Absolutely disgusting. After being told that all of the rooms were sold out even after buying my room a month a head of time they had me checked in an hour after I had tried to check in. Once I had dinner with my family we had come back to pull back the sheets to find what looked like pubic hair all over the beds. After telling the front desk about what we had found the best they could do is tell us that house keeping was not on site and that she would bring us sheets to replace it. So after it all we had to put the sheets on ourselves. They advertise that this hotel is cleaned and sanitized for our comfort and safety. This could not be any further from the truth. It is a horrible place…

I had a wonderful stay! Nice room with a quiet atmosphere. Had a peaceful night. Checkout was a breeze. Modestly priced for the well-appointed and upscale feel to the hotel.

The general manager is extremely rude and not helpful. I travel for work and will be staying at Marriotts after two nights at this hotel. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

The stay itself was great; clean, good beds, personable staff. However, I had a bag of food that was either thrown away or taken by the cleaning staff. Also, before I ever even signed anything, I asked about AAA discounts. The front desk gentleman told me it was too late to apply my discount. So, I wound up paying more than I should have. All in all, my stay cost me, in one way or another, @ $65.00 more than it should have. So be VERY careful at this location.

Lord God! If you are a resident of the neighborhood nearby and tried to go in the lobby to score a free tiny cup of coffee, they will come running out from behind the service counter and act like you have committed first-degree murder! If I were going to stay in a hotel I wouldn't want to know that that's the type of people that were serving me. Hey, what can I say I'm just telling the truth. It was the day before paycheck and I wanted a cup of coffee and thought they wouldn't mind me going in and pouring me a tiny cup of black coffee, and then out of nowhere one of the people behind the desk asked me what my room number was and I told them that I wasn't staying in the hotel and they got extremely angry with me and told me to put the coffee cup down and to get out! I don't know I just think that's very rude and disrespectful. I didn't know they valued a $0.25 cup of coffee that much… Geez!

Excellent service and staff. They were all very polite and service oriented. Helen and Lauren were exceptional. Breakfast was cooked to order with fresh fruit to add to the healthy meal.

Standard Hilton Garden Inn. You're not going to be awed by it, but it's a reliable and dependable place to stay. Good value for the money. Has all the essentials on my list: clean room, decent bed, hot shower, fast Wi-Fi. Restaurant for those who want that.

Nice, clean, and comfortable. My only issue is that the meal situation didn't seem clear to me. There was a restaurant with meals in the morning but there appeared to be a breakfast bar as well. Was there a small complimentary breakfast? Was it all an additional fee? Not sure.

Very nice and clean hotel. Great pool love to go swimming. Lots of fun stuff to do in town. Fort Collins is obe of my favorite places to visit.

The facility was very nice. The reservation operator was very short with me on the phone so I booked the room through the honors app. During check in our reservation was for a king room with breakfast included, the clerk argued that we didn't pay for breakfast. Then we were assigned a room that was in a closed part of a hallway. We were given a choice of finding a different hotel or waiting 30 minutes for a double bed room. (At a higher rate) not a great experience unfortunately.

The one thing about most Hilton's is you know what you are going to get. The rooms are typical, food is good and in a quit location away from the freeway. There is plenty of parking and will accodate trailers around the back side.

Best room service ever! Jenna left a hand written nite thanking me for being a silver medallion member. Great resturans within walking distance, hey room service not bad either! Enjoy free fresh coffee in the morning and delicious cookies in the evening. Definitely staying here next time I'm in beautiful ft. Collins, co.

There was a dead goose on their property. I myself told the front desk twice and I heard from others they had also mentioned it. Got the same answer every time, "thank you so much for letting us know, we will get that taken care of. " After about a week of walking by this sad sight every day, I eventually made a few calls myself to the city and the humane society. They had it cleaned it up within a few hours. Probably should have taken matters into my own hands sooner, but it's gross that the staff didn't think that getting dead animals cleaned up was a priority.

Very clean, good service, good Wi-Fi, good location, small gym, crappy pillows. Overall pretty happy.

Cozy property that is located near shops within walking distance. Rooms were decent size and well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times.

Easy location to find. Parking was slightly difficult with all the other hotels around but still manageable. Food was good. Photographer was running around taking pictures. (Not sure if they were staff or something my company brought in)

I really like this particular hotel. The staff is very friendly and the location is convenient to the interstate. There are a few restaurants within the same parking lot if you would rather eat somewhere other than the hotel. The hotel does have a full service bar and restaurant at reasonable prices. Best part is that they typically have free coffee in the lobby 24/7

This hotel is always clean, and is staffed by some of the friendliest and most helpful people I have encountered in a hotel. While the parking lot looks small, there is plenty of parking available behind the hotel. They offer a lovely breakfast and well maintained rooms, and it's not too far from CSU. The only problems I have with this hotel is that it's not pet friendly (in a very pet friendly town), and it doesn't have direct access from Harmony Ave (the street leading to/from the main highway). You can only access it via side streets.

I attended a manager seminar in one of their conference rooms so I didn't get the chance to stay in one of their rooms, but the hotel was very nice and swanky. It had a classy feel and felt very modern and inviting. I've never been in a Hilton Hotel before, but from first impressions I would definitely consider staying with them in the future.

Stayed at this hotel for one night on June 15. Hung a silk top and long dress in closet that evening. Left by 9am on the 16th, traveling to another city in CO. Realized when I unpacked again that I left the items in the closet and promptly called the hotel. After talking to several people, all insisted that there were no items found in the closet. Unfortunately I feel someone is not being honest as there is no other explanation for where the clothes would go. Their best offer was for me to file a police report. Of course I don't want to do that, I just want to have the items sent back to me at my expense as I obviously forgot them there. Disappointing when staff and management will not do the right thing and just return found items. I hope who ever took the clothes enjoys them because they were nice items. From long work travel experience, if you don't realize and go back and claim immediately, very low chance someone will turn in. Won't stay here again.

Awesome hotel in great fort Collins location. Right by fuzzys tacos with great food and drinks. Had a blast highly recommended. Clean room. Large pool for swimming. Good restaurant on site with full bar.

Came down for breakfast. No cook available for the advertised omelettes. I looked under the lids. No hot options out. Simple lass of juice? Nope. … If it pleases the Crown might I have a simple glass of juice for my $150 a night? B.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Restaurant is pretty good with lot of options "not for me I am vegetarian :-) ". Nearby comfort Inn hotel and target store and lots of nice restaurant. This is surely a good hotel option.

Wonderful customer service! Staff let us hook our water device up to their kitchen sink so we could have our Kangen water for the road.

My Mother and her friends, in their 70s, stayed here. They complimented the nice, clean amenities but were not very impressed with the staff. They requested a roll away bed… which they received, but it was merely pushed into the room, still folded up… they had to move and push furniture around to try and make it fit as WELL AS figure out how to unfold and work the bed. In addition, they were told that a free hotel shuttle was available to them 6am to 5pm M — F… so they planned to utilize this shuttle to be taken to the airport shuttle transfer center on the morning of their flight home. They were told that morning "oh, sorry I dont think we have anyone here to drive you in the shuttle " … they had to scurry around for other means of transportation and almost mjssed their ride to the airport in Denver. Way to go, Hilton Garden Inn…! You just lost future guests… at least all of those that care about good customer service.

Great service, everyone I interacted with who worked there was really courteous and showed that Midwestern hospitality. The room was clean and spacious and was made ready for me on the daily. The location was also accessible for my purposes of a job interview just down the road. The areas well serviced with a growing selection of shops and restaurants.

I was within a very short drive to every place I wanted to visit in Ft Collins. Free Wi-Fi, nice shower supplies. Bed was a little creaky, but those pillows… very soft.

The main reason this is a five star hotel is that it provides everything for its guests. The breakfast is good, the lobby is beautiful, and the hot chocolate caps off what is a marvelous hotel.

Easy to find location, comfortable beds, and the Direct TV was a pleasant surprise. The only concern was the buildup of ice in the parking lot.

I've stayed here several times. Very friendly staff. I wish the beds were adjustable like other HGI. Their omelets are huge (at least 3 eggs). Several restaurants within walking distance.

Great hotel, average beds. I was there on a business trip and had a great time at the hotel other than not getting the best night's sleep due to the mattresses. If you have any kind of sleep issues I would recommend reviewing a mattress before staying.

Compared to Baymont Hotel, this hotel charged 2X more and gave less. They charged for breakfast and laundry machine access. The room was the same quality as Baymont Hotel.

Great services they have here. What I love about this place is the prompt cleaning of the rooms, they also respect some private time.

Had a GREAT experience at this hotel. The staff was super friendly, we actually ended up having a slight issue and they fixed it so quickly and politely that it wasn't actually even a problem in the end. Wish everyone gave as great customer service as they do.

Very clean, very quiet. Staff went out of their way to help. Really cool outdoor fireplace just off the bar. One of the best fitness rooms I have seen. Just about perfect.

Booked the room to get a few things done out of the office. The room was nice, the business center was clean and stocked. / It was very easy to print and use the wireless. Great place to stay while on business.
