issues were reported to the front desk staff upon check-out. Given we only stayed one night, I cannot comment on the if the issues reported were addressed.

Good rooms, excellent breakfast and great service. Everything was clean and tidy.

Had a wonderful experience here. Very friendly staff. They even had a house keeper who sang beautifully while she works. They were kind and welcoming to our corgis (#7ntilly_corgis) too. We will definitely be back.

Such a nice hotel. Very near the airport. Easy to find. Great rooms, lobby, bar area, and restaurant. Very accommodating conference room area that would. Be great for larger events. The staff is so helpful and kind too. No free breakfast tho.

The service was great. The rooms were clean and new. The only issue was the AC was loud.

I travel to Grand Junction regularly for work and have always enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff and the restaurant is convenient with okay food if you don't want to drive somewhere else to eat.

The rooms were nice and well-kept, the food was good, the staff was very respectful and kept us all satisfied, and the pool and hot tub were both well kept.

Great hotel with friendly staff and very closeto the airport. Comfortable bed and the rooms come with a fridge and microwave. Decent internet. Complimentary breakfast would be nice.

2nd time there. NO hot water. Tepid shower at best. 2 lamps didnt work. Pay for breakfast only. Nice room. Found a water bottle and trash behind nightstand when I checked if phone plugged in but it just didnt work either.

Room was clean and comfortable. I was pretty disappointed with the pillow selection. All of them were firm and overstuffed. We asked for softer thinner pillows and they just gave us more of the same. Kinda a bummer that you have to pay for the breakfast. It was tasty though!

The good… Friendly staff, clean beds, clean bathroom, decent pool, good coffee, plenty of room for parking. The bad… Beds are VERY uncomfortable, floor could of used a good vacuum, and we could hear water running down a pipe or something, and breakfast is not included.

Love the hotel and love the service there. It is a great for everyone for youth trip, vacations, business, etc…

Hotel is so clean, up to date, rooms are so nice with a great view and the staff are professional while making you feel at home! Dog loves the view and is relaxed after a long drive here.

The hotel I would have gave a 5 but the breakfast in the morning was okay. The hotel gives you two complimentary coupons for free breakfast at their restaurant. The food was good but the service was awful. If you are in a rush, it's not the place. Our food was made to order but if there is more than one person in the party be prepared, your food will not come out all at the same time. We weren't the only party that had that difficulty. There were a few parties that weren't happy at all.

It is a comfortable room. The TV system is a tad weird, but manageable. The staff is nice and the amenities seems great.

This is a nice hotel. There was ample parking, staff was nice, the room was fine, and there were QUIET signs everywhere (and it was very quiet; I slept almost 11 hours). Convenient location.

This is my main hotel in Grand Junction. It's always clean, front staff is quick, & they have an indoor pool. Plenty of food places close by. Great for family or business. Look forward to my next stay.

Friendly staff at front desk and bar. Very clean and modern hotel with spacious rooms. This was a good value. Only downside was loud neighbors.

The staff was outstanding in helping me get my cell phone that I left in my room to me at the airport! Definitely a safe & supportive place to stay. Thanks to everyone there.

Clean rooms, friendly service. Unfortunately, not the best Wi-Fi around town. Very spotty connection and dropped several times.

Stayed for one night. The halls were quiet, no noise heard from other rooms. Room was clean and well stocked. Pool and hot tub were clean. Asked for a crib in the middle of the night (Yep, they have those)! They were very happy to bring one up, and rather quickly too! They have a full restaurant and bar, but there are many different types of restaurants nearby too! Location gives quick access to airport and interstate, shopping and fuel. Excellent experience!

Nice new rooms. Nice shower and counters pace in bathrooms. We appreciated the "quiet hours" reminder sign in the halls, which made for a quiet stay. TV was small but had lots of channels. Bed was not comfortable and smaller than queen. Friendly employees except housecleaning women were rude ND not friendly.

Stayed the night of July 1st. For the price paid a free breakfast would have been nice (the reason for the 3 stars) The rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was very nice.

Room, was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable with good pillows. They have a bar with a good selection. If your room rate does not include breakfast, you can pay for it directly at their full service restaurant. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Great location if you want by the airport. The beds are very uncomfortable. The restaurant is very high priced and not much of a serving for the money. The waitress Cierra was a total bitch, she was very rude and was yelling at My wife with my three children there, she shut the television off while we were watching it and eating our breakfast. She was mad because we came in to eat 15 minutes before they closed and she was having a bad day she said. On the upside the manager was great and gave us a free night stay. The pool and hot tub are amazing, great work out room as well. We will stay again if we have too but won't go just to stay there…

The hotel itself is nice, not on the typical level of the newer properties. The breakfast is extremely poor quality and the staff member who served us was very rude. I won't stay at this venue again, although I would stay at another Holiday Inn.

This is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly. My biggest complaint is that whoever designed this hotel should probably have worked harder. You can hear every little thing when you are on the second floor. We were placed on room 240 which is DIRECTLY above the pool! I don't know why someone would not think to put that separate from the rooms or put better insulation in the building, but the diving board literally sounds like muffled gun shots. After speaking with the front desk they moved us to a much quieter room down the hall and it was actually an upgrade to a suite. I am very happy with the service and decent rates, but I would not choose to stay here again for more than one night just because even in the quieter room, the floor still rattles and I can hear noise that I probably shouldn't be hearing. To conclude, the staff is awesome, but headquarters should rethink who constructs their buildings.

Very nice rooms, nice staff, good food at the restaurant downstairs! The only complaint I have is the noise from the person staying upstairs but that's not really something I'm willing to bother the staff about. Over all I'm happy with my stay, am I jumping up and down all over joyed… no, but I'm not all disgruntled hating life wishing I stayed somewhere else.

Decided to have my first company meeting at this hotel, the house keeping staff decided to go through our paperwork and notebooks in the space we had reserved for 2 days. Resulting in manuals and personal belongings missing the next day. The management staff had no sense of urgency to try and find our property and seemed unsympathetic about the inconvenience it caused myself and other employees. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location near the airport. The master king suite worked out great for our stay. We tried the Resturant once for breakfast which was just ok.
I do need to add that the coffee was poor to my liking every time.
The pool and hot tub were always busy at night.
The staff well it really all depends on who was there. The young gal brunette I did encounter well she was very short with me just seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. The other young men did acknowledge me when I was standing about.
Give this place a go it's not all bad.

This was excellent. After being in the car all day with 4 little kids, we got to the hotel to be greated with a huge smile. The staff was very helpful and amazing. The resturant had great food, and kids ate for free both dinner and breakfast. The went above and beyond giving us extra blankets for the crib, extra towels for the kids, and even milk at midnight for my baby who was restless! Definitely an amazing hotel!

This Hotel is so clean! Unlike any other hotel ive stayed at. The staff are great, the bar and restaurant are good, and their exercise room is furnished with top of the line equipment. I will definitely be back!
